Amanda and her team at Diamonds and Details were so above and beyond what we expected. We hired Amanda for Wedding Coordination but feel like she did so much more, we consistently said throughout the planning process that hiring Diamonds and Details was the best money we spent. My wife and I live in Texas and married in Philadelphia, so we know we needed to have a great wedding coordinator who would be attentive, a clear communicator and who knew the local vendor scene. Amanda was all that and more! Leading up to the day she was so responsive and communicated well with us and all our vendors. She knew all the right questions to ask and ensured our timeline was planned out and seamless. Day of, her and her team worked all the magic from setup to breakdown which really allowed us to be present and enjoy our day.

Working with Colette and her team was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our November 2023 wedding. Her communication and attention to detail did not go unnoticed by myself, the venue coordinator and family! She was easy to get in contact with, had speedy replies to emails, and really took the reins in communicating with vendors. She was able to assist with set up and breakdown (into our cars) of our decor with the help of her assistant and an additional assistant for an hour/before and after. This was a huge reason we chose diamonds and details and they certainly did not disappoint!

We got married in October 2023 and Amanda was amazing! We originally got a wedding planner because our venue seemed chaotic (it later wasn’t) and she was so on top of finding vendors and making everything work. Also, my mom is still singing her praises

The Diamonds and Details team were a wonder to work with. Everything went so smoothly, and they were there for us every step of the way. Their coordination and organization were incredible. We could not imagine our wedding day without them and all of their help. We are so thankful for all of their assistance in our wedding planning and the wedding day. We were not even thinking about getting a coordinator at first but SO GLAD we did!! We initially needed a day of coordinator to help us decorate and clean up the decor after the wedding. But Amanda and her team did so much more for us! Amanda is amazing and knows her shit. She will make your wedding go so smooth. I was stress free all day and just enjoying myself. Literally anything I needed, she had and was ready. If anything went wrong I didn’t notice, to me everything went perfectly. She also helped us find vendors we were missing. I now am recommending her to all my engaged friends! If I did this all I again she would be the first person I hired!

We loved working with Amanda and her team for our wedding in October 2023! They made it so we didn’t have to worry about anything on the day and we’re so kind and helpful throughout the lead up to the wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Colette as our Day-of Coordinator for my daughter's wedding on 9/30. It was a big wedding and we were feeling a little overwhelmed, until we hired Colette! She went above and beyond on all counts. She answered all of our emails promptly, communicated and coordinated with all of our many vendors, put together the very important timeline for the day, and did so many other things, too many to list! Her presence at the rehearsal and on the wedding day was the calming that we needed -- we knew with Colette there, we did not have to worry about anything. She and her team executed perfectly and the day and evening were flawless! Her assistants are also the very best people -- the kind of personalities you need to have around you on the wedding day. Colette and her team outdid themselves and I give her my highest recommendation. She is the best!

The first and best decision I made when I got engaged was hiring Amanda for partial wedding planning services. I had no idea where to begin with planning a wedding and was extremely overwhelmed. Amanda made the entire process so manageable, stress free and actually enjoyable. Amanda is thorough, organized, reliable and goes above and beyond for her clients. Had an amazing experience with Amanda and her team for my labor day weekend wedding as a day-of-coordinator. My only regret was not hiring her team for partial or full wedding services. Amanda started working closely with my mother and I early on and helped with so many of the details that you don't expect to run into. Amanda is truly an expert in the field and her experience shows. She helped the entire day run smoothly so that I could enjoy the day without worrying about the details. I wasn’t sure if we needed a wedding coordinator at the beginning of planning our daughter’s wedding but boy am I glad we hired Diamonds and Details. Colette was so professional. She helped us with the planning process. She worked with our daughter with very specific timelines of the big day. She contacted each vendor prior to the event to ensure everyone would execute our plans. Colette was there for the entire day of the wedding. She kept the bridal party calm. She made sure that everything for the event was set up correctly. And during the event she and her assistant worked together to keep everything flowing smoothly. We were so lucky to work with Diamonds and Details. As relatively new Philadelphians, we first met with Colette with our venue and photographer in hand, but pretty much nothing else set. She guided us through finding vendors and, without her, we're not sure that we'd have found our florist and our string quartet, both of whom provided such a beautiful backdrop for our big day. We had to expend so little thought on the logistic things that could make or break the experience for our guests, like hotel room blocks and shuttle schedules. Our day-of experience was seamless, easy, and stress-free. Colette and Caroline guided the day wonderfully. There was even some unexpected last-minute snafu with our shuttles, but we had no idea it happened and everything worked out just fine thanks to their work. We got to enjoy our wedding and had a perfect night with family and friends!

