Professionalism and Flexibility: Noel will be more than enough to take care of your dream wedding. Tell her what you envision and she'll try her best to deliver it.
Quality: It would be based on your expectations, but personally Noel and her team did their job as instructed, and will be happy to also advise and help what can be done to make your event smooth sailing.
ALL IN ONE: We had our rehearsal dinner in the pool patio and reception in the grand ballroom of Doubletree by Hilton, Irvine. On both days, our guests enjoyed the events Noel and her team prepared.
They also offer room block, so make sure to inquire about that. We had 16 rooms blocked for our event and Alyna helped us to make that possible. She also gave us welcome gift!

Noel and all others at doubletree Irvine have been incredible before, during, and after my father’s celebration of life. From the moment I chose doubletree for my event I knew I was in good hands. Noel did not only do her job but she was invested and treated my fathers celebration of life like it were her own. I am beyond grateful for my experience here.

I celebrated my 50th birthday at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Irvine, California. My event coordinator was Noel. She is AMAZING! From the planning to the end, she was always there to answer questions, fulfill requests, and most of all assure me she would be there to make sure everything is perfect. She was right. My family and guests loved the atmosphere, food, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. I will definitely recommend DoubleTree to family and friends. I look forward to working with Noel again!!

We had our wedding at Doubletree by Hilton Irvine Spectrum on November 18, 2023 and worked directly with Noel Vasin. All the hotel staff are friendly and professional but I can’t express how much we are happy with Noel. She is so professional, friendly, kind and responsive. She was always welcoming and patient with my last minute questions and changes and responded to all my emails and calls very quickly. The hotel venue price is very reasonable for the area. We catered food from outside but we did open bar with the hotel and we are happy with the quality of drinks. The hotel rooms are also clean and we always enjoyed the little treat like the hot cookies. Definitely recommend!

I inspected three other hotels to finally choose DoubleTree by Hilton Irvine Spectrum for our family even of Celebration of Life for 73 people. Noel Vasin, the Event Manager at this hotel was the main reason I decided on this hotel. From the very first moment, she greeted me with warm and caring eyes, and very fresh and delicious cookies, in a bag as a gift. She provided me with excellent service from the very first moment. She even came in on her day off to make sure everything goes well with our even. Then venue is very clean and ALL the staff were very professional and caring. My out of town guests who stayed at the hotel all gave me excellent reviews about their stay at the hotel, their rooms, the service they got from all the staff, the hotel facilities, etc. I highly recommend this hotel for all your events, as well as for staying for business or family events or pleasure. They have a free shuttle to the Orange County Airport, as well as to Irvine Spectrum shopping mall. I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends coming to visit us. Thank you SO much Noel Vasin.

The customer support provided by Catering Sales Manager (Noel Vasin) was remarkable, professional and friendly. She wen´t over the mile by accommodation some of my special requests. In addition, the meeting room where I help my business meeting met all of needs; quiet, spacious and comfortable. Definitely will come back and recommend this hotel to held your meetings.

We held a different event in their Ballroom but were very impressed with their pricing, flexibility of packages (able to accommodate our small group 20), and the service provided to us. Food was great, and we had no trouble with A/V equipment. The ballroom itself was more of a traditional vibe, classical, and warm toned. We would definitely host another family event there!

Annie worked with my family & I in setting up a block of rooms for our out-of-town guests. She also helped set up a shuttle to and from the venue on the day of the wedding, which was great! She kept great communication with me and answered all my questions right away.
