This company failed to show up to shuttle us and other guests from our hotel to a wedding reception. Guests were left standing around for 45 minutes before having to find their own transportation. This put more stress on the bride and groom and delayed their reception.

This business almost ruined our reception. Total scam. The shuttle never showed, the business wouldn't answer the phone just kept getting a full voicemail. Finally, after an hour the hotel shuttled guests that hadn't already Ubered to the reception. I (the bride) an hour trying to call this man, and my sister-in-law finally got ahold of him because thought she was a prospective client. He finally sent a shuttle saying there was an emergency. Shuttle driver refused to shuttle an elderly guest because there were not 6 passengers, despite our schedule stating he was to go back and forth every half an hour. I told the driver to him and he said "I will if you go get me a water". Then he stopped shuttling guests at 11:30pm as opposed to midnight like our contract stated. Haven't been able to get ahold of the company to get refunded for the hours we paid for that we didn't receive, which happened to be the most crucial times for shuttling guests. I chose this company based on the Knot rating. Huge mistake.

We used Detroit Party Coach for our wedding and it all went smooth. They had the cheapest quote in town and the driver was super friendly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! If I could would give 0 stars! Hired company for wedding day transportation. When the reservation was made I requested to NOT get the party bus with the stipper pole in it (didn't think it was appropriate for a wedding). Day of wedding board the bus to find out that they sent us the one bus I specifically asked not to get. On top of that whole situation the air conditioning on the bus did not work. (Yes it was a 100+ degree day, but a somewhat working ac should have cooled down the bus a little, instead of blowing out hot air). To try and cool everyone down we had to open the windows which fell out in our hand, to which the drive replied don't worry that happens all the time. After the wedding when I tried to reach out to them to discuss the situations that occurred, they started screening my calls. I had a worker actually say to me "oh this isn't the number you usually call from". Was told that we would get a partial refund for them not messing up in sending the incorrect bus, but we are almost a year out and have not received thing. Please do not make the same mistake I did! Choose another company!

Just the absolute worst! Complete GARBAGE company. We got married this past Saturday, October 6th. I booked and signed the contract for 2 shuttles, one for guests at one set of hotels, and one for guests at another set. Because of some of the awful reviews, I was already hesitant, but I thought if I stayed on top of it, everything would be fine. NOPE! Eric, the manager/owner or whatever he is, was helpful until we payed the full payment. Then he was non-responsive. I called and spoke with him 3 times leading up to the wedding and he assured me everything was fine, including the week before the wedding. Wedding day- we get texts from our guests saying the shuttles haven't shown up. Finally, 30 minutes late, ONE of the two shuttles showed up to one of the locations. Eric just straight up didn't send the other shuttle. Not only that, he couldn't even call us to let us know that the other shuttle, that we had a SIGNED AND PAYED FOR contract, wasn't coming so we could make other arrangements? Pretty low, man. Our wedding planner called him nonstop until we finally got in touch with him. He confirmed the other shuttle wasn't coming. So, after the wedding I call 2-3 times/day and leave messages with no response. Emailed them, same thing, no response. Do you really want to go through all this crap on your wedding day? Do you really want to deal with this garbage company and management to save a couple dollars? I don't normally write reviews, but this company pissed off my bride on our wedding day, and didn't even have the guts to respond to my calls and emails. Don't let it happen to you. If for some reason you still decide to go with this company, make sure you pay by credit card so you can reverse the transaction when they screw you over, too. I'm sure Eric will make up some excuse since he has a habit of responding to negative feedback on here. Just wish I would have listened to the other negative reviews. Live and learn I guess.