Colette is the ultimate professional and has the ability to make you feel as though you are her only client. I worried about NOTHING on our daughter’s wedding day! Any questions leading up to, the day of and after our event were answered promptly no matter the time of day I emailed her. Strongly recommend Colette Pastore and Diamond and Details!

Amanda and her team were amazing! I hired Diamonds and Details for day-of coordination but Amanda was still involved and available MONTHS in advance of our wedding day to answer questions and offer vendor recommendations - nearly every vendor we hired was one that she recommended and everyone was awesome to work with. I also appreciated Amanda’s responsiveness along the way, she is extremely prompt with returning emails and a great communicator. I was a very anxious and high-strung bride and Amanda was able to put my mind at ease along the way. On the day of, Amanda and her team handled all of the logistics and I truly do not know how you could throw a wedding without Diamonds and Details being there to handle all of the coordination involved in vendor management, set-up, and timeline. The entire day ran smoothly and on time thanks to Amanda. When my fake lashes started to lift off during photos, Amanda even ran out to CVS to buy me lash glue!!!! I would highly recommend.

Hiring Amanda for month of coordination for our wedding is easily one of the best decisions we made! Starting as soon as I hired her, she was so responsive to all of my emails with wedding planning related questions and was quick to offer recommendations and advice for hiring other vendors. Starting about a month before our wedding, she took over the communication with the other vendors to integrate everyone's timelines perfectly. When one of my vendors proposed a timeline that I wasn't happy with, Amanda completely took that off my hands and smoothed everything over for us! The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect in large part thanks to Amanda and her team! I didn't have to think about any details going on in the background and my husband and our families got to be completely present with our guests knowing that everything was handled! Even my mom who didn't understand why we would want a wedding coordinator could not stop talking about how helpful Amanda was!

You have to hire Amanda and her team as your coordinator! Amanda was hands down life saver in making sure my wedding ran smoothly. She exactly matched my type A personality need to have everything planned out to a T and worked super well with the rest of my vendor team. She was the ring leader that coordinated all the vendors without me having to even lift a finger. We had initially thought we could go without a day of coordinator but I am so glad we decided to hire one. Amanda answered all my dumb questions and I was so grateful to be able to rely on her as a pro without having to rely on family or friends to run the event so that all the guests could just enjoy the day without having to be put to work to set up the decor or clean up after. Amanda and Katie did all the set up and ushering of guests throughout the day. Amanda went above and beyond and acted as therapist when family drama came up days before the wedding but she made sure the wedding still happened smoothly and exactly the way we wanted. Her emergency kit is amazing and came in so handy so many times! She was there so I didn't have to worry about a single thing and could just enjoy my day which is the mark of an amazing coordinator.

Amanda and her team were so great with our wedding coordination. We had multiple hiccups prior to and on the big day and Amanda was there at every moment with a way to fix it! The Diamonds and Details team is truly exceptional! Amanda helped me through every phase of the planning process. We did a backyard wedding which certainly comes with plenty of challenges! Amanda was an amazing guide and mentor through all of the planning, vendor communication, and organization! BEST. DECISION. EVER. Words cannot begin to describe how appreciative I am of Amanda and her team. I elected the Full Service Planning option and it was the single best decision I made for my wedding. My friends would describe me as "type A," and I am usually not one to let go of the details. However, after the first few meetings, I was reassured that I was in the right hands with Amanda. Amanda not only helped me find and secure vendors, she also helped keep me on track and sane throughout the process. On the day of, her team kept everything on track and truly created a stress-free environment. As someone who has been a bridesmaid in almost a half dozen weddings in the last year alone, I feel like my wedding day was by far the most laid-back and stress free of all of my friends, thanks to Amanda and team. The thought and care put in up front helped the day run smoothly and all of my friends expressed how appreciative they were as well. If you're someone who is considering whether or not to get a wedding planner, do it (for your own sanity!). If you're getting married in or around Philadelphia (we got married in Lancaster) I would HIGHLY encourage you to hire Amanda and her team. The level of thought, care, and effort they put in, coupled with the peace of mind they provide, is worth every cent and then some.

