Even when our timing was a bit off because pictures and getting ready took so long, they were more than happy to help adjust our schedule for dinner and everything else we needed. The food was amazing, the staff constantly checked on us and made sure we were okay and everything went smoothly. If you're thinking about booking this venue for your special day or any other event, LOOK NO FURTHER! I absolutely would recommend Dinolfo's to anyone looking to host an event. Once again, thank you Dinolfos!!!!! Thank you for giving us special memories that will last a lifetime! We are so grateful and thankful that we chose this venue.

Don’t think twice about passing this one up, you won’t be sorry you went elsewhere. I had high hopes for DiNolfo’s. After visiting multiple venues, their tall ceilings and large windows persuaded me to book for our wedding but don’t let that fool you. The price tag does not match the service or quality of this place. When you drop thousands and thousands of dollars for your wedding venue, you would think there would be some type of manager/coordinator working your event. This was not the case, we had very young servers asking us, as the bride and groom, multiple questions throughout the night. The bride and groom should not be bothered with any sort of questions around planning the night of their wedding, such as “what time would you like dinner to be served?” This was something we had already finalized with their staff prior to our wedding day. This next issue was the biggest disappointment I encountered with DiNolfo’s. Unfortunately, my baker almost got in a car accident on the way to the venue when delivering our cake and had to slam on the brakes. With that, my cake was destroyed. My baker ended up going back to their store about 45 minutes away to remake our cake. The bakery relayed this message to DiNolfo’s (DiNolfo's staff even saw my cake exploded in their van). DiNolfo’s did NOT relay this message to anyone!! They could have told anyone, like my parents, a bridesmaid, even me or my husband (this all happened around 4pm, plenty of time to let someone know). Instead, I found out as I was introduced by our DJ as the new Mr. & Mrs., when walking onto the dance floor to cut our cake, only to see that it was missing from the cake table. The reason was because my chosen bakery was not DiNolfo’s preferred vendor. Because of this, DiNolfo’s chose not to work with us or the baker when this situation took place. Instead we were left in the dark, we had no idea what had happened until after 7pm and cocktail hour began at 6:30pm. When my parents and I went to ask the wait staff where it was they proceeded to tell me “I have no idea what happened to your cake, it never showed up” & “we have a prop cake you can use”, this was one of the top worst things you could say to a bride on her wedding day after the many months of planning. Their wait staff were very young and had no idea how to handle this situation, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I had to demand I speak to a manager, which is crazy because you would think there would already be one in sight when hosting a 200 person wedding. When she finally came out to speak with us there was no remorse and no willingness to help. It was then when I was finally told what had happened to our cake. I was told that they tried contacting the bakery and they weren’t sure when they would be back with the cake. This was a lie, they never contacted the bakery because they refuse to coordinate with a bakery not on their list of preferred vendors. It was an absolute terrible experience. This unprofessionalism delayed our entire timeline for the night, from the speech’s, to dinner, first dances, the dancing in general all got pushed back. Time was robbed from us. It was so disappointing and hard to move past as the bride. Then to top it all off, when I went to call DiNolfo’s a few days after our wedding to discuss what happened, I was ignored for over a week. I asked to speak to their male owner (I won’t divulge any names) on a few different occasions, and he was too much of a coward to call me back. Finally, I got a hold of someone I had worked very closely with to plan out details of our wedding. I expressed how I felt to her and again, barely was given an apology, and expressed no care in the world and she wished my husband and I well. It was total black and white from her demeanor when helping me plan our wedding. After this encounter and everything else I had experienced, it was so clear to me how fake and inauthentic their staff is. Another very shitty encounter was one my dad experienced. It was a few minutes before cocktail hour and my dad went to grab a beer at the bar and was denied. Again, the high price tag we paid for food/drink and the father of the bride cannot even order a drink from the open bar 2 minutes before the reception started. The lack of respect given at this place is unbelievable. Once they have your money, the customer service goes downhill. They genuinely don’t care about you as a person or your wedding celebration. They treat you like a number and only want your money. My husband could smell their phoniness from the start, but unfortunately, I gave them a chance. I could go on with other mishaps, but it’s not worth my breath anymore.

We chose to do the family style and everything was sooo delicious. So many options with family style. Our guest were so happy with the menu we picked out. My family has a lot of allergy and diet restrictions and DiNolfos made it so easy to navigate that with different food options. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about food coming out cold and we didn’t have that issue at all. The staff was great and on top of everything. Very organized. Communicating with the girls here was always refreshing and I never felt I was a burden. They made me their priority and I never would feel like my wedding day wasn’t important. I emailed them at least 200 times (not even joking) and every time they were so patient and attentive… in the end I was actually really sad for it all to end. I had so much fun wedding planning. Caitlyn and Madison were so knowledgeable and professional and who I communicated with most. You will not regret having your wedding at DiNolfos. I wish I could live our big day over one more time. Most incredible day of my life and I will cherish it forever.

