They helped us explore alternative venue options and dates, ensuring that our vision for the perfect wedding could still be brought to life. We had booked a trip to Maui back in June and we weren’t engaged yet, but it was all part of the plan! :) So when we got engaged in September, I thought booking an engagement session in Maui would be perfect! I’m so glad we book with Dmitri and Sandra! Dmitri made the experience so amazing, made us feel so comfortable and the pictures are beyond my wildest dreams! Hiring Dmitri & Sandra was the BEST decision we made. They are, first and foremost, the nicest and most professional people we've met. They worked within the budget we gave them without any judgment, and communicated with us and our planner very well. They arrived at the designated meeting spot (getting ready hotel and the ceremony location) on time and well prepared. Sandra is amazing at styling the invitation and jewelry shots; she incorporated everything I wanted to be included in the photos. Dmitri was very polite with my wedding party and guests while taking photos. Our photos arrived earlier than the expected wait time; they are amazing! They give you multiple pictures of similar poses/photos so you can upload/print the one you like best. Their style of photography is timeless and vibrant in a very tasteful way. We highly recommend hiring Dmitri & Sandra. They are located in Maui, but they will fly to other islands (mine was at Honolulu, Oahu). You will not regret it!

Prior to working with Dmitri and Sandra, my husband and I took engagement photos which we ultimately felt like we are just not photogenic people. We did not feel this way when we received our wedding photos. Dmitri and Sandra are the most kind, patient, and knowledgeable photographers. My husband and I have never looked so good in photos!! They guided us through everything- how/where to stand, hand placement, head tilt, everything. We felt so at ease with them! Our photos came out stunning and we will forever be grateful!

It has been such a pleasure to work with Dmitri and Sandra these past few years. We first connected with them pre-COVID, but ultimately had to postpone our fall 2020 wedding by a year. They were wonderful about moving our date and did both our welcome dinner and wedding photos and now a year later our making our wedding album. Fantastic overall experience! Communication with Sandra was great. Our conversations with her were very pleasant and natural. Email communication were quick and responsive. Dmitri was very professional. The photoshoot was really fun and relaxing. His instructions were easy to follow. The quality of the photos came out amazing. Also, one thing that we really appreciate with Dmitri and Sandra was their understanding and empathy with their clients during the pandemic. Last year, we booked them for our wedding before the pandemic. Once we all realized that it was not gonna happen, they fully refunded us right away. So it was no question that once we were able to travel to Maui a year later, we went straight back to them. Two very happy clients here. Highly recommended!

My husband and I got married at Merriman's in Kapalua in 09/2019. Of their listed vendors, Dmitri and Sandra were our favorite of the photographers, by far. We were so thankful they were available to photograph our wedding! The entire process was smooth and professional. Dmitri was there the day of our wedding, and was very professional but also laid back, which helped make the process much less awkward. It took about a month before we got our first pictures back, but it was well worth the wait. They're stunning and beyond what we even imagined. If I could just drop my 1000 photo wedding album I just received as evidence as to why you should book with Dmitri and Sandra, I would. Telling you that the photos are incredible doesn’t do it justice. It’s only a matter of time until Vogue wants to feature us on the front cover, lol, the pictures are THAT good! Dmitri was our photographer for the day, he was calm, punctual, and snapped every great candid! He got along so well with our videographer and they really complimented each other very well. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect photography experience.

Dmitri and Sandra Photography was a pleasure to work with for our wedding at Olowalu Plantation House in September 2018. We had a large wedding and they directed our guests to get all the key shots. We took a variety of photos around the property and I felt they made our’s unique. They weren’t all the typical or standard Olowalu photos that you see everywhere. They made us feel special and important on our wedding day. All communication and planning with them was easy. Our photos were edited and returned very timely. I am very happy with our end product and will treasure them forever. You can tell Dmitri and Sandra are hard working, honest, very talented and highly respected among other Maui wedding vendors. I would definitely recommend them to photograph your wedding.

Dmitri & Sandra were the most wonderful couple to work with on our wedding day at The Villa at Calasa Olive Farm in Maui. My husband & I are literally obsessed - completely over the moon with how our wedding photos turned out! They’re both extremely professional and such warm & kind people. They pay attention to all of the little details and were able to recreate the magic of our wedding day through their amazing photos. Their communication throughout the entire wedding planning process was excellent. From initially meeting with them during our pre-wedding vendor considerations, to the post-wedding updates and eventual arrival of our photos, it was always clear, timely & concise. I would highly recommend them to anybody & would even ask them to take photos for us once again!

Fairly priced and photos turned out reasonably well, but I would caution against using them due to Dmitri's immaturity and childishness.

We got married at Olowalu Plantation House this October and we were so thankful to have had Dmitri to photograph our special day. When we were searching for photographers, we knew we wanted Dmitri and Sandra, their portfolio is amazing and their work speaks for itself. Dmitri was very easy going and made taking photos effortless. He helped us pick natural poses since we’d never been professionally photographed but also gave us a lot of freedom in what we did. I told him the types of photos we liked from their portfolio and he made sure to take those pictures for us. Our photos turned out so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. He also got us our photos (close to 700) right within the time frame he had given us. We highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

Dmitri and Sandra were phenomenal to say the least. They are very fun to work with yet incredibly professional and responsive as well. We had the pleasure of having Dmitri as our photographer. His artistic talent resulted in such gorgeous pictures that captured everything we requested and so much more beyond that. They were so responsive when I had questions before the wedding and added lots of helpful information. Dmitri was also so easygoing and great to work with. Recently, we had a party and included the pictures in a slideshow; everyone agreed that the photographer did an exceptional job. These two are incredible. They handled our engagement photos and wedding photos. If you have the opportunity, I SO recommend having them do both your engagement photos and wedding photos! For the engagement photos, Dmitri took us to some beautiful spots around the west side of the island to capture some amazing shots. We loved the way the photos turned out. For the wedding we had in March 2017 at an estate in Makena, Dmitri and Sandra were with us every step of the way capturing the best moments and all of the subtle details. They are wonderful people, very easy to work with, flexible, and make every moment so comfortable and natural. The shots they capture are so unique, getting the perfect lighting, shade, and moment. Our family and friends loved looking at experiences they captured, a lot of it behind the scenes. They are the best!

