I worked with Ha Tu to help me sort through the barrage of destination wedding packages. She is organized, detail-oriented and such an excellent communicator. She responds in such a timely and efficient manner it was to the point I questioned her own work-life balance. She listens well and patiently adapted to my unique cultural preferences and needs so I never had to repeat myself in what it is that I was looking for...even though what I was looking for certainly evolved over the time we were in communication and she just adapted right along with the changing vision. She diligently followed up with vendors to get the answers I needed to move forward. I can't recommend Ha Tu enough. We ultimately decided on a local wedding venue because the international resorts didn't meet our specific cultural needs but we were just so sad to part ways from Ha at that intersection. Give this woman a raise!!!

We’ve officially booked our 2026 wedding with Destify, and our experience has been nothing short of fantastic so far. Our Wedding Specialist, Kassi, was an absolute gem throughout the booking process. Given that my fiancé and I both have jobs in which we probe/ask (sometimes incessant) questions for a living, it’s no surprise that we approached wedding planning in the same way. Every time we had a question, Kassi was knowledgeable, clear, responsive, and, above all, incredibly patient. She helped us find our dream venue and resort, guiding us through a range of options until we actually circled back to our initial choice—the very resort she recommended from the start. This truly was confirmation that she listened carefully to our needs during our initial call and provided thoughtful, personalized suggestions. (In short: we've learned to trust the expert!) We’re so grateful for Kassi’s expertise, patience, humor, and wisdom! Once our wedding deposit was received, the rest of the process was seamless. We quickly booked our room at the resort and took advantage of Destify’s price match guarantee. In less than 24 hours, we received confirmation from the incredibly efficient Guest Services specialist Helen that our request had been approved. It was all so simple and incredibly efficient! We hope that the rest of the process is just as easy for us and our guests! But if the initial couple of months working together alongside Kassi is any indication, it definitely will be.

I received an email from Deanna to touch base on things such as my website, bookings, guest questions, flights, etc. She was absolutely amazing! I scheduled a meeting with her but was pulled into another from my boss unexpectedly and she was so flexible! She went through everything I needed to know in 12 minutes lol and offered me to call her back and she will make herself available. She is my new BFF and officially invited to my wedding haha! Great customer service!!!! Having her to call on is a huge stress reliever for me. I know I can have my guests reach out to her for any questions when booking ☺️

Destify was very efficient in identifying our resort location. Once the resort was identified, they have been extremely helpful in organizing with the resort to negotiate a contract. I highly recommend Destify.

I got to work with Kassi who was a great help in determining which resort to choose. It was also nice to have someone so excited about our wedding through just phone calls. She is very responsive, easy to work with and super kind.

Ashley S. has been the absolute best wedding consultant to work with. She was my first point of contact and the first person who truly made me excited about the process of planning a wedding. Prior to talking to her everything felt so subpar and like I’d have to scarified a lot to have the wedding I wanted. She was so patient and so understanding. Ashely gave us plenty of options and truly listened and knew what mattered to me and what I was looking for Not only did she go above and beyond initially, she continued to even when my anxiety got the best of me and gave me some doubts. I could not recommend a company more if you are considering a destination wedding! I’m so excited for our next steps and cannot wait for our wedding day.

I don't even know where to start in writing this review. Where I can start off is by saying how amazingly impressed I am with Kassi @ Destify. When we had our first phone appointment I thought "I wonder how this is going to go" (after seeing a negative review on Tiktok, unsure because the bride to be seemed self-centered and wasn't entirely sure I should listen to her review) As Kassi, and I began our chat I immediately felt a connection. I've also read a lot of reviews saying "do your research and don't go with the first travel agent shop around! BUT because of how impressed I was with Kassi for her kindness and professionalism I knew I didn't need to "shop around". I am so glad I trusted my gut feeling of "this feels right"! Kassi has continuously reached out to me and has gotten back to me right away and has always answered all my questions without hesitation. When I say Kassi is amazing! I truly mean she is AMAZING! I cannot thank her enough for being such a kind human and in helping me plan the perfect destination wedding! I hope that this review can help someone else out when researching "Destify" and know I trust them 1000%. The whole experience has been very helpful from us selecting our dream resort to putting together our wedding website to share with our guest. Thank you again, Kassi for exceeding our expectations!

Destify was a huge help in relieving some of the pressure when it came to planning a destination wedding. Michelle was great from beginning to end. She was very responsive and listened to all the needs, Questions and concerns my partner and I had. I truly recommend reaching out to the team, even if you’re just curious about pricing and packages. Michelle was great at understanding our needs and helping us get the most out of this experience.

