We hired Lo for the final 3 months of planning our wedding, the diva package, and couldn’t be happier with our decision. From our first meeting, Lo was consistently organized, focused, detail-oriented, calm and calming. Lo’s guidance in our meetings really helped us gain a different perspective and generate creative ideas that we wouldn’t have thought of without her. We also couldn’t be more grateful for Lo’s day-of coordination. Her efficient and seamless communication with all our vendors really gave use peace of mind on our big day, which went off without a hitch! Gabby from Detailed Events by Lo is absolutely incredible. We couldn't recommend her more. I was a a MOH in my best friends wedding during my engagement (~1 year before my wedding.) She had hired Gabby as her day of coordinator, and after seeing Gabby in action I knew I had to also. Having any day of coordinator definitely decreases stress, but having Gabby made me feel relaxed, relieved and able to enjoy our special day. She helps with everything--from big things like keeping to schedule and making sure all of your vendors are ready to go, to small things like helping reapply lip gloss and making sure my hair is in place when we're in the wind during pictures. And sooooo much more behind the scenes. As an anxious person, having Gabby as my day-of coordinator allowed me to be stress-free, enjoy the day, and really be present. I can't recommend her enough. I can’t say enough good things about Lo from Detailed Events by Lo. From the moment I booked her until now, Lo has been incredible. She was there for every single step of the way in the last few months leading up to our wedding, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. After we booked our DIY venue, my husband and I knew we would need a coordinator to help us execute our vision. Lo from Detailed Events by Lo was the perfect choice for us. She is extremely detailed and helped us stay organized with checklists for what we should be working on each month leading up to the wedding. As the big day got closer she met with us and our vendor team multiple times to make sure everyone was aligned. When our venue let go of their staff the day before the wedding, Lo worked with the vendors to come up with a plan. Day of, she checked in with me early to make sure I wasn’t stressed and assured me that everything would work out. The day ended up being perfect and I’m so glad we had Lo as part of our team. Having a wedding is extremely exciting, but as the days, weeks, and months go by, you may realize there are far more details than expected. Well, Lo made this process smoother than I could have imagined. She truly cares about her job, and it shows in how detailed her checklist is, how enthusiastic she is in every interaction, and how organized she is (which I can’t stress enough). I was going back and forth on hiring a wedding coordinator, and I am SO happy that I decided to book with Detailed Events by Lo. We worked with Lo initially, and then with Gabrielle starting 2 months before the wedding and on the day of. Immediately after booking with Lo, she provided us with a detailed wedding planning timeline and an itemized checklist for the day, both of which I referenced multiple times throughout the planning process and were very helpful to stay organized and on track. She also gave us a number of awesome vendor recs for both our wedding and my bridal shower! Lo was always quick to respond via email or text, and I knew I could come to her with any question/problem, big or small! Once we hit the 2 month mark, we worked exclusively with Gabrielle. Gabrielle is not only one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, but she is also SO amazing at what she does! She set up multiple venue walk throughs with us, communicated with all of our vendors directly to help create a wedding day timeline, and gave us so much great advice on all things wedding related. I literally was 100% stress free on my wedding day thanks to Gab. If anything went wrong on the day of, I had no idea ( and still don't). She had such a positive attitude all day, was always there making sure every strand of hair was in place, held my train while we walked around the grounds for our photos, ensured everything was running on schedule without being pushy, and even gave me a sweet little pep talk right before walking down the aisle. Needless to say, we couldn't have imagined our day without Gab there! I will never have enough amazing things to say about both Lo and Gab!! Lauren and her team were amazing during our wedding planning process. Marissa and Lauren answered any of my (many) questions months before our wedding and Marissa was right by my side throughout our big day, making sure nothing got missed and I was at ease the whole time! We questioned if we really needed a planner in the beginning stages of planning, but looking back now my husband and I agree it was the best decision we made! There is so much going on through the day, a bride really cannot stay on top of it all herself. Marissa had it covered from start to finish and I can’t thank this team enough for helping make our wedding the most magical day of our lives!

