hetic, laser focused on the mission and delivering the vision - that in a nutshell describes this team. Thoroughly impressed and happy we chose them to plan this - it was worth every penny and nothing would have been possible without them. Highly recommend.
From the very first meeting, Kendra treated our wedding like it was her own. The time, energy, and heart she put into every detail went far beyond what we expected. She cared about...
getting things right as much as we did, and it showed in everything from the big decisions to the smallest finishing touches.
Her communication was outstanding. Whenever I had a question or an idea, she got back to me quickly, which took so much stress out of the planning process. I never had to wonder where things stood or chase down an answer.
The best part was the wedding day itself. Kendra had everything so well handled that I didn't have to think about a single thing. I got to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and celebrate with the people I love, knowing she had it all under control.
If you want a planner who will pour herself into your day and let you actually enjoy it, Kendra is the one. I can't recommend Details Darling enough!

Our wedding day was truly one of the best days of our lives, and we’re incredibly grateful that our vision came to life. The final design was beautiful, and we loved working with our vendor team.
Unfortunately, our experience with Details Darling throughout the planning process did not meet our expectations.
The biggest challenge was communication. Responses regularly took about a week, despite email being identified as the preferred method of communication, and we often had to send multiple follow-ups or text messages to receive answers. More concerning, these communication delays also affected our vendors. Our rental company repeatedly followed up on outstanding items because they were unable to get the information they needed, and I ultimately called them myself to apologize and reassure them that we valued their partnership. Our paper goods designer also contacted me directly on multiple occasions because they were not receiving timely responses from our planner.
Accountability was another significant disappointment. We spoke with one of the owners during our initial consultation, but after signing our contract and submitting our deposit, we never heard from ownership again. In fact, after our deposit had been in their possession for several days, I had to reach out myself asking what the next steps were. Later, after raising serious concerns about our experience early in the planning process, there was still no outreach or involvement from ownership to understand our concerns or ensure our experience improved. That lack of leadership and accountability was disappointing.
Throughout the planning process, we often felt like we were driving the work ourselves. We were the ones identifying ways to reduce costs while still achieving our design goals. Rather than acting as a strategic partner in balancing budget and design, we often found ourselves leading those conversations. We also experienced confusion with rental pricing that resulted in unnecessary time and effort to resolve.
There were also several day-of execution issues that were disappointing, including our escort card display not being set up as designed, my veil not being steamed, music delays with our ceremony and reception entrance, limited coordination during family photos, meals that were promised to be saved for us never being delivered, and our cake still being rock hard because it had not been removed from refrigerator in time.
None of these issues individually ruined our wedding day, but together they reflected a pattern of slow communication, limited accountability, and inconsistent execution. Looking back, we believe our wedding was as successful as it was because of our own preparation and the exceptional work of vendors we selected, none of which were on the recommended vendor list from our planner.
We appreciate the time Monica invested in our wedding and her kindness. However, based on our experience, we cannot recommend her or Details Darling’s planning services to couples looking for a planner who will communicate proactively, advocate for their clients, and consistently follow through on commitments.

