Extremely professional, timely and on top of it. Our DJ was fantastic, he was flexible and played the songs we requested and kept the party going on the dance floor! DJ Cutt Entertainment was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend!

Extremely frustrating communication. I want to start by saying the my husband I still had a fabulous wedding. There were very few things to go wrong but the ones that did were in relation to the DJ not doing some of the big items we spoke about prior to the wedding day. We filled out a survey that had details for every piece of the day, we had multiple meetings leading up and emails back and forth. Most of these were answered with responses such as "got it" (no punctuation or capitalization), I figured he was busy but confident and understood what we wanted. Now I feel that he never really listened and just gave confident answers to move on quicker. We tried to respectfully bring up the issues that were missed on our wedding day despite us writing them in the survey and/or discussing it in meetings and were met with the same dismissive responses that pushed us off for weeks at a time until we would send check in emails to make sure he actually did respond. When we got responses to our issues they were explaining how we could've done more on the day of the wedding or searching around our portal to find answers ourselves instead of taking any ownership himself. We just wanted to give feedback and understand where communication was lost and hopefully help other couples and it took almost 2 months to receive any real responses to our issues and all of them were defensive and honestly rude when we tried to be nothing but respectful. I wanted to give benefit of the doubt before writing this review but after the frustrating exchange we had, I hope no one else has to experience that if they don't have to.

We used Alex and DJ Cutt for his Cold Spark indoor spark making devices as part of our reception and they were terrific. This is newer to many venues and he was willing to meet with our venue (Amaterra Winery) to demonstrate them and show the venue that these were in fact cold and were not a fire concern. He worked with us on placement in the reception area and exact timing for when we wanted the sparks to go off. Alex also was very professional and worked with our actual DJ (John Ross) and the coordination of the sparks. He also worked with the DJ on a special surprise the groom had planned for the bride. The two vendors worked together seamlessly to ensure the surprise went off flawlessly and went better than the groom could have hoped. We were so happy with the Cold Sparks and professionalism of Alex.

DJ Cutt was professional and on time, his presence during the reception was discreet, his announcements did not feel overbearing or distracting from the emotions present at any of the moments of the day, the sound quality was excellent during the ceremony and reception, and they were able to effortlessly coordinate with our live music during the ceremony as well. My only critique is that they did not mix in many of our song requests and in general, the music seemed to be from a pretty generic playlist where we had hoped for something a bit more personalized. But overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend this vendor.
