Our wedding at Whistling Straits was perfect. The location, service, food, hospitality, you name it they get 11/10 stars. Our guest are still raving about their Kohler experience. And it truly is an experience. Everyone at Kohler seemed genuinely happy for us - we never felt like just another couple like other vendors made us feel when we were searching for a vendor. Once we sealed the deal Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she was wonderful. She promptly communicated, answered all our endless questions and navigated the entire day with grace. She was reassuring when we had to have a backup plan due to weather conditions. And even then the Irish barn turned out more romantic and intimate then we imagined. We scoured the Midwest for the perfect venue and found just that in Whistling Straits. The wedding planning process was made simpler by having so many of the services offered through the vendor (linens, photography, catering etc.) They were at the top of our price point but created a custom package based on our vision and it was executed flawlessly. They’re worth the investment 110%. You won't be disappointed. We will cherish the memories forever and look forward to spending many future anniversaries at Destination Kohler.

We are based in Chicago, and decided to have a destination wedding at Whistling Straits. It was hands down the best decision we made. First and foremost, our wedding coordinator, Courtney, was exceptional. She is an expert on the venue and what works / doesn't work, and we relied on her feedback often! Across the board, Kohler has the best customer service, and we constantly felt supported and in good hands. Secondly, the food and drinks! We had so many rave reviews that ours was the best wedding food our guests had ever had. Thirdly, the flowers! We used Kohler's florist and worked with Abbey. Give her your vision and trust her! She knows what she's doing and it all turned out beautifully. Finally, the venue! If you're interested in an outdoor wedding, Whistling Straits cannot be beat. It's stunning. In summary, every moment of our wedding and wedding planning was enjoyable and seamless thanks to Kohler. We are so glad we went them!

February 12, 2017 Our daughter was married June 11, 2016. We chose the American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin as the venue for the reception, dinner and dance. Eight months have passed since that magical day and memories of it still bring tears to my eyes. Every step of the way was an extremely pleasant experience. We could not have been any happier with the assistance we received. Planning began in November of 2015 when I arrived at the American Club unannounced to check things out. I had only intended to pick up printed information and check available dates. Instead Ryan Kirk Bautista met with me. He graciously welcomed me and answered my questions. After exploring several venues my daughter and her fiancé made the decision to have their wedding celebration take place at the American Club. Ryan Kirk was always extremely prompt and courteous answering questions, scheduling appointments, offering suggestions, providing us choices and tending to our every needs. He guided us in our planning with personal care and concern. The food sampling was attended by our daughter and her fiancé and my husband and myself. It was very professionally done. We were allowed numerous choices to sample. The chef was also present. This experience was very informative and we were allowed ample time to sample and take notes. We definitely were not rushed through this. My daughter developed a fantastic working relationship with Nicole Fischer. She also was very prompt in her communications. If concerns arose she went out of her way to make things right. We never felt rushed or pressured to make decisions. All requests and concerns were addressed immediately with genuine concern. Both Ryan Kirk and Nicole were well prepare to help. They made us feel that they truly cared about us. The planning of this event became fun and something we enjoyed. The facility is beautiful and provides many options. It is immaculate and provides several options for lodging as well as a shuttle service. We also chose to have Rhonda Graf from the American Club floral staff do the flowers. The bouquets and table arrangements were simply unique and beautiful. We had many compliments on them. The bouquets were delivered to the church with ample time and were transported very carefully. We chose an outdoor cocktail reception after the church ceremony. It was a gorgeous day and the garden area was spotless and looked amazing. Guests were able to be served without any waiting. It was so magical! The banquet room looked so enchanting! It was absolutely breathtaking! The meal was delicious. Everything flowed perfectly. There was nothing unexpected or disappointing. The staff was respectful and gracious. They worked well with our DJ and photographer. The photos taken on the ground were also simply beautiful. Our family was so appreciative of the opportunity we had to celebrate the wedding of Stephanie and Josef at the American Club. The American Club is beautiful, elegant, magical and enchanting. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, prompt, accommodating and caring. They go above and beyond expectations. We very highly recommend the American Club of Kohler, Wisconsin.

Effortless attention to detail made our Kohler wedding truly magical. Ryan, Amelia and their colleagues all went above and beyond to welcome and assist us from the moment we began planning, to walking down the aisle, to celebrating our first New Year together nine months later. Our wedding was an intimate family affair with 20 guests, at least half of which were discerning foodies. Kohler admirably rose to the challenge with a champagne reception in their English greenhouse followed by an amazing 3 course meal with wine in their Founder's Room. They helped us stay within our small budget yet treated us like royalty; even while managing a fussy vegetarian and an unusual food allergy. Coordination between all areas made our day stress free; floral arrangements, bridal party spa treatments and even groomsmen morning excursions all flowed smoothly and were thoroughly enjoyable. Kohler has a wide range of activities to suit all, even in the depths of a Wisconsin March. While very early communications may feel slow to the couple, immediate responses weren't necessary and as time progressed their dedication to making it your relaxing and perfect wedding is unsurpassable. We highly recommend Kohler for any wedding.
