Peggy was my fairy godmother leading up to and on my wedding day. Our wedding was canceled due to Hurricane Ian so we decided to plan a last minute wedding in the keys. I sent Peggy an email late at night telling her we have a venue and a date with less than two months to plan a whole new wedding and needed help. She called me 10 minutes later and put all my worries at ease. She found us vendors, called me at a minimum once a week to check in, and had the whole day coordinated perfectly. I truly cannot say enough good things about Peggy and her husband. If you are getting married in the keys you need Peggy!!!

Peggy was great to work with! I hired her as a "day of coordinator". Our wedding took place on Smathers Beach. It's a public beach so she got there a couple hours early to scope out the best spot. I also wanted a picnic set up. I provided her my color scheme I wanted (that's it) and she went above and beyond to make vision come to life. The details, textures, and patterns was the cherry on top! I would totally recommend hiring Destination Wedding Studio!

Peggy was an absolute dream to work with! We ended up having to postpone our wedding twice last year due to the pandemic and Peggy was a pleasure to work with through it all to keeping us sane and finally give us our perfect day! Everything was absolutely beautiful like it was out of a magazine! She had the best suggestions and made me feel so comfortable planning our destination wedding from NJ. We couldn't have picked a better team!

Peggy was very professional and brought things to my attention to be prepared for before the actual big day. I really appreciated all of the calls leading up to the wedding and making sure everything was in order. Unfortunately, a literal hurricane decided it was going to make landfall the day of my wedding so there were a lot of things that had to switch the day of. I was a pretty understanding bride with making all my revisions to my perfect wedding, but I had one major issue with the planner. Peggy could not make it due to being susceptible to COVID-19 so she sent her daughter, Alex. I loved Alex initially but she just wanted to "make my mom happy", not me, the actual bride who planned & paid for everything. As I said earlier, there was a hurricane the day of our wedding and I planned everything to be on the beach. I asked the resort & my planner if there's a break in the rain during the day can we do a quick small ceremony with just bridesmaids & groomsmen to get beach shots? They agreed, but Alex asked me if I wanted to have a whole second ceremony inside? I told her I want to have one but not the entire thing again because it'll be too long. She told me my mom wants a long 2nd one and I said let's keep it short. Alex decided to make it long per mom's request and not even tell me we were doing that. I'm pretty sure I was mouthing curse words to my husband halfway through our second ceremony so in the pictures, I look really mad. Then, Alex had the guts to come up to me afterward and say, "how was that?" I told her I was not happy and that was not what I told her I wanted. Her exact response was, "Well, your mom's happy!" and my planner literally had me start crying my eyes out right then and there in the middle of my wedding because I realized this was now my mom's wedding, not mine. If you are willing to sacrifice your own happiness to make the wedding of the dreams for your mom then feel free to hire Destination Wedding Studio. If you'd rather it be about you, I would recommend going with a different planner.

Our wedding at Audubon House and Tropical Gardens in Key West was perfect. It met all our expectations and more, thanks to Peggy Russell, of Destination Wedding Studio. Peggy is wonderful to work with, professional, and extremely organized. She was great leading up to our special day and everything ran like clockwork! We couldn't have been happier with the way the evening went and the vendors she had suggested. Since our wedding was scheduled during the pandemic, we were stressed over what to do but she was cool as a cucumber and seemed to take it all in stride, even reassuring us that we could reschedule if we wanted and she would work with our venue and vendors to coordinate a new date. We ended up going through with our original date, which required a different layout because there were fewer people than originally planned. Peggy did a great job as though she had done it thousands of times before. I highly recommend Peggy if you are getting married in the Keys or surrounding area- she knows everyone and everything! Peggy had it all under control. She is amazing!

