They provided the lighting and sound system with microphone for our wedding and did a great job. Their crew was professional and did great work.
Used them for our outdoor wedding this July and they were life savers! Their staff was great from beginning to end!
I had an incredible experience working with Details. We used one of their large 40' tents for our wedding and they were AMAZING. The leg drapes (extra, but WORTH IT), lights, tables and chairs...) They were always quick to get back to me about all of my questions. They have tons of linen colors as well. We worked with them on a layout and the delivery day was very smooth and they had everything set up quickly. Overall, I can't recommend Details Party Rental enough. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so wonderful.
We had an amazing experience with Details Party Rentals. They where so helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them for my next event. They have the best prices and their staff was very friendly.
We rented chairs and tables from this place and it was the most stressful part of this wedding. We asked for 100 chairs and, while we didn't think of it at the time, it seemed like we didn't have that many. My husband was busy setting up when they dropped everything off, to be expected, and signed for the order without counting. I KNOW this is on us and he signed the contract so we were on the hook for it. When they picked up they said we were 10 chairs short. They had me walk around the property with my 2 year old daughter to see if they were anywhere but they weren't. We did not take these chairs and we would have noticed if people were walking to their cars with chairs in tow. The wedding was at our house so they would have seen them if they were there. We know if they were 10 short that they probably shorted us at drop off but, again, we signed the contract. Then they tried to charge us FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for the ten chairs, when they were available online for only $22 a piece, and didn't even try to contact my husband before charging his card, didn't send an invoice or anything. We asked them to check their inventory and when they did, they were 11 chairs short, one more than they said we were shorting them so, in my opinion that should show that we weren't the problem. When we asked if we could just order them ourselves to avoid the $400 charge, we were told we would have to have them delivered to our house, unbox them ourselves and then call to set up a time we could deliver them to the company 40 minutes away. Which only saved us about $100 with shipping fees but that's better than nothing. When I dropped the chairs off, the woman had the audacity to not only say "how was the wedding?! Other than the chairs I mean" and then even asked me who we got the chairs from for such a great price because she might need a new supplier. Communication was poor, they didn't explain their $400 fee breakdown and it was a horrible experience all together. I do not recommend this company to anyone that doesn't want to be taken advantage of if they're too busy to count and double check that we got what they signed for.
We hired Details for our daughter's wedding in Navasota at The Chandelier Room. Lacey at Details Party Rentals was really easy to work with. She answered all my questions and helped me make wise decisions. Their rates were competitive, and the event rentals were quality. They worked with us on delivery time and pick up time, and the delivery crew was nice and helpful. I would definitely use Details Party Rentals again.
I used Details for my wedding and they were amazing to work with. Their customer service was excellent. If you need something they don't have, just ask them. They were very patient answering all of my many questions.
I chose details party rentals for my outdoor wedding in college Station because it was slightly cheaper than the other rental places for the same things. Whenever I emailed or called the people they were very kind! Rentals in general are expensive and there is an extra fee for delivery in a specific time window.
Lacey and her team are absolutely the best! I showed her a few pictures and a scheme I made of the lights and decoration I wanted for my wedding day. She honestly made it all look even better than I imagined. On the day before the wedding, the team on site explained to me all they'd do and how it'd look like. Everybody I interacted with was great and did a fantastic job. I can't recommend them enough. I decided to add items quite last minute, and Lacey was totally up to it, and again only needed a pinterest picture to completely understand what I was going for. Stress free, worry free, great team, perfect for very control-freak brides (lol) :)
All I can say is WOW. I don't know what I would have done without having Details provide the rentals for my wedding. I got married at a venue that did not provide anything in terms of rentals, so I used Details to take care of literally everything - linens, tables, chairs, vases, decor, lighting, food service, you name it.
Everything was delivered promptly and in pristine condition. I even hired Lacey and the staff to do the setup and take down (an immense task with all the details I had planned), and they did a phenomenal job. It's so wonderful to have people you can count on and trust to take care of the huge details that you don't have time to worry about on your big day!
Additionally, their prices are extremely fair, especially compared to other event rental companies in town.

Rented a tent from them for my wedding at the last minute due to potential bad weather. I called them on a Friday morning and they were able to get the tent, tables and chairs there that day!

Details did a great job on the wedding rentals for my wedding! I was able to pick up early Friday and return on Sunday, which was great for my family that was going out of town. They had the exact color linen that I needed to match my colors, which I couldn't find anywhere else. Everything was great and I definitely recommend them!
We needed some extra lights. My planner let me know this last minute. This is who we used. All we needed was some small can up lights $4 was the quote. Told her ok I want 8. She said I could have blue colored ones. Thought they would be the same lights. When I got the quote it was almost $300. All quote was more expensive lights that I didn't need. Lights would have been too big for my small space. Finally after two weeks of calling and emailing got the correct quote and paid. Went to pick them up and a house wife using a spare shed in the middle of nowhere college station halfway to well born the city. When plugged in two didn't work at all and after the reception started two more died in 30 minutes. When my husband and I took them back we told her of this and all she said was I guess I should send extra light bulbs. WOW! Don't use her. Will not work with you and horrible products. Mom with side business and not good for weddings or anything you have to have that the products your rent need to work.
We completely agree with the previous post - Details was a necessary evil for our wedding. We originally went with them because their prices were the most reasonable, but we paid for it dearly with customer service (there was none). We reserved both table cloths and a candelabra for our unity candle. The table cloths were clean, and looked nice when we laid them out. The candelabra was a complete disaster and mistake to have rented; the drip-less candles that are provided were complete garbage - they did not light, and then when we finally got them lit, they went out.
We made the mistake of glossing over many of the finer details in the contract. DO NOT DO THIS. We missed the statement that we would be charged a 50% restocking fee for anything that we decided to not use. This meant that 8 months before the wedding, when we decided to not use certain items, we still paid 50% of their rental fee. This was the most absurd and frustrating thing I had ever heard of.
When it came time to picking up and dropping off the rented items, Details was completely unwilling to work with our schedules. After several attempts, we finally got the pick-up time adjusted; however they were completely unwilling to adjust the drop off time.
If you have no other options, Details will suffice. However, we do not recommend them, specially for a wedding reception. They will add unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation.
They seemed helpful until it came wedding time. Anything I needed to add was promptly taken care of, but when time came to pick up my items, this vendor tried to change the my pick up time, but ultimately honored our original agreement. Little to no help was provided with the "loading" of the rental items. A dog jumped on my new car scratching it, but they did apologize stating they had just moved to this new location & hadn't had time to install a fence. Some of my items were missing, but luckily, even though I don't live in the area making it terribly inconvenient, we were able to get someone else to pick up the items. Things were just thrown in boxes so there really wasn't any way to tell what was what or where it was or how many of it there were. I was however, able to return my items early. On top of finding the "new" place was a task all it's own. The items were pretty and of good quality. Any & all issues were always promptly addressed & handled in a professional manner. It wasn't the greatest experience for me, but to each their own.