I am SO relieved that we chose Amanda and her team to provide day-of-coordination (but really it was more like a few months' coordination) and to keep our wedding day running smoothly!! Being a planner and super worrier, I knew that I could count on Diamonds & Details to execute our plan to the "T" and boy, did they deliver! Amanda met with me a few times before the big day to hash out a day of timeline, answer ALL of my questions, and provide helpful tips (e.g., organizing seating chart alphabetically as opposed to by table number-- who knew?!). On the day of, Amanda, Dana, and Abby were there to make sure everything was to our liking, all was running on time, and that our vendors were exactly where they needed to be. Abby was my personal attendant for the day and she was such a trooper, making sure my veil & train weren't dragging as we moved from location to location. We were absolutely amazed at all that they took care of behind the scenes-- towards the end of the night, I went into my bridal suite and EVERYTHING was packed up, organized, and ready to go into the truck. These women are legitimate magicians and if we were to do it all over again, we'd still choose Diamonds & Details!!

She was very warm and personable and so easy to get along with. My husband and I worked very closely with Colette Pastore from Diamonds and Details. She was an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator. When we had our initial phone consultation, we knew we needed help, but honestly never could have imagined how much support we would ultimately require to plan such a large event. Collette has exceeded any of our expectations, and then some! No matter what time of day or night... she somehow responds in 30 seconds (or less). Colette has the most warm and caring personality, while also being an incredible advocate for us should any friction come up with vendors. She diffuses stress quickly and always has a solution. Wow is all I can say! Colette and Caroline were fabulous and it was so great not to have to worry about anything during the rehearsal and wedding morning through night. We were not without some drama on the wedding morning with the unexpected loss of 3 bridesmaids to positive Covid testing. Colette kept me sane and quickly helped our bridal party make the needed adjustments. Most of our guests were out of town, and Caroline saw that everyone arrived at the Chapel on time. Throughout the evening - Colette kept track of everything and assisted where needed in keeping the timeline fluid. At the end of the reception - Colette and Caroline had gathered all of the clothing, gifts, etc. and safely moved them to our cars for transport home. All in all - this mother of the bride is so very thankful she had Diamonds and Details/Colette/Caroline on board to steer our wedding weekend. I was able to relax and truly enjoy the weekend. My heartfelt thanks to Colette and Caroline - you are the best!!!

Amanda and her team are absolutely phenomenal! As a Type A bride, I was very nervous about not being involved and overseeing every aspect of my wedding. However, I also knew I wanted to be able to actually enjoy my wedding day. Therefore, I knew a day of coordinator was necessary for my sanity. After speaking to Amanda for only a few minutes, I knew she was the perfect fit for me! Her personality was wonderful! She immediately made me feel calm about my entire wedding, and this was before I even hired her! Throughout the entire process, she was very well organized and professional, was quick to answer any emails, texts or calls, and provided so much more than what I expected for a "day of coordinator." She scheduled an in-person meeting with myself and my venue coordinator, where we were able to walk through the entire plans for the wedding day and worked out any details I had not previously thought about. She kept in constant contact with me in the weeks leading up to my wedding, and always checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed any help. She also attended my rehearsal, which I really appreciated since it allowed me to actually enjoy my rehearsal and rehearsal dinner as I knew she was there to take care of any last minute issues that might have occurred. In addition, she encouraged me the night before the wedding, that if I had trouble sleeping, to text her, regardless of the time. As an anxious bride, to know I could reach out to her at any point and have her respond almost immediately, was truly wonderful. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and that was in large part due to Amanda and her team (Maygan and Caroline). She created a timeline that flowed perfectly and coordinated all our vendors without any issues. She even got our hesitant, two-year-old flower girl to walk down the aisle! Her and her team constantly checked in with me during the wedding day to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. They set up items, helped with photos, distributed the tips to our vendors, and stayed throughout the entire night. They even helped clean up and made sure we got home safely. I cannot thank Amanda and her team enough for helping us have our picture perfect wedding! The day would not have been the same without her, Maygan, and Caroline. They all played a role in making our day truly memorable. I am so grateful that I hired her and would not hesitate to use her again for an anniversary, vow renewal, party, etc. She was an absolute joy to work with!

