Kelly was amazing! If you are contemplating a day-of coordinator and wondering if it’s “worth it”, I can’t stress enough that amongst all the wedding costs— hiring Kelly was worth every cent for the peace of mind that comes with her service and being able to outsource coordination tasks, especially at the later stage of the prep when you will most definitely have a ton on your plate and mind! We weren’t totally sure if we should hire someone and I lost track of how many times my (now) husband and I said what a great investment it was to work with Kelly during our planning process.
I am a type A personality and extremely organized, but we wanted to hand off the day-of duties to someone else so we could feel like guests at our wedding rather than hosts who had to worry about anything. We spoke to a few people as options for our day-of coordinator and then I found Kelly’s profile here on the Knot app. I reached out and set up time to connect (she’s very responsive) and after my fiancé and I hung up a zoom call with her, we knew we found our match. She matched my type A organization and was a helpful support in the weeks leading up to the wedding and of course on the big day. Kelly initiated the timeline document which became our source of truth for everything, and was shared with all the vendors too. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she reached out to vendors to finalize details on their ends — and I can’t tell you how happy I was to have someone else leading this portion of the coordination / communication at that point in the process.
I’d also copy Kelly on emails leading up to the wedding so she was in the loop (we had a TON of ongoing changes going on at the venue) and she was able to track with the changes so it didn’t feel like I had to catch her up on anything the week of the wedding. She was communicative and able to jump in and handle everything wonderfully. With Kelly’s help, our day ran smoothly and was exactly as we had hoped, including transportation to and from the church— which can be a logistical nightmare but not with Kelly! When we hit a snag with our plan for the groom’s cake delivery plan, she even offered to pick it up on her way. (This was such a huge help for us as my now-husband was SO excited for this cake and we thought we might have to forego it when hearing they couldn’t deliver anymore due to some changed logistics).
Kelly was a consummate professional, extremely seasoned in the wedding industry, and such a pleasure to be around too! We are so grateful for her work and contributions that helped make our day perfect and our party amazing. We had many guests say it was the most fun they’d had at a wedding in a long time and we could not have had such a great day/night without our amazing vendors, including Kelly. We’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.
Kelly is INCREDIBLE. We did the full planning package and it was the best money we spent during the entire wedding planning process. We were on the fence about hiring a planner since are both super organized type-A people and have experience with contracting/finance. But we don’t live in the Philadelphia area anymore and Kelly‘s local contacts and expertise were absolutely invaluable. She paid for herself several times over through negotiations with vendors and creative solutions to achieve what we wanted for our wedding weekend. She literally saved us thousands of dollars with our caterer within the first month of working with her.
She was a champ during the wedding weekend - expertly maneuvering relatives, vendors and guests. Always ready with the info or item you needed, but never in the way. A true professional. We were extremely lucky to find her early in the planning process. Hire Kelly.
Kelly provided us with partial planning services—she helped us pick out three vendors, coordinate the hotel block, and was around for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. Kelly truly went above and beyond in helping us plan and execute an awesome wedding. In advance of the wedding, she was regularly in touch, keeping us on track and making sure we didn’t let anything slip through the cracks, and her knowledge of the Philly wedding market made it easy to pick out high-quality vendors that less sophisticated consumers (like ourselves!) may not have identified as easily. On the weekend of the wedding, Kelly was awesome. She was always around to lend a helping hand but was never in the way, she helped us negotiate extra time with the venue and our entertainment when there was a technical issue that lead to a delayed start time, and she coordinated with all of our vendors on the day of so that we had nothing to worry about except having a good time and enjoying our guests. It was also so helpful to have Kelly around the day of to keep everything moving along on schedule—I’m certain that our MOH/moms would not have been able to keep things moving nearly as close to as smoothly. We really enjoyed our experience with Kelly, and would certainly recommend her for any couples looking for an extra hand leading up to and during the wedding!

We happened to be part of a wedding that Kelly organized and everything was great so we decided to use her ourselves. She was quick with communications, easy to work with, and very nice. We had a good bit of DIY things such as decorations in our wedding and she took it all in stride. As with most weddings, we got a bit off schedule during the reception but she was there to help us get back on track so we got everything that was important to us done. She also kept her cool during a random alarm that went off during the reception so that was great on her part! All of our DIY decorations even made it back to us in one piece, including a random tiny USB drive that was used for a picture show which I was positive we were going to lose.
