The women at Divine Events were devoted to removing my stress, made me feel confident that everything had been thought of, and allowed me the peace of mind to focus on being present and getting married to the love of my life. I feel so lucky and somewhat unique in that my wedding truly went perfectly, down to every last detail. I stand behind the fact that the incredible women at Divine Events are responsible for that. For some background on me as a bride, I am a self-declared control freak who was initially convinced she could do everything on her own (and why would someone like that need a wedding coordinator?). When it got down to the last few months, I was a nervous wreck, wrought with fears I would forget something, miss something—everything and anything associated with the wedding made me feel overwhelmed by that time. I am so grateful I had the support of Divine Events to get me through it. In the final month, I was in contact with Jasmine multiple times a week (and probably daily in the last two weeks). She was always quick to respond to my crazy questions, kept me on track with my timeline, brought attention to things I’d not thought of yet, and was there to take care of random things that would come up. Jasmine streamlined communication with every vendor and person involved with providing something on wedding day. Everyone was getting the same information as it came and following the same schedule so nothing ever got muddled. The day of our final planning/timeline meeting, I was probably at my worst, most anxious point. Aaren and Jasmine calmly and thoroughly ran through everything—minute by minute of the wedding day, answering all my questions as we went, painting this clear picture from start to finish. I just remember getting off our zoom and feeling a weight lifted off my shoulders. I will recommend Divine Events to anyone who I know.

Aaren, Lorna, and the entire Divine Events staff were fantastic! Having recently moved out of town and having our wedding in 6 months IN St. Louis, they were more than a life saver. All the prep work, bouncing ideas off of, helping with decision making, and their utter expertise was exactly what we needed. What can I say about Aaren and the Divine Events team? Professional, knowledgeable, and experienced are three words to describe my experience with Aaren and the Divine Events team. I first met Aaren almost three years ago, pre-pandemic. I knew from the beginning that she would have our best interest in mind while planning our dream wedding. In a previous review, my husband wrote, “[we] work[ed] with the best in the industry,” and I couldn’t agree more. Our original wedding date was postponed due to the pandemic, and, as heartbreaking and devastating as that choice was, it was the best decision we could have made, as we had many guests traveling from all over the US. I would be remissed if I didn't share the amazing experience our family had with Aaren and the Divine Events Team.Thanks to my lovely groomzilla, lol, in the 9th hour we had a complete venue change that Aaren SEAMLESSLY coordinated. The mention of the transition from my groom gave me anxiety but Aaren held my hand though it all. I was in awe watching her work. Right hand to the Creator Aaren is a miracle worker. She took fragments of wedding plan twigs that we had gathered & built a wedding resort ! Miracles still exist & it's like Aaren has the key to unlock them embedded in her brain. I swear this woman is a mind reader. She knows not only what you want (before you ask) but what you need, in addition to what you didnt know you needed. Oh & and the execution.... MAGNIFICENT Aaren and her team were very timely, professional, patient, detail oriented (I mean to the last second) and extremely friendly. They really made me feel like family. I was sad to part ways after our wedding was over. Lol. Aaren was very gracious with all our guest (even the difficult ones lol). Our friends and family can't stop talking about what a great time they had at our wedding. That is an extremely difficult feat ESPECIALLY during Covid. Divine Events took extra necessary precautions to make sure all of our guest were safe during these trying times. The Divine Events staff really took the stress away from us so that we were able to enjoy our wedding day. I can't wait to work with Aaren & her team in the future.

