DJ Connection

We loved working with DJ Asante at our wedding!! He was the MC and explained a series of games including the Shoe game. He kept the liveliness up with his projection and upbeat tone. We appreciated how quick DJ Asante responded to any issues that arose on Wedding Day (e.g. Timeline behind schedule, minor scripting update, etc). The lighting and microphones that were part of the package worked well so no issues there. However, we were not too fond of how the company assigns DJs last minute. We did not receive the name of our DJ until the week of our wedding. We would feel more comfortable knowing who our DJ was and having a meeting at least 2-4 weeks prior to explain our vision for the wedding and the MC scripts. Instead, we spoke to someone in the Production team who handled all the communications. Granted, they were very quick at responding to any emails and changes made to the playlist.

DJ Ashante was so much fun! He kept the music flowing and people dancing! The whole process with DJ Connection was simple.

Our DJ Shane was great, but I wasn’t the biggest fan of how the company is run. It seems like they have a pool of djs that they assign to events at the very last minute. I only found out who my dj was a couple of days prior to our wedding so that kinda stressed us out, I would have much rather of spoken to our dj about our event rather than speaking with the production team but it is what it is. The music and lighting were great and well worth the money we spent. The only thing I did not like during our wedding was the mic feedback during our ceremony and when people were giving speeches. Other than that, the event ran smoothly and our dj was great!

Our DJ had a great energy level, kept the dance floor active, and took special care to pronounce a tricky last name perfectly. Set up and transitions between ceremony and reception spaces were seamless. Our DJ, James, read the energy of the room very well and picked awesome transitions between songs. We wish the specific DJ would have been assigned a bit earlier (we didn’t have a name or contact until the day of the wedding). And, a run-through of timing would’ve helped the day flow a bit smoother.

The pre-wedding planning with DJ Connection was overall good, but we ran into issues on our wedding day. I want to start by saying that our DJ was a very nice person - they were on time to the event and very professional. However, at times it seemed like they were not actually a DJ and we felt that they were not properly prepared by the company. When we went to introduce ourselves to the DJ, they told us that our original DJ got sick and that they were filling in. Of course I understand that these type of things come up, but this was not communicated to us ahead of time. We had a friend mix our first dance for us that we had choreography to. We shared this file with the DJ company before the event, but when I asked the DJ to confirm that they had the file for our first dance on the wedding day, the DJ communicated that “headquarters” did not load it onto his board but that he pulled it up on Spotify (which would have completely surprised us and ruined the dance we choreographed). We had to scramble to get the file sent to the DJ so that our first dance wasn’t ruined. Not all of our “must play” songs were played throughout the reception which I can understand since we had added a lot, but the DJ even played a song on our “do not play” list that someone had requested. Throughout the planning process the company specifically asked for a song to play for the “anniversary dance” which we provided to them. On the wedding day, the DJ announced the anniversary dance, but clearly had no idea what an anniversary dance was. Towards the end of the song someone tried to explain to him that he should be announcing anniversaries throughout the dance so that the last couple on the dance floor was the one who had been together the longest, but they went in the wrong order and it was already too late - we just had to scrap it. There was absolutely no mixing or blending in between songs and instead the DJ kept using a record scratch sound. By the end of the night, we couldn’t help from rolling our eyes every time we heard the record scratch. Overall, we wish we had just skipped booking a DJ and used a Spotify playlist instead to save the cash and avoid some of this headache.

DJ connection is SO fun. The fun energy starts with your initial planning phone call and doesn't ever end! The planning portal and I were good friends for the months leading up to my wedding. I had so much fun planning out my big moment music. Our DJ was so great on the day of our event. She played everything just as I imagined it and kept our party going for hours. Everyone was raving about her music choices and loved the energy she gave.

DJ connection was absolutely a breeze to work with. Their portal made things easy for requesting songs/setting up a timeline before the wedding, and their customer support is so amazing. I had some smallish issues day of that I think could have been avoided, but when I discussed them afterward they were extremely open and listened to my concerns. the DJ they sent was extremely professional and really tried their best to accommodate where changes were made. all in all, we had a great experience.