We've never gotten married before so we can't say how her price compares to others, but we thought it was very reasonable for the stress she took off our shoulders for the day of the wedding. She was our day of planner and the only thing was there were a few phone calls and things required to make the schedule that we weren't sure if it was our responsibility or hers. In the middle of everything it was easier for us to just take care of it so it was fine in the end. Would use again!
We hired Kelly as the day of coordinator for our wedding and she was so awesome! I really contemplated whether to hire someone or let family do the day-of coordinating, and boy am I glad we decided to hire Kelly. From helping with our timeline to running out for a steamer on the morning of, she made sure that our day ran smoothly and everything was set up just as I envisioned. We were torn over the idea of getting a day of coordinator, but hiring Kelly was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding and she’s worth every penny! We describe ourselves as very type-A, so we know someone who is organized when we meet them. Kelly did not miss a single detail. There are a lot of emails to send to plan a big party, especially when there are a lot of moving parts. Kelly was on top of everything in the lead-up to an on our big day, which meant we didn’t have to worry about so many elements, from flower arrangements, to bustling the dress, to herding musicians and collecting centerpieces at the end of the night. Kelly is a great communicator. She’s also not overbearing. She always got back to us in a timely manner and on the day of the event, she was right on schedule.
Our story is a little crazy but this will tell how awesome Kelly is. We were legally married in 2019 with our party planned for October 2020…when the pandemic hit, Kelly stayed with us as we moved our date around. As it got closer to our date, we met with the venue coordinator to go over details with Kelly. Kelly was organized at that meeting, had our schedule printed out, and took notes as we made some adjustments. Then, 4 days before our party, Hurricane Ida hit. There was a chance our venue was going to flood if the Schuylkill river overflowed. We called Kelly and she said that we should start looking for other venues in the event that our venue flooded. She sent us a ton of options. The next day we woke up to the news that the river had indeed overflowed and that our venue was under water. After getting a bunch of friends to help, we somehow found a new venue for our wedding party. Kelly met us at the new venue the next day to go over all the details again with a new venue manager, making even more adjustments. On the day of the party, she arrived early, she was in good spirits the whole time, she stayed calm when we didn’t, and everything went off perfectly. Kelly was our personal guide through planning our wedding. She always made me and my husband feel like everything was under our control and kept us from feeling overwhelmed. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a personal touch and a very thoughtful and responsive wedding planner.

Kelly was amazing! From her suggestions leading up to the day, to the rehearsal and then the event, Kelly was the best! My spouse and I were a little ambitious and decided to make all of our centerpieces. Each had pillar vases and embellishments specific to the individual table themes (each was based on special dates or trips we went on). It was a lot of work, so much so that on our wedding day, we overslept by 4 hours and we were in chaos. When I called Kelly, she explained she was all over it and to relax. I thought she was out of her mind... she bar was set high as she was dealing with two “type A” control freaks who for the last year slept with color coded excel sheets on their nightstands preparing for this day but we had no choice, it was the day of and time was against us. We dropped everything off and she said to go get ready and she would handle it. Well, she more more than handled it, she knocked that ball out of the stadium. She worked magic before, during and after the event. She also made sure all of our personal effects were properly taken care of and that we had a smooth wedding with no stress. At the end of the day, she handed everything over with a smile, after deconstructing all of the tables and turning everything back over to the venue. Hiring Kelly was one of the best decisions we made.
In reflection there are minor changes my now husband and I would have made, little things... like setting more than one alarm clock, but we are very much in agreement that we would hire Kelly again with absolutely no reservation.
Kelly was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We were planning our wedding from long-distance (which added a whole new level of stress) but Kelly kept us calm and organized and made sure we had everything we needed. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she provided detailed checklists and timelines to make sure we weren't forgetting anything. We had a pretty tight budget and Kelly was able to give us a ton of suggestions for centerpieces, table number displays, guest favors, etc. that wouldn't break the bank. She also provided a detailed day-of schedule so everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. She was readily available when we needed her and responded to my (many) emails and calls promptly. We had so many guests comment on how smoothly the day went and we couldn't have done it without Kelly.