My mom and I both agreed that the best choice we made throughout the whole wedding planning process was having Peggy as our wedding planner! We was so attentive, kind, and helpful and truly did more for us than we ever even expected. She gave us amazing advice on decor, choosing vendors, etc and was always available for meetings and to answer our questions. She also has a very keen eye for design which is why we chose her in the first place (since I'm not very creative). In fact, we've planned TWO entire weddings from start to finish with Peggy since our first wedding was canceled only a few weeks prior in May 2020 in Key West due to COVID-19. She then helped us plan an entirely new wedding in Miami within a few months that came out absolutely gorgeous and perfect despite the circumstances. She always kept it cool calm and collected despite plans changing daily the week up to the wedding. We truly couldn't have picked a better person to work with and we are sad that the process is over!

I can't give enough stars to Destination Wedding Studio. We had some very unfortunate events happen this year. With having to postpone the initial wedding date of March 29, 200 to December, due to COVID-19 and then having to cancel all together due to the loss of a close family member, Peggy and team have been nothing short of amazing. Peggy worked with me to get every detail of the wedding perfect and when we postponed she helped contact all the vendors to move the date. Then when we had to just completely cancel she still continued to work with us. This team has been nothing but professional and caring and I would HIGHLY recommend using them as your wedding planner.

Peggy was our rock! We hired DWS as a "day of coordinator" for our wedding at the Hemingway House - Peggy and team helped us leading up to the wedding to ensure there were no details that we missed & we had a rock solid agenda for our wedding day. During the rehearsal she was extremely efficient with our large wedding party (16 wedding party + family) and was great working with my dad who was the officiant. On our wedding day she didn't miss a beat. She was quietly floating the whole night to keep the night moving along and was fantastic. Peggy, Alex and Chuck are the dream team. I live in Michigan and planned my entire wedding with them without ever have stepping foot on Key West before. Peggy Russell and the team at DWS are absolutely fantastic! We first met Peggy in April, when visiting Hawk’s Cay for the first time. I instantly fell in love with Peggy and hired her on the spot for our October wedding. Having seventy of our closest friends and family making the trip to FL, for us meant hosting a weekend of events from Friday through Sunday. Our families are very important to us and our vision was to have events that would include fun activities to bring everyone together for an unforgettable weekend. Peggy took our vision and ran with it! From our beautiful welcome brunch poolside, to our Luau complete with Steel drums and a crazy conga line, to our gorgeous ceremony and reception, ending with a farewell bbq; Peggy gave us the experience of a lifetime! All I have to say is Destination Wedding Studio is on top of their game. We had a wedding scheduled during hurricane/rainy season and on the suggestion of Peggy and her team, we made sure to have a backup tent (just in case) and am I SO glad we did as it rained on and off the whole entire day/night. However, come rain or come shine, my husband and I and our guests were determined to make the best of the experience. Peggy and her team were completely calm during the entire experience. They worked with the vendors to make sure that the reception/dance space could still all be accommodated all while staying within my stylistic vision. It was incredible! Peggy Russell was my day of wedding planner at Hawks Cay. But she went above and beyond. She ended up being my florist and designed my table scape. I had a florist but last minute had to cut my budget and Peggy stepped in and did it better than I could have imagined. The flowers were exquisite. She also was the officiant for the ceremony and everything she said was perfect for our relationship and the type of ceremony we had envisioned. Destination weddings is a great choice for a wedding planner.