Hiring Detailed Events by Lo was the best decision we made for our wedding! Our big day involved four different venues, but thanks to Team Lo, everything ran smoothly and on schedule. Gabrielle was our day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. A month before the wedding, she provided me with checklists and a detailed timeline of tasks to accomplish, which helped keep me on track. Her attention to detail is exceptional. As a very type-A person, I knew I couldn't manage everything on my own, so having Gabrielle take the lead gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. I went back & forth with the idea of even hiring a wedding coordinator because I was having a smaller wedding of only about 65 people but I am SO GLAD that I ended up hiring Lauren for my wedding day. A few weeks before the wedding any text I would send her with a question would be answered immediately with a response of "that's already been done" or she would figure out a solution. Everything was coordinated so perfectly that the day of my wedding I wasn't stressed at all. Every detail was talked through before the big day and she communicated so well with all of my vendors. She was so much more than just a wedding coordinator. From the moment she arrived to my venue the morning of the wedding she started working and the entire space was set up within an hour. Then throughout the day she made sure everything ran perfectly and never left my side. I just needed to say, WOW. I booked Detailed Events by Lo the minute I booked my venue because some reviews were a little nerve wrecking and it was the best decision I ever made. I worked with Gabrielle a few months before my wedding and all day the day of and she was UNREAL. She was so attentive, detail orientated, friendly and overall an absolute pleasure to work with. Hiring Lauren was the best money we spent on our wedding- period! With a 250+ guest count, two locations, and a massive bridal party, we had a lot of moving parts and things to organize. Naturally, my wedding day meant so much to my family and me and my husband- we wanted everything to go off without a hitch. Once we began looking into day-of coordinators, Lauren's name came up 9 times out of 10. She was our first call and we are so thankful we made the right one. Leading up to the wedding, Lo oversaw all of our 15+ vendors & reviewed every contract all while keeping us in the loop via multiple zoom meetings. She attended our church rehearsal where she completely structured our ceremony and organized our 30 person bridal party with ease. On the big day, Lo took charge of our massive 50+ people photo shot list, coordinated bridesmaids, groomsmen, family and more to get from venue to church back to venue. She held all of my (the bride's) personal effects all day long from ceremony to reception (10+ hours.) She was there for me at every turn, anything I needed. I got married October 2023 & Lo was absolutely amazing and well worth it! I am not the planner type and was very overwhelmed with wedding planning and all the small details. Lo was extremely helpful with her breakdown checklists, which kept me on track. She even came to some of my vendor meetings. Lo is an absolute amazing person! We wanted to make sure that everything ran smoothly day of and did not want to worry about the details. Lo not only made sure everything ran smoothly but assisted us in picking vendors and creating the most perfect day. I truly do not know how i could have done it without Lo. Working with Lo was such a wonderful experience. I can go on and on about how amazing she was from the time I hired her to our wedding! She is kind, professional, and super responsive and helpful. I heard a saying that if your day seemingly goes well it is because you hired a great wedding coordinator. I now echo that "saying". Lauren and Gabrielle got me organized and also provided accent suggestions to help the event run more smoothly and more to my vision. Lauren and Gabrielle helped me navigate what was not being provided by the venue well enough in advance to get everything the way that I wanted it. My wedding day was not stressful, I didn't think about anything other than spending time with my husband to-be, family and friends. Our guests said that our wedding was "chill"/"no stress", the vibe was cozy and fun, food was great and timely served, the decor was fabulous, music in line with the mood. All in all, a great wedding thanks to Lauren and Gabrielle!