ing with Details, Darling, and specifically our incredible planner, Aubrey, was hands-down the best decision we could have ever made.
We worked closely with Aubrey for nearly two years, and from day one, she was the definition of dedicated, detail-oriented, and deeply caring. Planning a wedding over a two-year span can easily feel overwhelming, but Aubrey made the entire journey an absolute joy. She was incredibly hands-on, keeping us perfectly on track and ensuring every single one of our goals and action items was met with ease.
Aubrey’s expertise is truly unmatched. Throughout the process, she provided invaluable, top-tier recommendations for everything—from stunning design concepts and perfect vendor matches to seamless timeline structures. She also took the massive weight of managing all vendor and third-party communication entirely off our shoulders. No matter what came up, Aubrey always championed our vision, ensuring our needs and wants were always the top priority.
On top of Aubrey's personalized care, Details, Darling as a company provided phenomenal planning resources and guides that we referenced constantly. They really set us up for success from the very beginning.
When our wedding day finally arrived, we couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect celebration. Everything was executed flawlessly, thanks to the impressive, masterclass orchestration by Aubrey and her team. Because of them, my wife and I were able to be completely present, relaxed, and entirely stress-free on the happiest day of our lives.
If you want to actually enjoy your planning process and walk into a flawless, stress-free wedding day, Details, Darling is the only way to go. Aubrey, we cannot thank you enough for pouring your heart into our special day and making our dream a reality!
When choosing your wedding planner, ask yourself one question: do I want to fully enjoy my wedding and have nothing to worry about on my big day? If your answer is yes, your search...
should start and end with Details Darling.
My wife and I could not have been happier with our decision to work with Aubrey and the Details Darling team to bring our dream wedding to life. We were constantly amazed by how easy they made everything in what could have otherwise been an extremely stressful process. Aubrey and the Details Darling team not only helped make our wedding the most incredible day of our lives, but also made the journey to get there as seamless as possible.
Details Darling was exactly what we wanted in a wedding planner - communicative, responsive, detail-oriented, and professional. Their eye for design on all items, big or small, was truly uncanny. It reached the point where in the weeks leading up to our wedding, our friends were genuinely surprised by how relaxed we were, a true testament to the organization and experience of Aubrey and her team.
Working with Details Darling was by far the best decision we made for our wedding. When our friends share their nightmare stories they encountered in planning their special day, we simply have nothing to add given how pleasant an experience we had working with Aubrey and Details Darling.

he best way possible. All of her recommendations for vendors were SPOT ON, and she truly curated a dream team that I loved being around on wedding weekend. It's not a coincidence that 'Details' is in their name because Aubrey and the team really do make sure every single detail is perfect! Aubrey spent countless hours with me over email, phone call, text and in-person to make sure everything from the overall design/ vibe down to the salad fork was exactly what I wanted. When wedding weekend came around, I did not have a single worry with Aubrey and her team taking the reins (which is saying a lot as an extremely type A girlie). I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Aubrey and this crew - they are ABSOLUTELY worth it!!!!

es and answered all questions asked. However, on the day of the event I felt there were some details that were missed. I had purchased an audio phone for a guestbook as well as a picture frame. I had discussed this with Kayla, but it was not set up properly and ultimately guests never saw it and so I left our wedding day with no guest book and no memory or keepsakes from guests who were there. That was super disappointing considering it was a detail I was very excited about. I also spent a lot of time designing signs on Canva for the guest book, bar, etc, which weren’t displayed. Another missed detail was the swavorski champagne glasses that stayed in their box under our sweetheart table. Overall, I felt that for the amount of money paid, these were points that I felt shouldn’t have been missed. For reference, our wedding was in Scottsdale, AZ so I cannot comment on the rest of the team in LA.

every single detail, even the ones we never would’ve thought of in a million years (the name makes sense!). She made sure that both of our personalities were present in the wedding and listened to what we wanted and designed the most beautiful atmosphere. timately decided to go with Details Darling; they were the most professional and detail orientated out of all the groups I spoke with. We worked with Kayla (!!!) for the past year and a half putting together our dream wedding. The entire process was NOT STRESSFUL AT ALL, but actually fun!! Kayla helped us with all of our decisions - from picking vendors, to creating an overall design and theme. We just got married the past month, and we could not be happier!!! d is so organized. She helped us create our dream design and worked flawlessly with all of our vendors. She would help provide recommendations and answer any questions I had at any time. She spent countless hours working with us and having phone calls to ensure every little detail was cohesive and perfect. On the day of our wedding, I had zero worries because I knew I could fully trust her with every detail and she worked SO hard to ensure everything went smoothly. Every little detail down to the florals, signage, and even how the reception napkins / silverware were placed, was perfectly executed. Kendra was the sweetest and so reassuring throughout the entire planning process. I cannot recommend Details Darling enough (especially Kendra!)! Hiring them as your wedding planner / designer is worth every single penny. Thank you Kendra for making our dream day so perfect!