Dmitri photographed our Maui wedding in February and did an amazing job!!!! He was wonderful to work with leading up to the wedding and was great the day of. He made everyone feel comfortable and his artistic eye was apparent. He released several teaser pictures right after the wedding that were completely amazing and made the wait until the full release hard. Once we got them we can not stop looking at them!!!!! Absolutely gorgeous and totally captured what we were looking for. They turned out like works of art highlighting Maui that we just happened to be in. Could not be happier with how they turned out or the whole experience working with Dmitri from start to finish. I can't wait to see our beautiful book (we loved the pictures so much we couldn't resist the printed versions)!!!

Dmitri and Sandra were wonderful to work with. My husband and I don't have any professional photos and very rarely pose for pictures but they made us feel comfortable. The pictures turned out beautifully and I can't wait to see the heirloom photo album we purchased from them as well. I only wished we had planned for some additional time/photos with the rest of our guests - the time goes by so fast!

My Maid of Honor, also a professional photographer, helped me select D & S from the list of preferred vendors for the Four Seasons (our venue). Right away she picked up on their beautiful use of lighting (nearly all natural light). I thought it was cute they were husband and wife, and liked their backstory so I was an easy sell :) They were so easy to communicate with, from day one. I filled out a pretty comprehensive questionnaire to help them identify things that were most important to us, then they showed up when and where we expected them to. The girls worked with Sandra first in our room. She was totally self-sufficient and started doing her thing while I was finishing getting ready. Meanwhile, Dmitri was with the boys, keeping my groom to be in line :) Then he came up to the girls room to do the final shots of the dress, finishing touches, etc. I don't even remember seeing anyone besides my husband during our actual ceremony (sounds crazy but we were in the zone, haha), but I know they were there getting great shots, but blending in and not distracting from the event in any way. The group shots and shots of just us on the beach went quickly and efficiently thanks to their knowledge of the property and expertise. I can't WAIT to see our pictures because I know they're going to be breathtaking. They were a good value - it seems like a ton of money at first, but it's really the primary way that you and your husband will remember the magic of your wedding day, and share it with your loved ones for years to come. Thank you Dmitri and Sandra! We loved working with you and your passion for your craft is so evident. Also, you were just really sweet, genuine people which only added to the great love and support we felt that day.

Dmitri was our photographer for our July wedding on Maui. He was on time and the pictures are natural/ not overly photoshopped. He was very professional at his work and does a great job capturing genuine expressions.

Dmitri and his wife Sandra were flexible and accommodating right from the start. Most photographers on Maui have established packages you can choose from, but it's hard to get them to customize them for you. I wanted to cut a few costs and Dmitri was creative on how to get rid of the items I didn't need and right-size the price. When he arrived, he brought his assistant which was sweet because I was only paying for him to be there. He was great at being a fly on the wall, I barely knew he was there which was nice because I wasn't focusing on the pictures the entire time. He made sure to get every shot I had requested, and went above and beyond what we asked for our photos together alone. He drove us up to his secret spot when the sun was setting and I am SO GLAD. The photos turned out incredible and I would have never thought to have gone there. He didn't have us do cheesy beach photos and had great taste when it came to light and the style of the pictures. I would VERY highly recommend Dmitri and Sandra as a wedding photographer, and I am dying to see the rest of my photos!

Having a destination wedding was not as easy as I thought. I was not in a position to meet my vendors face to face to let them know what I was looking for. Dmitri and Sandra were able to work out a package to include video which was done by Dmitri's brothers from All Time Media. It felt a little rushed and wish we had more photos with family but all on all, I am happy to have them

Dmitri and Sandra are amazing photographers! They love capturing every minute of your event. Our photos turned out wonderful! We even ordered an album from them (this cost is not included in what we spent). Make sure you fill out the question form it really helped them understand about us as a couple and helped them find special moments to capture of us and our families. I hope when my husband and I have children and visit Maui we can get them to do family photos!

We decided on a destination wedding in Maui, but being from California we had no idea what vendors to use. My coordinator at the venue had given me a list of photographers that she recommended and I look through each of the photographers’ profiles online and I really fell in love with Dmitri’s artist style. I loved his work and contacted him to see if he was available. He got back to me right away and it was very easy to set-up an account with him as well as arrange payment. A few days later I received an email with a survey to learn more about us as a couple, what style we liked, what moments were important to us, etc. It was nice to feel like he wanted to get to know us. Once our wedding date arrived, my first meeting with Dmitri was that he was very nice. We were finishing up our hair and he took a few candid shoots of us. He was very patient and understanding of our needs. He brought his own great ideas, but also very open to anything that we came up with and wanted him to shoot. We are a very non-traditional couple, so we wanted a handful of goofy photos and he was absolutely fine with shooting our crazy ideas. We joked around the whole time and it made it very at easy for us. I think Dmitri had just as much fun as we did that day! He had our photos up onto a site for us to check out in about one week, which is amazing, but the photos themselves were even more amazing. The photos were more than I could have imagined and I would highly recommend him & his wifey to everyone!!!