I can't say enough about this amazing business and the owner Aaren. I knew I wanted my daughter's wedding to be everything she wanted, then Covid hit and I was at a lost. Aaren is spectacular! She didn't give me my dream wedding, she gave me so much more! Her professionalism, detail-oriented focus, compassion and overall special touch turned a simple wedding dream into the memory of a lifetime. We booked Aaren at the last minute to help with our wedding (October 2019) and she was a lifesaver! She immediately put my mom at ease and was such a tremendous help on our wedding day. It takes a truly skilled and experienced professional to be able to jump in and help coordinate at the last minute! I helped plan my sister's wedding and we hired Divine Events for Day Of Coordination. Let me you..they were a blessing! I was able to hand everything over and enjoy the day as a bridesmaid, not a planner. Trying to be both was difficult so naturally I overlooked some things. Our decision to contract Divine Events was truly a blessing! Aaron provided us with a magnificent experience. Her initial meeting with us was to discuss our needs, the vision for the wedding, and explain the various packages her company had to offer. She thoroughly answered all our questions, and when asked, she referred us to vendors such as, Haley Designs for invitations, as well as, Lisa at Belli Fiori, and JED Limousine. They too were superb! Aaren was always organized, and our meetings were pleasant and enjoyable. She was open to our ideas and vendor suggestions. Yet, she was honest and open from the beginning, especially in regards to our budget. Although we reviewed all contracts, Aaren did so, as well, and provided advice if anything looked questionable. She was very thorough and represented us in a knowledgeable way. As the mother of the bride, there were a couple of times I got stressed out, but Aaren remained calm under pressure and took over to handle the situation. Finally, Aaren's communication was impeccable! Her response time to our calls, texts, and emails was excellent. She was always punctual and organized. We were able to accomplish everything planned during our meetings. She would always follow up to ensure everything stayed on track as planned. PLEASE READ!!! I searched for many months for the "perfect planner". I got discouraged because I didn't want to pay a third of my budget, but I knew I wanted someone to get it right. Word of mouth, I ran upon a wedding that Divine Events Planned and it was amazing. I knew the family and the caliber of vendors they only worked with, so I knew it would be spectacular. I called Divine Events, and it was THE BEST call I’ve made in a long time. I am and will ALWAYS be a PERSONAL reference for this vendor. My wedding was AMAZING. From prep to wrap up…….every detail was touched, she made it easy on me not to stress. She took care of all wedding day “go wrongs” and I never knew about them. From my venue, to my reception to my food, my music, my negotiations, my photographer, videographer, and I could go on and on…..Divine Events was on top of everything. People were LITERALLY talking about it almost 3 weeks after the wedding was over. Social Media had us trending with people posting that hadn’t even come that just thought it was an awesome day. The word on the street is that it was one of, if not THE BEST wedding they had ever been to. We could NOT have done it without our planner. Omg...Divine Events was EVERYTHING! It rained like crazy during our wedding but the team ran around in the rain and made sure every detail of our wedding was still perfect and—it was. I will most certainly use Divine Events again and you should too Friends!!!

I attended a wedding and Divine Events was hired to plan my friend’s special day. From preparations, planning, decorating, and the hosting of the wedding day everything went off without a hitch. My friend was able to enjoy her day without being stressed about if everyone else was doing what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend hiring Divine Events and you will not regret.

Aaren and her team were very friendly and made sure everything appeared to be running smoothly during our wedding. However, there were some issues. We discussed before the wedding that we didn’t know anyone that could tie a bowtie for three groomsmen and myself. Aaren said that we should hire somebody just to tie the bowties, and we agreed. The morning of the wedding, Aaren hadn’t contacted anyone, and we had to frantically look up instructional bowtie youtube videos an hour before the wedding. Thankfully, my father had been practicing a few days beforehand and a disaster was averted. Another issue we had was our music selections. We had our first dance, cake cutting, and father/daughter dance songs chosen and planned with Aaren before the wedding. I had all the music on my phone and we talked about using it on some speakers for the wedding. I set up the music for all the dances and the cake cutting on our wedding day, despite there being a team of four people. At one point during the reception, while we were celebrating, Aaren came over and asked if I can put on Beyonce’s Single Ladies on my phone for the bouquet toss. We never discussed this beforehand and she put me on the spot to find this song. I was shocked but reluctantly set the music up for the bouquet toss. There were some other small issues, but overall there were more positives than negatives. My bride and I had a great time at the wedding. I’d recommend Divine Events for day of wedding coordination but would hesitate to recommend any full time services.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Aaren and her team at Divine Events. I had the priviledge of working with Aaren at a recent in- house ceremony & reception. From a catering stand point, Aaren and her team were so easy to work with. From start to finish her team was so professional, organized, efficient, and oh so enjoyable. Upon arrival, Aaren immediately greeted my team and I, and offered to assist in any way possible. As a whole, the event had many hoops to jump through and the gals at Divine Events did so with grace and ease. I would highly recommend Aaren to anyone looking for a planner. .

