Dos Goats Plans

today is super saturated and they were able to point us towards vendors that would be right for us so we didn’t have to sift through hundreds of options on our own. And when our caterer drastically changed pricing on us, they helped us write a response to get the numbers fixed. All with a cool calming energy! Day of, we didn’t have to worry about any of the details. We got to just sit back and enjoy knowing Dos Goats would make our vision come to life :) They are experts with tons of connections and experience. They will keep your wedding stress-free. And they are accepting and welcoming of all types of couples and weddings (traditional or not)!

We did all our own planning, but Adam and Christina were there to double check contracts and give lots of advice in the months leading up to the wedding. They also provided some great planning documents that I didn’t initially intend to use, but they turned out to be fantastic and immensely helpful. The month of the wedding they took over wrangling all of our vendors and day-of they kept us running on track being mindful of the time limitations of other vendors. We had a shuttle run late and while Christina was calling the hotel, Adam was with our brothers, doing a head count to figure out if we could start on time or if we needed to wait for the missing shuttle. We started a bit late. But they adjusted and kept everything on track the rest of the night. It was amazing to not have to worry about where we should be or what we should be doing. They just made sure we were where we needed to be. Could we have done it without them, maybe (with great strain on our family). But we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our wedding on the same level that we were able to thanks to Adam and Christina. Adam said yes to all our hair brained ideas and Christina made sure we could actually get them all done. They took such good care of us. Every time we talked to them on our actual wedding night they told us to just go have fun, they'd take care of it and they did. More than that, because we did all our own decor, they jumped in to set up and tear down everything. That was invaluable at the end of the night. Sure, we could have tasked family to help, but then they wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the party the way they did either. Yes, it increased our wedding budget but it allowed us to get our money’s worth from everything else we budgeted for. Dos Goats was amazing. We can’t thank them enough. Adam and Christina were proactive in implementing our indoor plan, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! We were also able to use some decor pieces from their rentals, which is an amazing perk of their coordinating services. Throughout the planning process and on the day of, Adam and Christina were always a calming presence, which we so appreciated. Thank you, Dos Goats, for helping make our wedding day dreams a reality!

na kept it real and chill, and kept this easily stressed bride calm -- which is no easy feat. Their experience in the industry speaks for itself and they have the network, tools and inventory to back it up. They were always willing to meet, answer emails, help fill in gaps in knowledge -- whatever we needed, they were there. They really went above and beyond what day-of coordination entails, so I can't imagine what their partial or full planning looks like <3 If the months leading up to the wedding were easier thanks to Dos Goats, I can't even begin to explain how crucial they were to the success of our wedding day itself. First, they ran our rehearsal dinner the night before -- which our unruly bridal party definitely benefitted from :P Knowing how busy they are, that they made time for our rehearsal was so appreciated. They did an unbelievable job setting up our wedding venue the day of, taking our decor and ideas and elevating them beyond what I even thought was possible. I had nothing but faith in their ability to manage our schedules, and they kept every single thing on track. At the end of the night, they took care of packing everything up and getting it into vehicles. They really were the greatest asset we had in the days leading up to our wedding and certainly on the day itself. I'll miss working with them just because I'll miss THEM and how amazing they are.
