a 51 y/o bride I had no idea where to start and what my vision was. I felt like she was 1000% invested in guiding me to create the wedding of my dreams. It started with a pool side sunset ceremony that accommodated my 110 guests. Immediately followed by a reception where most of our guests claimed it was one of the best weddings they had been too. Our guests loved the food provided at the Sante Fe buffet that we chose. The candlelight center pieces came to life because of the staff. Each table had at least 8 candles and it looked stunning in the low lights. The head table was perfectly risen over the dance floor. The dance floor was adequately sized and was jam packed all night thanks to the sounds of our DJ, Johnny. Our bartender Alex was AMAZING and kept the drinks flowing. We danced well up until midnight. The party continued because of the great room block price that was provided. So we all got to hang out and decompress in the lobby together.  The key points: * we had a ton of access to the venue for our vendors and for set up * there were many things included in the base price such as a dance floor, mirrored center pieces w/ tea lights, champagne toast, cake cutting and so on * the food was really tasty, and in abundance for the price point * there was so much flexibility with the start time for the ceremony, I had my heart set on a sunset wedding and I GOT IT! * the staff was super friendly and accommodating * the room block was such a deal price point wise that our local guests even chose to stay at the venue * and finally NOEL, she lead the way and I NEVER felt any kind of stress because of the service she provided

Noel, has to making sure the event flows beautifully. From helping buckaroo for my daughter and our family to get ready, to coordinating with the vendors and the staff. The food was fantastic, all my guests raved about the appetizers and everyone loved the main course. Special shout out to the banquets team who brought my vision to life. Our bartender Victor was fantastic. I am super impressed with the Doubletree team and I would recommend this location to anybody interested in hosting any type of event

inish, everything was beautifully organized, seamless, and stress-free for the couple and the wedding party. The staff also went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly. A huge thank you to Noel, Miguel (Chef), and Victor, their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Miguel’s food was absolutely delicious and received so many compliments from guests throughout the night. Noel and Victor were incredibly attentive and made sure everything stayed on schedule while still allowing the couple to fully enjoy their day. As someone standing so close to the bride, it meant everything to see her relaxed and happy knowing she was in such good hands. The entire event was beautiful, well-coordinated, and memorable for everyone who attended. I would highly recommend this venue and team to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding experience.
