Truly, I’m not sure where to start. I would assume most couples are in the same boat when it comes to planning their wedding. What appealed to us from this venue was the positive reviews, location near the water, being a one stop shop so to speak, and within budget. What I love about this venue was you had the ability to tailor your wedding how you wanted it. They gave us inspiration and support the whole year of planning.
You are able to attend the annual tasting event, which helped us engage our family and bridal party. You could taste about 98% of the menu items, so come hungry. That helped us see what the space could be, inspired our menu choices, and meet vendors if you needed some.
By then we had our vision and menu down. We could make that choice based on our exposure and experience at the tasting. We had another appointment to go over details.
What really made this place the best was the staff. Melissa and Rhea, who helped my, now husband and I, with everything, from the planning process to the day of. They were professional, made us feel at ease, and were very easy to get in touch with.
Regardless of who they were serving, the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Each person I encountered, and had heard from our guests, was accommodating, respectful, caring, and hospitable.
You can go as big or as small as you want. Have a comfortable place to spend the evening, have a beautiful outdoor space to have a ceremony (if you so choose), get ready in a hotel room or large hospitality room (again if you so choose). That’s the beauty- you have the choice and power to choose what is important to you and your wedding dream here.
Location, choice, value, and professionalism were what drew us here. We both agree the value for what you get here far exceeded our expectations….i could go on and on. We will forever be grateful to the staff, especially Melissa and Rhea, for bringing our wedding dream to life.