ofessionalism, and attention to detail stood out. She took the time to understand our vision and seamlessly integrated every element we wanted into the event. Her ability to infuse our personalities into the wedding made it feel uniquely ours, and every guest noticed and appreciated the special touches.
Throughout the entire planning process, Aubrey was not just a planner but a partner, guiding us through decisions, offering expert advice, and always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Her calm and reassuring presence was invaluable, especially when the inevitable wedding day stressors arose.
On the big day, Aubrey and her team executed everything flawlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy each moment without worrying about the details. The result was a breathtaking celebration that exceeded all our expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and it was clear that Aubrey had put her heart into making our wedding day as special as possible.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend Aubrey and Details Darling to any couple looking for a wedding planner who will make their dream wedding come true. Thank you, Aubrey, for creating an unforgettable day that we will cherish forever!

I was not always the easiest bride to deal with when it came to all of my requests, questions, and ideas. Kayla never made me feel like a burden and always seemed happy to address anything that I was dealing with. If I had any issues with vendors or thought that they could offer more or do something different, Kayla was always willing to step in to make sure they were meeting my vision.
Throughout the entire buildup to our wedding day, Kayla would schedule meetings with us to also help us with any questions that were coming up and making sure we were on track and she was doing everything she could for us. I can not recommend Kayla enough, she made the planning for our day so seamless, and in the end the wedding was all we could have asked for!!! Thank you so much!

from above & made the whole planning process so joyful and stress free. Planning a wedding in AZ while living in TX was daunting at first but she helped make the entire process so seamless and fun. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, confidence, and creative mind helped to make the wedding day simply magical. All the vendors she suggested were perfect and every little detail was so carefully crafted and chosen. She is also just the sweetest human and made me feel so special during the entire engagement season. I could not have done it without her and would recommend her and Details, Darling to anyone and everyone!

planner that she not only knew she could entrust with her vision, but who would also listen to her wishes and help her feel at ease throughout this sometimes-overwhelming process of wedding planning. Kendra with Details Darling did that, plus much much more. Kendra was so completely dedicated to making their wedding day perfect. She was our advocate, our budget-watcher, our inspiration-giver, and our hand-holder which all showed in volumes on the day of the wedding....WOW! Everything exceeded our expectations, and the day was exactly as we had envisioned with no hiccups or hitches (or if there were, Kendra professionally handled them without ever worrying us). To say we would recommend Kendra and Details Darling is an understatement....we quite literally couldn't have done it without her. Thank you does not express our gratitude adequately.

etails Darling proved to be a decision of unparalleled excellence. Her exceptional skills in detailed planning, profound insight into cost-effectiveness, and ability to prioritize value without compromising quality, were nothing short of extraordinary.
Alessandra transformed the daunting task of wedding planning into a delightful journey. Each step was imbued with professionalism and creativity, ensuring a seamless process that was as enjoyable as it was efficient.
Previously, we had a less-than-satisfactory experience with another wedding planner in a different state, but Alessandra’s involvement marked a complete turnaround. She didn’t just meet our expectations; she exceeded them at every turn, making us wish we could relive the planning process all over again. We need to throw another party!
The wedding day itself was a dream come true, thanks Alessandra. Alessandra’s impeccable coordination and eye for details played a pivotal role in creating an event that reflected our personalities and left our guests with a memorable experience.
I cannot recommend Details Darling enough. Their unparalleled service, combined with Alessandra’s expertise, truly sets them apart as the best in the business. Alessandra is not just a wedding planner; she's a magician who's turning my dreams into reality. She understands my vision, and I completely trust her to make everything perfect. She's thought of every little detail and then some, going the extra mile to ensure I feel completely at ease throughout this entire process.
One of Alessandra's superpowers is her ability to connect with incredible vendors. The ones she helped me book are not only professional and experienced but seem to have been handpicked to make my special day truly magical. It's like assembling the dream team, and I owe it all to her expertise.
Also, not to mention, Alessandra is the kindest and warmest person. Every interaction with her feels like chatting with a dear friend who just happens to be exceptionally organized!
As we gear up for the next phase of the wedding process, I'm genuinely excited to continue this journey with Alessandra by my side. With her, I know that not only will my wedding be a day to remember, but the entire planning process will be filled with happiness and love. She brought my vision board to life all while adding extra details, keeping us UNDER budget, not allowing me to stress, and making it the most beautiful and seamless day ever. There are not enough words to begin to describe the incredible experience we had working with Aubrey from Details Darling for our desert wedding. We got engaged in 2020, and while ...
the entire world was shut down, I knew we had to book them immediately for our wedding in 2022. Looking back, Aubrey made the entire experience SO fun from start to finish, and made our long lead time filled with excitement. Our wedding design turned out STUNNING, and their incredible relationships with top vendors really went such a long way. Aubrey went above and beyond, and not one detail was spared (all the way down to our very custom elements like our “ring for champagne” experience). She worked so closely with our venue to get exactly what we wanted (which can be no small feat when it comes to venues!) She had our back every step of the way.
I’m still so sad it’s all over, and wish I could re-live our amazing wedding prep period all over again! I know that as we look back on our entire experience from design, to photos, to Aubrey’s incredible design eye, I’ll always remember it as our classic so very “us” weekend. I’m so excited to see all of the other weddings they continue to take on, and will always remember our time so close to my heart! Do not hesitate to book them, I can only wish that everyone can enjoy their engagement and wedding period as much as we did!

