Dorothy is hands-down the MVP when it comes to destination weddings! She’s so organized, has great relationships with the resorts, & gave us fabulous direction throughout the year leading up to our wedding. My husband & I both loved working with her, as did our guests.

We absolutely loved working with Dorothy for our Destination Wedding in Mexico. She was AMAZING! Dorothy is the most kind-hearted, knowledgeable and efficient communicator. She made the entire process from start to finish so effortless for us and our wedding guests. Dorothy was AMAZING! I can't thank her enough for helping me coordinate logistics for my destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. She was so sweet and patient while helping my family and friends book. It gave me such peace of mind knowing I could rely on her to answer everyone's questions. She also went above and beyond to work with a hotel that I had requested. She's a great communicator as well!

Dorothy was an absolute dream to work with. She was basically available 24/7 a day, taking my calls early in the am and late in the evening. Every time she answered with a positive attitude and made you feel like you are her #1 priority. I can honestly say that it is HARD to find a destination wedding resort when you have not seen them in person. Dorothy was patient with me through the entire process and provided great insights. In the end she was the reason we went with the resort we chose and we could not have gotten luckier with such a perfect resort and venue (shout out to Live Aqua Punta Cana). All my guests were anxiously waiting to meet Dorothy at our wedding because she was such a pleasure to work with. She helped almost 90 guests with all their questions, concerns, and travel needs. Dorothy was beyond helpful not only for myself and husband, but to our entire wedding party. We had a lot of first time international travelers who of course came with lots of questions & she handled them all with so much patience. She was informative and clear every step of the way. Dorothy was excellent! I interviewed a few travel agents for my destination wedding. My maid of honor helped me with the interviews as she did leisure travel at one point so I figured she could make sure I asked the right questions. I connected with Dorothy almost immediately, that is key as you will work closely together. I shared with her what I was looking for in terms of experiences and what we wanted to avoid (FH did not want to go to Mexico) and we started with a list of properties that met my initial criteria. Yes, it was initial as I thought of other things once I reviewed the first list. Dorothy was quick to make changes and we quickly selected a venue- sight unseen. Throughout the planning she kept a Google sheet so I always had the current status of reservations. That list was ultimately shared with the hotel as our final list of attendees. Our guests all commented on how much they liked working with her. Some booked online through the wedding site and only spoke when making changes and others called and she booked their entire trips. Everything was flawless and I ultimately used her to book another trip about a month later!

As soon as we reached out to Dorothy about our interest in a destination wedding, she was quick to respond and help us narrow down our options based on our needs and wants for the trip and wedding. Once we decided on our location, she made sure that everyone in our group had an easy booking process. During our consultations with the Sandals wedding planner she even sat in on a call to make sure that every detail was covered. Prior to our trip we were sent our final itinerary info and the cutest little wedding favor gift! Hopefully I’ll never be in the wedding market again 🤣😉 but I’ll definitely keep Dorothy in mind for future travels!

Dorothy was amazing to work with. Always available to answer questions or assist with my friends and family needs. As the bride planning wedding in Mexico, I had many times that I became frustrated with getting a hold of the resort/wedding coordinator, Dorothy would call or figure out a way to get my questions answered. An added plus she speaks Spanish. I highly recommend using Dorothy as your travel agent.

We had the most amazing honeymoon thanks to Dorothy! It was so nice to have airfare, transportation and resort all taken care of. She kept us up to date the entire time and sent us all of the documents we needed. We will be using her again for our next vacation and recommend her to all of our friends & family!!

Dorothy helped us plan our destination wedding in Playa Del Carmen in just 5 short months!
