1 million percent worth it!!! If you’re on the hunt for a wedding coordinator, look no further! You definitely need a Ruth to ensure your wedding day is what you’ve always dreamed it would be. I’m so beyond grateful for Ruth with Devoted Events. I knew from the beginning I wanted a coordinator to help with wedding details, timelines, and overall wedding day organization. After our first meeting, I knew I found the right woman for the job! She truly took all the stress off my shoulders come wedding day and because of her organization and attention to detail, my wedding was an absolute dream. Ruth was so quick to answer any questions I had throughout my wedding planning process. She kept in contact with all of my vendors, set up all of my wedding decor exactly how I envisioned, and made sure everything ran on time and according to schedule. I truly can’t thank her enough for all of the hard work she put towards ensuring my day was perfect. I know brides go back and forth on whether or not they need a wedding coordinator, but I’m here to say you absolutely do! My day would not have been possible without all of Ruth’s hard work!

Ruth and Cigni were the most amazing day of coordinators my husband and I could’ve asked for. They also provided the beautiful linens for our reception space, and finished our vision off perfectly for our Christmas meets wedding theme. Ruth and Cigni were ahead of the game all day, taking care of the smallest things without even breaking a sweat. They made sure that our wedding party were hydrated and fed during photos, helped with the dollar dance and organizing events throughout the reception, and even helped take own our decor for family and friends to help make clean up super simple. Throughout the process, including our two postponements, Cigni was so easy to communicate with, and was always available to chat and answer questions whenever we needed. I cannot wait to recommend Devoted Events to all my friends and family. They were the greatest and we couldn’t thank them enough for all of their hard work and commitment to make our day great. Ruth and Cigni were amazing from start to finish. They were very responsive from the first time I reached out to them and were very flexible with my strict work schedule. They say that they are best friends and it shows in everything that they do. They were always on the same page and made sure that our day went off without a hitch. Even when something didn't go exactly to plan, they made sure that everything would work. They anticipated my needs without me needing to say anything. On top of their amazing coordinating skills, their selection of rentals was amazing. Even my very picky husband was able to find place settings that he liked. We were endlessly complimented on how beautiful everything was. I couldn't have picked a better team!

Ruth and Cigni were amazing!! They handled literally everything including things I didn’t even think about. They were flexible and quick on their feet to any changes that were made. They ensured that my timeline was perfect. On the day of the wedding they did it all from decorating, communicating, time management, and even checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. They would take pictures of the decor and show me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They were so thorough with every little detail. I did not have to stress about anything which was the best part. All of our guest were so impressed with the venue set up and how beautiful it was. I highly recommend Devoted Events, my special day wouldn’t have been so smooth and perfect without them.