Destination Wedding Studio (Peg & her Team ) couldn’t have made our day go any smoother than it did! When my niece got married a couple of years ago, Peggy was a life saver. I won’t go into details, but there was a hurricane that year and we didn’t know if we would be able to get into Key West, but Peggy had it all under control. So When my daughter got engaged, Peggy was the first contact I made and that was the best thing I could have done. She is amazing! She guided us every step of the way. She really listens to your dream and makes it happen. Any time my daughter or I would feel stressed, Peggy, with all her experience and love for what she does, always knew exactly what to say or do to calm us down. The day of the wedding, when we finally saw the finished product, we were amazed at how absolutely perfectly she made my daughter and son in law’s vision come to life. Let’s see…Where do I even begin?! My husband and I have been in awe over how incredible our wedding day was because of Peggy at Destination Wedding Studio! I have heard from so many of our guests how beautiful the wedding was, how impressed they were, and that not one detail went untouched. Peggy has been so wonderful from the very start of us contacting each other! She put up with countless questions, emails, calls, and texts and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and patience. She caught my vision and guided me to the absolute perfect wedding day. Originally my husband and I were to be married on September 21, 2017, but mother nature had other plans for us! About two weeks prior to our wedding Hurricane Irma hit the Keys. I was devastated, but could not have been in better hands than Peggy's. She contacted me before, during and after the hurricane, all while evacuating and not knowing what was left of her home and business. Peggy has been there to help see us through every step of the way! I don’t know how to express her how much her patience, understanding, guidance, and support has meant to us over the past two years! I remember going and back and forth with her a million times after Hurricane Irma trying to decide just what to do. Peggy knew my vision and helped guide me to make the perfect decision to make my wedding day even more incredible than I could have ever imagined! On October 28, 2018, I remember my dad and I walking out to start our walk down the aisle. The door opened cueing us to begin and I looked out over the ceremony and it was more than I could have ever imagined! I was stunned! I could not have dreamt up a more beautiful wedding! The arch standing so eloquently overlooking Hawks Cay Channel, the placement of the signage, the flowers, the anchors, and everything was just perfect! I remember looking over at the reception area while we were walking down the steps and seeing the slate blue linens flowing in the breeze, the centerpieces were so unique and different than what I imagined in the best way! I had this overwhelming feeling of calmness when I stepped out and saw all of this because after over two years of Peggy and me planning, the time had FINALLY come and my vision (so much better than my vision) had come to life! Peggy truly made this once in a lifetime experience so incredibly special for my husband, myself, and every single one of our guests!

Peggy and her team truly out did themselves. As a hospitality professional, I have worked with many wedding planners in my years. Peggy, from day one, was the most professional, attentive, supportive supportive and creative of them all. So I just knew I had to have her for myself one day. Honestly, I did not stress once while knowing she in charge and THE DAY went off without a single hitch. If you want to have a stress free and gorgeous wedding, she is your gal! We got married at the Casa Marina in Key West and needed a day of planner. We spoke with Peggy on the phone and she provided so much information even before we signed any kind of contract. Even though we only asked her for her day of services, Peggy was in touch at least once a month (and then a LOT more than that as we got closer to the date) helping with planning. On the day of the wedding, she was truly amazing. She kept everything running smoothly and on time, and most importantly went out of her way to make me and my husband happy. She truly made the event PERFECT. Do not hesitate in choosing Peggy. She is amazing and knows how to plan a wedding.

