We had some odd snags with the catering and some other things, but she smoothed everything over and put any worries out of my mind. She was very responsive with emails and all the rentals/decor she provided (plus set-up) was amazing! I loved that we were able to go to her for decor set-up specifics and she was great with nailing down the timeline and keeping everything on track the day-of. The only thing that I may say is I was slightly surprised at her professionalism and outfit during the wedding. We had a semi-formal attire wedding, but for the occasion I think she seemed slightly under-dressed. Some of the wedding party did not see her until right before or after the ceremony, and I think that along with the casual appearance made it more difficult for them to locate her or know who she was.
However, overall I think she was very kind and made the wedding run smoothly and for the price (esp compared to other vendors) it was a great package!