We changed direction for my daughter’s wedding in April when Philadelphia wasn’t opening. The wedding had already been rescheduled from Nov. 2020 due to Covid. We spoke to several wedding planners and Amanda was very honest about what it would take to have a private residence wedding. We liked her honesty and frankness. She was very helpful in lining up terrific vendors. The day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch. If one of her team thought something should be changed, they were on it. She helped us enjoy our daughter’s wedding and not worry about the details! We would highly recommend Diamonds and Details.

Colette was amazing and helped our day run soooo smoothly! We unfortunately had very iffy weather and decided last minute to move the ceremony inside, without her the day would have been a mess! She was on top of every one of my asks and was so easy to communicate with before and on the day of! I could not have asked for a more professional, organized and communicative planner!

I am so happy we decided on Diamonds and Details for our daughters wedding. I really cannot imagine how we would have managed all the pre-wedding prep, day of logistics, transport and weather without our planner Colette. We really needed help with managing to do list, out of town guest and even rehearsal was moved to a park last minute! We had a rain change, a dog, and 60 out of town guest! We chose Amanda as our day of wedding planner! This was an overwhelming decision to make as there are so many options for day of wedding planners but when I reached out to Amanda she wrote me back right away with a super personal message and we quickly set up a phone call- from the beginning she made me feel comfortable and it was clear how much she loves what she does and cares about her business. Amanda is SO GOOD! I’m not sure what we would have done without her but I’m so glad she was with us. Her communication is outstanding and she always had the answers to our questions. On the day of our wedding I just knew that her and her assistant Abby would make sure that everything was right and that took so much pressure off us so we could just enjoy the day. There is so much behind the scenes work that she does that makes the end result look perfect. She even fixed a broken shoe 20 minutes before our ceremony. It was the best decision we made hiring Amanda and I absolutely recommend her and her team.

Hiring Diamonds and Details Weddings and Events was the best decision I made for my wedding. Despite rescheduling my wedding because of covid, Amanda and here team were the reason that my reception ran as seamlessly as it did. I like to think I am organized, but WOW, Amanda was always three steps ahead of me. She had the timeline of my night mapped out with all of my vendors, and her communication was phenomenal. Seriously, I didn't realize how much I needed a Day Of Coordinator until Amanda came into my life, lol. My mom could actually relax and enjoy herself, because Amanda was behind the scenes, making sure there were no issues. My husband and I had our wedding reception 2 months ago on July 17th, and I wish I had time to do my reviews of all our vendors sooner because they were all just that amazing! We are a COVID couple who were forced to postpone twice, so our relationships with our wedding team have been long ones. There aren’t enough good things to say about Amanda and her team. She is so sweet and kind and so easy to work with. We booked the “Day of Coordination” package about 6 months before our original wedding date (April 4, 2020). We literally had to postpone 2 weeks out and Amanda was so amazing in helping us navigate this process. She took my late night frantic phone calls, answered every text message, and was so supportive and helpful throughout. She even sent us the sweetest surprise on our original wedding date knowing that it would be a difficult day for us. When it came time for our reception this year, Amanda came in and handled EVERYTHING – the schedule, the timeline, managing all the other vendors, making sure all the rentals were correctly ordered, etc. Literally everything. She did more than what I expected for a “Day of Coordinator”. The two months leading up to a wedding are so stressful with last minute things, I honestly can’t imagine having done all that on my own. We ended up modifying our package (not sure what she calls it) but it’s basically having part of the team at the hotel while we got ready, while the rest of the team is at the venue making sure everything is being prepared/set up correctly. I cannot recommend this enough. It was so nice to have Amanda and her assistant at the hotel to help us with our bouquets, the guys with their boutonnieres, help with veil, everything. Our dog (Lola) was with us that day and her assistant even took her while we got ready! She made sure Lola was okay (with water, treats, etc) after we left the room. I mean if that’s not above and beyond I don’t know what is! The day went off PERFECTLY. Amanda and her team stayed the entire wedding and at the end of the night collected the items that we were taking home and made sure we got them. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and with COVID on top I don’t know how I would have done it without Amanda. She helped us with our 3 (THREE!) wedding dates and everything turned out perfectly. I cannot recommend her enough. We were so happy to have finally been able to celebrate our wedding day, but so sad it’s over! Can’t wait to have Amanda help plan our 5 year anniversary party!

