Michelle is hands down who you want finalizing the big and small details of your wedding! These are so many things that would have never came to mind for me before our wedding. Michelle made all of them happen!! Do not stress, do not worry, do not panic and hire devoted to details. We had an amazingly smooth wedding because they handled everything. I can look back on my day with love and excitement instead of what could have went wrong. Do yourself the favor of removing the crazy and just enjoy your special day!!

Devoted Columbus ensured safe travel of our beautiful wedding cake to our wedding reception! They were easy to communicated with, and we appreciate the important role they provided to our wedding!

Rachael with Devoted Columbus was a tremendous help in pulling together our wedding day, from going and getting extra flowers that weren't delivered to keeping everyone organized and ready for when the time came to walk down the aisle. She did a great job with the setup and teardown of the venue as well. The planning meetings were really helpful along with her running the rehearsal with us. I don't think our day would have gone as smoothly without her. I definitely recommend having Devoted Columbus as a planner and guide for your wedding.

We hired Devoted for wedding day assistant and it was the best decision as a DIY bride! We had a timeline planning meeting and details meeting before the wedding. The day of, the assistants were very helpful! They did an amazing job setting up all of the decorations for receptions. They also made sure we were following the timeline and people were where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there. They helped with communicating with vendors for set up and handing out tips. They made sure bride and groom were taken care of with drinks and food. They made my day so stress-free!!

Michelle and Tammy from Devoted helped lessen the stress of my wedding day! As both families were traveling from out of town, we wanted to let them enjoy the day as much as possible without worry. Due to the pandemic, our wedding faced many changing restrictions and guidelines but they helped work through it all. As our day of coordinator, Tammy ran the show with ease and struck the right balance of asking me questions and letting me and my husband be in the moment. I would recommend Devoted to any bride who needs a helping hand!

We hired devoted hourly to be there the day of our wedding for helping set up and sticking to the timeline. They did an amazing job!! We gave them a list of task of things that we needed them to do and they completed everything and went above and beyond. The venue had our there coordinates there but Andrea that we had from devoted took everything to the next level. The venue was then able to focus on everything they needed to do to keep to schedule and Andrea made sure all the other vendors stuck to schedule and the timeline!! We literally didn’t need to worry about anything and all our family and guest were able to just enjoy the day as well. Devoted was amazing and thought of everything!! I highly recommended them and there amazing team

I decided to ask for help when I was about 2 months from my wedding date. I had most all of the planning done but I was having a difficult time envisioning how I would be able to relax and enjoy my big day and also host a successful event. I decided to purchase the Wedding Day Assistant option: Best. Decision. Ever. From day one of speaking with Michelle my concerns melted away and I could finally see how my wedding would play out! The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect. Michelle went above my expectations. So thankful for this service!

Columbus Bride and Groom was without question the best purchase we made for our wedding. We worked with Michelle and Nicole and both were exceptional - detailed, organized, friendly, and easy to work with. For our wedding we purchased the day-of wedding assistant. Basically, we organized and planned everything for our big day, and then we met with Michelle and Nicole to go over all the details. Both offered helpful suggestions on how to make things run smoother and asked clarifying questions to ensure that everything was exactly the way we envisioned. Once it was wedding day, we gave everything to Nicole and she executed everything perfectly and with a smile. It was so wonderful to not have to worry about all the little details of things because we knew Nicole had it under control. Just to have peace of mind for your day is totally worth it! And it's very reasonably priced for all the support you get! Seriously, best purchase we made!

I had the pleasure to have Michelle as my day of wedding assistant for a few hours and I can not express how THANKFUL I was and am for her. She was the extra pair of hands that I NEEDED and she did everything perfectly. She was so sweet, very helpful, and calm during a hectic time! I cannot recommend a wedding day assistant enough. My venue let me drop off decor the day before, but who was going to put it on the tables while I was at my ceremony? I didn't want to make a friend or family member do it, and I needed someone detail oriented. Michelle was my assistant and she did an amazing job. We met for an hour a month before, and went over the timeline of my wedding as well as task list ideas. We emailed back and forth maps, diagrams, and photographs of my idea for decor. On the day of, she came to my hotel room and got my flowers for the cake. She took the flowers to my reception venue for that cake baker to use, and got to work. I had all my centerpieces, guestbook, sweetheart table decor, DIY photo booth props, and more in a storage room ready for her. She flawlessly got all my table decor ready, and made the photobooth look perfect. When it was time, she even put my gifts and cards away and put out favor cookies in their place. It was so amazing to have an assistant take care of everything so my family, friends, and I could just enjoy the day. Columbus bride and groom is a great resource in Hilliard, and so worth the trip. And a wedding day assistant is affordable and so worth the peace of mind. Michelle was definitely one of my most important vendors! Highly recommend!!!