I booked DPC for the minimum of 4 hours. It was supposed to be from 1pm-5pm. They didn't show up until 1:15pm, so we should have had it until 5:15pm but that wasn't the case. Our driver was awesome, she was really fun and cool. The bus wasn't so great and definitely needed some work done, you could tell it was old and used. And it needed to be cleaned, quite gross actually. We all still had a great time, the thing that bothered me the most was the owner calling me (the bride) to yell at me that we couldn't go somewhere to take the pictures because he had another client in 30 minutes (though at this point we still should have technically had 45 minutes with the bus, not our fault he overlapped booking). Everyone knows you don't call the bride with stuff. He could have easily called the bus driver, the one who is driving, and had her talk to someone else. It was very unprofessional and I do not recommend them to anyone. The only reason they're receiving 2 stars is because the driver was awesome.

We used this company for our wedding on New Years Day and they were a pleasure to work with. They were on time, our driver was very nice, and the bus wasn't extravagant but was nice. I would recommend their services to others!

DO NOT DO IT!!! They didn't show up and I was half an hour late for my wedding. I emailed them with concerns about my service and was given excuses and accusations. When I called them 10 minutes after they were supposed to pick me up, they said they didn't know the bride needed a ride to the church because no one told them (although it was in the contract and discussed over the phone two days prior). I never received an apology. I have truly never had such horrible customer service in my life - luckily all my other vendors were amazing to make up for this poor excuse for transportation company.

We booked with this company late, because our first limo company informed us the week of that the A/c wasn't working on their bus. When I spoke with the manager about our situation, he was understanding and was able to accommodate us. Kudo's to this company!

This limo company was really great to work with, I used them for both my wedding bachelorette party! Bus was nice and clean, and our driver Joe was so outstanding that I requested him for our wedding too. I plan on using them again for future events.

We got married in Hawaii this past August, and we chose detroit party coach to shuttle our bridal party and relatives to our reception in detroit. The price was very fair and they were very professional and easy to work with.

I hired this company for my bachelor party and they did a great job. Our driver was professional, and able to navigate through a crazy downtown detroit. We weren't planning on using transportation for our wedding, but I suggested that we use a party bus for our wedding party the week of and this company was also able to accommodate us as well!

I would not recommend Detroit Party Coach for a wedding. I found the party bus to be old and dingy. We did not receive our complimentary champagne, red carpet service, and wedding decor. I put a down payment for the bus and after our wedding, my card was charged for the full amount even though I put down the deposit. I would highly recommend anyone looking for transportation for their wedding or event to use a different vendor.

PLEASE DONT BOOK! I just used them for my wedding transportation and it was awful!!! First of all they claim to have a wedding package that includes two bottles of champagne, just married decorations, and a red carpet. What I got was a party bus that had NO A/C ...no champagne...no decorations...and a dingy old carpet. It was so embarrassing. It was gross. I had to call them FOUR TIMES the morning of my wedding to ask for the driver contact and each time they forgot who I was or where I was staying...: mind you I sent a detailed itinerary two weeks prior. When the driver showed up we told him to take us to the Z garage to meet our photographers. We then realize he is literally driving us around in a loop and then stops at campus martiasus and says we can get out and take pics....on what my freaking iPhone???? All this is wasting time with the photographers I spend a ton of money on. Then he can't get to theZ garage and my bridal party is sweating, we have no champagne no cups NOTHING. We get off the bus five blocks from the Z garage and decide to walk. Then he has two bottles of cooks champagne waiting...classy. Asks if we want to stop at a liquor store...um no it's 5 mins before my ceremony. We paid $500 for 30-40 mins of pure torture. BRIDES ID HONESTLY SUGGEST YOU WALK TO YOUR CEREMONY VS USING THIS AWFUL COMPANY. My fellow bridesmaid and future bride asked me twice what the company was so she is certain she doesn't book them.

We hired Detroit Party Coach for our wedding this summer and we were very pleased with their services. They are very easy to work with, we had to adjust our time frame on the day of, and they were very flexible and accommodating. TY!!