Amanda and her team are truly incredible. I can’t even begin to say how happy I was to have hired the Diamonds and Details team for my big day. Amanda was there every step of the way - calming me, problem solving, answering my late night texts, and more. Abby on her team was my sidekick all day and she was just so awesome. A perfect sidekick for a bride! Our day ran smoothly because of Amanda and her team. I can’t thank her enough for all she’s done for us. First off this past year has been a nightmare for most but especially with couples getting married , unfortunately I was one of them. We had to change our wedding date 3 times !! One of the first things I did was trying to find a good wedding planner , I went with Amanda from Diamonds and Details. It was one of the best decisions I made !! I can not even put into words how thankful I am to her and her team . They are absolutely wonderful. She was there with me every step of the way . She took so much stress off me and mother . I really don't know what I would of done without her . She was organized, punctual, easy to reach and so pleasant to work with. From the start I could tell she's been doing this (wedding planning) for a long time , she knew most of my venders already and tasks that seemed to present a challenge to me, she was like "no biggie " I got this . She literally handled every detail . Not only was she amazing but so was her team . They were all so wonderful !!! Amanda and her team helped my wedding day and planning go so smoothly . I can not put into words how much I appreciate her , but if you are looking for a wedding planner , don't wait , don't look any further , book her NOW!!!! You can thank me later lol !!

I had hired Amanda for my daughter's wedding, June 2021. It was postponed 3 times because of Covid, she was so helpful in getting us back into wedding mode after such a long year. She is a delight to work with and gets along well with all the vendors and planners involved with the wedding. She is very organized and made sure everything was done in a timely manner . I could not have done this without her and her team, she took a lot of the stress off of me and my daughter. She was always there to answer our questions and take care of any details that were needed. I had hired another wedding planner for my other daughter's wedding and my daughter commented she wished she had Amanda for her wedding, she is that GOOD!! She is pleasant, personable and efficient, I would highly recommend Diamonds and Details!!

Ok so let me start off by saying that the biggest piece of advice I can give to future brides is HIRE A DAY OF COORDINATOR!!! From grabbing things for you from your bridal room to holding your dress up during your first look to calling your transportation to helping load things in to cars...I mean the list goes on. They are there to make sure everything runs smoothly and Amanda and her team get. it. done. She also is there for you with any advice or questions you have prior to wedding day and she worked SO WELL with my venue coordinator. I truly was not stressed on my wedding day and if I started worrying about something she took care of it. Need an extra Bobby pin? She’s got it. Need advice on how much to tip your bartenders? She’s got it. Not only is she incredibly helpful but she knows like...everything. She is also ridiculously sweet and so is her team. Even during a pandemic, I have guests telling me it’s one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to and we truly couldn’t of done it without her. My husband, who to be honest with you was mad I spent money on a day of coordinator—said it was the best money we spent on the wedding. And that says a lot!!!!! Do yourself a favor and hire Amanda and her team for your wedding. I assure you that you will be glad you did!

I cannot recommend Diamonds & Details enough!!!!!! They were the saving grace of our 2020. My (now) husband & I were planned to get married on 5/2/20. Due to Covid, 6 weeks prior to our 1st wedding date, we were forced to postpone our 200 person wedding to September. From date changes, to guest list changes, to VENUE CHANGES ONE MONTH OUT, Amanda was there for EVERY step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. And that it was! The last thing you want on your wedding day is to stress about the details; did all of the vendors arrive, is everything in place, are we ready to walk down the aisle, what is the timeline for everything, are there any problems, etc. I did not have to worry about one thing on the day thanks to Amanda and her amazing team. Throughout the entire day, she made sure that my husband & I had everything that we needed. There are so many details that go into planning a wedding and making sure that the day runs as smoothly as possible, things that you don’t even realize need to be done. Amanda handled everything with direction & grace. The day came and there was not one decision that I needed to make. I truly was able to enjoy my wedding as if I were a guest. She really is an expert in what she does & I cannot thank Diamonds & Details for everything they did over the past year for my husband & I to have the wedding of our dreams. Thank you Amanda & team – I am so grateful for you. We really could not have had our wedding without you!

We had Amanda and her team as our day-of coordinating team for our wedding. Literally, everything went perfectly. We had so many personal touches to our wedding and moving parts, so there was a lot going on but Amanda and her team coordinated with all of my vendors perfectly. Amanda always took the time to make sure that the day was what we wanted it to be, and she helped to provide informed suggestions and recommendations to make it even better. She was also so polite and warm towards our friends and family at our rehearsal and wedding day. Amanda also helped to coordinate the timing of our shuttle bus, she helped to bustle my dress, she made sure that my dog made it home with his dog sitter during the night, and she coordinated throughout the night with my DJ and photographers to make sure everything went according to our timeline. She made it so that my husband and I could just sit back and fully enjoy our day. I cannot recommend her enough, you need Amanda and her team for your wedding!!