I have been so impressed with Destify so far! My fiancé and I chose to work with them after we talked with Vanessa, who helped us pick out our dream resort. She was so kind and patient with us as we tried to decide where we wanted to get married! We now have the pleasure of working with Sandra to coordinate the rest of the wedding and she is phenomenal! She is an amazing communicator, goes above and beyond to answer our questions, and makes planning a big event so much less stressful. We also love the wedding website we have been able to create with them. It is streamlined, easy to edit and make. Deanna is who has been helping me with my wedding planning and she is AMAZING to say the least! She has been so patient with me when I kept asking so many questions! She has put all the stress of planning at ease for me and has made this process move very smoothly! She is super responsive as well! I had a girl before her (Nicki O.) who was nice but she definitely had some attitude at times that made it a little stressful while planning, and didn’t make me feel very confident with all the planning. So I was super excited when I got Deanna and seeing all her hard work she put into our wedding planning! Couldn’t recommend her enough!! She is AMAZING!

I have had the pleasure of working with Candyce and she has been absolutely amazing! From introduction, to checkins she has helped make this process easier than I could have ever imagined. Anytime I reach out, she responds quickly and is generally able to assist on the spot. This service has allowed us to get the ball rolling while still planning and saving for our big day. It is so exciting to watch our event grow and not have to stress. Our guest have been able to book and pay on their own without the worries of covering for them. Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming and stressful, but Destify has made it so easy. The first person that really impressed me was Nicki Osina. I was chatting with travel agents from different travel agencies at the beginning of my wedding planning. Nicki and another travel agency sent me Dreams Los Cabos, the resort I ended up going with. I chose Destify over the other agency based on Nicki’s professionalism and responsiveness. She knew the answer to all my questions and responded within minutes to everything. Once I committed with Destify, Carolina has also exceeded my expectations. Her generosity and willingness to help has been exactly what I needed during wedding planning. Destify is also very flexible which is amazing. For example, if some of our guests didn’t book their room within the discount period, Destify will still honor the discount to them. Thank you for everything you do!

Our experience coordinating the initial phases of wedding planning with Destify were seamless and really helpful. We began our wedding planning with Jennifer W of Destify for a potential DR wedding. Ultimately, we decided to go a different route and not have a destination wedding. However, Jennifer was so helpful and transparent with us during the initial phases of wedding planning. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Everything started out so smoothly when I went to book my wedding. Then, I got some seriously bad news that my dad got cancer and would be too sick to travel out of the country. I had to cancel my wedding due to the unforeseen circumstances with treatments and while I thought the team at Destify was understanding, they gave me a hard time. It was so much back and forth for months and they still did not refund all of my money even when I had the travel insurance policy. I would never recommend this company!! Watch what you’re getting yourself into, beautiful brides!!

My fiancé and I decided in Sept 2024 that a we wanted a destination wedding. After some searching, I was in contact with Vanessa at Destify. She was so kind, helpful and excited for us. Within a few days of deciding on a resort in Mexico, we were set to get married in Playa del Carmen. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our destination wedding. I sent an email to guest services on a Tuesday evening and received a call the next day from Candyce. She was understanding and also so kinda. She made the process for this heartbreaking decision so easy. I recommend Destify to help plan any destination wedding plans.

Working with Destify was so seamless. At first touchpoint, we worked with Gisselle who helped us find our perfect destination for our wedding. She reached out to several hotels in several locations and all were within our budget. We ended up choosing Costa Rica. We were able to easily setup our website through their Destify domain where we and all of our guests booked their hotel rooms (we had 100 guests!). We then started working with Candyce who helped us facilitate coordination and communication with the hotel directly and she answered all of our questions along the way. Finally, after the wedding, we worked with Brandie who checked in on us and ensured that we quickly received the room comps that we were guaranteed for booking 18+ rooms. We are super happy and had the most perfect wedding. Thank you, Destify!

I cannot recommend Destify enough especially for destination weddings! This platform made the entire wedding planning process so much easier and stress-free. We found our dream venue through their comprehensive database, complete with photos, reviews, and pricing details, which saved us countless hours of research. Not only that, but their wedding website builder (Matt H.) was an absolute lifesaver. It allowed us to design a beautiful, user-friendly site to share all the important details with our guests, including RSVP management and our registry at no cost at all. The customization options made it feel personal and unique to our wedding theme. Matt H. was so helpful and always available to assist in a timely manner. He color coded everything perfectly and uploaded all of our photos just as we wanted! We also were in touch with Destify's group leader specialist, Jasmine and her assistant Holly, quite often to help answer our questions and they helped our guests as well. They even contacted our venue when we needed some help with escalation. They were attentive, friendly, and helped ease our nerves during the waiting period. The only downside was that the terms and conditions weren’t explained very clearly during our intro call, so I’d highly recommend reading the contract carefully to avoid any confusion. For example, read the price match and transportation clause VERY carefully. That said, once we moved past that stage, the experience was wonderful. Thank you, Destify, for helping us bring our vision to life! If you’re planning a wedding, this is a must-have tool!