Let me tell you, I am a micromanaging, psychopathic ball of stress. Let me also tell you, you can micromanage planning your wedding as much as humanly possible but when the day of the wedding actually comes, it's all out of your control. You need to just be present in the day and enjoy it. Knowing I had Gabrielle by my side was the only reason I was able to do that. We had Gabrielle as our wedding coordinator and believe me when I say she was our arch angel, saving grace, super hero and backbone of our wedding. There are no words that can do her justice. She is calm when you are freaking out, organized when you're all over the place, encouraging and uplifting when you feel exhausted and overwhelmed. The level of thoroughness of her and the team is beyond belief. We had a 400+ person wedding and let's just say there was a LOT of moving parts and detail to plan for. Gabrielle may the planning as smooth as it could be and made the day of so seamless. She had the day organized by the minute and was the delegator and head of communication for all of our (many) vendors. Because of her, I was able to truly take in every moment of my wedding and not worry about anything besides having the best day of my life. I had no idea what time it was the whole day and I did not care because I knew she had it all under control. The best wedding decision I made (aside from choosing the right husband) was working with Lo to make my dream wedding come true!! As a very detail-oriented, event-industry person myself, I thought I could handle everything on my own. 2 months before the wedding, I realized how ~nice~ it would be to not worry about all the "things" on my own wedding day. Hiring Detailed Events by Lo was a crucial part to the success of our wedding day. Leading up to the day, Lauren was communicative and made us feel secure in our decision to hire her team for the day of coordinator. We had Gabrielle with us on the day and I am confident when I say it would not have gone smoothly without her! My husband and I recently got married in July 2023 and we were so fortunate to have Lauren as our day of coordinator. We booked Lauren in September of 2021, so just about 2 years before our wedding date, for our day of coordinator. However, Lauren was more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had from the time we signed our contract even though we only had her services for day of, which was really great for helping along the way. Lauren was super responsive and listened to all of our ideas for our wedding. On the actual wedding day, Lauren was by my side the entire day and was prepared with whatever I needed, even down to having water ready for me during all the pictures, partying, etc. She kept everything on track and handled all the vendors amazingly. Even though I am very organized and was unsure initially if I needed a coordinator, hiring Lauren as my coordinator eased a lot of my anxieties and helped to make my day go perfectly. I am so glad I hired Lauren, it was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding!

If I could give 100 stars I would! Lauren is AMAZING. She is so detail oriented and keeps everything in order day of while staying behind the scenes. Leading up to the wedding she answered all my random questions and once we hit around 6 weeks out she was SOOO involved and made sure all we had to worry about was saying I DO at the alter. She made sure our many vendors were in the loop, made sure all the day of decor was in place, and kept everything on schedule. She was truly amazing. We did a BYOB option at our venue and we’re running low on liquor and she went above & beyond to make sure that didn’t happen and saved our day. I am not kidding when I say my day would not have been the same without Lo. From the second I booked her two years ago until 9:15 pm on my wedding night, she was my go-to person. Whenever I needed her, she was there to help me. I hired her as a day of coordinator but she was so much more than that. She helped me with so much throughout my wedding planning process. Leading up to the wedding she handled all of the communication with vendors, final details, and I truly did not have to worry about a thing. On my wedding day- she was an absolute rockstar. I swear I have no idea how she does it. She did not stop moving one time. From the second she arrived at 10:30 she was running back and forth between me and my husband, making sure everything was happening on time, making sure I got all of the pictures that I wanted and more. Soon after my daughter got engaged we signed with Westmount County Club and then went on a search for the best day of planner. After speaking with Lauren I knew we had found the right person for the job and also decided that she had so much insight to offer that we went with a longer plan than just day off. We used many of her recommended vendors and they were all top notch! Lauren’s organizational skills are amazing and for an OCD mom who did the entire planning she totally got me. She was there for everything form confirming vendors, scheduling, recommendations, timelines, working with the venue, helping bustle my daughter’s dress - I could go on and on! I cannot imagine planning the wedding without her! Run don’t walk to set up your first meeting!!

Lauren and Gaby were amazing. They were worth every penny!!! I hired Lauren about 1.5 years before my wedding. Leading up to the wedding, we were not in touch, but once we got closer to my wedding date, Lauren was always available to answer all of my questions and would pick up the phone whenever I called. Lauren was present for my final walk through and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted for my wedding. Lauren and Gaby were there for my rehearsal and double checked with my on the final details. On the day of my wedding, they were prompt and professional. They made the day completely stress-free and were there for anything I needed. They bring a suitcase of emergency items which came in handy for my bridesmaids.

Hire Lauren from Detailed Events by Lo as your wedding planner! For my daughter’s wedding, we worked with Lauren as our day of event planner. Over the two month period leading up to the big day, Lauren went above and beyond to make sure each and every detail was covered. Her thorough to do list was most helpful, and she followed up with us to ensure that we understood everything. Not only did Lauren keep an open line of communication with us, but she also contacted all of the vendors to ensure that they were all organized and on the same page. On the day of the wedding, Lauren arrived at the venue early in the morning and stayed until after the after party and would only leave if we were comfortable that everything was taken care of. With her lists in hand, Lauren stayed on top of everything, making sure each detail was perfect; she kept an eye on hair and make-up, she worked with the photographers, ensured the flowers and other decor was exactly how we wanted it, and so much more. During pictures, Lauren was the reason we were able to move through this process quickly and smoothly; by using the photo list, she single handedly moved everyone in and out of pictures without any hesitation. During the wedding, Lauren was our shadow; ensuring we had everything we needed at all times; she even carried our lipsticks with her. The wedding went off without a hitch, and we have Lauren to thank for that. We highly recommend Lauren; don’t get married without her.