e, I can say unequivocally that she was the brains behind our entire wedding vision and she couldn't have brought it to life without the help of Kendra (our lead planner) and Aubrey (the owner of Details Darling). She works an incredibly demanding job, helps run a small business with her parents, and also helps me from time to time with my business. Having a resource like Kendra & the team at Details for our big day lifted such a weight off our shoulders throughout the wedding planning process. Even better, when we needed answers or creative solutions, Kendra and the team were always available and so quick to respond. I'm sure my wife could go on and on about the support we received since she was in the depths of most of the "Details."
I'll finish with the following, if I had a dollar for every time she said, "Thank God we hired a wedding planner!" I could probably cover the cost of our honeymoon! Thanks, Details team!
As a self-aware ‘Type-A’ bride with a background in the creative and production space, my bar for hiring a wedding planner was quite high. After speaking with several throughout So...
uthern California, I was referred to Details,Darling by a friend from college (although I had seen, saved, and favorited many of their posts coincidentally after getting engaged!) who had recently gotten married and worked with Kenzie for her Palm Springs wedding. After my initial convo with our would-be planner, I felt overcome with a sense of calm and pure excitement - a theme that would carry throughout the entire wedding planning process, as we were matched to work with a true angel on Earth and creative genius, Monica, of the DD team.
Monica rose to every occasion, responded enthusiastically to every single bizarre request and above all, welcomed every idea I had no matter when, or what, it was. Monica was a pro at gracefully managing my tendency to pre-stress and overthink micro-details. She not only kept us on track and on time throughout the process but was always understanding and supportive if there was ever anything I was worried or unsure about. I felt heard and supported throughout the entire year of wedding planning. My dream wedding vision was not particularly traditional and Monica wholeheartedly embraced it and put her heart into delivering the wedding of our dreams, down to the tiniest detail with passion and incredible attention to detail. Throughout the process, we continuously heard from just about every vendor we worked with how much they loved working with the DD team and it was never hard to see why. Not only are they the loveliest people, they are pros at what they do, and are extremely well-versed and connected in the wedding industry and community. There was never anything that we hoped for that Monica or the team were unable, or unwilling, to make happen.
The weekend of our wedding, Monica and the DD team were always 2 steps ahead, managing every detail flawlessly and resolving any small hiccup in a way that made them virtually unnoticeable. People often talk about ‘wedding regrets’ and my husband and I truly do not have a single one, thanks to Monica. Her seamless planning allowed us to be fully present and soak up every moment with our loved ones. Our guests were not only blown away by every detail and the execution of the wedding itself, but many complimented Monica by name and what a joy she was throughout the weekend. Our family and friends haven’t stopped raving about our wedding even months later. Monica poured her heart, soul, every ounce of energy, and a herculean effort into planning our wedding weekend (3 full days!) and did it with unwavering positivity, kindness and that ever-present calmness that inspires me to this day. It’s hard to find words to convey the impact that Monica’s planning and oversight had on our wedding but we constantly count her as one of our biggest blessings of the past year. We would recommend her and the Details,Darling team to anyone in a heartbeat and will be forever grateful for them!