I wish I could give zero stars and have no clue how they are rated so highly. Someone should check their reviews to make sure they are legitimate. On our perfect wedding day, this was the only blemish. Quite simply, he did not show up! Despite confirming the address several times and having a contract with the address, the owner drove to the wrong address and could not find us despite receiving extra directions and the name of the church. Apparently this company does not function using Google Maps??? Luckily, we had a great planner who piled us into her car and took us from the church to the venue. After the whole debacle, the owner agreed to refund a portion of the money. We eventually had to take our claim to the bank because HE NEVER DID IT. This guy is a sneak and a scammer. Save yourself some time and aggravation and do not hire this guy.

Do not hire them! We had a HORRIBLE experience with Eric Peeples and Detroit Party Coach (also known as Detroit Luxury Transportation). They did not show up to pick us up at our ceremony due to using the wrong address, and we needed to cram our wedding party and their guests into our photographer and wedding planner's tiny cars to get to our reception and to begin photos (it took several rounds to shuttle everyone to the right place, which was luckily close by). When Detroit Party Coach finally did show up at the right place they were unapologetic about being late. Later in the evening when it came time for a ride home, the "party bus" was more like a dingy airport shuttle. We never received the two complimentary bottles of champagne either. I am so disappointed in the service we received, and afterward, they refused to give us a partial refund for failing to render the contracted services in full. Eric even agreed to send us $225 back but then never did (classy!). We basically spent almost a thousand dollars for a single 10 mile ride home. Such a rip off. Save yourself the trouble on your wedding day and work with a reputable business.

I hired Detroit partycoach for a bachelorette party on 8/20/2017. My first concern was when the bus arrived, the air conditioning was broke. My phone calls to Detroit Party Coach concerning this, went ignored. As the bus pulled away from my home, I noticed a big oil spot in the driveway. The bus driver was very unfriendly, and even tried to hit on one of the bridesmaids. At this point, we felt a 10% driver tip was appropriate. After all this, I received a snarky text from the company "next time, please take care of our drivers." DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I am dumbfounded at the amount of positive reviews. Brides LISTEN TO ME - DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. The guy was shady from day one. We paid for a 24 person party BUS. Day of my wedding - a shuttle showed up. A SHUTTLE. When my husband told the driver this isn't what we booked she responded with "What?! He KNEW that bus was out of commission. He did you dirty and he's done it before. I'm sorry." My husband contacted him several times after the wedding to at least get around $200 back which we felt was fair even though in my mind we should've gotten a full refund. He ignored him so I called and left a very calm voicemail indicating that if he didn't respond we would be forced to take a legal approach on this. No response. I tried calling back and the number had been disconnected. I will make sure people hear about how dirty and shady this company is. Bride again DO NOT BOOK. It is the best advice I can give you for your wedding day. Dirty, shady comapny and I promise I will make sure they lose business. Shame on them.

I love this company, Detroit Party Coach completely went above and beyond for us on our wedding day, our driver was extremely professional & patient. We had to multi-purposely use the coach because the caterers van broke down while en-route to the hall, and our driver graciously went and picked up the food and their staff, which saved the day. We were just extremely satisfied with the service, they justbwere very easy to work with!! #excellentservice

We choose this company to provide a shuttle for our guest to get to the to ceremony and our reception. They gave us a great rate and provided a super nice shuttle bus for our guest. Though they were at times difficult to get in touch with at times, they did provide us with the service we requested.

I rented a party bus for detroit party coach for my best friends bachelorette party, and the customer service was outstanding. They delivered a bus that was luxurious, clean, and the driver even layed out the red carpet for us. I was highly impressed with this companies professionalism. I have dealt with other limo companies in the past and the professional and customer service was seriously lacking. It was truly refreshing to work with this company!

My wife and I chose Detroit Party Coach for our wedding because they were the most reasonable priced, and because they were based in Detroit. We had an all Detroit wedding and that included the vendors as well. We did take a trip out to view their buses and from that point on we were completely satisfied. I selected Party Coach for my daughters and new son-in-law's wedding this past September. It was the first time that i've ever rented a coach, and it was simpler than I expected. They pretty much walked me through the process and helped me organize the transportation for the evening. I was really impress with how patient and helpful they were. Our driver was also great as well, especially with assisting us older folks on and off the coach. My daughter(bride) and I were extremely satisfied with the service! Thank you Party Coach!

