Will and Sonya were a pleasure to work with. We did the vast majority of our coordination work with Will, who provided a scheduling website that tracked all details of the wedding (timeline, responsibilities, contact info of vendors and helpers, etc.) Will also had helpful advice on the timing of the day, ceremony details, cocktail hour duration, etc. Sonya was our day-of coordinator and was also a joy to work with. She helped with decor even though we hadn't paid for her to do so, and she ran a really smooth ceremony rehearsal. Her personality and kept things fun and lively. There was a small snafoo with one of our vendors and she contacted the right people in our group to ensure we were able to communicate out important info to the whole guest list. Thanks DMWTB team!

Will was very knowledgeable and flexible. He referred us to excellent vendors, his staff was friendly and competent and he communicated clearly. Will presented us with a menu of traditional wedding moments like cutting the cake and bouquet toss and he was supportive when we deleted most of them so we could create the wedding experience we wanted.

Will, Sonya, and the whole DMWTB crew were a dream to work with. The day truly went perfectly because of them. Very personable, so helpful and understanding, clear communication, and went above and beyond to make it a really unforgettable day.

Will was the best! He helped us plan the entire day and suggested how to tailor our wedding to make it fun, meaningful, and within our budget. Rhania helped coordinate the logistics on the day of wedding. Her warm and calming presence allowed us to focus on enjoying our time with family, friends, and each other. I recommend Will to all my friends who are getting engaged. He really made the day special, took stress off of us, and was always willing to give us advice when we needed it.

Will and Rhania were amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better day-of coordinator team for our wedding. From start to finish, they were incredibly organized, attentive, and supportive, making sure everything went off without a hitch. They arrived early to assist in arranging decor, coordinating with vendors, and making sure all details were perfectly executed. They took charge, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing! During the event, they kept everything on schedule, seamlessly managing transitions between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. At the end of the night, they were also incredibly helpful during the teardown process, packing everything up efficiently and ensuring that nothing was left behind. We had to be out of the venue earlier than we had originally anticipated the next day, and they even returned in the morning to help with loading out into our cargo truck and getting the venue turned around for their Sunday event! Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly relieved so much stress, allowing us to focus on enjoying the weekend with our guests. If you’re looking for a coordinator who will treat your event like their own, this is the team you want. Their professionalism, warmth, and hard work made all the difference. Highly recommended!

We found Will and his team right here, through the Knot, and couldn’t be happier with the work that was done leading up to our wedding and on our big day (September 2024). We booked the Doug Fir package with add-ons like the Zoom ceremony, and our wedding had many moving parts and pieces, but Will and Sonya (hopefully we spelled that right!) handled it all with grace, humor, and great attitudes. Will made sure every detail was looked after day-of, provided detailed schedules and planning tools, ran our rehearsal smoothly and efficiently, and most of all - he listened to us and empowered us to make decisions and work together on our wedding planning, keeping us on track with our deadlines and to-do lists. We can’t thank or recommend Will enough!

If you're on the fence about hiring Don't Mess With the Bride, JUST DO IT!! Will and Melissa were amazing. We had a small wedding (30 people) and didn't know if a day-of planner would be necessary, but it 100% was. Will's organization before the big day was very helpful, and he brought up multiple things that I never would have thought about. My favorite part was how well Will and Melissa decorated our venue for us - it truly exceeded all of my expectations (and that's saying a lot, because I am very particular!). DMWTB was the best. We also used their stereo rental, which worked perfectly. Thank you, Will and Melissa!

My husband and I were so happy with this service! We both agreed hiring Don’t Mess With The Bride was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. From the beginning, Will was incredibly helpful and us great tips regarding vendors and logistics. Rhania and Amy were the day of coordinators for our wedding and we could not be more happy with them. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy our day instead of setting up or worrying about details. This is very impressive, especially since we picked a remote location (Horning’s Hideout) which added some complications. All of the staff were efficient, attentive, and incredibly nice. DMWTB was absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I live out in Illinois but wanted our wedding in Oregon since that is where most of our friends and family live. We used Will Eichelberger and HIGHLY recommend him. Even though we hired a day coordinator instead of a full planner, it still felt like he helped me with every step. We didn't have to do a single thing on the wedding day and were able to enjoy it to the fullest.

We booked the Day-Of Coordination (Cedar) package with Will/DMWTB in early June 2023 for our September wedding, and we are SO glad we did! His years of experience were very apparent during our meetings and really helped us clarify priorities - especially vital in the final weeks when everything felt equally urgent. He is both straightforward and kind, a great combination for an overwhelmed couple with a broad range of ideas. He is incredibly organized - his templates and planning documents were clear and detailed, and his communication was excellent, particularly with our other vendors. In fact, multiple vendors reached out to us after our wedding to specifically compliment Will/DMWTB. Maybe most importantly, he got to know us so well in the two short months leading up to our wedding, that we had full confidence in all of the decisions he made on our behalf on the wedding day. It was worth every penny to know that we could enjoy our wedding day without any last-minute questions or emergencies, because Will had it fully in hand. We would absolutely recommend him to couples planning their big day!

