We had originally hired another vendor but our contract was passed to Diamond as a result of a devastating fire. We were contacted by Drew who helped us make sure they had all of the correct info from our other vendor and was even able to help us make a last minute change to add umbrellas to our rental when the forecast was hotter and sunnier than expected. The tables, chairs, and benches worked perfectly and we didn’t have any issues with drop off or pick up. Highly recommend!
Very easy process to work with them as both a planner and a 2024 bride. They were very flexible with any updates that needed to be made, had nice options for flatware, china, etc. for my events. I have received tons of compliments on the table scapes I have designed using their rentals. Would recommend!
Professional, great service, everything was ready to pick up on time. We added to the rental order a few days before, and they accommodated the change perfectly.

I used this rental and was satisfied with the quality. The only thing that was difficult was that we had to pick them up and bring them back ourselves because they did not have any other deliveries available on my wedding date. They were not open on Sunday so we had to arrange for family members to take the rentals back while we left for our honeymoon. The selection of linens is fantastic! I rented a few linens from them to give some "pops" of color to my reception. The service was great and they were really helpful!
Diamond rental was great. They delivered the tables and chairs exactly where we wanted them and they were all in perfect condition
I got my tables and chairs from the Diamond Rental in Ogden. I was not very impressed. I was short on the number of chairs they delivered and when I called them about it right after the delivery they said they could not bring me more until the next day and they could not guarantee they would be there before my wedding started. Also, they did not check the instructions on the pick up and it was a disaster to get them into the venue to pick up the items.
We used them for our dish rental. They had a greater variety than other companies that we looked at. Their dish prices were competitive but we saved several hundred dollars by going elsewhere for our linens.
The linens I rented were great but they discontinued the color I really wanted.
Kind of expensive for semi quality things. They look good. I guess that is all that matters. But just a little too pricey.
Though Diamond Rental is easily accessible to the DIY bride, I would recommend using another rental company. They were nice enough when I went in to place my order, but after that, it was hard to get in touch with the girl who I first worked with. The order was wrong because she wasn't thorough and even though they did get it fixed day of wedding, the girl I spoke to was rude. At the end of the day, the bill was much higher than I expected and the quality of the rentals was disappointing. I would recommend going with another rental company. In hindsight, I should have used Alpine Rentals.
Diamond Rentals was probably the ONLY place that didn't give us any issues during our wedding planning. They were great! Every one of the staff was so helpful and nice. They did everything to help us have the most beautiful wedding we could while still saving us money. They were very thorough when we were picking up our items and went through everything with us, and told us what everything was for (what size tables the linens were for, etc.) They were great! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!
diamond was easy to deal with and quick to make changes for us. Pick up was quick and easy, returning the rentals was just as easy. Cost seemed a bit high.
I rented a tent, tables, chairs, and linens and they all turned up on the day and looked great. The only downside was I felt like it was a little expensive for what I received and the lady that I worked with was always very short and demanding with me. It always seemed like she was doing ME a favor by renting me my stuff. I am very easy going person, but her attitude wasn't my favorite.
Great value. It would've been nice if they repainted the alter that we rented. It was supposed to be white, but all the paint had been chipping off.
Renting from them was easy but a little pricey.
Diamond rental was very easy and had great service. Staff was very helpful and knowledge able. They had all my table clothes and sashes put together the next morning. Reasonable prices too.
I'm not going to lie I left my rentals to the last minute. I was able to go online and just pick out what I needed and was given an instant quote. All you have to do is call and give a credit card. I would recommend going into the store though because the colors look a little different then they do online. The delivery fee was pretty reasonable but they give you a huge window of time for when the will be there.
Their prices were high so I couldn't afford to rent from them.
My husband and I went to the Diamond Rental "show room" to pick out what we wanted for our home wedding. The show room was mediocre, however we ended up picking out what we needed. The sales people there could have been more helpful and nicer. We rented tables, chairs, dishes, glasses, a small stage, and table cloths for a wedding of 35 people. It ended up costing us $850 with delivery fee, insurance, and tax. I feel that it was a little costly for what we received. I say, shop around before you go with Diamond Rental. Unfortunately, I had a hard time finding other rental companies near Park City, UT.
We used them for our center pieces and table cloths. They were so good at bringing things out and letting our imaginations go wild with how we wanted it to look.
Our reception was gorgeous! We rented two large canopies from Diamond Rentals to cap the ends of our pavilion. They kept the sun out, but didn't block the lovely breeze passing through:) The Bubble Machine we rented was also a huge hit. The staff was really easy to work with and everything arrived on schedule.
I worked with Diamond for my tent, tables and chairs. The delivery service was very good. They were easy to work with and they have everything that is needed for an event.
These guys were perfect! I found better prices online, and the priced mathed everything! Delievered the day before and picked up the day after. I would DEFINITELY recomend these guys!
I looked everywhere for table covers and Diamond rental had just what I was looking for!

I only did linens with Diamond rental but they overall had great service and lots of choices. Their prices were also reasonable and made it possible to get the look I wanted for my reception.
I am really pleased with Diamond Rental. They had what we were looking for and the prices were great! They are very easy to work with!