We loved the fact that Aaren's team was made up of family members. We're big on family and like to support others who feel the same. The entire team was friendly and supportive. Aaren also did a phenomenal job in recommending a hair stylist and makeup artist. We were very happy with both and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, communication was not what we had hoped. Little details that were important to us and should've been taken care of, were not: -Apparently the ring bearer would not actually be holding the ring, but she failed to inform me or the Rabbi. My poor nephew was looking forward to that moment for months and was so disappointed during the actual ceremony when he realized he was holding an empty pillow. -The groom should not have had to be responsible for setting up the music for our first dance and my dance with my father. It looked ridiculous for him to have to plug in his phone and then scurry over to get in place in time to dance with me. I thought the whole point in us telling her our songs ahead of time was so SHE could handle it. Then, we weren't even informed that we needed to pick a song for the bouquet toss, so she had him download "Single Ladies" a matter of moments before the toss was supposed to happen. We don't even like that song! We totally would've found something more our style had we known ahead of time. More importantly, no one even knew what was happening at that point so only about 5 single chicks out of God only knows how many ended up on the dance floor. Long story short-ish, it could've been handled a lot better and that's why we hired a wedding coordinator. When all was said and done, the experience that our guests had was amazing. My mother-in-law and I planned the majority of the wedding itself, with help from the rest of our family, and Divine Events made sure the day went mostly smoothly. The transitions appeared to be seamless and everyone had a great time. Aaren also did a great job as "Gate Keeper" with making sure no one bothered us while we stuffed our faces and for that alone, we're grateful.

Aaren listened to all of the details and ideals that we wanted and had everything in place. She helped us to find a great wedding florist along with other wedding services. Aaren visited the church for ideals on decorations and worked so well with the reception site coordinator to ensure that it was a wonderful reception. The Divine Events team spent the entire day of the wedding at the hotel suite, church and reception. My daughter had a fabulous wedding day and super fun reception. Because of Aaren and the entire Divine Events team all of our wedding guest are still talking about the wedding and what a great time. We cannot thank Aaren and her team enough for all of the attention to detail that she gave for the entire time of planning the wedding.

Hiring Aaren and her team was hands-down the best thing I ever did! I knew when I got engaged that I needed someone to help with the little details since I knew there would be a lot of them. I met with Aaren about a year before my wedding date and during our first meeting I really think we hit it off just right. I felt like I was talking to someone who truly "got me". I think Aaren knew that I was a Type-A (OCD) bride and she was able to calm my nerves. During our meeting she explained to me the different packages they offered. I knew I wanted a day before/day of person, but I also liked the idea of having someone help out during the month off for all of the other things. I wanted to do all the planning, but I needed someone to do the implementation. It was a done deal. I left that meeting and I knew I needed Aaren in my life! Soon after our first meeting I called her to confirm and sign a contract! It was a huge relief for me to know that I had Aaren. She made me feel at ease. Throughout the process I e-mailed her questions about etiquette and I kept her up-to-date with other vendors. I knew she was keeping a folder so whenever I had an update I would send it her way. I would like to think I wasn't a needy bride, but I know there were times when I started panicking for no reason. Aaren always calmed me down. By the week of my wedding I had a ton of items and decorations to drop off with her. I met her in her office and talked through my "vision" and provided her all the items she needed. She also had all my other vendor information and told me she would be in contact with them for the timeline of the event. I did not need to worry about anything! Honestly, it felt great to not have to worry about anything. I think I did a good job of just letting things go. Aaren and 2 assistants arrived for the rehearsal and had all the details confirmed for the next day. By the day of the wedding I was actually very "chill" since I knew Aaren and her team would make sure the ceremony and reception were set up correctly. She was my point person for the day and did an awesome job at handling all the day of things. By the time I made it to my reception the everything was set up just as I had hoped. Aaren really did listen to me and she made sure everything was just right. I knew I could trust her to get things done right. Again, as a type-A person it was hard to let go, but Aaren was the best person for me to trust. I didn't even worry about anything. There were a few minor issues that came up throughout the day, but with her help no one knew anything! It was flawless and my wedding was everything I had ever imagined it would be. Thanks to Aaren and her team for all of their help and assistance to help make my wedding day magical.

I saw them for a friends wedding and it was utterly amazing... aaren was my planner for our wedding and her attention to detail was great. It helped us think but we only used her for 6 month planning but she shined the light on so many things. We looked at other planners but it was way to much money so we went with Aaren because she was realistic of price, actually listened to what we wanted, had alot of original ideas and helped us cut cost on quite a few things.