We booked a DJ 11 months before the wedding with DJ Connections. We wanted to talk to our DJ and be on the same page etc. We were told that about 2 weeks out we would hear from our DJ. We kept inquiring and could get no answer who our DJ was. Even 48 hours before our wedding I was told they had been trying to confirm our DJ but we could not talk to them yet. We ended up canceling them less that 48 hours before the wedding because we had no confidence, they were really going to provide us with a DJ. They told us it was abnormal to want to talk to our DJ and that most people just pick their songs and fill out the sheets and the DJ shows up and follows along. That is NOT how we envisioned this at all. This is a super important job and no way we would do it that way. SO beware we have since learned they are DJ brokers and they outsource the job to a DJ. This is a very unprofessional vendor and not reliable in my books. I do not recommend this DJ service. They also would not refund our deposit saying we cancelled less than a week before the event. I felt they did not fulfill their part of the contract to have a DJ for us and they failed. Later they agreed to return the whole amount ONLY if we agreed to a non-disclosure confidential refund agreement and could take no action to review them and could post no bad reviews or speak of the problems we had with them. We did not agree to that so we COULD tell people what happened so it will hopefully prevent anyone else from going through what we went through.

Listen to me, hire this business and be entertained on your big day! Very professional staffs, very knowledgeable of their work and very communicative. They work to help fit your budget and make sure you are happy for your big day. They have an app to add or delete music you might like or dislike, and it’s super easy to use. DJ Asante from DJ Connection performed very amazingly as he kept all my wedding guests on the dance floor and we all had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this business.

My experience with DJ Connection was phenomenal. Our DJ knew what she was doing and kept our guests entertained. The planning process was very easy and they have a great system to plan out your day and help create a playlist. Our DJ was one of our best vendors for our wedding (right with our photographer and videographer). I cannot recommend DJ Connection enough.

What a nightmare. We went through a series of phone calls to ensure we were paired with the right DJ. Our DJ was very sweet but he played the entire songs (he did not DJ). We were stuck dancing to 3 minute songs the entire night. I even heard a few songs twice. We could have saved the money and hooked up Alexa. When it came to being a hype man, the DJ we were assigned just didn’t do what was expected of him. The announcements were weird and he was definitely unsure of what he was doing. It was not good. Would not recommend!

These guys were awesome from the day we emailed them! The planning process was so easy and painless. The day of the wedding, our DJ was who we were looking for. He played all the songs we requested, kept the music going until we were ready to turn it off, and cleaned up very quickly!

I cannot believe this company was actually within our budget! Every single person that we interacted with was SO professional. We had an amazing experience and really loved our DJ. We also had people come up to us and tell us how great he did - Shout out to Miles!

We had the pleasure of using DJ Connection for a corporate client event and Davoul was absolutely amazing. We didn't really know what we needed and they totally showed out for us. Would definitely use again!

DJ Connection was FANTASTIC. They were incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning stages all the way up to the day before. Their online portal made it so easy to pick and plan music for the wedding day, and our DJ was kind and helped us have a blast of an evening.

The dJ connection was great throughout the process. It was a little confusing I didn’t realize at first that the people we planned most of the event with were not local. Even our final planning meeting was done without our actual dJ. I didn’t even know his name until I met him on the wedding day 2 hours before. That part was a little nerve wracking but our dJ that they sent pulled through and did a great job.

Our experience with DJ Connection was great! The booking process was easy, and the online portal is very convenient. Our only complaint was that we weren't able to contact our DJ directly prior to the wedding day. DJ Chanelle was great, and she adapted the playlist based on our guests' energy. Overall, it was a great value for our wedding.

I’ve heard lots of mixed reviews on these guys, but our DJ was exactly what we were hoping for! We were able to have a few planning calls with them and link all of our songs on the online portal they supplied. You can add any song as long as it can be found on Spotify! This includes all the instrumental versions like what we played during our ceremony.

Booking with DJ CONNECTIONS was seamless and impeccable. The made the process for choosing a DJ so simple I'm glad we chose them. I'm looking forward to our event even more 😊

This DJ was not good at all. He did not play all the songs I requested, messed up my ceremony song, and did not listen to the times I set on the song. He did not listen to the mix of music I requested at all. I’m very upset I paid so much for a terrible mix of music.

DJ Connection and our DJ, Seth, did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. The portal is a little confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it becomes very easy to customize and add songs to your playlist. Although there can be some trepidation with working with a big company and not talking to the DJ beforehand, everything went off very smoothly. DJ Connection even helped me add in a secret song for my wife and sister in-law that was kept hidden from her until the very last moment. Seth kept the party going all night and there never seemed to be a lull on the dance floor. Additionally, we had an "after party" in a different room at the venue and Seth was able to quickly move his equipment and keep the energy going without missing a beat. We highly recommend DJ Connection.