While she's a nice person, I'm not quite sure what Kelly did for my wedding. We paid about $3,000 for her services. I had a fancy heart shaped balloon with streamers that I wanted to include in our pictures, and I asked if she could get it inflated that day, but she said she wouldn't have time. Ok, fine I guess. Then the furniture vendor arrived with the wrong chairs for my ceremony (they showed up with gym chairs), and then proceeded to make the aisle too small for my parents to walk me down the aisle. We couldn't fit and I had to walk ahead of them - ceremony was a disaster. We get to the reception and the bar started serving the bottom tier liquor despite us paying for the upgraded alcohol package. My mother was the one to catch that and rectify it. At one point she went looking for Kelly who was sitting in an empty room on her phone. We ended up having an issue with a vendor after the wedding, and Kelly had no copies of our vendor contracts. I hate to be negative, and reading these other reviews I'm like... I wish she had been that way for us! Maybe she's honed her skills since our wedding in 2013. Unfortunately, I wish I could go back in time and save the $3,000.

I feel terrible that you were not happy with the level of service that I provided and that you have held onto this discontent for the last 6 years. I wish you had given me this feedback after the wedding so that I could have done...
something to address it. I do remember the stress and chaos that the furniture vendor you chose created right before the ceremony - but I did everything I possibly could to try and fix the situation. I do not remember anything about a heart shaped balloon. There must have been a miscommunication because I have never told my clients that I couldn't do something set up related on the wedding day, barring me needing to be in two places at one time. I've looked through all of our correspondences from 6 years ago and I'm not seeing anything about a balloon. And you sent the photographer contract directly back to the photographer and did not share a copy with me so I'm sorry that I was not able to help you with that issue. Again, I apologize that you were not happy with my services. I hope you're doing well!
My wife and I used Kelly’s full wedding service package for our 160+ person outdoor wedding in June 2019 and were incredibly satisfied with her services. Our vendors were a la carte, so the venue did not bulk together any “package” deals. As a result, the planning process became very customized and personal; given that challenge, Kelly handled and organized our entire wedding from start to finish extremely well. She helped us find vendors, compare information and prices, and work as a go-between for contacts so we could spend more time focusing on personalizing our wedding. Our biggest appreciation was Kelly’s organizational skills and keeping us on track with our timeline. With that help she allowed us to make decisions to create the wedding we envisioned while she managed communication with vendors and when tasks were due. On the day of the wedding, we were completely reliant on Kelly to coordinate the timing, events, vendors, and members of the wedding party down to the smallest detail. We had a brunch wedding with photos prior to the ceremony, so even with the added challenge of a very tight early morning schedule she managed the day seamlessly. She even offered to give me a ride in her car from the hotel to the venue so I didn’t see my wife before our “first look” photo; she paid every attention to the details we would have otherwise stressed ourselves over. Thanks to Kelly, we had a truly perfect wedding day. We were able to enjoy the luxury of a stress free wedding and reception. Truly, to this day neither my wife or myself could imagine going through planning and coordinating our wedding without Kelly and still getting the perfect day we had.
I was on the fence about a coordinator. Oh my Goodness, am I happy I hired Kelly to be our day of coordinator. I am so thrilled we had her to help with a lot of running around on our wedding day. She was very reasonably prized, and such a pleasure to work with. No one should have their family members/guests running around picking up food, worrying about luggage, tipping vendors, laying out breakfast, cleaning up, filling coolers on their wedding day. Now I know Kelly has many more talents up her sleeve, but she was such a huge help to us, and a super friendly sweet person to have by our side on my wedding day! I would look no further and book Kelly today! She also helped with tipping etiquette, brought up many details I had not thought of, and even has an emergency day of kit! Thank you Kelly!
I worked with Kelly through her "Partial Planning Package" for my September 2016 wedding. With Kelly, you very much get what you pay for - and nothing more. When planning, Kelly provided a high level timeline that I didn't really end up using because I created and needed a much more detailed Excel. That was no problem. She started off great - reminding us of tasks each month and when payments were due - and inexplicably stopped doing that at the end. Still no problem, but annoying since she never said she would stop as we got closer to the wedding. She was great in organizing all of the vendors for the day, for sure, and I enjoyed working with her on the day. It all went very smoothly! However, although she knew that this was my family's first wedding and that we needed guidance, she never helped us to consider things like "should we specifically take the bridesmaid's bouquets and save them" or "should we wrap up the extensive dessert buffet at the end"? She merely asked us what we wanted to save at the end of the night, we gave her a list, and she never advised us to consider other things too. In other words, we didn't know any better, and she didn't give us professional advice about what we were missing! As a result, many great things were thrown away at the end of the night - including thousands of dollars' worth of leftover dessert buffet, which it seemed she simply didn't feel like going above and beyond and saving for us. Again, Kelly was a fine planner and did do what we asked - the wedding went off basically without a hitch! - but expect to receive exactly what you pay for and nothing more. Compared to other vendors that I worked with, i wasn't impressed.

