Heather was such a fantastic resource throughout our wedding expedience. We hired her for Day of Coordination and she really went above and beyond. She was responsive, organized, and really helpful while finalizing info leading up to the day. Additionally, I really would not have been so stress free the day of the wedding if it were not for her. We had some odd snags with the catering and some other things, but she smoothed everything over and put any worries out of my mind. I genuinely think my day would not have been nearly as great as it was without her. I would definitely recommend Heather (and her company) for ANY planning needs that you have. Her services are worth every penny of investment and beyond.
Heather, she is a truly a wonderful person and she does an astonishing job! She helped me in so many ways to ensure we had a beautiful wedding! She facilitated monthly checklist, had several check-in calls with me and an in-person walk thru at the venue, were all extremely important to ensure all the details of our wedding day were covered. Heather came to help us set up the venue her assistances was so valuable. The day of the wedding, Heather’s attention to detail truly made our wedding run so smoothly and her professionalism was remarkable. I am faithfully pleased we hired Heather for our wedding day! I found Heather only a couple months shy of my wedding. I had all the big things like vendors figured out, but was really struggling with pulling my vision together. After my first Zoom meeting with Heather I felt a huge wave of relief. She not only pulled this off within two months of working with me, but truly took care of me by keeping everyone organized. I had some health issues leading up to my wedding and she really just took charge in the last 2 weeks while I recovered. I can't put into words the kind of relief it was knowing she was in charge and seeing my vision come to life better than my expectations. I truly look back on my day and loved every moment, and I owe it to her. She had to deal with some tough personalities as well and took it in stride while remaining pleasant and professional. If you're wondering if you need a planner, EVERYONE needs a Heather.
Heather (and her team) made our day amazing! We hired her as our day-of coordinator, but she did so much more in the months leading up than just coordinating on the wedding day. We met on Zoom throughout the planning process so that we knew how our planning was progressing and reminded us of upcoming and overdue items. She came to the rehearsal and got us all knowing what we were going to do... and of course her and her team's help on the wedding day was wonderful to have and lightened the stress load of hosting a big event. Well worth every penny!
Heather was amazing an amazing wedding coordinator to work with for our wedding last month! She is thoughtful, attentive, responsive, organized, and detail oriented. She cares about making your wedding vision come true! Right after consultation with Heather, we knew we wanted her wedding planning, coordinating and decorating expertise to make our wedding event happen. Throughout the planning check-in process, she provided us benchmarks to meet with tons of planning resource documents to help us plan our event. She provided decorations for our reception space, which turned out lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding/day-of coordinator experience to make sure our 100+ guest wedding was well taken care of. We had Heather do our day-of coordination. Had an amazing wedding day! Despite the weather taking a turn and being windy and cold, Heather made sure to quickly and easily accommodate. We ended up moving the ceremony indoors and it still turned out beautiful :)
She was very responsive with emails and all the rentals/decor she provided (plus set-up) was amazing! I loved that we were able to go to her for decor set-up specifics and she was great with nailing down the timeline and keeping everything on track the day-of. The only thing that I may say is I was slightly surprised at her professionalism and outfit during the wedding. We had a semi-formal attire wedding, but for the occasion I think she seemed slightly under-dressed. Some of the wedding party did not see her until right before or after the ceremony, and I think that along with the casual appearance made it more difficult for them to locate her or know who she was.
However, overall I think she was very kind and made the wedding run smoothly and for the price (esp compared to other vendors) it was a great package!
Heather was absolutely invaluable in helping plan our wedding. With Covid forcing us to switch dates and plans multiple times, we would have been completely lost without her help and guidance. Her attention to detail helped ensure that we stayed on schedule with all of our planning, and her personal touch and friendly demeanor helped take some of the stress out of the process. No matter what time of the day we needed to reach her, she was always available and happy to assist with whatever issue we had encountered. Likewise, her resourcefulness and ability to draw from her network of vendors ensured that every aspect of our wedding was taken care of. It is abundantly clear that she truly cares about her clients and treats them as friends. We are so thankful that we hired her and cannot imagine how we would have pulled off such an amazing wedding without her.
Heather was PHENOMENAL! She was the perfect person to help us with our wedding day. We needed someone to keep things organized, make sure things started on time, help pack things up at the end of the day, and chat with vendors. She helped us with our timeline, helped prepare the room, the tables, and all of our decor. She even had her own tableware and decor that we could rent directly from her!! Our day was perfect and it was all thanks to her! I'll always recommend a day of coordinator or planner to anyone planning a wedding or event and I'll ALWAYS recommend Heather!
I am so glad that I went with my gut to hire a wedding coordinator. Heather Patterson and Divine and Elegant Events is an excellent choice. Heather is so dedicated to her craft and provides intelligent recommendations. My husband nor I are detail oriented. Through her meetings with us and our families, Heather understood what we wanted and gave us some simple detail suggestions, which were effortless to pull off.
Originally my mom did not want anyone outside our family to execute my wedding. However, once the wedding ceremony and reception were completed my mom stated, "I'm so grateful for Heather, because she allowed me to be a mother and enjoy the wedding instead of worrying over the things going wrong." I completely agree with my mom.