Our DJ was fantastic for our wedding! The song selection process was so easy with their online portal and we were able to get every song we wanted! Not only was everything easy, but our DJ was so fun and made sure we all had a good time!

My DJ was amazing!! She was so friendly and checked in with me or my day of coordinator with any issues or questions. I highly recommend for any events! She made my reception and ceremony perfect!

These guys were awesome. I asked for a party and that's what I got. My guest loved the music choices. We danced for hours. My feet still hurt. Besides the day of awesomeness, DJ Connection has a great online portal that makes planning your event a breeze. everyone a talked to was a huge help. Getting ready for a wedding is hard and they made this part very easy.

Malcom was our DJ for our wedding day and he did not disappoint! He played all my songs that i picked out and added some additional dance songs at the end. He was so nice and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I highly recommend DJ connection. They helped make our big day perfect. They were always there during the planning process if I had any questions or concerns.

We hired DJ Connection for our Cincinnati wedding (Hindu and Catholic ) and had high hopes since the onboarding process was so streamlined but HATED our DJ on our wedding day, it was an overall terrible experience. A few notes/misses that occurred on my wedding day 1. DJ was asked to wear a suit/tuxedo since our wedding was black tie and he arrived at the venue in sweatpants and a hoodie. Had to be asked to change several times as guests arrived early and he changed into a button down and dark jeans. 2. Since we had a hindu/catholic wedding I created a sheet that detailed every song,album, singer, and even timed cues of when things had to be played/changed. I went over this with the DJ and the production team and the DJ the day of the wedding still missed important cues for the hindu ceremony. 3. DJ played the wrong version of the song (even though I specified) as I walked down the aisle 4. Was asked to not take song requests during cocktail hour/dinner and had to be reminded by me the bride several times to stick to the song list 5. Dinner was wrapping and cake was being served but the DJ decided to switch to dance music - of course our guests were looking forward to the cake but the DJ being so unaware of what was happening decided to get on the dance floor himself and dance by himself......This overall was just odd and very uncomfortable since guests just wanted to finish eating 6. When I complained about the service to the management team at DJ connections instead of helping resolve they asked for time to review the DJ's mic to confirm I was telling the truth, I understand wanting to protect your team but as a bride who had to be stressed on her wedding day due to the DJ's lack of performance is quite appalling in my opinion. Honestly both myself, my husband, and my planner had to be on him to do the most basic aspects of his job. When you're paying a vendor you expect them to get it right especially when you as the bride go above and beyond to make their life easier and this case DJ connections completely dropped the ball and I wish I had booked anyone else so I didn't have to stress on my wedding day.

Truly amazing experience! Our DJ Steven was super flexible. They helped set up a timeline for the day and when we went off timeline they continued to keep the party going. They made sure to communicate as much before the date so there was little confusion the day of.

My husband and I loved our experience with DJ Connection and specifically DJ Kym. DJ Connection was very responsive even when my husband and I had some confusion over time zones for meetings. DJ Kym provided the perfect amount of energy and flexibility for our wedding- including working with us when we had rain and low energy guests.

We hired DJ Connection for our wedding on 11/19/21 and i couldn’t have asked for a better company to be at my wedding. Our DJ read the room and kept the vibe going. My husband and I and our friends still talk about how fun our wedding was and it’s been 2 weeks. They played all of our requests and even asked if we had any specific artist we wanted to hear. My husband had thought of a song the day of and asked the DJ to play it and he had no problem with it! Not to mention the booking phone call is awesome! they go through everything and they’re the FUNNIEST people!

My wedding was last week and we had the pleasure of getting Elijah as our DJ. He honored every request we made, kept the energy we requested constant, and made our night flow smoothly. He had a great attitude and was super friendly too! We loved how professional and detail oriented he was too! 10/10! If we ever need a DJ again we hope it’s Elijah through DJ connection!!

Great customer service, wedding went well & Dj was great. Defiantly recommend.

The music was all correct but we could not hear it very well. It was a rainy day for our wedding but the DJ did not play our music loud enough for us to even hear it. I had my first dance with my husband and my dad and we were practically dancing to nothing. We told him to turn it up but I don’t believe he did. He did an okay job with staying on schedule. I’m not completely disappointed but definitely not satisfied.

