Her deep rolodex of vendors and partners made planning (and moving) a breeze - for example, I owe finding my dress to her, our florist, our photobooth, booking our hotels, vetting every single other vendor, and many other small vendor details. I appreciated her creativity, honesty, grit, and bridal therapy sessions. We contracted for 10 hours of consulting services and month of coordination - and we maximized it! I can’t recommend it enough, it made everyone’s lives stress free (us, families, bridal party.) She came to our rehearsal to whip everyone in shape for the next day and handed out a detailed show-flow. For day-of services she brought an incredible squad of event professionals who really worked magic - I didn’t have to think about one single thing. It was quite literally perfect, the best day of my life, with a huge thanks owed to Danielle and her team. I’m sad that it’s over but happy that other brides will also have extra special days thanks to Danielle. She’s amazing at what she does and you’d be lucky to work with her. She is at the top of my list to plan future milestones and events in our families lives. Is it too soon to plan a vow renewal?! :)

s the personalities of our respective families. As a very organized and Type A personality myself, I also needed to work with someone who would allow me to take the lead when I wanted to, but then know when to step in to help relieve some of the load. We truly hit the jackpot with Danielle. The first time that we had a Skype conversation with Danielle, we immediately connected with her and knew that she would be the perfect person to work with us on our wedding. Danielle's calm and supportive personality helped us to cross the finish line, managing many vendors, contracts and precious details for our Persian and Italian black-tie wedding in New York City. One of the things that my husband and I loved most about Danielle is that she heard our concerns and made sure to convey them directly to our vendors on our behalf, so that we did not have to have any of the difficult conversations. She only injected her own opinion if she truly felt that she needed to, in order to guide us in the right direction, otherwise she did everything that she could to allow our vision to shine and drive the scope of our conversations with our vendors and the wedding venue. We truly could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without Danielle's attention to detail and keeping us on track -- she was always available via phone, text and email -- and in many instances, would send me reminders when I needed to follow up on important pieces that I was delayed on. Her ability to project manage and keep us adhering to important timelines was perhaps once of the most valuable assets that Danielle brought to the table. On the day of the wedding, I was completely relaxed getting ready in my hotel room, as was my husband, because we knew that everything was completely under control with Danielle and her team as set-up was taking place at the venue. She communicated back to me on things that I wanted to be kept posted on (i.e. the set up of the florals and the lighting), but always did it in a way that instilled confidence and never overwhelmed us. Multiple of our vendors, some of whom produce much larger scale events in NYC with very high profile clients, even commented that they LOVED working with d'Luxe Events and would be eager to work with them again. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Danielle, her lovely husband and partner-in-crime Dino, and the entire d'Luxe Events team. Beyond working with Danielle on our wedding, we know that we will continue to keep in touch beyond this special occasion, and that is just simply the cherry on top!
