Donna was super helpful when planning my wedding flowers. I gave her a general idea and she made beautiful arrangements. Her stock of wedding decorations were a great option too. The only reason I would give her 4 stars instead of 5 is she was a little slow at getting back to me in the months leading up to the wedding.

I really liked working with Donna, but the final delivery did have me disappointed. The flowers were not bad and she wasn't bad to work with, but her work does not justify the price. She was sometimes hard to get a hold of because her email isn't great, but she does get back to you and is great about taking your ideas and conveying them into the flowers. Because I was quite a distance away it was a challenge, but she was great about being flexible. However, I was slightly disappointed about getting the flowers at first. They were a bit more country than I had wanted, but they were a really great quality of flower and did look beautiful in the pictures! I was upset because she was supposed to bring the flowers to me and have them marked (so I knew who got what), a service I paid for, but instead she dropped them off without talking to anyone and emailed me that she didn't get the flower girl halos done because the flowers wilted. I would have preferred her to find different flowers to work with, and to communicate this directly to me, but she did offer a refund. She also didn't mark who any of the boutonnieres or corsages went to. Of course in the end it doesn't matter who gets what, but my Personal Attendant did have to figure out who it all went to, an added stress that didn't need to happen. She also forgot my bouquet to toss, which again isn't a big deal since a bridesmaid offered one of her bouquets. The biggest complaint I would have is with one of the memorial bouquets. The bouquet was $60, and I am fully aware that some flowers are just higher in price, but with her description it sounded like it would be a beautiful bouquet with the certain type of flower we discussed and some additional flowers for fullness. There were only about 4/5 stems of that type of flower and they looked like there were just plopped into a vase that was too large. There was not even any baby's breath or anything to spruce it up. My venue coordinator ended up adding a bunch of other flowers, which for that price we should not have had to do. Donna could have done one less flower and added embellishments, if it was about the price, so that was disappointing. All in all it doesn't truly matter. It's not like I look back at photos and get upset, the flowers really were lovely, it was just a very high price point for the service I received, which created some of the disappointment.

Donna did our centerpieces as well as a rental backdrop for our head table. After meeting with her only once Donna knew immediately what I wanted and took it one step further to perfection. She is not only creative and has a great eye for design but she also takes into account functionality. When I explained that my biggest worry was my center pieces getting in the way of my guests experience Donna made the best comment I have ever heard on the subject: " I completely understand! The last thing you want is to be sitting at your reception and you you see a guest pick up that centerpiece and put it on the ground. You spend all that time and that money on the decor and then to have it just moved or discarded is frustrating." Her intelligent way at approaching your event is rivaled by no other.

The flowers were just wonderful! Donna was so easy and fun to work with. I have another florist tell me there was to way I could get big hot pink roses, but Donna did it. Everything was perfect!