This service was amazing! The planning process was really helpful to me and the DJs we talked to on the phone had really amazing passion and energy! The DJ even though we didn't meet until the day of, he was great-very punctual, early, professional, and accommodating. The DJ actually had great instincts and pointed out some helpful ideas. My only minor issue, was that I sang to an instrumental as I walked down the aisle (as I had mentioned as part of the planning-kept secret from my spouse) as I reached the altar, the song was cut off only after a few verses and I wasn't able to sing not even the chorus. Cutting off the song early was fine to me after the chorus, but I feel like I should've probably given more specific instructions on how long to play the song for....I felt like I wouldn't fault the DJ for using his judgement since there were no specific instructions, BUT it did take away from my special moment and how I pictured things going. I still rate the DJ and overall DJ Connection 10/10.

DJ connection did a wonderful job helping us coordinate and provide music on our wedding day. The meetings before the wedding were super helpful and their planning tools to help pick music and work on a timeline were great. Damien our DJ did a fantastic job keeping everything going and the party poppin! He read the room well and we had people dancing Until we had to leave the venue. Overall I highly recommend them!

At first I was worried about the DJ. Just because you do not talk to the person who will be the DJ to begin with. We didn't even meet our DJ until the day of the wedding. However, it was such a wonderful experience. We laid out our concerns and DJ Nora was very reassuring and explained everything very well. The portal where you pick out your songs was super easy to use. Our DJ that we met on the day of the wedding was absolutely the best. DJ Edward was amazing and really made sure our day was amazing. He really did such an awesome job and was super easy to work with.

We are so happy we hired DJ Connection for our wedding! Their communication was amazing and they always went above and beyond to make sure they had all of the information they needed to make our wedding go smoothly. We weren't super picky with the music for the cocktail hour/dance/reception and trusted that they would pick great songs - and they did! So many of our guests came up to us and said how much they loved the DJ!

DJ connection was my favorite vendor! The whole organization is so organized and they make the planning process super easy and stress-free. I wanted a DJ that would keep my wedding and reception moving on schedule while entertaining all of the guests at the same time. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! He we super personable and un-beat. He constantly checked with us to see if we needed anything. If I ever need a DJ again, I will go going back to DJ Connection!

Steven was so personable and did such a great job on how he played our song list that we kept getting compliments from our guests about how much they liked him. After seeing my fair share of less than par DJ's, I highly recommend DJ Connection due to the quality of their DJs.

Tandy and DJ connection was one of the best DJs I have ever seen. The service was flawless. They made appointments that were worth the time and really established trust. The music selection was great for those moments that I didn't have a preference. We had a small wedding due to COVID but the DJ had this amazing ability to get literally ever single person off their feet and dance. I have had several people come up to me as say the same thing. Truly DJ Connection is FANTASTIC!! They did an excellent job and if you will just communicate everything will be perfect. We had Steven and he absolutely KILLED it. He was amazing and we had so many come up to us and compliment him!!! I would not have changed a thing about our dj. But in our portal I bolded. I capitalized. I made it VERY clear which songs I wanted and during my production call I made it clear yet again. And day of I made it clear by both myself and my coordinator what songs I wanted played. Communication is key and they’re amazing!!! I would redo dj connection in heartbeat especially if it were Steven!!!!

This group of people was astounding! They personalize everything to exactly what you want and need to make your ceremony and reception perfection. The DJ read the crowd very well and kept them going for hours. It was an amazing experience and I am so grateful they made our dream wedding a reality.

I can’t say enough great things about DJ Connections. They were the most special part of my wedding. The professionalism is unmatched and I promise you won’t regret that decision. The DJ worked with my pianist and collaborated well one the day of the event. If there was a hiccup I don’t know it! Overall, our experience with DJ Connection was very OK. We spent hours picking out songs on the portal, which is actually a very useful/convenient tool. Unfortunately the songs we chose for my bridal entrance and our walkout song were the wrong versions of the song we requested. Our walk out song was OMI- Cheerleader, and some slow acoustic version was played when we wanted the upbeat normal version of this song. Also, some other version of Crazy Love by Van Morrison was played as I walked down the aisle, maybe even by a different artist. These are things that were disappointing but not the end of the world. However, my grandmother requested a Frank Sinatra song to be played at the reception and DJ Dre would not play it. This caused an argument between one of my husband's groomsman and DJ Dre, to the point that they were yelling at each other on the dance floor. The groomsman should have let it go, but DJ Dre as a hired professional should have refrained from a verbal argument that multiple guests could hear. Overall, my guests had a good time and people were dancing, but the instances mentioned above definitely made things less than ideal.