Amanda and her Diamonds and Details team were so amazing to work with for our wedding; my Mom and I would always say throughout the process how Amanda was worth every penny and was the best vendor we hired, hands down, simply for the peace of mind that she offered. Even though we hired Amanda as our day-of coordinator, she helped me for months leading up to our big day, and we were always in constant contact. Amanda was involved with everything from: helping us figure out transportation (she helped us map out logistics and also ran the whole transportation schedule day-of), attending our final walk-through at the venue to familiarize herself with the lay of the land ahead of time (which was so helpful), constructing our entire day-of wedding timeline, contacting our vendors ahead of the wedding to ensure everyone was on the same page, running our Rehearsal so everyone felt comfortable with the ceremony, and executing our vision perfectly day-of. Amanda was also so fun and lovely to work with; I loved her upbeat personality, and I felt so comfortable turning to her for all my wedding questions. She always responded to everything so promptly and with such detail. If you're thinking about hiring Amanda and her team for your wedding, do yourself the biggest favor and DO IT - it was the best feeling not worrying about a thing on our wedding day since I trusted Amanda fully! She's the BEST!

Amanda is an angel!!! From the moment I spoke with Amanda over the phone, I knew she was the perfect person to help execute our wedding. Right away, I could tell that Amanda had excellent communication skills and understood my concerns. Quickly into our conversation, she understood the complexity of my timeline and how many assistants she would need with her. From the beginning, Amanda was quick to respond to emails and phone calls, whenever I needed a vendor recommendation or had wedding related questions. With over 10 years in the wedding industry, Amanda has great relationships with other vendors and it shows! She worked to confirm all of my details on timing, as well as set up and break down with all of my vendors. My band ended up sending a timeline that was completely inconsistent with the timing the caterers requested, and Amanda knew my overall goals and took control! She worked with each of them to ensure we fit in dance breaks and didn’t interrupt meal service. When I wanted my first dance to be in the dinner room while guests were seated, Amanda offered suggestions about how to adjust our entrance and timeline to kick the party off while keeping our goals in mind. With her team, Amanda has a way of being in two places at a time! Amanda came to my house while I was getting ready, she had Colette set up at the church and Steph set up at the venue. During the ceremony and the wedding, Amanda and her team were quick to think on their feet throughout the whole day. When it took a little bit longer for dinner to be served at our reception, Amanda made a game time decision to shift the timing of our dances with our parents. Planning a wedding can be a lot of work and stressful at times, but Amanda’s can do attitude and detail oriented nature made me feel so at ease. Even my parents have been raving about how helpful and sweet Amanda was on our wedding day. I’m so grateful for Amanda and her team’s hard work to make our wedding day so perfect!

Amanda took all the stress out of wedding planning! From the beginning she listened to our vision - which was pretty unconventional - and executed it perfectly, and MUCH better than we could have ever imagined. It was such a perfect day, totally unique to our wants as a couple, and we had so much fun planning together. Can't praise her enough!!!!!

Our wedding day would not have Been complete without Amanda and her team. She was so helpful from day 1 of me calling her to ask if she could help us with the wedding. On wedding day, she helped us get everything we needed together and checked with all of our vendors so we didn’t have to. Everyone was where they needed to be and well informed because of her. Rebecca&Anthony married 1.12.19 Where to even start. HIRE D&D! Amanda and her team of lovely, informed, kind, supportive women helped me transition from a stressed bride to a princess bride. I adore her and her team and am calling all future brides... she will help you RELAX on the best, but most hectic day(& month leading up to the day). I was not a super stressed bride until the last few weeks of planning our wedding, because my fiancé was always helpful. However, I knew the day we started planning that while we had our venue and photographer and other vendors referred to us, we still NEEDED A DAY OF PLANNER. Now this is not to be confused with the venue coordinator, Holly, who was awesome @ Cescaphe’s Water Works. BUT she is not the same as having women there to guide the ENTIRE DAY, from the getting ready phase, ceremony, reception, to the end of the night. They held my gown (I could cry writing this), and enhanced and supported all the minor & major details. Truly, we were able to be in the moment! knowing we had you ladies in our corner. We started working with Amanda in May 2017 for my September 2018 wedding. Hiring Amanda and her team was by far one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning! I knew after our initial phone consultation that I needed her for our wedding Like myself, Amanda is extremely detail-oriented which I really appreciated and worked well with. She thought about every single detail of the day, even things that never crossed my mind. Amanda knows her stuff! We met a lot over the year and a half of planning and when I found myself getting overwhelmed or stressed Amanda’s organization and attention to the details helped calm my nerves. Amanda worked extremely well with all of my other vendors throughout the planning process and on wedding day. Our wedding day was PERFECT thanks to Amanda and her team. They kept things moving seamlessly and were there for every little thing that I needed (they were so prepared for everything!). I LOVED working with Amanda and would recommend her to any couple planning their wedding!