My dream wedding and much much more... I from Texas and my now husband (whoop!) is from the U.K. but we live and were planning our Key West wedding from Australia (Perth, which couldn't be farther). When I came across Destination Wedding Studio on instagram I was amazed by all of the gorgeous weddings she planned. Every photo I loved from local photographers and florists always came back to DWS. I actually don't know where to begin with my overwhelming praise to give to Peggy. I guess to start I kept thinking if she could just do what she did for other people, for me, I'd be happy. I booked Peggy for full planning as planning from that far was going to be super hard. As well as everyone I know assumed I'd be the biggest bridezilla (thanks for the confidence fam). Let me just say - she is worth every cent, penny and dollar. I have been the most relaxed bride because of her. She made planning effortless. When we made a trip to Key West 6 months before the wedding to vacay and plan. She booked all of our wedding appointments for us. She gave us the time and place to show up and she was there ready to help us every step. This meant we actually got to enjoy our KW trip rather than hassling with making appointments and such. Not to mention the weekend after we left, Hurricane Irma hit and while she was hustling with her other brides during the aftermath she always made it seem there weren't any other brides at all. How is that even possible? When I said I'd be happy with someone else's decor I was totally wrong. Peggy is more than "cookie cutter" she is an artist and creator. She made my own wedding dreams come true and made everything so personal and brought a perfect vision to life! Most importantly I couldn't have been more relaxed on our big day knowing Peggy was there. She had proved to me over and over to really trust her and I knew no matter what happened (as in my dress train turned black during my first look, hours before my ceremony) everything was going to be perfect. And it was - I couldn't have cared less for anything that went wrong (which is inevitable). My photographer said I was one of the most calm brides he had ever seen. I owe it to Peggy. No one ever called me bridezilla like we thought and I couldn't have had a better day. I thought about nothing on our day but marrying the man of my dreams and having the BEST time with family and friends. I never left the dance floor. Peggy saved my sanity and wedding after having to change my original ceremony/reception location due to Irma. She talked me through all my concerns and questions until we found another location that I was satisfied would be equivalent to my original. She is excellent at communicating and following every intimate detail of how you want your day to go. She also assisted me with making my dreams into a reality while still keeping it within my budget. When we decided to get married in Key West, it was very important to find the right partner as our wedding planner to bring the best styling, decor and design vision available to the mix -- not simply someone who would look for my direction and then implement, which I think is pretty easy to find amongst the many planners in Key West, but rather someone who could take our vision, theme and desires and turn it into something better than we could even imagine. In Peggy Russell and DWS, we found such a partner. Not only was Peggy spot on with every vendor she recommended (and they all love working with her, which helps immensely in bringing together an incredible day/event), but she also delivered the most gorgeous wedding we could have imagined. People often say - "something always goes wrong with a wedding" -- well, I can honestly say that not only did nothing go wrong, but it was better and more seamless than expected. The working collaboration in the months leading up to the event were a great balance of give and take -- one of my favorite working sessions was with Peggy and the florist (Duarte) and they so impressed me with their creativity and style; I knew at that moment that they were experts in their craft. On the day of, we were able to soak in every second of our celebration -- to enjoy every detail, ever beautiful flower and detail on our incredible dinner table, dancing with our guests and watching everyone be delighted and charmed with the design elements and overall feel, while not having to sweat the details because Peggy and her assistant were on top of everything. I can't say enough about how great this partnership was -- when you see the pictures of how gorgeous her decor and design has been for weddings, know that she will do that for you and more in line with your own inspiration and style. Nov 18th, 2017 - Jersey Bride - Key West Wedding. I honestly don't know where to start. The whole wedding process can be a bit stressful however everything pulled together perfectly and I know it was because I hired the right wedding planner. Prior to talking with Peggy (Destination Wedding Studios) I made a few other phone calls but was constantly rushed off the phone. What a relief when I finally got Peggy on the phone. Our initial conversation was about 30 minutes talking about ideas and options, going through photos and discussing my vision. She completely understood what I wanted and my goodness, she pulled it together perfectly. Her design was exactly what I dreamed about and more. A quick note to a new bride. No matter who you hire as your planner you will have to contact different vendors (DJ, photographer, hair and make-up) and find who works best with you. Peggy does provide a vendor list however take the time to research. Once you hire everyone Peggy will take over. She will set timelines with everyone and will communicate with everyone for the big day. Your only job will be to show up at the wedding. This was such a relief because once I arrived in Key West I did not want to do anything except enjoy my vacation and my wedding weekend. In terms of your wedding design please let her do her thing. I promise you wont be disappointed. She picked out the most beautiful chargers and linens and design elements. Everyone at my wedding said it looked like a pintrest wedding. Peggy also hooked me up with a fantastic florist (Monika with Duarte Floral Design) who I highly recommend. Peggy and Monika worked simultaneously together designing hanging structures, center pieces, lanterns. Even with the stress of Hurricane Irma we pulled through and that weekend was the best weekend of my life. I am so grateful for Peggy and her team - xox Penny :) for making my entire weekend a weekend to remember. I can't believe it's over.