We put in a select few songs to base the night off and they nailed it! Our DJ felt the vibe of crew and just road the wave of excitement there was never a dead moment. Truly the best day and experience ever!

Overall DJ connection was an okay choice for our wedding day. We loved the online portal that made it easy to choose songs to play for all parts of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We did not like that we did not talk directly to the DJ before our wedding day. I think we would not have run into some issues if we did. During the ceremony the songs we requested in our portal were not played, there were no wireless mics provided ( as requested), there was no speaker placed outside for cocktail hour(as requested), and it was difficult understanding the DJ during the reception. The music played during the reception during end after dinner was great and people were on the dance floor all night. I wish DJ connection would have passed the information discussed a few days before the wedding, along to the actual DJ. I hope they can redeem themselves at my sisters wedding in Feb.

We could not have asked for a better DJ experience. The communication leading up to the wedding really helped to comfort us and they always made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted in our music choices. DJ Christian was amazing and I would highly recommend him and this entire company! Fairly priced for excellent service!!

DJ Connection was the PERFECT DJ for our wedding! Let’s start with the planning process. My husband and I loved how easy it was to create a timeline, request our preferred songs, and plan our entire wedding (more or less) from our phones no matter where we were. We’d be driving down the interstate, listening to music and hear a song that we loved and remember to put it on the list. Next, we loved everyone we worked with from DJ Connection. Nora was our main point of contact in the beginning and who I went to when we ultimately had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. She was so accommodating and really made us feel important. Then came the wedding day! We were lucky enough to have DJ Dre as our DJ and he was extraordinary. He never let the party die and he stayed in close communication with our coordinator to make sure everything went smooth for our big day. We could not have asked for a better DJ and my husband and I will continue to recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Our DJ, Dante, in Houston was amazing. He pumped up all of our guests. Was very thorough on what we wanted.

These guys were awesome! I had really high expectations for our ceremony music - this was the most important aspect for me. And the ceremony was absolutely perfect! Not only was the ceremony perfect, but they were reading the crowd and kept people up on their feet! While the music at the wedding was enough for a good review, what really impressed me was the communication before the wedding. They contact you to help you see if they are the right fit for you and you them. Then they contact you again to go over what types of music you like and what you want playing for your wedding day - then they get down to specifics on the portal they send you where you put in specific songs etc. Then, a few days before the wedding, they call to finalize everything. Communication with these guys was top notch!

DJ Connection made the planning process very easy with the online portal. Everything went fairly as planned at our wedding and there was still some flexibility throughout the night which we appreciated. The only thing I didn't like was that we talked to someone different every time. I would've preferred to speak directly to our DJ prior to the wedding day but overall customer service was great from day one!

We were blown away by DJ Dree and the entire DJ Connection team. They did a great job communicating with us before and that all of the music was exactly what we wanted to keep our guests dancing and having a good time. Many of our friends asked us afterwards for more information about DJ Dree and DJ Connection and that they had never had such fun dancing at a wedding! We would definitely recommend DJ Connection and specifically DJ Dree for any event you may have!

We used DJ Connection for my daughter's recent wedding and they did a great job! Throughout the planning process - they were so easy to work with and always friendly. Dre was our DJ and he was awesome!!! Several people attending the wedding had to get his contact info because they would like him to DJ their future events. I highly recommend them!!!

Impressive service! Great price. Awesome portal to add songs to. They were able to find all the songs I requested, even though I had some pretty ambiguous anime and video game music.

DJ Connection surpassed our expectations for our wedding. Deondre was our DJ and he was amazing, he listened to every request and concern we had and was beyond helpful with keeping the flow of our wedding smooth. We are so thankful for Deondre and HIGHLY recommend him for your event.