Kari was a PHENOMENAL day-of coordinator. She kept on top of last-minute emails, ensured the day ran smoothly, and even followed up afterwards with observations about which rentals never got delivered. She has a very calming presence, so when she asked me questions, it was always in a way that kept me in a great headspace for the big day. She was patient with and kind to my family, including my cognitively-impaired dad, which meant a lot. I can’t recommend her highly enough! If you are debating booking a day-of coordinator, DO IT, and book Don’t Mess with the Bride. It will make your day so much more enjoyable.

Will and his team helped make our special day perfect! It was really nice, as a same sex couple, to have a wedding planner that advocated for our ideas over the expected wedding traditions. They were so responsive and helpful and very patient with all of our questions during the planning process. The day of went so well and was very low stress thanks to Will and his team. They seemed to think of everything and were always a step ahead of us. We absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for wedding planning and day of coordination!

Getting married is a stressful, life-changing day for everyone involved. DMWTB made my wedding day the least stressful as possible. I didn't have to think about when I was supposed to be where or how to get certain items set up in time, and they even lead the wedding rehearsal the night before. My mother-in-law asked Kari to help set up a surprise for me in our wedding-night suite and Kari took on the task and did an amazing job at it! When we walked into the room it was absolutely beautiful! The day definitely would not have been the same without the planners at DMWTB. Highly recommend!

Kari and Sonja were fantastic to work with and made sure that our wedding went perfectly. Everyone warned us that “there’s always something that goes wrong at your wedding” and this was NOT the case with us. Not only were Kari and Sonja professional, caring, helpful, and organized - they were also just fun to be around. They seemed to enjoy the wedding as much as the guests and we were so happy to have them there! We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone and they played a huge role in making the best day of our lives even better than we could have imagined it.

From beginning to end, Will & team was amazing. During the prep: Will as organized and thoughtful during our prep meetings -- providing lots of sound advice. During the wedding: Will & team not only executed on everything we planned wonderfully but also made our experience less stressful (since the ceremony outdoors and was rained out). I highly recommend working with this team if you want a less stressful wedding event :)

Hiring DMWTB was the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding. Will and his team made planning and executing our wedding so much easier than it could have possibly been on our own. Don't Mess with the Bride was a must-have for our wedding day! We originally had another wedding coordinator company, but the coordinator was always slow to respond to our emails (and sometimes never responded at all). This all led to me turning into a "Bridezilla" and firing her, then scrambling to find a replacement when we were already halfway to the finish line. In came Will, who reassured us and got us set up with his team right away. The website and name are a bit cheeky and comical, hinting at an attitude which really relieves some tension and makes stressful things feel more down to earth. Madison was our dream coordinator, and really helped us fulfill every detail. Her binder on the rehearsal day was so organized and impressive - I felt reassured that she had thought of everything. Our venue was slightly more complicated than most with a ski lift and an alpine slide, and Madison never made it feel like it was any extra work or stress. On the Big Day, I felt that I could turn to her and ask her for any small help, whether it was applying sunscreen to my back when I was alone waiting for the First Look, or asking for a cup of water. She and the assistant, Shi, did an incredible job fulfilling my vision for the set up. Every decor detail was in place and in most cases they made it look even better than when I had set things up in my house for a trial run. Madison also kept us on schedule without making us feel rushed. When the DJ mispronounced our name, Madison rushed in there and let him know. My dad also had a ton of compliments for the team after the big day, basically saying he was remarkably impressed and we couldn't have done it without them. My only regret is that I didn't pay for the cleanup service - if you're wondering whether to do it, DO IT! It is very affordable. We were all tired and happy after the event and shoulda woulda coulda ;) In the end, I really felt that no one was able to mess with me, the Bride.

Will and his team helped our wedding run so smoothly! We were looking for day-of coordination but we ended up going with the Silver package because it just made more sense. We also added on bartending services. They were absolutely wonderful. Quick communication by email during the months heading up to the wedding. They helped me think of things I hadn't even considered that made our day the best it could be! We are in Salem, so we personally worked with Madison (amazing!) and Sandy for a couple planning meetings at the venue and then of course the big day. I definitely recommend DBWTB!

Will, Rhania, & Sonya were all an answer to prayer! Our original "wedding coordinator" that we hired for our wedding was very very unimpressive. She refused to help with any day of setting up (for example: sticking 9 candle sticks in candle holders) and when we tried to get in contact with her she had told us that another wedding was priority over ours so she didn't have time to help answer our questions. This had gone on for a few months and we had finally had enough and let her go the week before our wedding. Fast forward to when I connected with Will from DMWTB. He was very responsive from the beginning and so helpful in answering any questions and offering lots of reassurance. He and his team took on our wedding with only 1 week to prepare and let me tell you..... THEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! We met over Zoom a few times to really nail down our vision and get all of the logistics and timelines in order. They have every detail organized and are great at providing reassurance every step of the way. Will and Sonya were at our rehearsal dinner and we ran through rehearsal twice very smoothly. On the day of the wedding, Rhania and Sonya ran the show! Rhania is so thoughtful and great at what she does. She made sure all of the small last minute details were setup accordingly on the day of. She even gave my bridesmaids and I a ride to our first look pictures so that we didn't have to walk and she even helped me clean my dress when drinks were spilled on it. Everyone at our wedding praised about how great Rhania was the whole time and how thoughtful she was! Thank you so much DMWTB for making our wedding a day we could fully enjoy and not stress about! We will definitely recommend you to all of our friends and family!