We worked with Amy B. at Destify and we cannot express enough how amazing she was from the moment we connected! She went above and beyond, worked and communicated over the weekend, answered all of our questions, and when she didn't know an answer she reached out to the resorts and set us up with a meeting to speak to someone at the resort that answered our questions. She is an absolute delight to work with and a sweetheart. Most definitely recommend to any couple!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would give a ZERO! My recommendation from a guest perspective, DO NOT USE. Sadly, the bride & groom have to hear all of the poor experiences from not just myself, but other guests as well. When a compnay is hired to help manage a destination wedding, it is supposed to be a stress free experience for the happy couple so they can focus on their wedding. This was not the case. The Destify "personalized" expereince was no where to be found. Every time I interacted with them via phone or email all they could say was "our rules are..." or "our policy is..." and in fact, when I expressed how unsatified I was, what a terrible experience it had been, the supervisor responded "thank you for the feedback!" All they seem to care about is taking your money... and believe me, once they have it, there is nothing you can do. And quite frankly, I think I could have gotten a better deal without going through them. Horrible customer service, none in fact, they could not have cared any less about working with the guests. I do NOT recommend and I hope anyone considering using them finds every review I leave on multiple platforms, because they were that bad! People are human and sometimes life happens. All I needed was to move the arrival date & departure date. I didn't ask for any refund or money back, only a change in schedule, of which the airline could certainly accommdate. In fact, the hotel would gladly accommodate, however they had to hear from this awful compnay to do it for me since I booked through them. Of course Destify WOULD NOT make any changes or contact the hotel. I lost thousdands, and worse, those individuals had to miss the entire celebration weekend. It put a damper on the entire experience for everyone, including the bride & groom. Save yourself the heartache and do NOT use this company.

We worked with Alison and she was amazing! We were so stressed with wedding planning but then found Destify who literally does it all for you and has amazing deals. If you are wanting to have a destination wedding I highly recommend working with them.

Once I decided on a venue, she was super quick to send me next steps regarding placing my downpayment and putting me in touch with the resort! I would absolutely recommend her to a friend!

Kenny was our first point of contact in our destination wedding search and I must say, this man has the patience of a saint. He always remained very positive and assuring and helped us to better identify what we wanted for our special day. Alison made booking our destination wedding date/resort so easy. The communication was outstanding from beginning to end. Candyce was emailing me and contacting me at all times to make sure our guests had everything we needed. Andrew on the website team was outstanding. I could email and prior to 24 hours he emailed me back and would fix anything I needed or explain in detail how to do it. I am not a website designer and I was clueless on doing my wedding website. This company made sure our destination wedding was a success.

Here’s a negative review you can post on Google Reviews: I had a deeply disappointing experience with Destify for a wedding booking. We expected to receive competitive rates as part of the wedding guest booking process, but we later discovered that the hotel offered a significantly lower rate directly. When we brought this to Destify’s attention, they refused to match the rate, citing rigid policies that offer no flexibility within 65 days of check-in. For an agency that claims to specialize in wedding bookings, they failed to ensure we received the best rate or offer any accommodation for the price difference. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no willingness to improve the guest experience or make amends for the higher rate we were locked into. To make matters worse, when we requested some form of compensation or a resolution, they closed the ticket without providing any solution. I would not recommend using Destify for any travel-related bookings, especially for important events like weddings. We expected much better service and support, and unfortunately, they did not deliver. Proceed with caution if you’re considering booking with them.

I'm recently engaged (9/2024) and I had learned about Destify via Instagram through my fiancée and my best friends. I wasn't thinking of a destination wedding until I was engaged and everything changed. I looked at Destify's Instagram and I decided to reach out to further understand how they work. Michelle, a sales specialist, reached out to me right away and I was sold right after our conversation. Michelle was extremely communicative, explained everything with so much detail, not in an overwhelming way and responded quickly. She relieved a lot of the stress I assumed I should feel when planning a wedding and my stressed feeling has been replaced with excitement! I'm only in the beginning stages since my wedding is set for Summer 2026, but I personally enjoy being ahead of the game and Michelle understood where I was coming from with this mentality. Michelle did such a great job letting me know my next step which is now to be in communication with her assistant, who will be the liaison between the resort and myself. Definitely a great experience so far!
