DNA and Kathryn, the owner, were just so wonderful to work with. We were planning our wedding from abroad so had to book a caterer without doing tastings, etc. and Kathryn really put me at ease. She talked out plans for the wedding over the phone, communicated really wonderfully be email, and ran things SO smoothly on the day. We booked food from Chi'lantro in Austin, and DNA handled everything, down to matching camp plates to go with our casual camp-themed decor. Because they work with a wide range of restaurants, I really recommend them to anyone with a venue that doesn't have a kitchen or doesn't do catering service - the cost is reasonable and they handle the stressful bits for you. They even let me mix and match some homemade hors d'oeuvres and drinks into the serving plan! HIGHLY recommend.

We used DNA for our bartending service and linens, and they were amazing. Very easy to work with, prompt with answering my calls and emails, and reasonably priced. Would definitely work with them again.

We had a great experience with them. We only used the bartending service and it was extremely reasonably priced and Mando the bartender provided awesome service. He was attentive and provided people with water and knew to hand my father-in-law with a new Miller Lite without him asking. Thanks DNA!

DNA Events were AMAZING! Since I used a venue that did not provide much (meaning it was open for us to choose what we wanted), DNA became my point people. The coordinated and managed EVERYTHING, including rentals of tables, chairs and linens, food pickup and service (of delicious TacoDeli!), dessert pick-up and service, and bar service. They did everything! And made it seem easy. On the day of the wedding, ALL the servers were kind and helpful to my family helping with set up, and during the wedding they were attentive not only to me and my husband, but also to our parents, always checking in and bringing us food, drinks and water. I don't have enough words to thank them for making my wedding day so special and stress-free!!

DNA really pulled everything together for our wedding catering and we couldn’t be more grateful! It was hard to agree to the full-service catering requirement our venue set due to the added cost but the venue knew what they were doing when they set that rule and recommended DNA. It was well worth the extra cost for that stress to be taken away. They did a great job making sure food was fresh and drinks were cold. They were the first to greet and congratulate us after our “I do’s” with refreshing water while we gathered our thoughts and feelings and excitement. Most couples don’t get to eat at their own wedding but DNA made sure we each had a plate made and waiting for us at our table when we got to the reception so we could definitely enjoy the meal with everyone. They even made plates for our parents so they wouldn’t have to wait in the buffet line. Tables were bussed and everything was cleaned up as the night went on. We had plenty of leftovers and they not only packed up each individual food item for easy transport to go home the next day but also made some pre-packaged, individual meals to be enjoyed by the wedding party later in the night after DNA left. Wonderful experience from start to finish!

I am so happy we chose DNA Catering for our wedding. Kathryn made the process simple as she was always available to answer our questions and help us through our last minute changes. On the day of the wedding, the DNA staff were professional, friendly, and fun! We received several compliments from our guest on how well the catering staff took care of them. I was personally surprised by the amount of attention our personal caterer gave us; I was never without my preferred drink. Thank you, Kathryn and DNA staff for making the wedding planning process easy as well as helping our wedding day run smoothly! We truly appreciate you and your staff.

I wanted an "afternoon tea" reception, and after talking to several caterer's who tried to shoehorn their menus into that category, I found DNA events. Their "everything but the food" service allowed me to order food from a traditional tea house that doesn't provide servers or chine. Kara was great to work with on the planning stages. She even let me come to the warehouse and look at their serving pieces and pick out my specific ones. Their set of mixed china was beautiful. Everyone kept complimenting me on how great the service (including bartender) was, and they saved the day by decorating my cake with fresh flowers after the baker left without having done so!

DNA was recommended by our venue and it was the best decsion we ever made. Initially, I was hesitant in emailing this company because I (mother of the bride) was not involved in the interview process. However I found that via my first email was answered in a timely manner I knew then we were in good hands. Kara answered all my emails and phone calls efficiently and promptly. DNA was hired for the bar tendering, floral, catering for cocktail hour and setup/breakdown of ceremony to reception service. During the wedding, Jennifer took charge and made sure everybody was taken care of. Starting from the bride and groom to every guest at the wedding making sure all their needs were addressed. The setup for the cocktail hour was beautiful and the appetizers were delicious. Also Esther did a beautiful job with the floral and within our budget. My daughter's bouquet, tall centerpiece, and table centerpieces were amazing. She is an excellent florist. DNA is an exceptional company that has an amazing, caring and efficient staffing service, floral and bar tendering. If you hire this company you will be pleased with their Superior Service.

DNA Events provided HomeSlice Pizza for our wedding reception and our guests loved it! HomeSlice may have been the showstopper, but DNA was the behind the scenes crew that made everything run smoothly. From the initial emails back and forth to the big day, nothing was too big, too small, or too inconvenient for DNA to take on. They're very responsive, professional, and strive to make sure the food they're bringing from restaurants around town lives up to the hype. I highly recommend them!

Everybody envisions their wedding day as they go through the planning process, but what happened for us was beyond amazing and beyond our wildest expectations and I am happy to say that DNA Events had a very special part in that process. Their service, attention to detail and positivity helped to make the day even better than we could have ever hoped for and if anything, I just want to do it all over again and again and again! You can't go wrong if you work with DNA!

My hubby and I were blown away by the great service we were given by DNA. We used them for bartending, place settings, cups, napkins, you name it. They gave us a wonderful staff for our big day and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I couldn't believe how relaxed I felt on my wedding day because they had taken care of everything. I was able to sit back and enjoy my day without having to worry about anything food/drink related. There was never an empty glass, nor an unhappy guest. All of my guests raved about how exceptional the service was. I highly recommend going with DNA to help you on your wedding day. I am certainly glad I did. =]

We were delighted that dna provided full service catering for our daughter's wedding. Marissa, our event specialist, was amazing. She ensured that every detail was covered and provided excellent staff and beautiful dinnerware for our event. Zack, our catering captain, kept everything running smoothly and the bartenders and servers were so attentive that no guest every had an empty glass or plate. We had 150 happy guests and we were ecstatic with the service provided by dna.

Great thing about DNA Events is that they will cater in whoever you like. If you want to make your own food and just have them serve, that's an option. We had Taco Deli catered and it was amazing! Shout out to Taco Deli for making a large amount of food taste just like one taco would taste when you order at the restaurant!! DNA Events did a great job at organizing, setting up, and serving. We also went through them for our bartender. Caterering and bars can really add up in the wedding budget, but DNA Events has a lot of different packages and can meet just about any budget out there. We spent less than $2K for 125 people, food and bar service.