Lo was such a pleasure to work with. We hired her as our day of coordinator but she started helping about a month out. If I am being honest I was skeptical at first if we actually needed help because we were almost at the finish line but boy was I wrong. The second she stepped in a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I was finally able to enjoy the days leading up to my wedding. I just need to start off by saying that our wedding date was chosen based off of Lo’s availability because that’s how serious I am about them. Using Detailed Events by Lo was a no brainer and I can honestly say that once I knew we were working together, 99.9% of my wedding day stress went out the window. Day-of coordination is not utilized enough and it is so, unbelievably worth it. Lo was the best month of wedding coordinator! I was on the fence about booking one of these but I'm so glad I did. You spend so much money and effort planning your wedding, you want to be at ease and let someone else worry about the details and issues the day of - because there WILL be issues. It was the best decision to let Lo and her team handle the stress the month and day of my wedding. They treated me like royalty, didn't judge me when I wasn't happy with one of the small details, even had numbing shoe spray when my feet hurt. They waited on me hand and foot and coordinated with every vendor so I didn't have to. They even came around with me when I said hi to each guest so they can pull me away when I wanted to move on to the next. Lo already knew all of the vendors which made it so easy. Everyone loves her and it's obvious why! It's like hanging out with another best friend on the day of your wedding who takes in all of the responsibilities so you and your bridesmaids can just enjoy the day. I can't recommend her enough!

Lauren and her team (we specially had Marissa as our day of coordinator who I truly could not have lived our wedding day without) was the smartest and most impactful add to our wedding journey that I would recommend anyone to do. We worked with Lauren and Gabby from Detailed Events by Lo for our wedding day on 10/22/22 at Art Factory Studios in Paterson, NJ. From the moment we booked Lauren, communication began. Any small questions that came up, she was great with suggestions and getting back to us. As the date approached, we had meetings and went over all details for the day of. We did a final walk thru at our venue and Lauren was extremely organized and made sure she had all information to execute our day. On the day of, Lauren and Gabby went above and beyond from the second they arrived to ensure our day went smoothly. We can't possibly say enough good things about Lauren and Gabby. They took care of Nick and I the entire day and their top priority was to make sure we were happy. The day would not have possibly gone as smoothly as it did without them. I found detailed Events by all after I had begun and planned most of my wedding. Nonetheless, Lauren and her team treated me as if I had their full package. I was able to text or call Lauren any time and ask questions about her opinion regarding the many ideas I had. She even calmed my nervous when I had a mini fiasco with my dress (the owner was sick so was only coming in for my appointment and I had come early during her normal business hours). Lauren was great at telling me what was worth it or not expense wise depending on the vision and the theme for my overall day. She gave me the pros and cons and really walked through everything. Cannot recommend them enough! The day of was so smooth and it was so nice to have someone there to attend to everything I needed including making sure my details were perfectly set up/staged for the ceremony and reception space.

We hired Lauren for our wedding day and it was the best decision we made!! There are not enough words to explain how incredible Lauren is. I hired detailed events by Lo, right about 4 months before the big day. I started to get overwhelmed by the details and I honestly just didn’t know what I needed to do. I’m so glad I had their professionalism and direction to make it a smooth process. I had the pleasure of working with Gabrielle Preziosi! We had multiple calls and checklists provided so I knew what to get done and when to do it by. Gabbie reached out to each vendor and made it such an easy process for me. The day of the wedding came and I literally couldn’t haven’t done it without her. She was there just as the vendors were arriving to set up. I was getting my hair & make up done so I couldn’t move. She was with my wife and I all day and if anything came up - she handled it. She even stayed with us during the photos and touched up my wife & I’s lip gloss every so often and took photos and videos on her phone so we had them posted to IG that following day! If you are a detailed oriented bride and want someone in your corner, do it. Or if you are a bride that doesn’t know what’s to come, definitely do it!! There are no words for everything Gabrielle did. I wouldn't of survived my wedding without her. I had the pleasure of working with Gabrielle as our DOC. We pondered the idea of needed a DOC but pulled the trigger and I am so happy we did. I would book them a million times over again and recommend Gabrielle to the world. She took every bit of stress I had and put it on herself. Gabrielle worked with each of my vendors, organized and basically every single minute to minute of how the day would go and where everyone needed to be, including vendors, and constantly checked on me through email and texts. Gabrielle even kept me up on deadlines the whole month prior. She even helped me get in AND out of my dress so I could use the bathroom during the reception. I don't know how people get married without hiring a DOC and I'm so happy we went ahead and booked this company!