We needed a Day-Of-Coordinator for our wedding because we had DIY stuffs and we couldn't not ask a relative or a friend do it for us, since we want them to enjoy the day. Columbus Bride and Groom offers hourly rate package - which means no pressure of paying thousands of dollars to get help for your day. Beth of CB+G was exceptional during the day. She made sure everything was smooth and she was lovely to talk to! I highly recommend them!

I’ve been waiting to post a review for Beth because I didn’t know how to put in to words how great she was! We had originally planned to do a complete DIY wedding, but as the big day got closer my stress levels were through the roof. I’m a really Type-A personality, so the idea of letting someone else handle the logistics of the day really freaked me out. Finally, about 1 month before our wedding I caved and hired Columbus B&G. As soon as we met with Beth I wanted to cry. I knew that she would be able to handle anything and she did!! I didnt stress over anything on the big day because she was there. Even my MOH kept saying how amazing she was. She handled all of the little details, met our vendors, did an amazing job with set up, took our gifts/cards to our hotel room. She did so much and probably more behind the scenes than I know about! Working with Beth was a dream and definitely the best investment we ever made. Thank you thank you thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Beth was amazing to work with. I can't thank her enough for helping with our wedding. The wedding day coordinator was exactly what we needed to help our reception run smoothly. I decided two months before my wedding that I would like to has an additional day of assistant to help with all the ins and outs of wedding day and I am so happy I went with Columbus bride and groom. Beth went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and was very attentive to my needs throughout the day. I can’t imagine having the day go off as smoothly as it did without her help!

We hired Michelle as our day of coordinator and I don’t know how we would have survived without her. We met with Michelle twice before our wedding day and knew instantly she’d be an invaluable asset to our day. Michelle ensured our day was an amazing success and took care of any problems that arose. She is an extremely hard worker, really listened to our vision and made sure our day stayed on track. She provided us excellent vendor referrals when we wanted to add a photo booth and uplighting to our reception. I have nothing but great things to say about Columbus Bride and Groom and definitely recommend hiring them for your big day!

Having a wedding coordinator was literally the best thing I spent my money on. I had the pleasure of working with Beth, and I only chose the day of coordinator. I couldn’t imagine what my wedding day would have been like without her. When they ran out of helium she took it into her own hands to go to Kroger and fill all the balloons I had! She did everything PERFECTLY! If I needed something she had it done instantly. She didn’t ask me any uneccesaey questions, figured everything out on her own, & worked multiple things out without telling me/worrying me. I have nothing bad to say about Columbus bride & groom or Beth! Deff a MUST HAVE.

Jamie & Michelle are the absolute best in the business! Our wedding day was a dream come true and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Michelle is a seasoned pro and truly cares to make sure your day goes seemless. She took so much stress off my plate with confirming all of our vendors and taking care of all the last minute details. Michelle and her team are amazing! I'm not sure what we would have done without them! Michelle was great leading up to the wedding, she always had great ideas and reminded us of things we hadn't thought of. At the wedding she and her team were awesome. We had the amazing luck of finding Michelle on the knot and I can’t imagine our dream wedding without her. Because of Michelle I had zero stress and it felt like our day was flawlessly perfect (which I’m sure it wasn’t!) Michelle was creative, organized, most of all trusting. If she said she was going to do something— it was done immediately and with bells and whistles. I could not give columbus bride and groom and Michelle any higher rating and can not thank them enough. My husband and I decided early on that we did not need a full-on wedding planner, but with all of the DIY projects we did, we knew we needed someone to assist us on the day of. We are SO thankful that we found the Columbus B&G wedding day-of assistants. Kenda was our lead assistant and she did such a fantastic job. Without her help, our day would not have gone as planned. My husband and I were able to remain calm during the day of festivities because we knew Kenda was there taking care of everything for us! On top of all that, it was a great value to eliminate the stress and running around we would have had to do ourselves otherwise. We would definitely recommend Columbus B&G and specifically Kenda for your day-of assisting needs!!

We hired Bonnie for our wedding day assistant and it was probably the best choice we made! She helped so much with coordinating and making sure everything went smoothly. She also did a good job when things did not go as planned and made sure I didn't know or stress about a thing. I would highly recommend their services! It's very helpful.

Columbus Bride and Groom was a must have for my wedding day coordination. Ashly was terrific in keeping the vendors and our family and friends organized and on task while decorating the venue. She was able to understand my vision for the day and made sure it happened. I can't say enough how I appreciate her and Jamie for helping with the decorating. Ashly coordinated with vendors to keep wedding day time-lines, she tracked down the wedding party and family, brought me and my husband a snack after the ceremony, and calmed our nerves. They can recommend vendors and other resources to make the wedding day less stressful. I highly recommend CBG for their day of wedding coordination services it was money well spent. I used Columbus Bride and Groom's Day of Coordination services for my wedding and they were excellent!! Bonnie and her team did such an amazing job at my wedding! They came to our rehearsal and helped us figure out the lineup and how everyone would walk down the aisle! We made a task list for Bonnie and her team the day of the wedding and they accomplished all the tasks and were there to help with any last minute details. They helped decorate the tables, put up decorations for our photo booth area, they set out all our favors and place cards, decorated the tables for the cocktail hour and made sure the wedding and reception ran smoothly!!! We really appreciated their help! They were great and so easy to work with. Bonnie was very responsive to emails and she was very organized! Bonnie was also very friendly and she was easy to talk to! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding and needs some extra help!!! I couldn't have done it all without their help!

