Despina Craig Events

My wedding wouldn't have been half as amazing without Despina Craig Events. She made the process so easy and brought all of my wife's dreams to reality. She was extremely supportive and organized throughout the entire process. She made multiple visits to the venue with us, which was about an hour away, she was always willing to help and accommodate all of our wishes. Despina and her team made our day stress free! Our friends and family are still talking about how amazing our wedding was and we owe it all to Despina!

I could not have pulled off my wedding without Despina Craig Events! We began planning about a year out from my wedding date and I remember our first meeting like it was yesterday. We talked about colors, theme, textures, ambiance, etc. we looked through Pintrest and shared ideas. The second time we got together Despina showed me what she had come up with, it was PERFECT! I didn't have to change a single thing about it. She was able to pull all my ideas together into a wedding that was beyond my wildest dreams. It was truly a magical day! Despina is incredibly organized and always prepared. She made me aware of so many things I would have simply forgot. She manged the relationships with all my vendors, venue hosts, and bridal party. Which was incredible valuable as it was something I never seemed to have the time to do. Despina was in continuous communication making every step of the way so simple. I never felt that I was running out of time or that I was unprepared. She even did my amazing flowers! The flowers seriously made my entire vision come together flawlessly! What wedding planner can also do your flowers!? She is that amazing! On the day of my wedding I was stress free, at least regarding the wedding itself. I never had to wonder if things were coming together the way I wanted it to or if things were getting accomplished. I never had a doubt that it wasn't going to be done correctly and exactly how I wanted it because of the trust and communication I had with Despina and her team! It was wonderful to not have to worry on the morning of my big day. I would recommend Despina Craig Events a million times over and over! Not only for weddings but for any celebration. She can do it all! If you need someone to take control of your big day, while fully understanding your vision, and helping your event go off flawlessly, Despina Craig is your girl!

Despina thank you soo much for everything. You made sure we still had our farytale wedding even with all the last minute changes (Boo rain) haha Everything was just beautiful!! Despina and her team are fabulous, flexible and fun! My photography team and I enjoyed working with her during a September wedding in Sonoma County. The details of the day impressed every guest, plus the bride and groom were blown away with all aspects of their wedding day. I'm so glad we were able to work with Despina for our wedding. I honestly don't know how she made all of the details, big and small, come together on the big day, but she did a fantastic job. From the beginning, Despina was incredibly communicative, easy to talk to and friendly. She had great questions and really took her time getting to know us and our relationship as we talked about plans for the wedding. Neither one of us has any experience event planning, and we really didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. We had frequent check-ins with Despina, and she really helped keep us on track along the way. We may her in person a few times, and she made the trip all the way out to our wedding venue so she could see the space in person and help us envision what the day might look like. She also took pictures of all the spaces and created a layout for us to work with. Throughout the process, Despina took a lot of care to offer suggestions but also listen to what we wanted. Whenever we had a question or concern, she was there to address it and help out. Not only did she create a detailed layout that was helpful for both us and our vendors, but she also created the day-of schedule to pass out to all our vendors and the wedding party. She thought of all the little things we didn't know to think about and generously offered many of her own things (lanterns, stands, etc) for us to use at no cost. I seriously don't know what we would have done without Despina there on the day of. We didn't have to worry at all about set-up of all our decorations - she and her assistant set up everything exactly the way we had discussed, along with a few fun touches of their own that fit the style/mood we were going for. During the rehearsal the day before, Despina realized that the sun would be directly in my face during the ceremony, so she brought in a lovely white cloth to drape over the terrace for the day-of that did a splendid job of keeping the sun off my face, which was key both for pictures and for my well-being during the ceremony :). Despina kept things running smoothly so we didn't have to worry about the logistics on the day-of. Thanks to her great work, we had such a fun day filled with love and fun that was (almost) completely stress free. I highly recommend working with Despina Craig Events!

The most amazing and creative event designer! We were so thrilled to have Despina Craig work with us again this time to design my husbands 40th Birthday Celebration. It was incredible, she transformed this blank studio into a chic and sophisticated space, it was so beautiful. Despina was very attentive to the details, she personalized the event that reflected my husbands personality.