I don't think my wedding day could have happened AT ALL without Amanda and her team. I started planning my wedding, thinking I was going to have a relaxed, cool and mostly DIY event... which, I definitely did, but in choosing a venue without a caterer or any on-site assistance, I also set myself up to be an event planner, day-of-coordinator, set decorator AND bride! The last few months leading up to your wedding can be extremely stressful and that is exactly why I decided to hire a Day of Coordinator. Hiring Amanda and team was the BEST decision we made throughout the planning process! I honestly don't even know where to begin...Amanda and team are on top of EVERYTHING, they are so extremely friendly and organized, they are prepared, they handle difficult situations (& difficult people) with the utmost professionalism and they are just all around a pleasure to work with. Something is bound to go wrong on your wedding day, and it is your planner's job to take care of it without involving you. My wedding day was absolutely perfect in my eyes, but a great example of something that went wrong was that one of our shuttle buses got into an accident before picking up our guests (everyone was ok!) - Amanda took care of everything and still got my guests to our reception on time with no issue. I had no idea this happened until the end of the night - which is exactly how it should be. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Amanda and team for making my wedding day a total dream and allowing me to enjoy every second of the day without worry. If you want to have a stress free wedding day - hire Amanda. You will not regret it!

There simply are not enough superlatives to accurately describe my experience with Amanda and Diamonds and Details. My wedding was PERFECT! We had our wedding at our home about six months after moving to PA. We knew nothing of the area and knew we needed lots of help finding vendors etc. Amanda was very responsive and guided us through the process seemingly effortlessly. She set a realistic budget and kept us to it. Every detail was well thought out and contingencies planned for. We had the best of everything. The catering was amazing, all of our guests raved about the food and service (as did we!). The band was fantastic, the dance floor was busy all night, I don't think I sat down once! The photographer was fantastic as well. I could not have enjoyed my wedding more, and my husband agrees wholeheartedly. If you want the very best wedding planning, plus a wonderful person to know, plus a very reasonable price tag, Amanda is your girl. There simply is no one else that can do such an amazing job, and PS: it was clear through the whole process that she absolutely loves what she does. It's personal to her and it shows in the final product. I will say it again, our wedding was PERFECT and would not have been remotely possible without Amanda and her team at Diamonds and Details.

When I got engaged, I knew I needed to choose a planner to help plan our wedding since we had no family near by and I had no clue what to do. I met/talked with 3 or 4 planners before going with DIamonds and Details and it was such a fantastic decision! From the first time we met, Amanda made me feel at ease and helped me work through all of my indecisiveness. It was amazing having someone who knew what they were doing early on in the process. She found out what was available on our date and set up meetings so I didn't need to waste my time on emails and phone calls. She came with us to every venue visit, band showcases, flower meeting, invitations meetings, you name it! It was awesome to have that support with me to ask the questions I wouldn't know to ask. Amanda and I planned our wedding for 14 months together and it was such an easy and smooth process. We hit some small hiccups along the way, but Amanda immediately handled them. She was always responsive to emails and texts and when we had a very small issue about money with one of the vendors the week of the wedding (that was my fault) Amanda answered her phone on her day off to handle it. I appreciated her attentiveness and professionalism throughout the whole process. I avoided the stress that most brides feel planning a wedding because of all the work Amanda and her team put in. Our wedding day was literally PERFECT and I will miss working with Amanda so much!

Honestly, words cannot express how grateful I am to Amanda and Diamonds and Details for making my wedding day and wedding planning process wonderful. I met Amanda over a year prior to my wedding when I was not sure if I needed a planner. Boy did I need a planner! I hired Diamonds and Details as a Day-of planner but they exceeded my expectations.