They were extremely helpful in the planning, and taking the stress out of the day. From setting up the entire reception, to even texting and snapping pics of random things you forget to look at during the busy day!

Columbus Bride and Groom was an absolute pleasure to work with. I used their services for day-of coordination only. I really enjoyed my initial meeting with Olivia, and was very impressed by her questions about missing pieces of my schedule. Olivia and intern Rachel followed my day-of timeline perfectly, and consulted me before making any decisions which were unclear. Olivia reached out via text a few days before the wedding, and it felt great knowing she was checking in. I would highly recommend their services; they did so much behind the scenes, and our wedding would not have been possible without them!!

I used Lauren Lawson from Above and Beyond which is the day of coordination part of the Devoted to Details company. Lauren and her team did a fabulous job of making my wedding day everything I wanted it to be! Lauren was incredibly detailed and organized. She kept me on task throughout the planning process and honestly, without her I might not have gotten it all done! On that day, she was right there every step of the way and I felt like I had nothing at all to do but enjoy my day. They took such good care of me and my groom. I cannot say enough good things about Lauren, Rita and the entire staff!

What a pleasure it was working with the Devoted To Details staff last summer. I can't tell you how many people in our wedding party commented on how organized and detailed the Devoted To Details staff was! They are so organized and friendly. They keep you in the loop of every possible detail you can imagine. They create a timeline for your entire wedding weekend and not a detail is left out. Jamie Rapavy, Owner and Wedding Planner/Coordinator of Devoted to Details is simply amazing! We hired Jamie and her staff to help us plan our daughter's September 10th wedding for two primary reasons. First, weddings have gotten to be such "Big Business" with so many venders and venues that we truly felt overwelhmed and in need of some professional advice and guideance in the process. Secondly, on the wedding day, we all just wanted to truly enjoy the day and not worry literally about all the "details". Jamie, not only addressed these concerns but gave us so much more!! Jamie was always available to us and provided an enormous amount of information and support. She never made us feel rushed during any of our appointments and instead made us feel like we were the only wedding she was managing. She provided assistance with the major things like selection of venders to the smallest items like floor charts. She brought in other experts at appropriate times and was so good natured about everything we through in her path. For example, she even ran rehearsal when we learned the clergy would not be present. I can't imagine going through this process without Jamie. Our daughter and her new husband made it a very heartfelt, touching and memorable moment because of their love for one another but the event itself was more beautiful, romantic and enchanting than we could have imagined because of Jamie's assistance. We give Jamie and Devoted to Details our highest praise and without a single reservation recommend them to you for your wedding or any other event. For my September 2011 wedding we hired Devoted to Details as our weekend wedding planner (aka Above and Beyond weddings) The team of Lauren and Rita could not have done a better job! They did ten times more than we thought they would, ther are extemley organized, returned every email within hours, dealt with any issue that came up during the wedding day with complete ease, helped us with any questions we had during our planning, arranged all of our decor at the recpetion hall, made helpful suggestions, calmed my nerves and just worked their magic. I could NOT have done this with out them and I would recommend that you give these ladies a call!

Jamie, Lauren and their team were absolutely wonderful! I couldn't thank them enough for everything they have done for us. From the smallest to the largest request, they made it happen. I never felt more taken care of in what can sometimes be a very stressfull day. It was amazing and I accredit them for that. My husband and I and our entire family could not have been more pleased with the amount of help and attention we had on our wedding day. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jamie and her crew! I originally didn't think that I would need a coordinator but I am so thankful that we hired Devoted to Details. I was able to step back two weeks before the wedding and just enjoy everything that was happening. Tionna and Rita contacted all of my vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page, helped my bridal party know where to be and when, made sure that everything was where it needed to be before the wedding and that everyone had been paid, took care of our gifts, flutes, license... everything on my day of to-do list was taken care of by them! It was so nice to not have to delegate things to family members and my mom and I were able to enjoy a cup of coffee the morning of the wedding. I couldn't believe how stress-free the day was! They set themselves apart from our other vendors because it was obvious that they cared about us and wanted to get to know us before we even talked about wedding details. We definitely felt comfortable handing over responsibilities to them! You will not regret inviting DTD to help with your wedding, my husband and I both agree they were more than worth it!