Detroit Party Coach provided phenomenal service for a Bachelor Party I helped organize. The pricing was not only extremely competitive, but I found it to be the best in time. Rarely, with a good price, do you not lose top notch quality and service. Eric provided exactly what he promised, and the bus/coach was even cleaner/nicer than the pictures online made it out to be. Furthermore, what I was most impressed with was how well a situation was handled because in life, things happen. Eric, our bus driver, got pretty ill halfway through the night. Instead of ruining our evening, he used a customer-first approach at all times, and insured his replacement was every bit the driver and host that he was. What could have been a large snaffoo only ended up impressing me more. I would highly recommend Detroit Party Coach to any potential party in need of transportation. There is no better value in the Metro-Detroit area, and the customer service/quality of bus were extremely impressive.

Eric and Detroit Party coach were wonderful!! They provided service for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding August 7, 2015. Eric and I spoke back in February and a few times in between. They are very accommodating and affordable. The wedding was downtown and a tigers game was the same evening. They mapped out the best route and were on time!! Thank you very much for everything, and if we need service we will call again.

I have used Detroit Party Coach on two occasions, once for a corporate holiday party, and more recently for my friend's bachelorette party. The professionalism of Eric and team has been top notch! I felt like a priority each time we corresponded, and my party groups both had a blast during transport from venue to venue. Detroit Party Coach was the ONLY Limo service that would work with me for my wedding on Sept 20, 2014. I called over 15 Limo companies in the Metro Detroit area, that were provided on The Knot. I only needed the Limo for 3 hours and he was willing to work with me. No Limo company would rent a Limo for 3 hours b/c the minimum was 4 hours. Plus the quotes that I recieved were outrageous for 4 hours. Detroit Party Coach was one of my last Limo companies on my list to call. I explained to him my need for 3 hours only. I just wanted transportation from the The Dearborn Inn to the Church and back to The Dearborn Inn (which was about a 10 min ride from one point to the other). We were not using the Limo to drive around and drink. I just wanted to transport my wedding party to and from point A to B. He was willing to do 3 hours and also gave me a great price!!! I couldn't believe that he was going to give me a Limo and at such an awesome price too. I asked him several times if there was a catch or some hidden fees. I just couldn't believe that I booked my Limo that easy with him. The other Limo companies would not budge or try to work with me. I was so stressed over finding a Limo and found Detroit Party Coach 3 weeks before my weddding. He also made the process very easy by sending the contract via email and sending a reciept for my records. He was prompt with the arrival time and very professional. An unexpected but unbelievable gesture, that I and my bridesmaids really truly appreciated! I was slightly apprehensive when selecting this company because their pricing was so great! Though my concerns were laid to rest when they arrived in such an unbelievable fashion! From the moment that we booked them for our wedding their customer service was superb. Detroit Party Coach was an absolute pleasure to work with while planning my sorority sister's bachelorette party. A friend of mine recommended their services. Our driver arrived on time and was a complete gentleman the entire time. He had a lot of patience and remained professional while we partied the night away. During the scheduling process, there were a few times I tried to contact the company and did not quick a quick response. The owner informed me that they were having phone issues and provided another phone number that I could reach him on at any time. Other than that, my experience planning the bachelorette party went very smoothly. The bus we had was very nice. The vehicle was updated with TV screens and any audio equipment needed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a charter bus in the future.

I used Detroit Party Coach for my bachelorette party and I had just about the best time of my life! The bus was roomy and comfortable. It has several flat screen TVs that you can watch music videos as the music plays! And best of all, it has a pole that all my bridemaids loved to use on the ride! I also used the coach to drive the party to the wedding venue and reception; they were prompt and we got to the venues with time to spare.

There was no hassle on taking us to the places we asked to go which left me with a stress free night. We actually ended up having more fun on the bus than our planned destinations!