design aesthetic was exactly what I was looking for. We hired Mackenzie Swift as a full time planner who was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her and Details Darling.
I am not very good at design and seeing the "vision" and Mackenzie took all my notes and made my wedding into my absolute dream. I was completely blown away. Mackenzie was also SO helpful with all the vendors from all the big/main vendors down to every detail that went into the welcome bags. Mackenzie is so organized and ran everything so smoothly on the actual wedding day. Mackenzie made my dream wedding a reality and I could not recommend her and Details Darling enough!
Choosing a wedding planner was super important to us, as I am an over-researcher by nature and really needed someone I could trust to find the best options for us (and ultimately, ...
protect me from myself in making decisions!). I interviewed over 30 California-based planners for our big day, so I can say with confidence that Alessandra and the Details Darling team are the best there is!!
We feel so lucky to have spent our 14ish months planning with Alessandra. She took what I know can be a stressful experience and broke it into manageable bites, but was always ready to jump ahead to match our pace if there was anything we were particularly worried about. Alessandra is incredibly responsive, professional, endlessly positive, and kind. She was able to hear our vision and deliver on exactly what we were looking for, communicating with challenging small town vendors and finding ways to make everything we wanted happen. Weeks before the wedding when our guest count shifted, she even managed to work with the venue and vendors to design an entirely new dinner and cocktail hour layout without skipping a beat.
When it came to the wedding day, Alessandra and her team covered every detail flawlessly. It allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day in a way that I wouldn't have dreamed possible. We have had so many friends and family tell us that our wedding was the best they'd ever been to - and that was entirely due to Alessandra and the Details Darling team. The biggest sadness is that we don't have them in our lives on a near-daily basis anymore!
We had such and AMAZING experience with Kendra from Details Darling. Just getting around to posting a review, but we got married in December and she made all my dreams come true!! ...
We didn’t use the full wedding planning service as I did most of it myself, we did day of coordination and I highly recommend!! We booked months in advance and then started working with our team 2 months before the wedding and although it may seem like not that much, it was SO helpful. She was always there if we had any questions, provided vendor recommendations, and provided awesome support leading up to our big day. Super sweet, responsive, helpful, and overall amazing! Would definitely recommend to any bride!!

om other friends and brides. But WOW!!! When I first met Kendra, all my stress and worry went away. At our first meeting on-site at the venue, she had her clipboard and notes and questions and fully took over the meeting which calmed all my nerves and I knew I was in great hands. Not only are her organizational skills through the roof, she is so responsive and quick, and the kindest person ever. Any time there was a situation with vendors, she handled it fully and then told me after the fact so no added stress was put on my plate. The 3 months working with Kendra was amazing. Then we get to wedding weekend… and it was THE BEST!!! She was the first one at the venue on Friday for set up and literally the last one to leave at 10pm to make sure everything was perfect and same thing on Saturday for wedding day. She checked on me throughout the day, gave me positive updates on how things were looking and has such a calming energy about her and I fully trusted it would be great. I also gave Kendra full control over decor for the welcome table, disco balls on the light tent, martin light up sign, etc. and she freaking crushed it!!! Everything was picture perfect. I truly couldn’t have dreamt of a more stunning setup and I owe it all to her. Not one thing went wrong on my wedding weekend and if it did, I didn’t hear about it! Kendra is truly the best of the best and any bride that has the honor of working with her is in the best hands possible!!! Xx

eached out prior to wedding she always responded quickly, and thorough; she is extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything involved in a wedding including the best vendor recommendations and connections. She made wedding planning a breeze and took so much of the stress off from me.
Wedding weekend she executed everything perfectly! My parents and wedding party all kept commenting about how kind, positive, and professional she was. Everything flowed and succeeded exactly like I wanted it to on my wedding day and I couldn’t be happier about my result.
I can’t recommend Alessandra enough if you are looking for a wedding planner!!! From everything pre-wedding, to every single detail on wedding weekend, and even to clean up after wedding…. She’s the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! I don’t have one bad thing to say about her :) All I can say is trust me, you should hire her to be your planner!