I usually don't respond to reviews but this one really bothers me because I went above and beyond for Kara. She had only 3 vendors included in her package and yet she asked me to book transportation for guests from NYC and Philly for her Thursd...
ay BBQ, transportation for her Friday rehearsal, transportation for the guests to the wedding, transportation for the bridesmaids, transport for the groomsmen, transport for the parents and transportation for her grandmother. She asked me to confirm details twice for her after party at a totally separate venue that I had nothing to do with. She asked me to make a special trip into the city to pick up her wedding dress because her parents didn't feel like bringing it in their limo. And her parents wanted to go straight to the after party and not leave a car overnight at the venue so they asked me to take all of their personal belongings in my car back to my house with a plan to pick them up 2-3 days later. If that's not going above and beyond, then I don't know what is.
No one ever mentioned anything to me about taking leftover desserts nor did they ask if I would mind storing their leftovers in my personal home fridge for 2-3 days. I even apologized despite being screamed at and called an idiot a few days after the wedding.
(Also, in my 8 years of wedding planning, no one has EVER asked to save the bridesmaids' bouquets. I saved the bridal bouquet but didn't know that saving the bridesmaids' bouquets was even a thing.)
There is nothing more valuable than knowing you have someone who totally understands your vision for your wedding and can organize and execute on the big day. Kelly from Details by Kelly helped us plan and put us at ease on the day of our wedding, knowing that if there were any unexpected challenges, she could handle them. Throughout the year leading up to the wedding, Kelly developed and kept us on track with our plan. She was helpful with identifying vendors that fit our criteria, reviewing contracts, and managing the vendors right up through the ceremony and reception. Our approach was a bit non-traditional and Kelly never missed a beat and showed she really understood what we were envisioning. She is extremely meticulous in capturing the details and converting them into a game plan. She expertly navigates discussions with vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page. By the time we did our walkthrough before the wedding, we knew she was 100% on point for our wedding day, which is no small feat due to complex logistics across multiple venues and rain forecast on the day of our outdoor ceremony and reception...we had plan A, B, and C for everything! Even if you're the type that will want to do most of the planning yourself, Kelly will keep you organized, on track, and add excellent insight along the way. And having her there to execute on the day of is absolutely invaluable!
Kelly worked very closely with my wife and me, from well before the wedding right through the very last second of the reception. As the name of her business says, she took care of all the little details, from making sure our wedding programs were folded and parceled out to ushers, to ensuring that our special flatware and toasting flutes were collected and delivered to our family. She also coordinated with our vendors on the day of the event and was the extra set of eyes and hands we needed to make sure nothing fell through the cracks, so we could actually enjoy the day. We loved working with Kelly and couldn't recommend her more highly.

I wanted to personally thank you for a wonderful wedding. Everything that I had invisioned came true. It really was a stress free day and you handle everything. My parents commented on how great you were and even my sister who is type A said she loved you and loved the fact you handled everything with a big smile and she said she didn't even have to worry or take charge(which she normally has to do)
Everything was perfect! Eddie even said it was a really good weekend from start to finish and that there is nothing that he felt was left out or that he regretted. He was happy with everything, which is usually pretty hard to do :)

With all of the details that emerge as the big day nears, it is easy for wedding planning to feel overwhelming, but Kelly was always available to us to answer our questions and make informed recommendations to ensure we had a sensible plan in place. In the weeks before the wedding, Kelly prepared a detailed schedule for our wedding day, and she took the lead in coordinating with all of our vendors to make sure everything came together as planned. Kelly has a positive, can-do attitude and knows how to efficiently get things done. It was a true pleasure to work with Kelly.