Peggy Russell with her team (Destination Wedding Studio) was my wedding planner for my wedding in Islamorada, FL on 11/18/17. My wedding was a weekend event. It started Friday with a welcome dinner, Saturday church wedding and reception, and Sunday farewell brunch. Peggy and her team helped me coordinate and plan all of these events. We started planning everything in July of 2017 so we only had 5 months to put everything together. I most say that Peggy was amazing throughout the whole process. She helped me find vendors for everything I wanted, she didn't push anyone on me so I felt comfortable following her advice since I felt she had my best interest at heart. She then helped put together the whole timeline for the 3 days and make sure all the little details (and there are a million of them) were all taken care off. She also helped deal with my fiance (now husband) who was being a complete groom-zilla. She knew everyone and every place in the Keys which was super helpful because she was able to ask for favors or give recommendations for everything we needed. At the end I had my fairy tale wedding, I seriously couldn't have asked for a better wedding and a big part of it was all due to Peggy's work. In conclusion, I highly recommend her services, she is super competent, professional and cares so much about her brides. She told me many times that she loves all her brides and her main job is "watching over their heart" and that is completely true since it showed with all her work and dedication.

It is as simple as this...Peggy is worth her weight in gold, diamonds, platinum...you name it! There is nothing easy about planning a wedding, however when doing it thousands of miles away from the intended venue there can be a few spanners in the works to keep you on your toes. The biggest of these spanners being hurricane Irma. Myself and my now husband, Andy, had always planned to get hitched in the Florida Keys. A slight snag in our planning was that we live in Northern Ireland. This meant finding the perfect wedding planner was always a necessity, and no-one was recommended as highly as Peggy Russell. This is one of the rare occasions when someone lived up to 'all the hype'. Her sense of style, vision and simply her personable nature made everything easy and straightforward. From our first conversation Peggy made me feel at ease and I knew we were in a very capable pair of hands. Everything was running smoothly, until 4 weeks prior to the wedding Irma devastated our venue and suddenly we had 50+ people flying from the UK/Ireland with no wedding to attend. Peggy to the rescue! With the help of the staff at our original venue (Hawk's Cay Resort) a new location was found and sussed out by Peggy within days. In those few horrible hours when it looked like we would have to abandon our wedding in paradise, Peggy was always at the end of a phone or email offering support and reassurance. She turned everything around within 48 hours, having met with the event staff at the new venue (Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne - who I also could not praise enough) and found new vendors. At the outset Peggy promised me my 'dream wedding' and despite everything, she MORE THAN DELIVERED! I had the most beautiful wedding, although not where I dreamed, but it could not have been more prefect. If you are looking for a wedding planner, then I suggest look no further. Peggy is dynamic, creative, professional and all round fabulous. She will take good care of you and your wedding, even when a hurricane hits and all looks lost! I will go ahead and echo everyone who has reviewed Peggy and her team at Destination Wedding Studio, they made our day simply amazing! I am a CONTROL freak, and super anal retentive so I can tell you she is quite adept at dealing with multiple personalities and she has an amazingly calming presence! Planning a destination wedding can be tough, and Peggy was able to outline every detail prior to for us to make sure all of our i's were dotted and our t's were crossed. She does a majority of the weddings at Hawk's Cay so we felt at ease with how well they knew the staff and the property as well. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but Peggy was able to reign in all the images I had in my head to create an extremely classy design! She has the vision you need whether you want to retain some or most of the creative control or you would like her to take care of it completely! She was also AMAZING at helping me work within my decorating budget. We had some very minor issues pop up during the event and they were able to handle them without us even realizing it was happening! On top of that they took care of our family as if they were their own! Can't say enough about Peggy and her husband, such amazing people with the biggest hearts!