tyle and expertise made our wedding planning journey amazing.
Alessandra’s ability to understand our vision and translate it into reality was unmatched. She guided us through every step of the process, offering valuable advice and suggestions along the way. Her attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked. She really went above and beyond
Not only was Alessandra incredibly talented, but she was also an absolute pleasure to work with. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions and was a great sounding board for all our questions.
I couldn’t imagine our day if we didn’t have Alessandra!
We were lucky enough to have Alessandra as our wedding planner, and I can't even begin to express how amazing she was. But I will try to put it into words! From the beginning, Ales...
sandra made a large effort to get to know us and really understand our vision for our wedding. Throughout the 18 months of planning, she went above and beyond for us. She would always reply to texts and emails quickly, and if she had other obligations she would text me to let me know when she'd be able to review. She made the wedding planning process so smooth, and I always knew that she was in my corner. Alessandra always gave me her honest opinion, which helped a lot in decision making. The day of the wedding was an absolute dream. Not only was it exactly what I had envisioned, but I knew that if anything went wrong, Alessandra had it under control. I heard from over 50 people that it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to, and that is thanks to Alessandra's efforts and hard work. When the wedding was over, we were actually sad because we loved working with her so much. I will be referring all of my friends who are getting married to work with Details, Darling. Thank you for making my dream wedding a reality.

We worked with Kayla from Details Darling and she was nothing short of incredible. We were amazed with her from start to finish. Throughout the whole process Kayla was so helpful, ...
knowledgeable, and kind. Our wedding would not have been what it was without her. I cannot recommend Details Darling enough. We will forever be grateful we used them!

teful to have found Kendra when I did in the planning process. Before hiring Kendra I met with several potential coordinators outside of Details Darling, and unfortunately they were snobby and kept pushing for higher minimums than I was comfortable planning around. After my first call with Kendra, it was like a breath of fresh air and I felt SO confident in my decision to move forward with her and her amazing team! Kendra instantly calmed my nerves, provided thorough help earlier than was contracted (I did the 3 month out package) and never said no to helping me! My wedding would have been incomplete without her guidance.
Lastly, working with Kendra felt like working with a close friend. Her positive energy and overall demeanor is what you need when planning for something that can be stressful. Kendra made my actual wedding day enjoyable. I was sad to have my wedding behind me, because it meant I wouldn't be communicating with Kendra and my amazing vendors multiple times a day :)
Kendra, thank you so much for everything -- especially your attention to detail, it was above and beyond! If I had to do it all over again I would hire you earlier in the process!! I will recommend Kendra and the Details Darling crew to everyone I know.