As a bridesmaid I thought the wedding was well planned, venue was wonderful, photographer was excellent. The coordinator was extremely professional yet friendly. Nine months ago my now husband, then fiance' began the stages of planning our wedding. As an excited and very independent bride-to-be I immediately began planning the big day. Although we had a game plan, my fiance and I decided to attend a bridal show in the St Louis area for the purpose of getting FREE stuff. There were many vendors that we visited with, but towards the end of our time at the bridal show we came across the booth for Divine Events, LLC. At the time I was not looking to hire a coordinator, but I thought that I would entertain their pitch. One of the capable staff members shared with us information on Divine Events and we put their information in our "We will give them a second look, when we get home bag" instead of our "This info is going straight in the trash bag". A few months later, I thought it would be beneficial for me to look into hiring a coordinator in STL. Before I forget, I must share an important detail...although we live in STL, our wedding was held in Kansas City (four hours away). Although I had someone in mind in my home town, it was important for my coordinator to be easily accessible to me for face to face meetings. I reviewed the information from the bridal show and my fiance even put out an ask on Facebook. The name Aaren Muex and Divine Events, LLC kept popping up. After looking into it a little further we decided to make a call and set up a consultation appointment. We met with Aaren to make sure that she was a good fit for us, if we were a good fit for her, and even more importantly would she be able to swing the planning and execution of a wedding 4 hours away. I came in with a VERY LONG LIST of questions to interview her with. She answered all of them to my satisfaction! We discussed the package options and was able to find one that fit our needs based on where we were in our planning stage and affordable according to our budget constraints. Needless to say, now after 12 days of being married, Aaren Muex and her amazing team from Divine Events helped my husband and I plan an beautiful wedding ordained by God. I never felt like I was an after thought. This was very important because clearly I was not going to be the only client that they had for the year. Aaren was always available through our scheduled and unscheduled meetings (text messages, emails, and FB threads). So in closing, if you are looking for a PROFESSIONAL and more importantly COMPETENT group of individuals to help plan your big day Divine Events LLC is for you. If they executed a wedding that was outside of the STL area, then just think what they can do for you if your wedding is going to be local. I was a very picky bride, so I would not lead anyone down the wrong path. If you are looking, look no further Divine Events, LLC should be considered for any wedding or special events occasion for you or your business!

I used Aaren and her Divine Events team for my wedding and purchased the "day of" wedding package. But do not be fooled, they do more than just "day of" help. I met with Aaren three times before the wedding to discuss details, schedules and my vendors. The week of my wedding she called all of my vendors to confirm schedules, came to my rehearsal at the church to organize the ceremony and then DOMINATED at coordinating everything for my wedding ceremony and reception the day of the wedding. I am a planned and organized person, and I KNOW I could not have gotten through the day as smoothly as I did without the help of the Divine Events team. They had each detail covered and every possible "bad scenario" under control. I was able to enjoy my wedding day free of vendor phone calls, free of redundant questions from guests and most importantly free of stress because of her involvement. Aaren of Divine Events, LLC did the most amazing job of capturing the vision we had for our wedding. She have worked with her before and she has never dropped the ball! She is timely, thorough, honest and goes the extra mile to make her clients happy. All of my guests raved at how elegant and yet , stress free the wedding seemed to be. Divine Events was simply amazing!! They made sure my special day ran smoothly w/no hiccups. And the way they decorated the event space was stunning!! All throughout the evening their main focus was making sure I was happy & it showed. They were polite & kind to all my guests (even the difficult ones...lol) and they made sure my special day was truly special. The staff at Divine Events coordinated my wedding and reception. They were efficient and their service was very professional. As a Bride, the last thing you want to worry about on your wedding day is if your wedding and reception venues are set up properly and if your guests are being handled appropriately. I was not burdened with this worry at all - in fact, I was able to relax and simply take everything in. My day was very special and I have Divine Events to thank for that.

I contacted Divine Events at the last minute for assistance with services. Aaren was so amazing and so accommodating to my needs! I was nervous about everything. She was caring and comforted me during the process. Her words were "tell me what you need and what can I do to help" to hear those words made me feel so much better! I had a smaller budget and with Aaren that didn't matter. I felt like I had a million dollar wedding. And that was important to me! She's super friendly, attentive, and pays attention to detail. You give her the vision and your ideas and she executes or if your drawing a blank allow her to give you a few suggestions. She's not pushy she listens to what you want as the bride and groom. Divine Events was just that, Divine. I use this vendor for my "Day of the Wedding" and let me tell you...I was extremely glad that i did. I got a call 1st thing in the morning to make sure I didnt need any last minute things and that I was ok. I was contated throughout the day to be assured everthing was going as planned. When I arrived at my church everyone was in place and ready to go. My co-ordinator kept a good time line through out the day and made sure I did not have to do anything but have a Wonderful and Stress Free Day!!!... They were a Beautiful Group of people that assisted me on my Special Day and I can not thank them enough.

I used Divine Events to plan my wedding and they were amazing! They were VERY patient with me...as I had NO clue on what I was supposed to do. They had great ideas and they made SURE that I had no worries!! Whenever I started to get stressed they made SURE that my only focus was to have a great wedding and a wonderful memorable day.
