You are greeted warmly and your questions are fielded with well informed replies. They removed links from my luxury watch with ease, adjusting the band to fit my wrist with comfort but only charged me a small fee the first time despite a second visit for adjustments. Conveniently located near the highway and the renovated old downtown of Middleton with its many shops.

I recently purchased an engagement ring at Diny's and was very impressed with their service and knowledge of the products. Walking through the door I did not know too much about diamonds, but now, after going through the process I am much more knowledgeable. I worked closely through Sara who explained the different cuts, clarity, color and carats. She was very patient as I made multiple trips back to the store while considering different diamonds. The ring was an absolute perfect fit for our perfect moment when my fiancée said yes! I visited a few other stores before coming to Diny's and my search ended there because I could tell they truly wanted what was best for me and my fiancée. The service, knowledge and expertise that was offered from Sara, Pete and Bev far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend looking to them for any type of jewelry needs!

We got both our wedding bands from Diny's - they helped us custom design our rings so we got exactly what we wanted. The rings were finished in good time and look amazing. We wanted a smaller, local family company and that's exactly what Diny's is. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend, especially if you want to design your own ring!
