Dorothy K's Flowers and More

Dorothy K's did an amazing job with exactly what I wanted and the flowers looked amazing. They were the best price for amazing flowers! They were everything that I wanted. I will use them for any flowers I need from now on!

The owner was really nice to us. He really made us feel comfortable and confident about using him as our florist. However, we did not get any sense of confidence from his staff. Each time we had to get in touch with him we always got the run around from his staff and they never knew any details about our order. We rented the groom's tux and the groomsmens' tuxes from his store as well (through Guy's Tuxedo) and when I sent the guys to have their measurements taken, the staff had no idea where the order forms were that included the tux style that I had already chosen. Fortunately, the owner was able to solve this problem relatively quickly. When we went to pick up the tuxes they were not ready. The NIGHT BEFORE the wedding, one of the staff members had to bring it to us at 8:00pm during our rehearsal dinner! Thank God everything fit! The day of the wedding, the flowers were running late so I had my bridesmaid call to check on them. The staff said that she didn't think the flowers were supposed to be there until 1pm, but they were supposed to be there at 10am! Needless to say, they were late. Adn the accent color was a little off. If not for the generosity of the owner and the price, I would have rated this vendor a zero, which is unfortunate because I really did like the owner.
