1st and foremost DJ Digital L, respond to all my messages in a timely manner. I gave a timeline & playlist for exact songs for ceremony, cocktail and reception. We texted & spoke on the phone. Wedding was Aug 19th, 2022. he arrived on time & h...ad all his equipments set up, so that was a plus. he had his assistant with him that ran the 360 photobooth & I believe his 2kids were there also. While the wedding party line up for start of ceremony I realized he played the song that I was suppose to walked out in for the wedding party. so I instantly said to my Cordinator that was the wrong song and his wife (also his assistant) heard & I believe went to notify him, so he switch it right away, which wasn't a smooth transition. All the guest noticed. I was upset that my special song I was suppose to walk out on was a moment that was taken away. 2nd, I notice at the end of ceremony pastor was still talking & he started playing the exit song. you would think he would cut it off until pastor was done but music continued. I was embarrassed. Now time to introduced the party for reception. Music volume was kind of low, wish it was louder. he introduced all the bridesmaids and pronounced my sister name wrong. when it was time to introduced the groomsman, I made it very clear to stop the music at exactly 0.45 secs. spoke to him on the phone also and explained it song is not stopped at that mark you will hear the cursing and provocative parts. so all you heard because instructions were not followed was (suck and swallow, smoke Marijuana etc..) so as I'm hearing this I was soo upset. This will be on the wedding video. Now it's time for me and my husband to come out and I also gave him specific instructions over the phone to mash the songs together and play only few seconds each before going to our 1st dance, He let the whole song dragged I literally had to call my wedding party to the dance floor to help because song was like 4-5 mins long. At that point I was livid. so I just walked off to sit down. then he called me back for our 1st dance. if the songs didn't drag maybe I wouldn't feel the need to leave the dance floor. During our 1st dance the smoke for dancing on the clouds was very light, definitely not worth it. His son was sitting against the window for our first dance and all I canhear was his son yelling "Dad" multiple times to get his attention. I'm pretty sure that will show on the wedding video. So at that point I was upset and couldn't enjoy my wedding. the DJ is usually what makes the reception. So when that was done I realized he started playing these tired songs. So many people said what is up with the DJ. So it was extremely embarrassing when every vendor reflects the couple on their wedding day. I had my Cordinator & Husband go say something to him. He came to us & showed us he never got the Playlist I sent for reception songs. You are a DJ so you should know what to play. Anyways I resent the list again & he confirmed that he recieved it now. so at that point you stick to the list. He did start playing songs on the list, then people was up dancing. The surprise dance we did for the groom didn't start exactly at the biggining so we told him to restart it. Guest left early. Wedding ends at 10pm & by 9pm 80% went home already. At the end of the night when no one was hardly there that's when he played loud, hype music. I couldn't enjoy my wedding. Cordinator was trying to calm me down. A moment I will never get back. I literally cried.