Peggy went above and beyond her role as our Day-Of Coordinator. We began weekly phone calls to discuss details and the timeline about 2 months before the big day. Hurricane Irma hit Key West less than a month before our wedding and for a couple weeks we didn't know if we would be able to pull it off. Peggy was absolutely amazing in calming my nerves, easing my stress, and even found us a Plan B venue just in case. Luckily we were able to get married in Key West and Peggy totally brought my wedding day vision to life! She is so talented, kind, organized, creative and has the biggest heart. Our wedding was perfect thanks to Peggy Russell of Destination Wedding Studio. We had the most beautiful wedding. Peggy is very professional, kind and lovely to work with. Peggy took the time to learn our story, which made us feel blessed. We wanted only the best and the wedding planning and design far exceeded our expectations. Being perfectionists we knew planning our wedding would be a difficult task but Peggy was very accommodating and worked with us down to the finest detail all from the other side of the world. We first met Peggy as a planner for our intimate wedding package at Hawks Cay Resort in November 2016. She was so caring and responsive and planned everything so nicely that we hired her for our "bigger" reception in April 2017 in Hemingway Home. And I must say Peggy is a true artist, she has exquisite taste and she did the most beautiful and tasteful decorations I've ever seen. My husband is from the hospitality industry himself, so he had very high standards in table settings, but he was so happy with what she did, and our guests were amazed and everyone took pictures of the table and floral arrangements! We both were so pleased working with her, she is almost like an auntie or a close relative that takes such a great care of you and she definitely became someone very meaningful to us throughout the process. She also helped us to pick perfect vendors, we were satisfied with everyone. Highly recommend Peggy for weddings in Keys, which she is extremely knowledgeable about.

Peggy and the Destination Wedding Studio made our wedding a DREAM! We did 4 separate events with them as the planner. We were ABSOLUTELY thrilled! Each event was outstanding and more than we could have ever dreamed of. She knows all the right people and designers and just made it all happen. We live 3000 miles from the wedding site and Peggy took care of all the details. She made our visions come to life in ways we never would have been able to do. They are incredible. I could not say enough. We are two busy executives with no time to plan, we were blending two families, and two different cultures, Peggy made it stunning and wonderful. We literally could just focus on our family and friends, and pretty much just show up :) HIRE THEM, I'd use them time and time again for anything in the areas they cover. WONDERFUL!

Coming from Maryland I knew that I would need a wedding planner to help with my wedding in the Florida Keys. I am so happy and grateful that I came across Peggy and Destination Wedding Studio! I never had much of a vision for my wedding day, and Peggy did an incredible job of turning my vague ideas into an amazingly beautiful wedding. Despite the fact that I gave her very little direction, my wedding ended up looking like something from Pinterest or a bridal magazine! Not to mention, there was very little stress and effort on my part. I kept wondering what I was doing wrong- shouldn't I be feeling more stress?? Peggy was always accessible to me via phone and email, despite my odd work hours. Peggy took great care of us, and all I had to do on the day of was show up to my wedding on time. No worrying about vendors, flowers, or anything else. Everything went flawlessly and my guests were in awe by the wedding table. I can tell that Peggy treats each wedding as if it were her own family's! Truly my only regret is not getting in touch with her before I spent hours and hours searching for the right venue in Florida. Largo Resort in Key Largo was what we wanted and more. Everything about this private estate is stunning from the guest bungalows, main lodge, fresh water pool, gorgeous landscaping, and mind blowing gulf views to the incredibly gracious and hardworking staff. A big thank you to Kathryn, Jeannette, Juan, and Joaquin at Largo. We still can’t fathom how this became a reality for us, but it did thanks to Peggy, her amazing team, and their recommendations. Each vendor we dealt with raved about how great it was to work with Peggy and we truly benefitted from those great relationships. We received remarkable service and were thrilled with the final outcome. The real moment of awe came when we saw the final wedding day details. Peggy is a true designer at heart and somehow managed to transform a beautiful venue into something even more beautiful. She used every space creating a unique and inviting atmosphere throughout the property. The tablescapes were absolutely stunning and her ability to combine elements in such a distinctive way using the natural surroundings is beyond amazing. My daughter got married in Vero Beach, Florida in April. It was three hours north of Peggy and her team's normal wedding planning territory. It was also in a location that has not yet evolved wedding destination. Services in the area were more limited and not as routine. Peggy and Destination Wedding Studio did a fantastic job "thinking out of the box" .My daughter had a vision and Peggy pulled that vision together and more! Peggy was at our beck and call. She came up repeatedly to review the space, go through the day, figure out the transportation to and from the hotel, church, reception and after party. She worked with all the vendors in a seamless way. She worked tirelessly the weekend of the wedding and did not stop until the wedding was over. The wedding was absolutely fantastic and she helped make a magical night for my daughter and son-in-law.....

