My review is regarding our most recent purchase of wedding bands. First, we were told to come in and complete our purchase when we can get our wedding bands sized by Maurice. Cathy told us on the phone to come in as Maurice was there and we could have everything finalized. We drove in and were told by another associate that "Maurice is busy and you should come back when I don't have to rush him". I told the salesperson that we we were told to come in, so it was a waste of a trip. Maurice sized our rings, and the saleslady completed our purchase after rudely stating that we didn't "live that far away", insinuating that we didn't live far enough to warrant not having to do another trip. Upon leaving the store, we received a "take an additional 10% off offer" in our email with the hour. We contacted the store to see if they would honor this for us. Cathy told us that she was "very busy", but would look into this for us. We waited a week and had not heard back- so we called again and Cathy was unavailable to speak. We asked for a manager, but were told that the manager was unavailable and that our message would be relayed to Cathy. Cathy called us late in the day and left a voicemail. Still no answer but simply saying "We are very busy and I will call you back first thing in the morning".Honestly, it doesn't matter how busy you are. We are the return customers who have spent over $10,000 in your store and we shouldn't be made to feel as if we are wasting your time. that was two weeks before Christmas and we have still not heard anything back.