There is only 1 reason I give them 3 stars: Our wedding was in March 2020, just when fears of COVID-19 were growing. We repeatedly asked them if they had a plan for if things got worse and they did not. When things began to get shut down and did indeed get worse, they did not allow us to reschedule our event or even change our numbers. They had a change of heart the morning of our wedding--when it was far too late for us to change the date. But they did allow us to change our numbers, so we are grateful for that. I know that the Coronavirus presented unique and unpredictable challenges to businesses, but it also put us in a very difficult position. It really left a bad taste in our mouth that our venue was not initially supportive.

d many venues- we looked for cleanliness, quality of food, and overall venue appearance- DiNolfo's has it all! Jessica was there to support us since day one-communication was effective and fast. They were also flexible and are willing to work with your personal preferences. Yes, we were nervous about not being able to taste the food, but honestly don't worry about it- it taste great! The bartender we had that day, was just simply above average- he was friendly, professional, and fast- not to mention the drinks taste amazing!

nted to have our ceremony in the same location as the reception, but not necessarily as a flipped room. We've been to weddings where you awkwardly congregate in a lobby area or small cocktail space for an hour or more while the ceremony space is transformed into the reception space and we weren't fond of the idea. DiNolfo's has two chapels upstairs, both beautiful, so we were able to say our "I do's" and send our guests straight into the reception room for cocktails and snacks. Secondly, we were having a smaller wedding and the pricing packages at DiNolfo's were competitive. You have to meet minimum guest requirements to secure certain rooms, but we were able to have our Saturday wedding in a beautiful room even with a smaller guest count. They also went above and beyond with my requests for White Castles and a build-your-own sundae bar as late-night snacks. Thirdly, everyone was super helpful and responsive. I had a lot of questions via email that were answered within about a business day every time. Arin was a great tour guide our first time at the venue and wasn't pushy about anything. When we went to set up our reception room, the tablecloths weren't the color I was expected and the team didn't hesitate to put in a rush order to get a new color in time for my event. Overall, DiNolfo's is a beautiful space for a wedding and they have some great options for every taste. I would definitely recommend them to brides and grooms searching for a pretty location with a dedicated team.

off without a hitch. If I would choose three words to describe them, they would be supportive, inspiring, and amazingly professional (I know, four words, but I couldn't hold back!) The food was delicious on all accounts. We had family style served and our guests could not stop raving about how yummy it all was. This venue is 100% on top of their business aspects. They were always organized and knew exactly what details we asked for whenever we came in to complete another small step towards creating our dream night. To top it all off, my husband and I were so blessed when we found out the venue gifted us the room next to ours when they looked and saw that it was unoccupied for our date. This was a complete surprise to us! It just shows how much this venue cares for their clients. The room was breathtaking, the grand staircase made for amazing photographs (both inside AND outside of our venue room!) The bridal suites were clean, comfortable, and the perfect space for our bridal party to take a few minutes before the reception to relax and get ready for the party! I cannot speak highly enough of this amazing venue and staff. Even a month later, we still miss going to see them!

I was emailing them constantly (sorry, lol) and they always responded to every email quickly. When it got closer to the wedding date, they were able to ease my mind by going over everything with me again. The food was so good! They don't let you do a tasting, but it's really not needed. People were blown away by how good everything tasted. People were coming up to me all night saying how beautiful of a place it was, and I am so happy we chose to get married here. I would do it all over again.

my light-hearted ceremony. All of the staff from the managers (Richie, Cheryl & especially Arin) to the bartenders and servers, were on top of it for my reception. All of my guests have raved about the Cypress room and the incredible food. We had the crispy chicken, beef and pirogies - it was absolutely delicious. If you’re a nervous bride who wants everything perfect, this is the perfect venue for you. Seriously.

ll pick up and be willing to help you. We appreciated that availability greatly, because any question, big or small, we could trust that it would be answered immediately. Our wedding was for about 100 people and it was reasonably priced for what we received. We did have to make a trip to the venue 2 days prior to the event and correct some small imperfections with the setup, etc. But that was all handled very well and fixed promptly. We were surprised to hear 2 days prior to the event that our sparkler exit would not be possible due to fire code for the property, but that wasn't an enormous deal, just something to be aware of is all. Would definitely recommend DiNolfo's as an option to host your wedding event.

The price is doable I have 265 guests and I had their VIP package I was supposed to have a sweet table but it wasnt set up early .. it’s too late like 9:30 pm my party began at 6:30 pm dinner at 7:30 pm and it wasn’t the sweet table showing in their website picture .. three to four small trays and it wasn’t enough even for 100 guests and I paid for 265. We should also have unlimited hot hordevres on cocktail hour and serve the bridal party upstairs and no one showed up. Our guests was waiting for food and waitress promise to come back and never came back. Not enough food for everybody and paid for 265 guests Not enough wine serve in the table as well . My cake was supposed to be cut and wrap in foil for my guests to take home and never did. Slow and short staff. We were talking to too many different staff like Cheryl, Rich, Jessica and Erin during the process and none of them coordinated my requests except my payments. They have a head waitress but no clue of what I’m supposed to be having🤭I contacted them after the wedding and the person I’m looking for is either with a customer or won’t be back till Thursday . So watch for your best interest to prevent frustrations.

