If I had an option to give no stars, I would. I had the worst customer service experience of my life today. I went in to get a diamond replaced in an engagement ring that I had jus...
t previously received 3 days in advance, and the woman clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. She was not only condescending and spoke to me like a child, but she insulted my ring and the quality of it. After getting the diamond in, I noticed a small damage to the ring and was sure it was not there before and asked if it could be buffed or smoothed out in some way. She immediately was insulted and with such anger she said I was wrong and that the scrape was already there. For someone who looked at her shiny new diamond every day after putting it on, I definitely would have seen it before. After getting that straightened out she then said the jeweler noticed a crack in a diamond and that I should get it fixed but she refused to do that there. Not that I would let them do any other repairs to my ring after that, but this made me even angrier. I couldn't even spend time looking for a wedding band, which I also intended to do there...I just wanted to leave. Worst experience of my life and she ruined my whole day and new engagement.
My review is regarding our most recent purchase of wedding bands. First, we were told to come in and complete our purchase when we can get our wedding bands sized by Maurice. Cathy...
told us on the phone to come in as Maurice was there and we could have everything finalized. We drove in and were told by another associate that "Maurice is busy and you should come back when I don't have to rush him". I told the salesperson that we we were told to come in, so it was a waste of a trip. Maurice sized our rings, and the saleslady completed our purchase after rudely stating that we didn't "live that far away", insinuating that we didn't live far enough to warrant not having to do another trip. Upon leaving the store, we received a "take an additional 10% off offer" in our email with the hour. We contacted the store to see if they would honor this for us. Cathy told us that she was "very busy", but would look into this for us. We waited a week and had not heard back- so we called again and Cathy was unavailable to speak. We asked for a manager, but were told that the manager was unavailable and that our message would be relayed to Cathy. Cathy called us late in the day and left a voicemail. Still no answer but simply saying "We are very busy and I will call you back first thing in the morning".Honestly, it doesn't matter how busy you are. We are the return customers who have spent over $10,000 in your store and we shouldn't be made to feel as if we are wasting your time. that was two weeks before Christmas and we have still not heard anything back.
I cannot say enough good things about Diamond Castle. Cathy Fratangelo is the best! When purchasing earrings for my bridal party, she even took me around to all the plum dresses we...
could find to see how the earrings would look with that color dress. She then helped my fiance and I pick out our wedding bands and gifts for the groomsmen. She has helped my family for countless years, and has always provided the same exceptional quality service each time. Cathy is always patient and helpful, working within our budget and checking out every available option for us. She is our go-to person for all of our jewelry purchases!

nds from here and my husband surprised me with a beautiful "something new and something blue" for a wedding gift. They have top quality jewelry at great prices. And Nancy is the best!!
Maurice is running a top notch ship at Castle! Diamond Castle oozes elegance and grace. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The jewelry is exquisite. Not only did they...
do our wedding bands but they brought a family heirloom back to life. My mother wore my late grandmother's engagement ring to our wedding in her memory and I have never seen this ring look more beautiful. They did an amazing job fixing it! Can't thank you all enough!
My wife and I bought our wedding bands from Diamond Castle. My parents have been buying their jewelry from Diamond Castle for well over 20 years and we knew it would be the best pl...
ace to get our bands from. They customized our bands to exactly how we wanted them and worked with us on the price. They treated us with great courtesy and respect (as a same sex couple). I would highly recommend them for their amazing quality and service.
This store is great! My engagement ring, our wedding bands, and my gorgeous diamond earring studs were all bought here. Nick is great, very helpful! We do all of our sales with him...
. The customer service is great - although they question every time I go there to have my prongs checked whether or not my ring was purchased there. Of course! Im not the type of person to stray, or look for a free cleaning but I guess they have to do that. No pressure to buy ever! Definitely recommend!
My rings and my husbands rings are PERFECT. The diamonds are just flawless and I am so happy every time I look at my finger!
Wendy is an outstanding individual who has educated us on diamonds from the moment we walked in the store. She was very honest and straight forward and provided excellent customer ...
service. I recall on Mother's day she was off from work and spoke to me for an hour giving me advice and guiding me during the process. I do not know anyone that would do that! This showed me how wonderful she was and how much she cared about helping me. Wendy is very knowledgeable of the industry and definitely knows her stuff. If you want to save time shopping around I would recommend you go straight to Wendy and she will make it a wonderful experience as she did for us! Thanks so much Wendy, we really appreciate all of your help!
we purchased our wedding bands from Marlboro Daimond Castle. Absolutly stunning! They matched my wedding band perfect with my engagment ring.

ing is exquisite and unique and I know Wendy helped to guide him to find the special setting he did! Wendy was the best at assisting us when we chose our wedding bands; she helped to guide us as we weren't completely sure of what we wanted but also made sure to never make us feel pressured. We felt she truly listened to what WE wanted. As soon as our bands came in she let me know, and even sent me a picture! She works to make her customer happy and treats her customers as family so you feel very comfortable and at ease. Wendy makes the entire experience fun and exciting and demonstrates a wealth of expertise when it comes to jewelery; she can tell you any detail of any ring, band, diamond, or piece of jewelery. She's simply THE BEST!
My husband purchased my engagement ring here, and it is absolutely stunning. We also had my wedding band made by special request so it would match, and it came out beautifully. M...
y husband actually got two rings-one black ceramic one for work, and a beautiful white and yellow gold hand-made band with Celtic scrollwork. His ring is stunning, and we could not be happier with our choices. The prices are a little steep-but being that I worked in the jewelry industry myself-you get what you pay for, and many times you need to pay for good quality.
I was recommended to Diamond Castle by a friend and had hinted for my now husband to peruse their selection when buying my engagement ring. Nancy, one of the sales women, was so p...
atient and willing to work with him on his budget. My engagement ring is beautiful and for our wedding bands, we chose the matching band for mine and a Tungsten ring for him. At Diamond Castle, all jewelry is made on site, where you can sit and watch as it's done. They are always willing to work with a budget and Nancy is our go to woman.
I cannot say enough about our sales representative, Wendy. My fiancé brought me to Diamond Castle to pick out my engagement ring and Wendy's advice and expertise helped us pick ou...
t an extraordinary ring! Since then we have picked out my wedding band and are in the process of having a wedding ring custom made for my guy. Wendy was so inviting and easy to talk to - I shall return (frequently I fear!) to Diamond Castle and will always ask for Wendy!
They are great. Awesome service. I live an hour away, but we still use them for a majority of our jewelery needs!
Cathy is so nice, and she helped my husband and I pick the perfect wedding bands.
Diamond Castle has a vast selection of jewelry. I will shop there in the future.
We had Ray at Diamond Castle create the engagement ring I had dreamed of! He then helped us pick out our wedding bands to match and then he created them! Such a wonderful place ful...

My husband insisted that we get our rings from this location. All I wanted was a plain band. Afterwards, there were SO many places that had cheaper prices for the same thing. I ...
know it's my fault for not doing the leg work, but I wouldn't tell anyone else to go there.
You can get your ring size adjusted on location though.
Kathy was fantastic!!! They were able to match my diamond's band and soder it down onsite to my specifics while you watch. Kathy had a lot of great suggestions for our bridal par...
ty and we were actually able to buy 2 wedding bands, a bracelet, and watch for 2,200. Not bad! I will definitely be making the hour car ride for more of my jewelry needs.