DJ Connection's Dre served as the MC for our wedding last November and he was exceptional. From planning the music up to showtime, the process was seamlessly handled and there was never a time we couldn't get in contact with someone for questions or changes. My wife and I are extremely appreciative of DJ Dre's organization throughtout and in keeping the party rocking for us and all of our guests. INCREDIBLE. Book them NOW. My husband really wanted a live band, but it wasn't in the budget. But after having DJ Connection DJ our wedding, I don't think he'd want it any other way. From my first phone call inquiring about them to our big day, everyone we talked to was so kind, helpful, and fun. We had DJ Dre for our big day, and I can't imagine having anyone else. He set the tone for our whole reception! We wanted people to be on the dance floor all night, and he made sure they were. My husband and I never left the dance floor. I can't say enough good things about DJ Connection. I know you're probably overwhelmed with decisions to make and which vendors to select, but do yourself a favor and pick DJ Connection. They provide an INCREDIBLE service at such a reasonable price. You can stop looking now, and check one thing off your to do list. And I promise you, you will have no regrets! They make the planning process easy and enjoyable! If I ever need a DJ in the future, I will absolutely be calling DJ Connection.

We have used DJ Connection for the past several years for our high school Prom. While a bit pricey for the event they do an amazing job & we have had zero issues with the different DJs they have sent to us over the years. There is not another company I would use & they are driving over 2 hours to come work for us. Excellent company with awesome employees who are dedicated to making your event a success.

DJ connections was AMAZING! All of the staff prior to the event were super friendly and helpful. They have a very professional process for song selection and planning prior to the event through a web portal. The lighting at the event was awesome. Dre, our DJ, was awesome and kept all of our guests entertained and dancing. The price for their service was very competitive. I would use DJ Connection again!

My experience with DJ connection was effortless. I was able to build my playlist, timeline, etc. with ease. But more than anything, our DJ was the most memorable part. DJ Dre went above and beyond the entire night. He was constantly bringing us water bottles, asking if he can get us anything and keeping the party going. I didn’t have to worry one bit about the ceremony music or the reception. Everything ran smoothly and on schedule. The entire experience was spectacular. I would definitely recommend DJ connection! Ask for DJ Dre!!!

Dj connection was great from start to finish. They were very affordable and so helpful. We had a consultation to get to know the type of atmosphere we were looking for- they hooked us up with Dre according to what we wanted. He was the best EVER. We made our dos and don’ts list and Dre stuck to those, but was also able to go with the crowd and we partied until they closed it down. It was the greatest experience ever. I had a mixed experience speaking with DJ connection and did not end up moving forward with them in my planning process. The 2-3 people that I spoke with on the phone were clearly very passionate about their work. However, neither of those people were the person who would have been my DJ. The first person I spoke with reviewed pricing with me, since it is not listed online. When I expressed interest in the price, he said that another person, called a "coordinator," would contact me in the next couple of days to discuss the details of my day. The coordinator called me a couple days later. I spoke with this coordinator for 60 minutes, and they took a long time discussing what I wanted and had a lot of great questions that helped me think about how the day would go. I had to leave for work and ended up cutting the coordinator off before he was done with his questions. So, I gave him my fiancee's number so he could finish up with the questions. It turns out the questions that were left were related to getting our address and credit card information. DJ connection ended up wanting to get our credit card information at that moment, and we said no because we wanted to discuss it and had not seen any contract at that point. The coordinator asked how long we needed to think it over, and ended up calling an hour later to see if we had reached a decision. We had not, as I was still working. When I finished working, I told him that we needed to see something in writing, such as a contract. They explained that they typically take deposits first, and then send contracts to couples, but that he could send me a generic contract for us to review. It appears that this is kind of like a contracting/recruiting company who finds couples and DJs in similar areas and matches them together. If it works for you, great! It did not work for us because we wanted to connect with the person who would ACTUALLY be our DJ, and when it came to the payment and credit card info, we were not comfortable with moving forward.

DJ connections was so wonderful! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped me creat a perfect timeline for the ceremony music. The actual DJ was awesome and kept all of our guests entertained and dancing.

We were a little nervous going into the wedding with DJ Connection after not going over the details with our specific DJ, as well as seeing that DJ Dre had a recent bad review. But let me tell you that after our experience with Dre, we could not have had a better DJ. He knew exactly how to keep the vibe going, checked in with us before everything (intro, bouquet toss, etc.), and was just a fun person to have around. He was nothing but professional, and we are so thankful that we chose DJ Connection for our wedding!!