We had planned on taking outdoor pictures before the ceremony but it rained and they allowed us to come into the building earlier than planned so we could do our pictures inside. Dinolfo’s is an awesome place to have your wedding.

PEOPLE ARE STILL RAVING ABOUT THE FRIED CHICKEN. Everyone was just... spectacular. Thank you for everything Dinolfo's. A night beyond compare. Amazing customer service!

eption room comes with a bridal suite for getting ready for the day. It was a great place to relax before they ceremony. We were able to further personalize our ceremony with uplighting, linen upgrades, chivari chairs, and a personalized monogram. The only need for improvement I see is with the dinner service. Dinner and dessert courses were removed before guests were finished with them. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

11. This was problematic because we had rehearsal dinner and last minute errands. My card table had bbq sauce stains on it. Our waitress did not bring our drinks. My mom did not receive her fillet mignon as previously confirmed. My ring bearer did not receive his chicken tender plate. My cake I had to pay extra for since I’m celiac was cleared before I even had a chance to eat. The staff did not fill my centerpieces with water and light the floating candles as promised. Some items were left behind. My husband and I were in Paris for our honeymoon. Eventually, a voice mail message was left from Cheryl stating, “we are really outreaching ourselves. Out of respect you will give us a call back.” Needless to say, I will NOT be recommending this venue to anyone.

PEOPLE ATTEND THAT DID NOT RSVP. THE OWNER ACCUSED ME OF NOT GIVING THEM THE CORRECT NUMBERS. BASICALLY HE WAS CALLING ME A LIAR!! AND THEN HE REFUSED TO OK MORE FOOD TO BE COOKED UNTIL HE HAD A CASH PAYMENT IN HIS HAND. HE LEANED BACK IN HIS CHAIR (LIKE A CHILD) AND SAID "WHEN I HAVE MY PAYMENT I WILL BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO TELL THE KITCHEN TO PREPARE MORE FOOD.". IF YOU WANT YOUR NIGHT TO BE MEMORABLE IN A GOOD WAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. MY NIGHT WILL BE MEMORABLE FOREVER IN A NEGATIVE WAY THANKS TO THIS OWNER/MANAGER.

ruly the best part of my wedding, other than marrying my husband! You could tell that she truly cared about us and wanted our day to be perfect. She was more than just a coordinator for us. She was our fairy godmother! (Our wedding had a Disney theme, haha)

up for 10, and something happened with our cake to where about a third of our guests didn't get to have a slice. Even with the two hiccups, the staff didn't hesitate to help fix them. Once informed about the seating mishap, I was able to let a server know right away, and the staff immediately set up the additional settings at both of the tables, and in lieu of the wedding cake, the guests who didn't receive the cake were given ice cream. The food was very good! Everything came out hot and ready to be eaten. Service was very quick, too. We also did the pizza package and had 5 pizzas delivered as a late night snack. We opted to upgrade our bar so that it would serve 3 domestic bottles along with the full-service bar and 3 draft beers included with our Exclusive Package, and I believe it was worth every penny. DiNolfo's was able to get all of the bottled beer we requested and never ran out. I highly recommend this to other couples planning weddings here since the bottled beer was a huge hit. DiNolfo's made sure to set up all of our uplights, monogram, escort cards and party favors on time. The gold chiavari chairs really made a huge difference in our ball room. We booked the Cypress room, and luckily the weather held out because a ton of our guests utilized our private patio. I loved that most everything was handled by DiNolfo's. With the exception of our own little decorations to add and our DIY centerpieces, they made everything else possible including linens, dishes, utencils, drink glasses, and our Exclusive Package included table runners, uplighting, the custom monogram, 3 LED pub tables, pass hors d'oeurves, and so much more. The staff was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions (and trust me, there were a LOT I was coming up with), and work extremely hard to make brides and grooms happy and care-free for their wedding day.

or 136 people we expected the servers and bartenders to be polite and courteous to our guest. The bartenders acted as if they could not understand our hispanic guest that are fluent in English and did not want to keep serving our guests drinks when it's open bar and we had paid for upgraded liquor per person as well as take our own pineapple juice and squirt! The servers attitudes were as if they didn't want to be there or as if they didn't get paid for attending guests. Again do not be fooled by the place itself it's beautiful.. I read reviews like the one I'm leaving here and thought it can't be, but yes if you do decide to have your wedding here please bring up the staff and service to the wedding coordinator before you sign anything!
