There are not enough great things I can say about working with Leslie Greco! My husband and I had a diamond from my great grandmother (old mine cut) which needed special care and consideration when being mounted into my engagement ring. She took care of everything without me worrying about a thing. And of course we got our bands from her too because she makes everything easy on us! If you need anything, whether it is a gift, engagement ring, wedding band, etc., Leslie is your person! Absolutely love her!

I know he works for Diamond’s Direct, but there has never been a moment in the four-plus years I’ve known him that I didn’t completely believe he worked for me. In short, he’s a pro! My husband and I were looking for an anniversary ring for me. We went to so many jewelry stores and no one really knew what I wanted or any knowledge on exactly what anniversary ring should look like. My salesman was Allan Abramowitz and he was so patient and knowledgeable he help me find an anniversary ring. I called my husband and he came over and we purchased my anniversary ring. I had zero involvement with picking out the ring - but I will relay my fiancées thoughts on Diamonds Direct. He went numerous places in search for something that matched his very detailed and strict requirements. I'm not kidding - he had a range for every measurement on the diamond and he really wasn't willing to budge. The other places tried to push diamonds that didn't meet his specs. Diamonds Direct was ready and willing to go out of their way to help him find exactly what he was looking for. Let me tell you - the ring is AMAZING! I get comments from strangers almost every day. I have also had great experiences with them for cleanings and also replacing a super small diamond on the band. I will definitely be shopping for my band here soon.

We had Allen as our associate and he is the main reason I am rating one star. He was very aggressive and pushy and was not willing to put in the time to find me what I really wanted. The whole time I felt like he was trying to make a quick sale and get me out the door. He used every cheap sales tactic that I learned in marketing 101 and I really did not appreciate being taken as an idiot that will fall for that. I cannot speak on the products of diamonds direct because I was not given time to really look much. Allen made our experience very unpleasant and is the reason that we purchased our rings elsewhere.

From start to finish - my husband and I had a great experience with the staff and the customer service, countless diamond options and prices at Diamonds Direct! My husband found my engagement ring from Diamonds Direct (at the time Diamond Doctor) and we then returned together to pick my wedding band because he couldn't say enough great things about them and insisted we shop there! We had tons of options in every style imaginable and the sales clerks were not pushy and helped us truly find the right band to pair with my solitaire diamond ring! The purchase of the ring include a free resizing during which they take a special imaging of your ring and it's unique cut (as each diamond is different) so that they you get your diamond back you know it's yours - a very reassuring feeling. We had a great experience and felt taken care of, and will be returning there for future jewelry purchases of all kinds. We both would recommend anyone looking to buy diamonds to start here - they do not disappoint!

I got married a few years back and got an eternity band as my engagement ring. I am the type of person who wants to be involved in picking out anything I wear, and of course this translated to my engagement ring. Even though my boyfriend and I had discussed ring shopping together, I was still concerned that it would be overwhelming and scary to walk into a jewelry store together. Before we decided to go to Diamond Doctor, I had been poking around on the internet, but I was still uncertain about what I wanted. From the minute we walked into the showroom, our experience was exceptional and just SO easy. The showroom is upscale but comfortable, and the case design and product layout is beautiful! Although my boyfriend were shopping together, David immediately focused on what type of engagement setting I saw for myself. He obviously understood that I was there because I wanted to be involved in the selection process, and it was a relief to feel so included. After we made our introductions, David began the process by asking me questions about what I might want. When I told him that I was uncertain what I wanted, but I knew what style I DID NOT want, he used that as a springboard for questions about what I did and did not like in rings that I've seen. These questions helped us narrow down our selection (Diamond Doctor has a massive selection!) to mainly solitaire settings with side stones. David caught onto my affinity for settings with diamonds on the head and prongs. And when something outside of the pattern we were developing caught my eye, I was encouraged to try it on and compare just to be sure we were on the right track! While we were shopping, David taught us the anatomy of an engagement ring and ensured that we were educated on the different features of each selection and what benefits they had. He also shared information about the designers of each setting we looked at. The education we received was one of my favorite parts of the process. At the end of my time at the Diamond Doctor, we had it narrowed down to just a few settings. I told David that I did not want to be involved in the selection of the center stone, so he respectfully limited his questions to just a couple in order to understand what type of stone I would most prefer. I thought that this was a tactful and respectful way to ensure that I got something I loved and that my boyfriend felt that he could shop for the center stone pressure-free in addition to maintaining an element of surprise. Well, now we are engaged! My fiancé went with a Jack Kelege setting, and I could not be any more thrilled. I am incredibly happy that we went to Diamond Doctor and that he purchased from them. We will absolutely be getting our wedding rings from Diamond Doctor, too! I recently stopped in unannounced to inquire about sizing, and the person who helped me upstairs was incredibly informative about how the ring should fit, accounting for swelling, and what work went into resizing a ring (once again, very educational). I was happy that she took that time with me without an appointment. The upstairs showroom has additional jewelry selections, including a pair of diamond stud earrings I now have my eye on. Thank you again David and the Diamond Doctor family for being so warm, informative, and fair with us. We now have a trusted jeweler in Dallas that we plan on using for our future jewelry needs.

Allan over at Diamond Doctor made the entire ring purchasing process extremely easy for me. For the engagement ring, he was extraordinarily knowledgable and responsive. Although I was in NYC and he was in Dallas, the process was seamless. We went back and forth for about a month and narrowed down on a high quality ring, within my budget, that checked off all the boxes for what my fiance was looking for - it was truly her dream ring. We went back to Allan for our wedding bands, and again he couldn't have been easier to work with. Offering advice, expertise, and plenty of options to choose from. We narrowed down to an infinity band for her and a rounded yellow gold ring for me, again within our budget and suiting all of our needs. Hi There, I actually live in New York the capital of diamonds. I was just about to buy a diamond, and spoke to a friend of mine who lives in Dallas. He actually pleaded with me to call them.. which I reluctantly did because I was sure that I was getting the best deal on my GIA diamond. I can’t say enough about Nita Hudson with the Diamond Doctor. She was so attentive when my now husband and I were looking at engagement rings. She wants to make sure you get the most perfect ring and setting possible and that you love it! I have benchmarking Diamond Engagement rings for quite some time now. I first started at Zales , Helzberg, looked at Robbins Bros, and every retail chain there is. I found that the best value for my money was spent with a diamond wholesaler. I had a friend that recommended to me to go with a diamond whole saler , he custom made his wife's ring for 4k, and appraised it for 10k. I searched for local wholesaler because I didn't trust online ordering and seeing is believing . After getting ideas I had my mind focused on a Vintage Tacori setting which my future wife loved. Diamond Doctor had a large selection of settings with perfect diamonds to go with appropriate size Lisa and Allen were genuine in their customer service which is hard to find any where . I truly felt at home here . Making a big purchase decision isn't easy and your mind plays tricks on you . Diamond Doctor personnel plays no tricks , they are very straight forward, honest , most important very technical in giving you all the detail , helping guiding the decision process along .