I am still dreaming about how fantastic our wedding day was in Vero Beach, FL & most of that is thanks to how amazing Peggy and the Destination Wedding Studio team was. Planning: Peg helped keep our family and vendors organized and always came prepared to any meetings to go over timelines, etc. She was willing to be a part of our whole weekend, not just the wedding night which really made a difference for our guests. Details: Peg is very creative and was able to bring a lot of inspiration once we explained our vision. She was able to work well and willingly with all of our (many) ideas as well. Coordination: We had a larger wedding (and very large wedding party) and Peg and the team really worked to keep us calm throughout the whole night. I had seen some of Peggy's work online and just by talking to her and hearing about her background in design, I knew she could take my (somewhat vague) vision and make it happen. She asked for some of my wedding inspiration, so I sent her pictures of my dress, screen shots from Pinterest and Etsy - a total of about 8 pictures. From that point, I TRUSTED Peggy to make all design choices. She chose the florist and rental company and worked with them to make my vision happen. When I arrived at the Hemingway Home on my wedding day the setting literally took my breath away. It was perfect. Right down to the last detail. She is a true artist. And allowing Peggy the artistic freedom to make design choices, allowed me to enjoy my engagement rather than become stressed with small details. I would highly recommend Peggy and the DWS team to anyone looking to get married in the Keys.

Words cannot express how lucky I was to work with Peggy. I read a lot of reviews online and spoke to many different planners on the phone and ultimately decided on Peggy. She was so easy to talk to and I was completely confident that I chose the right person due to her experience and knowledge of the Keys. So many planners that I spoke to seemed to be planning multiple weddings each week and felt like I would just be another wedding in the mix. With Peggy, I never felt as if she was too busy and I always felt like a priority. I hired Peggy for her concierge services which was basically full planning and design. My fiancé and I picked our venue and date and Peggy helped with everything else. She gave me excellent recommendations for all of my vendors and I was able to do additional research on them and make the ultimate decision. I never felt pressured to use any specific vendor and she gave me options at different cost levels. I had an idea of what I wanted my wedding day to look like but Peggy was able to put it all together and make it beautiful. There is no way my wedding would have been half of what it was if she was not my planner. She has a great eye for detail and designed the most elegant beach wedding. Peggy was very easy to get in touch with during the entire planning process. She responded very quickly to emails, texts and set up phone calls when needed. She also met me in person a few times since I live in Miami. We met in Miami and also in Islamorada which is where I got married. She walked through my venue with me and the staff at Post Card Inn to help with the design process and also went to the florist with me. The week of my wedding, there was a high chance of rain on my wedding day. The ceremony and reception were all outside and we were unable to move it inside due to the number of guests. Peggy took care of everything and allowed me not to stress. She was able to get me a tent and change the layout of the reception/cocktail area due to using a tent. It didn’t end up raining, but honestly the changes that were made, including adding the tent turned out better than the original plan. The night before the wedding she did the rehearsal with myself and the wedding party and helped organize transportation to and from the rehearsal dinner. The day of the wedding Peggy was there with her husband early setting up and stayed late cleaning everything up and getting everything back to me that I brought to the venue. I was not stressed at all on the day of the wedding and everything was extremely organized. She kept everything on time and I didn’t need to worry about anything. I absolutely loved working with Peggy and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner. She felt more like a friend/family after working with her for so long and you could really tell that she loves what she does. It was obvious that Peggy cared about us and making us happy with the outcome instead of just doing her job and getting a pay check. And honestly, I feel like I gained so much more from her services than what I actually paid and she well exceeded all of my expectations!

Peggy was great! She worked with me from different time zone. She was patient with me when I was slow to respond to emails. She followed up everything and kept me organized. Day of she also put out lots of fires and overall just made the day run smoothly. My family and bridal party loved her calmness and sensitivity. I am so glad I found her!