From our initial meeting after my engagement to my wedding day, Kelly was very well organized, extremely helpful, and detailed in all of her planning interactions with me. Kelly was the best money we spent throughout the entire wedding process. We met with her and instantly knew we wanted to work with her. Kelly was there for me throughout the entire planning process even though she was only hired for the day of. She offered a very calming levelheaded solution to some of my frantic questions. We had a huge bridal party of 23, and I come from a large, sometimes rowdy family, that all came from out of town. Kelly and her assistant Stephanie were able to coordinate the day PERFECTLY. I could not have asked for a better person to do the job. We had so many compliments about how smoothly the day went, and we honestly owe most of that to Kelly. She came up with an organized schedule that we were able to stick closely to the day of. She dealt with confirming our vendors and tipping them as well. Kelly was a fantastic wedding planner! She was professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. She helped us work within our budget and was able to guide us and offer little suggestions to really make the wedding a memorable experience, which was helpful because we had little 'vision' when it came to the details! We also didn't have to worry about any of the day-of planning (schedule, etc), which was a huge relief to all of us in the wedding party. She is very prompt with emails and phone calls, and answered all of my (millions of) questions without any fuss. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
I used Kelly's full services for my wedding on March 10th 2012 in Philadelphia. I am currently extremely busy and living in Cleveland, and so I could not have done anything without Kelly. The wedding was amazing and she orchestrated everything beautifully. She could tell that I really had no idea what I wanted initially, and so at every step of the way gave me options and reminders for what I needed to be doing. She was not too pricey and we definitely got more than we paid for. I would recommend her services to anyone but especially the very busy or out of town brides.

Really having no idea about how to plan a wedding, I decided to look for a wedding planner before anything else. I contacted Kelly to help us based on her previous reviews. My husband and I agree that it was the best decision we could have made. From start to finish, we never felt stressed because she always kept us on track. Our wedding day ended up being perfect, with no problems (or if there were, we didn't know about it). We can't say enough good things about her and would strongly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.
I called Kelly when my wedding venue cancelled (yep, cancelled) on me 5 months prior to my wedding. I was on a budget, but didn't have the time or energy to restart my whole search. I chose the Venue Search/Contract Review option from Kelly's a la carte "menu" of services - Kelly listened to everything I was looking for in a venue and promptly returned a detailed list of venues with pricing for my date and party size. She set up my visits, followed up with me after each appointment, and did an AMAZING job with the contract review, answering my many questions, and even advising me on how to negotiate a better package! During the relatively short time we worked together, I always felt like Kelly had plenty of time for me, and my wedding was fantastic - she really did save the day! Kelly did an amazing job as a day-of coordinator. When we first met her, we knew she was the one. She was organized, calm, and very professional.
She helped us to create the reception that we wanted. She wrote a detailed schedule for the day. She contacted all of our vendors and assured us that everything would go smoothly. She was always on time, professional, and informative.
On the day of, my husband and I didn't worry about a thing. We trusted that Kelly would take care of everything and she did. She was completely behind the scenes and polite to all of our guests. We couldn't have asked for more.

We have nothing but great things to say about Kelly. She was definitely worth the money (and actually if you look at her fee in comparison to her peers, she is a bit of a bargain). My husband and I are not from Philadelphia and we don't live in Philadelphia, so we needed someone to tell us the lay of the land and to help us to find a venue and vendors. We both work a lot so we wanted to have someone to keep track of everything for us and she definitely kept us on track. We wanted something simple, yet elegant...and Kelly helped us to achieve just that with, truthfully, no headaches. Kelly saved us a lot of time and stress. She was always professional and always followed through on what she said she would do.
We never felt micro-managed or pushed into making decisions. Kelly was totally open to hearing about what we wanted. She sat with us on conference calls with the vendors helping us to ask the right questions. We had a fairly small wedding (just over 40 guests). We also had a very diverse group of guests...and Kelly was very sensitive to that fact and worked well with us. On the wedding day, she and her assistant made sure that everything ran smoothly. We didn't have to worry about anything. Kelly is awesome!
My mom decided that she really wanted to get a day of coordinator for my wedding. She wanted to make sure we could enjoy our day and not worry about the schedule and flow of things. My mom also did not want to be stressed on the day of the wedding by having to take control of anything. I contacted Kelly after reading some great reviews of her online. She lived up to all of the reviews. Prior to the wedding, I emailed her with some concerns and she helped me figure things out. About a month before the wedding, she went to my walkthrough at the reception venue and helped figure out the timing and location of things. She did a very detailed timeline and it really helped the day run smoothly. She helped set things up where I wanted them at the ceremony and reception site. She also gathered all of my things at the end of the night and helped get them to my mom’s car. She is extremely detail oriented and was friendly throughout the whole process. She definitely lessened my stress and my mom’s stress level.
Since I work in the wedding industry (for a wedding photographer), I knew that hiring a planner would be helpful in a number of ways (recommending great vendors, keeping you on track and on budget, and making sure the day of goes smoothly, etc.). We were planning our wedding in Philly but we currently live in Brooklyn so I searched for a planner on The Knot. Based on her positive reviews and affordable price point, we met with Kelly and we totally clicked with her. Hiring Kelly to help us plan our wedding was absolutely the best decision we made.
