We had a wonderful experience picking out my engagement ring and band. We worked closely with Michael and he was so talented at helping me see different shapes, sizes and ideas till we found the perfect one. They even gave us a goody bag once we got engaged. They were awesome about resizing my ring and getting it sautered and back in a good amount of time. Always treated with the upmost respect and have great customer service to all their customers. Highly recommend to all engaged couples!

I am in LOVE with my ONE OF A KIND engagement ring!! Emily was with me every step of the way! I picked out a ring I loved and Emily and I customized it to what I was wanting. From that ring we create a UNIQUE Rose gold ring. � I can't tell you how many times I went in the store just to make sure that the engagement ring I picked was "the one". Emily ensured me that it was going to be exactly what I wanted. And it is nothing less than what I expected. Everyone at DJ BITZAN is so generous. I recommended them to everyone!

The experience we had at D.J. Bitzan was very refreshing and pleasant. We were greeted by friendly staff who were excited to share in the experience of our journey with us. We were shown engagement rings in a helpful way where we were able to come to our own conclusions, in a non sales motivated environment. We will both continue to only buy from D.J. Bitzan Jewelers, and will recommend them to all friends and family.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with customized jewelry is with D.J. Bitzan Jewelers. My husband ordered a customized pendant for our wedding anniversary. We asked for two symmetric crescent shaped moons attached at the ends in a circular way, but off-center, and inlaid birthstones for each of us and our sons. The piece came with thin asymmetric overlapping banana like pieces forming an oblong oval and the birthstones were attached in an amateur manner. It looked like a necklace you would get from a coin toy machine, but we paid a fortune for it. We continued to work with them for over a month after the failed piece just getting the basic shape design down and it is still not done. We've shown them pictures, cut outs, and described the shape countless times. When we asked for a refund on the item because we have no confidence that they can ever get the piece created, we were told we would be given a return amount $700 less than what we paid. As a customized piece, we understand there are policies in place to ensure customers don't just change their mind. However, when the jeweler is unable to draft the design properly let alone produce it in a reasonable amount of time, the customer should not have to be stuck with the cost.

You will not find anywhere better than D.J. Bitzan. Customer service is unmatched! Jewelry selection is huge and gorgeous! There are not enough adjectives to describe their team or their store. If you are looking for an engagement ring or jewelry this is the place to go! I had the pleasure of working with Patricia the day I went to look for rings. My best friend and I were offered glasses of wine while we browsed and chatted, which was a huge plus, who doesn’t like wine?! While I was trying on rings it was like having another best friend there with me! Patricia’s genuine excitement and kind personality added so much to the experience I won’t ever forget! Her knowledge of diamonds and the rings she has was impressive! Patricia pointed out rings she’d think I’d like, which is extremely helpful because their selection is HUGE! Shopping with Patricia relaxing; no pressure and we weren’t rushed, they truly excel in customer service! I cannot thank Patricia enough because she made the day I came to D.J. Bitzan one of the most memorable days. I tell everyone about my experience and I can’t say enough great things about Patricia and D.J. Bitzan (and I probably will for years)! Now that I am engaged and FINALLY have my dream ring I’ve been able to get to know more of the staff. I had my ring re-sized and I bring it in at least once a month to be cleaned! Everyone I’ve worked with has been wonderful! Hands down the best team! You will not be disappointed! They’ve earned themselves a lifelong customer right here!

I came to D.J. Bitzan Jewelers from a recommendation from a family member. Specifically to see Andy. I was nervous as I had a pretty specific budget, and a very unique idea in mind. I had my engagement ring from another jeweler, however I didn't like the wedding band. Andy listened to what I wanted, asked about budget, and honestly went crazy with ideas! I felt like he listened to me and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! He was in back looking and ordering, talking to goldsmiths, etc. working hard to get me what I wanted! He kept in constant contact with me regarding ordering the bands, when they came in, soldering to my engagement ring, and appraisal. He was so knowledgeable about what newly married couples needed to know with care and insurance of the rings. Not a day goes by that someone compliments me on my ring. How great it looks as a set, how unique and different, yet classic it is. I would definitely recommend D.J. Bitzan to anyone, especially Andy!

I found a engagement ring I liked on their website and brought the print out in. They didn't have one in the store so ordered one in. The ring in the picture from online had diamonds on each side of the band and the ring that was sitting before me did not. They said they would look into it and all I got back for a answer was that it wasn't supposed to come that way. So even though the ring in the picture had MANY extra diamonds I got charged the same thing for a ring that didn't. Would not work on the price at all even though the picture came from their website and was obviously their mistake. I did still by the ring as the top setting was very unique and no other stores had the same setting available, however I would never buy from them again due to the poor customer service.

My Husband had picked out both my engagement and wedding band by himself withth e help of Mark Rantash. I was very immpressed and i LOVE my rings. We also got my husband's band from them and we ran into a problem and they exchanged it and redid it with out any hesitation or problems. they are really friendly there and don't push you to get something because they want a sale. they really care about what you want and about you as a person.

The service at Dj Bitzan was great. I needed to get my ring resized a couple times and they were able to get it done quickly at no cost. The rings are a little spendy, but excellent quality.

Great friendly atmosphere! Very thoughtful and understanding to what I was looking for. The selection to choose from was amazing! We did purchase our items on sale. If they were not on sale, I would not have gotten exactly what I wanted.

Classic, vintage ring that my finance was able to add a larger diamond and move some stones around to make it one of a kind. Great warranty as well.

After my husband (fiance at the time) proposed to me, I actually got to help pick out my ring. I knew exactly what I wanted but could not find it anywhere. A friend told us to try looking at DJ Bitzan, and we were in the area so we stopped by. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and we found exactly what we wanted. They were even able to put in nicer diamond, and have it re-size to fit by finger- right there in the store! It took a little longer than they thought it would so we were there a bit after they closed, but they never made us feel like we were in the way or they wanted us out. It was the best experience I have had with looking for a ring, and the best in price in price too!! I would definitely recommend taking a look at what they have!!

My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Dick Bitzan (owner), and he is such a wonderful and helpful man. He made my rings to my standard, and he did not charge us ridiculous fees to make adjustments. The jewelry store is absoultely beautiful too!

The rings were perfect! I only had issues with one worker when I was there but I was able to work with someone else and everything turned out fantastic!

The selection of rings at DJ Bitzan has no comparison. I had visited many jewlers and only DJ Bitzan had a large selection of rings with delicate and intricate details that I was looking for. The staff is also wonderful.

I went in to look for my grooms wedding band and was lost as to where to start. They were so helpful at explaining everything to me. They didn't make me feel rushed at all in our decision process.

their service was above and beyond any of the 10 other jewelers we looked at. we bought mine and my husbands band there and they are willing to work with you on the price and they spent hours with us looking at differents rings and having us try them on. they did such a great job and everything we have had them do has gone so smooth.

They are a little bit higher priced than chain jewelers but their quality exceeds any of that I have seen. My engagement ring and wedding band are a unique set that I have never seen anywhere else. They are a small store but have a large inventory and great service. I am pleased every time I go there for a ring cleaning.
