Stacey truly excelled in organizing our wedding. Her ability to address all our queries was remarkable – it's surprising to realize the intricacies involved in wedding planning. She went above and beyond to ensure both my wife and I felt supported, making the effort to keep our special day as stress-free as possible. The value of having such a seamless experience cannot be overstated when it comes to making the big day perfect. I highly recommend her services!
Stacey did an amazing job with our wedding! She made everything very easy for us and was extremely helpful in addressing all of our questions. As the groom, anything that helps my bride feel more supported and stress-free is worth it – especially someone who genuinely cares about our big day.
Stacey was amazing to work with! Our wedding was this past September and she made sure we had every small detail planned and executed efficiently and stress-free! Her laid back yet decisive personality really helped us with making decisions for our big day. She helped us see pros and cons of each choice that was made from the big details to the small details! This took the edge off of any stress and anxiety on an already super stressful day! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be there on our wedding day and honestly couldn’t have imagined it without her! Her main goal was to keep the bride and groom happy and the day without any stress so she handled any last minute decision making that could have caused stress. I got the attend my own wedding without worry of something going wrong. Which is 100% amazing! She really helped keep our timeline moving and our photographer, DJ, and caterers communicating to help the day smoothly. I would recommend her a million times over anyone else we worked with for that day!
Stacey and her colleague Amy were nothing short of AMAZING! Hiring Stacey was the best wedding decision we made. I cannot imagine getting through our day without her. We had to postpone our wedding by 1 year due to COVID and Stacey was so accommodating. She was organized, timely, and easy to work with leading up to our wedding day. On the day-of she and Amy executed our vision flawlessly, she took care of any issues that arose, and made sure my husband and I, our wedding party, and our parents had everything we needed all day long. They were proactive and anticipated our needs before we even needed to ask them. Stacey and Amy's hard work allowed my husband, myself, our families, and our friends to simply enjoy the day without any worries, or to-dos - the greatest wedding gift we could have asked for! I cannot recommend Stacey highly enough!
Stacey was such a great vendor to work with throughout the whole planning process. I am so happy that I hired her to be my day of coordinator. We had our initial interview meeting and I let her know what services I was looking for and her proposal was based off that. The few weeks leading up to the wedding, Stacey reached out and confirmed with all of my vendors. Stacey and Jon came to the rehearsal, helped with setup and ran the ceremony rehearsal. I appreciated how she handled some of the rowdier men in the party. One of our bridesmaids had really tall heels on and could barely walk to the ceremony location, out of nowhere Jon comes running up with flip flops for her to wear! Our wedding day ran smoothly and if there were any issues, they were all handled behind the scenes. I would not hesitate to hire Details Matter for your wedding or any other event!

We planned our wedding with them long distance, which is no easy feat. They put us at ease and were a joy to collaborate with. We worked together with them through a partial planning package, sharing booking/planning duties, which is no easy feat either. They are affordable - what they gave throughout the process was worth more than they charged. In addition to providing us amazing guidance and service building up to the wedding (planning, logistics, aesthetic, finances) they really threw down for us when it came to all the day of stuff. Its literally priceless to know that someone is on top of all the details the day of and you can just enjoy yourself. They exceeded our expectations for sure!

Yes! Hire Details matter. First we did not want a wedding coordinator because we were trying to cut costs. Once we got closer to the wedding we realized we needed someone the day of to help the day go smoothly. Stacey and Jon were amazing! They thought of everything we didn't think about, made sure the ceremony ran smoothly and helped with anything they could. So many times we realized someone did something we forgot to set up or get ready and who did it? You guessed it Stacey and Jon. A wedding coordinator is one of the things I would not skip on even if you are trying to do a more budget friendly wedding. And after our experience I would say you cannot go wrong with Details Matter.

The reason we say: “Two for One”, is because Stacey Engfer-Gossman, the lifesaver!, who is the is event planner-head of Details Matter, has her wonderful husband Jon , working beside her in any number of capacities.
Believe me—this works wonders on the groomsmen and the father-of the bride—all of the guys actually listen to Jon –you ladies out there who are planning your weddings—know what I’m talking about!
Wow..Was this dynamic duo ever incredible through-out our daughter’s very large and logistically crazy wedding process! Please please do not hesitate to hire this event planning company...here is the story of my experience which can not even begin to cover everything that Details Matter did for us!
First of all, our daughter, the bride and her fiancé, do not live/ work in the Twin Cities area but quite far away.
Decision-making and communication in trying to plan their wedding in Twin Cities was becoming increasingly stressful to near impossible!
Seriously, this mother-of-the-bride was becoming more and more overwhelmed and depressed. The fabulous florist we had selected for the wedding flowers literally saw the anguish on my face. She recommended I contact an event planner and gave me DEtails Matter info. In stepped Details Matter. And wedding planning anguish turned to the JOY mother-of-the-bride and the Bride herself is supposed to be feeling/ doing at this special time!
Thank God for Details Matter. You saved our sanity and our wedding!

The wedding was formal 200+ people. The family church, in Hudson WI. 8 in bride’s party, 7 in groom’s party.
Groom’s side: two sets of parents. Bride’s side, one set of parents. Airport coordination for 91 year grandmother, health care companion and numerous relatives! String Quartet from Minneapolis found and booked by Details Matter, Organist soloist music and programs—so much organization needed for just the church.
Rehearsal at church the night before and booking the venue for rehearsal dinner.
Please bride’s to be ...don’t forget how wonderful it is to have a coordinator getting everyone to rehearsal!
The reception venue was St Paul Hotel Promenade ballroom.As parents of the bride hosting this, did have this venue booked over a year in advance. The SPH, was seriously impressed with our selection of Details Matter Coordinator Stacey Engfer Gossman. She worked seamlessly, professionally and super efficiently with all the staff at Saint Paul Hotel.
The photographer and Videography—found/booked by Details Matter needed to get their work done in about 5 different locations, ALL Day long, including our home in Stillwater, MN.
This enormous task had to be coordinated by someone! The busses, cars, and vans were ALL, found contacted and booked for us by Details Matter!
Did I mention the 12 member dance band that also needed to be coordinated, communications , contracts looked over. Stacey coordinated as well the pianist for cocktail hour. List goes on...