We started working with Kelly before we even found our venue and she helped us with everything! From the venue, florist, caterer, the hotel for guests... she did it all! For each vendor, she provided lots of options within our budget, handled all of the scheduling of the meetings and phone calls, and gave us a helpful list of questions to ask. She motivated me and my fiance to stay on top of our to-do lists and she offered helpful options and opinions to all of our questions. She set up all of our decor and it looked even better than I could have ever imagined. Kelly is truly a professional and we really could not have done it without her.
Kelly has a very calm, level headed demeanor and she never balked at any of our crazy, non-traditional ideas. Our wedding day went so smoothly - if there were any fires that needed to be put out, I wasn't even aware of them!
Kelly helped us have the wedding that we wanted and she went above and beyond to make it happen! We highly recommend her!
My mom had suggested to me before we got married that maybe we get a wedding planner for the day and I had no idea what she was going to do but boy was Kelly help. She was not only professional and reliable but she made our lives so much easier for our big day. She also helped us think about those last minute things that creep up on you and not to mention made sure that everyone in the bridal party including my Husband and I were well taken care of. If theirs a wedding planner you would chose I would without a doubt go with Kelly Miller.
Kelly Miller is a great wedding planner who had wonderful money saving ideas for brides who want to stay on a budget. She was able to find vendors that were within or close to budget and also had our vision. She has a very calming presence and is invaluable. We used her for full planning services and that savings were well worth the money spent. She did the vast majority of the vendor research, set up meetings etc. which was a huge help to a super-busy bride and groom. I would highly recommend her.
I hired Kelly as my day-of coordinator. I was planning my wedding long distance and had most of my vendors chosen but wanted some extra peace of mind that if anything went wrong I would have help available to handle it. Kelly was readily available, professional and easy to work with. Her attention to detail and planning skills are top notch. I would highly recommend her without hesitation.
Some thought hiring a planner was a "waste of money" but in the end everyone told me that Kelly was worth every penny and she helped us out tremendously. I was smiling the whole day, able to enjoy time with friends and family stress-free because Kelly had it all handled!
Kelly was fantastic and our wedding certainly wouldn't have gone as smoothly without all of her help. We planned a long-distance wedding for about 170 ppl in about 6 months, and Kelly was there to help us very step of the way. She is exceptionally organized, thoughtful, creative, and resourceful. On the day of the wedding, we didn't need to worry about a thing b/c we knew that Kelly had already taken care of it. She is very easy to work with and is very timely in responding. We would highly recommend Kelly's services!
Kelly did an amazing job at my wedding and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I used her day-of coordination package and felt as though I was getting alot more than just day-of services. Kelly was always available by phone or email and up until the wedding day, I was constantly sending her updates and changes. She put together a great timeline and was very organized. Even when we had a major wedding disaster (the power went out the day before the wedding and was not going to come back on for a few days, no thanks to PECO), Kelly jumped in and started making calls and helping us figure it out. She must have made a million calls and kept us informed as to all the options we had. About 2 hours before the wedding, the power was on! Kelly also had a very detailed set-up at my reception site and she did a great job with that as well. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly! She really is great!
Kelly really took the time to get to know us and design a plan that best suited our needs. We did the 'day of' package and not sure how we would have survived without her. On the day of the wedding we had an issue with our cake that Kelly somehow got corrected without any issues. She had the whole day coordinated minute by minute and totally went off without a hitch. We were so thankful that Kelly was there to take the stress out of our big day. We would recommend her to everyone.
After trying to plan a wedding on our own for about 2 months, my mother quickly realized we had no idea what we were doing. We hired Kelly, with her full planning package, and it was the best decision we made. She’s incredibly organized, always easy to reach, and just generally a nice person to work with. This was especially helpful closer to the wedding since she was keeping track of all the invoice due dates, so she'd simply let me know what was due and we'd pay the bill. She also put together a minute-by-minute timeline for the entire wedding. On the big day we had a minor mix-up with the flowers and Kelly had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes! If we had to do this all again, she’s the first vendor I’d hire!
I was disappointed with the service provided.

Kelly was great to work with. She was always able to give me great advice and answer all my questions during the planning process. She made sure things went smoothly during the wedding and made sure I was alright throughout the night. She is extremly professional with a warm side to her that makes you feel like your working with a friend. I dont know what I would have done without her.