ith her and was truly the greatest support system the entire time we worked together. She is so genuine and really does everything in her power to make sure your day will be perfect and just as you imagined!
On our wedding day, there was huge mix up with our dessert vendor and it was a situation that we would have never guessed would happen. If we had known what happened on our wedding day, it would have put so much stress on us as the bride and groom - but Kendra made sure that we did not have to worry about it and took care of everything! When we found out what Kendra did the next day, we were just so appreciative and thankful for her - she is truly the best planner and sweetest person you could have by your side!
So brides, treat yourself and hire Details, Darling + ask for Kendra! It will truly make your wedding day the easiest, most amazing day! 100/10 recommend
We worked with Sarah
and I honestly cannot recommend her enough! The wedding planning process can be particularly stressful and she was there throughout the whole process to help ...
answer any questions that I had which was great! Unfortunately, my dad unexpectedly passed away about 8 months before the wedding, and I decided to tell Sarah to let her know and she was extremely supportive during this difficult time. Details Darling even sent me a care package and card which was so sweet.
Fast forward to the day of the wedding, and she was seriously such an angel! There was a mix-up with some of the glasses for the tables, and when I let Sarah know about my concern, she was so quick to help fix the problem! She made our day so stress-free and we had the most amazing time! We will be forever grateful to her for making our day so special!
We had the great privilege of being able to work with Kenzie and Details Darling throughout our entire wedding planning process. From the moment we met Kenzie, we knew she was the ...
right person to help us bring our dream wedding to life. Kenzie has this incredibly unique demeanor about her - she is calm, caring, and considerate. She has conviction in all the right moments and empathy and a fun flair just when you need it most. When searching for a planner, I thought I wanted someone responsive, organized, and efficient (all things Kenzie is to the core), but what I got was so much more. A wonderful confidant, a trusted companion to help me and my husband navigate (and enjoy) the unknown, and someone who didn't just bring our dream wedding to life but helped us envision, create, and execute on it.
I have a hard time making decisions, but with Kenzie, it was a breeze. We went through a full design process with Kenzie where her guidance on color palettes, table setting mock-ups, signage and more was invaluable; she has an amazing eye to be able to pull ideas together. Kenzie went above and beyond throughout the entire process - she provided great advice during our onsite tours around guest flow and design set-up, helped us work through mock-ups and even spent extra time going in person to track down the perfect napkins for us.
What I also appreciated about Details Darling, is they take the time to really get to know you and your partner - Kenzie spent multiple calls in the early months of planning getting to know our love story and what makes us special. She then was able to incorporate the things that are meaningful to us into our wedding...yes, we had a full designed espresso martini and chocolate croissant wall! Kenzie also brought us incredible options for vendor selections - all of whom were similarly lovely humans and incredible at their respective expertise - we had the best experience with every single vendor we worked with. Kenzie, her team, and all the vendors just truly cared about us and all the details.
We had Kenzie help us with our entire destination wedding - from welcome bags, to the rehearsal dinner design/execution, welcome party design/execution, and then of course the wedding day itself. Kenzie and her team did not miss a beat - every single detail was thought of and handled with grace. Whenever I was around Kenzie throughout the weekend, I felt instantly calm and collected. I wish I could go back in time and do the planning process all over again with Kenzie because it was that much fun. When I think about our wedding and why it was so special, one of the biggest reasons is Kenzie and Details Darling.
If you have the opportunity to work with them, JUMP AT IT! You will be so so happy you did!!
Thank you Kenzie and team for the most perfect wedding weekend!
We worked with Kenzie and she quickly became our wedding planning bff! The way she integrated our story within all the details made our wedding so special. Our guests couldn’t stop...
talking about the little moments like a nod to our long distance on the seating chart to the Taylor Swift lyrics on the menus. Every design element tied in together, creating a chic and one-of-a-kind look. If you don’t want a cookie cutter wedding– HIRE DETAILS DARLING. I trust their taste 110%!
Kenzie also has all the best connections. For example, you could tell she knew the inventory of the rental company just as well as the owner himself (LOL). I felt like she really secured us the best florist, band, videographer, rentals, signage, rehearsal dinner spot + more. We have the best memories from our wedding day and Kenzie is a big reason why! Thank you, endlessly.
XO,
The Longs

ay - truly, cannot imagine our day without her. A literal ray of sunshine in human form. In the months leading up to our day, Monica was creative, intentional, and supportive. She took our personalities and our styles and created a cohesively stunning vision that came to life on the wedding day better than we ever imagined. No matter what came up, she was quick to handle it with grace and empathy - putting us at ease and making us feel seen, understood, and cared for always. After the wedding, our family and friends kept saying "everyone needs a Mon in their life" and we couldn't agree more. She laughed with us, she cried with us, and most importantly - she felt like a friend who was simply there to support us & celebrate us on our best day. She is the kindest, most genuine, joyful soul we know and if you're lucky enough to have the chance to work with her, don't hesitate. She is a rare soul in the wedding world and we're so grateful for her.
Details, Darling is absolutely amazing and we couldn’t recommend them more! We worked with Alessandra for month of coordination and she is the absolute best. She was so so helpful,...