I hired Marissa from Detailed Events by Lo and I cannot say enough great things about her. She was my EVERYTHING the day of my wedding as well as the month leading up. She is so organized and kept me completely on track with everything. The actual day of my wedding was pure perfection because of her. Please hire detailed events by Lo. We hired Gabrielle as our day of coordinator for our wedding on 9/22/2022. Lo was able to plan our wedding that was beyond out expectations. When we finally saw the finish product we could not believe our eyes. The day of the wedding she was always there and readily available to help with anything. I will admit that initially we were apprehensive but all we can say is trust the process. Lo and her resources helped to bring our vision to life. When we had initially started we only had vague ideas of what we wanted but she was able to guide us to making decisions. All of our friends and families truly enjoyed our wedding. We cannot thank Lo enough for all that she has done to the months building up to the wedding but also the day of. She was able to pick up on me distraught at times and did everything that she could to help resolve any issues and make sure the wedding went smoothly. I would most definitely refer my friends who are getting married!

We hired Lauren as our Day of Coordinator, and she was amazing! She handled all of our deliveries and dealt with all our vendors. She knew where everything was, and even chased after my 2 year old nephew during photos when I was in a skin tight dress and heels on grass. She is talented and calm. Every couple needs someone like that on their wedding day!

Even before I was engaged I knew I wanted Lo to be my wedding planner after I had seen her do several of my Brides’ weddings. Where do I even begin! Lo is absolutely amazing and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first meeting she was so detail oriented and remembered EVERYTHING about your wedding. Leading up to our wedding our meetings helped me to feel so calm and prepared. Lo came with us to some of our meetings at our venue and it was so nice to have someone there to ask questions we might not have even thought of and to have an extra set of ears to remember all of the tiny details/timing/etc. In the weeks leading up to our wedding Lo took over all communication with our vendors and it truly allowed me to relax and focus on any small things I needed to get done. The week of the wedding we went over timing/details and again she reassured me that everything was taken care of. Our wedding day could not have gone smoother and Lo was such a HUGE part of that. From the second Lo arrived she was doing everything from setting up my details photos for the photographer, to helping my bridesmaids, to setting up balloons, and pretty much anything else you can think of. It was so reassuring to also know she was making sure everything was going smoothly while we were getting ready (checking in with the florist/table settings/etc.) Throughout the rest of the day Lo was always there for me whether she was bustling my dress, getting me food/water, reapplying my lipstick-you name it she was there to help. Besides doing all that, it was so nice to have someone there that is fully dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly for your wedding day so you and your significant other can just enjoy. Not to mention Lo is one of the sweetest people we have ever met. At the end of the night I told her how sad I was we wouldn't get to work with her anymore! But with that being said, if you are debating getting a wedding coordinator/planner I HIGHLY recommend you do it and hire Lo. With everything going on at your wedding, having little to no stress in invaluable and Lo is the absolute best out there!!!

I considered myself a pretty organized bride and with over two years to plan (thanks COVID!), I figured I had it handled. Let me tell you - I couldn’t have done it without Lo. She’s the best of the best. She’s organized, friendly, responsive and can predict my needs before I knew them. She was always a step ahead of us on our wedding and made sure that she dealt with all the issues before we even knew about them. Her checklists and prep calls are an absolute lifesaver! I attribute most of the beautiful details that made our wedding so special to those lists. Lo is worth every penny and I’m so happy we had her as part of our team!!

Lo was excellent to work with! I hired her before the pandemic and she definitely helped keep me on track once we postponed our wedding date. It was hard for me to get back into planning mode but Lo kept everything on track and helped keep me organized in the final months/weeks leading up to our wedding. One the day of, Lo and her staff helped keep things running smoothly and kept us on time when we got off schedule. They handled every little detail of setup/payments/venue issues so my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything.
