D'Masti Catering

D'Masti catered our brunch wedding on November 3rd. We chose to do a buffet, and they did an excellent job. We continue to hear about favorite dishes from people that were offered. We met with Dan Mast himself and liked him immediately. This is a family run business that pride themselves on quality. They were honest about their capabilities and exceeded our expectations. The linens were clean and looked lovely. Our brunch buffet consisted of a ham carving station, various frittatas, blueberry crepes, chicken piccata, salads, greek yogurts, muffins, and more. I assure you when you go for a tasting you will not leave hungry, nor will your guests on the day of your event. The staff who helped on the day of were also very professional. Everything was served warm and consistently kept up with, and the lead waiter (not sure the right term) was sure to check in with me on when to begin things. They also coordinated with our DJ and site coordinator to make sure timing was done right. I barely had to work at all (which when planning your own wedding without a coordinator is a key thing). Since the event we have had one person call us to know who did the catering, they liked it so much. Highly recommended!