My husband and I booked DJ Connection for our wedding and we are so thrilled that we did. Dillon was so thoughtful and professional and checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were okay with everything. He had a way of getting everyone to join in on the dance floor and made sure that the party kept going the entire night. We also had a few last minute changes/alterations to our songs and Dillon was super flexible and took note of our changes immediately. We loved working with DJ Connection and can guarantee that they'll also do a wonderful job at anyone else's wedding!

We are the venue and we were so very happy for the responsiveness of this terrific company and their Amazing staff and DJs. Joseph and Dre, Nora and Dave all get my stamp of appreciation for their professionalism and gladness to be doing the job they are doing. Can't wait to have them back again and again.

Find another DJ Company. Spent hours filling in their song request list prior to god wedding, just to not have any of the dance songs we had planned for guests played. Our DJ SUCKED! He did not listen to my Day of Coordinator, did not listen to me, and we had to pull out my husband’s iPhone to make him plug in to play our songs off YouTube bc although he said he had our songs, he didn’t know how to manipulate his technology. Oh and did I mention that he did not introduce us with our names? Calling us “Mr. and Mrs. Smith...” instead of “Sutton”...WTF??! He was supposed to also emcee and he barely did and when he did, there was nothing motivating about it. Let alone, we tried to play a few games, including the shoe game, and although I specifically told him to do all the questions, he stopped after only a few...anyways, typing all this is pissing me off... On the side of customer service, I immediately filled the survey with negative reviews and soon after received a call from DJ Dray. Explained everything to him, spoke to the DJ, my wedding venue director, and they all corroborated my story. He apologized and when I asked for my money back, he said all he could refund me was the pay of the DJ...I explained that it wouldn’t satisfy and he explained that more than one person was getting paid and everyone else did their part except the DJ who didn’t deliver. He then said he would do anything to make us happy and satisfied, which clearly he didn’t. How about the full refund? Our dissatisfaction will not slow down your business, so it’s not like they will be missing out on any money, and it’s tgd least they can do since we won’t ever get that day back. We are 3 weeks past the wedding and I’m still getting feedback from guests and family about how the DJ was bad and why we didn’t do things a certain way, which is what we had planned but obviously didn’t happen that way. Anyways, if you’re considering this company, don’t. All they want is your money and will come out with all the damn excuses if they mess up rather than satisfying their customers. I’m typically not picky when it comes to music, but considering the amount of time and effort I put in planning things, and the DJ fucked it up, I’m VERY unhappy. Sorry not sorry for the profanity. I seriously hope any of you really do your research and not hire this company.

My husband and I booked DJ Connection to DJ our wedding. They were so easy to work with and very reasonably priced! We were paired with DJ Dillon for our wedding and he did an incredible job! We would not have changed anything about the evening. DJ Dillon was very attentive the entire night towards my husband and I and our guests. The main thing we were wanting was to get our guests up and moving—nobody wants the dance floor to be empty. DJ Dillon kept the music going the entire night and the dance floor was happening the entire evening! We are so happy to have booked with DJ Connection and would 100% use them again for future events and definitely will be recommending this company to any friends or family looking for a DJ in the future! Thank you DJ Connection (especially DJ Dillon) for making our wedding more fun than we ever hoped for!

We used DJ Connection for our wedding and they were great. Our DJ, Nate, was professional and made sure that everything ran smoothly. In addition, the planning was a breeze due to our helpful DJ Connection planner. I would definitely recommend DJ Connection for your wedding/event.

If your DJ is Dre, you are better off telling him to leave and using a spotify playlist instead. He had the audacity to place business cards on the tables before the ceremony. Tables that I had spent a year planning and a lot of money to look that way and he just went through and put his business cards on all seats. It was horrifying and so tacky. I was also incredibly disappointed that after all of the planning sessions and song coordination I went through with DJ Connection leading up to the day of, all of it was disregarded. I was very clear on each phone call that I want family friendly songs and to stay around the 80’s pop genre. Dre played My Humps and Hot in Here. When I asked if he had the playlist I had put together, he replied “oh, do you want me to play that now?” I know there are good reviews on here, but it’s your wedding day and you should find another DJ service.

I was SO impressed with everything this company provided. They were always super nice on the phone when you called to have questions. You are able to sign into your own portal to pick all of your songs. They are calling you to catch up with you and to see if you have any questions for them. They will get ahold of you the week of to make sure that you have EVERY song that you can on the list. The DJ was a blast at the wedding and keep you on schedule as well. I h