Momo, Rhania, Madison, and Will were a huge asset in helping to manage the ever changing details of our wedding - thank you Covid and a heatwave! Momo, Rhania and Madison did a stellar job on our wedding day making sure everything was setup and running smoothly - especially considering it was 108 degrees outside! They helped to make sure everyone was staying hydrated and comfortable. Hiring Don't Mess with the Bride was definitely the right decision and I can't thank them enough!

Will did a spectacular job executing our day. He was able to take all of my crazy notes and drawings and turn it all into a cohesive game plan. His team executed wonderfully and worked their butts off until the day was done. They were quick on their feet in making decisions and left me and my family alone unless we were really needed (except to check-in periodically to make sure we had enough to drink). Pricing was great and availability for questions and meetings was plenty. Hire them!!

Will was fantastic, very professional, and worked with us in coordinating our wedding ceremony and reception. He was a great relief for us for our special day and would highly recommend him and his staff for your event.

I cant say enough about Will. I cant imagine having a more stress-free well-run and managed wedding, and most of that is due to Will. He was reaching out to vendors on his own before our wedding day even though we technically only hired him as a "day-of" coordinator. He went above and beyond his call of duty. I felt such an ease all day knowing Will was there and helping with everything while I was just getting pampered and ready. He took charge during the rehearsal and made sure all of the wedding party was rehearsed and informed on how the next day would run. It truly was a perfect day and I have Will to thank for that.

We could not have pulled off our wedding without Will and his team! We weren't sure if it was worth the investment to hire a DOC but hands down it is. Will displayed the utmost professionalism with his calm demeanor and ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible, going beyond the call at the end of the night to wrap things up. Things didn't go perfectly but I don't believe you can account and take care for everything with the magnitude of moving parts. During the planning phase, Will was very attentive to our vision of having a creative DIY wedding and guided us along the way without being forceful. Because Will has a full time job on the side, some things were not as detailed or prompt but this isn't an issue if you have a more relaxed personality but may be if you are full on Type A or a bridezilla. Thank you Will for bringing our crazy wedding to life - you rock!!

We couldn't have pulled off our amazing wedding without Will and his team. Our wedding was fairly laid back, so we never planned on hiring a coordinator. It is definitely one of the best choices we made. Will ran our rehearsal, coordinated schedules the day of, and truly made sure that no one messed with me! One of his staff stood at our photo guest book table all night to help guests take pictures and sign, which made all the difference. Will released tables to go to the buffet, which took that out of the hands of some poor family member that would've inevitably been in charge of that. I will recommend Don't Mess With The Bride to the moon and back. Even my bridesmaids said that when they saw Will walking around at the reception, they knew everything was going according to plan. It takes an amazing team to make a 230-person wedding run like clockwork, and Will and his staff were a crucial part of that team. Whatever your budget, I highly recommend meeting with Will to discuss your options! We simply couldn't have done it without him! Thanks, DMWTB!!!

I cannot express the amazingness that Will and his team is. I was a DIY bride, on my own (everyone was out of state) and Will was there to help with questions and recommendations along the way. The entire engagement, my husband and I kept saying to each other “I am so happy we hired him”. Story time; at the rehearsal, the DMWTB team was there to help up set up for the big day (centerpieces, tablecloths, etc.) and I had made some signs out of big picture frames and a BAR sign out of corks. Well, turns out there was no place to hang them and the R on my sign totally busted in route. Before I could even think, Will said, “Don’t worry about it, I will take care of it”. Somehow magically the next day there were cute wooden stands that held up my signs and my BAR sign was fixed and secured on a piece of wood (and is now sitting in our kitchen on display because I love it so much). The day of the wedding, all my husband and I focused on was us getting married and being with all of our loved ones; DMWTB literally did everything else. They ran the bar, cut the cake, poured the champagne, kept us on a schedule (but were flexible which was also amazing, because we got to do what we wanted) and probably a million other things. Will even kept checking in to make sure we were doing okay; making sure we had drinks, before the ceremony giving us water and keeping us calm. My favorite part; we had an hour of clean up at the end, and at the end of the hour, everything was cleaned up and put in boxes and bags and my husband and I did not lift a finger, we were so busy saying goodbye and all of a sudden it was all done! On a side note, we received so many compliments from our guests about how nice the entire staff was. Looking back, this was honestly the best use of our money, easily (and they really should charge more but I am very happy that they are such a reasonable cost). I could go on for pages about how great these guys are, but just hire them. It will be the best decision you make (besides marrying the love of your life of course) :)
