DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Springfield

Our experience with the Double Tree was amazing and we can't say enough great things about this venue! Every little detail was taken care of including some of the last minute changes we made the week of our wedding. Heather and her team are extremely professional, experienced, and accommodating and answered any questions we had promptly throughout the entire planning process. Every staff member we interacted with from the reception desk to the catering staff made us and our guests feel welcomed. The food was great, the accommodations are top notch, and the staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a venue to host your reception, we would highly recommend that you check the Double Tree out!

We reached out to Double Tree for room accomodations. They were quick to identify how many rooms we needed for our guests, dates, and rate. Once these things were established helped us figure out transportation needs to and from our venue. On our wedding night my wife and I arrived at the hotel to find a special package waiting for us from the hotel. Double Tree Springfield did an amazing job for us, and made sure to make the process as stress free as possible. With everything else that we had going on it was nice to know this was something that we didn't have to worry about.

The staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, the whole expierenc was perfect!

They are simply the best! They go the extra mile and make it easy. Their service is why I chose them for my wedding reception. I was so impressed with the delicious food and so were my guests. They made sure my husband and I were always well taken care of and checked in with us but not too much. If you want to have fun and not have to worry about the details, pick the Double Tree for your reception. So fun so beautiful and when we retired for the night to our room they had lots of surprises for us. 🍾🥂 they even packed us to-go boxes of food and cake YUM!

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Springfield was the perfect place for my family to stay while they were in town for my wedding. It is a beautiful hotel with kind and friendly staff. They are willing to work with you and answer any questions you may have. It is located in a centralized location, and conveniently has a wonderful restaurant connected to it. I am happy with my decision to use this hotel for my family during my wedding!

The staff was so great to work with! We had our rehearsal dinner, reception, and breakfast for the morning after the wedding here. They helped make planning easy and listened to what I wanted. We only had minor communication issues the weekend of the wedding, but they were corrected quickly and efficiently! I would highly recommend this venue for your reception and other events!

We booked a group of rooms for our wedding at the DoubleTree. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were great. Delaney was excellent to work with, and having brunch the day after at Gracie's was a perfect way to see everyone off. We had a few small hiccups, but the staff was great at stepping up and helping us out. Overall, we had an excellent experience! ! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at the Doubletree. I live in Colorado and planned a Missouri wedding. Dee and Delaney were fantastic in keeping everything fun and easy right from the beginning . The bright smiles of Joe, Heather and Delaney welcomed me at check in. Boy, I felt like a queen! The front desk staff was prompt and friendly -Making ALL of our cookie dreams come true. Last but not least, the catering staff made our rehearsal dinner fun and memorable. From the service to the food, it could NOT have been better.

There are so many good things I could say about the DoubleTree. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They all made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. The venue space was a great size and was very well organized. The rooms at the hotel were kept up nice. And the food got more compliments than anything else! You could not pick a better place for your wedding!

Very accommodating staff. Extremely professional. The food was amazing. They were quick to respond to my e-mails and last minute requests. After the wedding, they followed up and were helpful when I thought we had left some items at the venue. Many of our guests complimented the food. Thank you, Doubletree!!

I cannot say enough good things about the DoubleTree Hotel! Every single person I encountered went above and beyond to make my wedding perfect. The hotel rooms were amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food won't be beat! You will not find a better place to host your wedding!!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and made sure all our needs were met, even going above and beyond their normal role. the facility itself was beautiful, allowing our reception turn out lovely. Could have not asked for better service.

We loved this venue we wanted to use it for our reception but they didn't have enough space but I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We've been to a couple receptions and rehearsal dinner there and it was awesome. Our rehearsal dinner is going to be there and we are excited!

There aren't enough stars to adequately rate our experience at the DoubleTree. Start to finish and down to the tiniest detail, the experience was top notch. Our guests were very impressed with the setting and the quality of the meal. DoubleTree is a great example of customer service done extremely well.

My experience has been too amazing not to share. Disclaimer- I want to say that I have not even had my wedding yet, but have just finished the tasting for my catering. I've worked with mainly Alicia and Nicole, and I have to say that both are wonderful! However, a special mention for Nicole: she did take over on my wedding after Alicia was promoted to a different area, so she came in with big shoes to fill. She has been so wonderful and amazing to work with! I can't even begin to describe how much she has put me at ease with not only special needs for foods but also with any questions I would have about anything and everything. Nicole is very calm and collected. Her sense of humor helps as well to quell any sort of nervousness I have. Her professionalism is quite outstanding. The food that was served was delicious. As a former photographer's assistant, I've had numerous meals at different establishments over the years, and these meals served to us are BY FAR the best in the area. (Looking at you, Branson venues). Anyway, enough rambling. I am so excited to have my wedding at the Doubletree. I know that everything is in good hands and that our wedding will be outstanding, all thanks to these wonderful people.

The staff at the Doubletree were extremely professional and genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. I'd like to highlight Joe Wadkins. He is awesome!!!

Leah Keith was the coordinator we used for our room blocks. We didn't have an exact number of guests and we cut off our room block special pricing too soon. We should have waited until the week before but we stopped the special rates about a month before. However Leah extended the special rate out to our guests and had that information updated on their website for our guests to find easily.

We were very happy with the way we were treated by all the staff. We had our wedding reception at the hotel and feel that everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and that everyone truly cared about our experience. We had multiple guests compliment the staff at the reception and how they treated everyone. Also, the food was excellent and appreciated by everyone. The staff also took extra care with the meals of all guests who have food allergies which is much appreciated. The room and amenities at the hotel were fabulous. I can not state enough how happy we were overall with the hotel and staff. Thanks for a wonderful wedding night.

DoubleTree made our whole planning process so easy and everything turned out exactly how I wanted. The event staff was amazing during the reception. They took such great care of my husband and I and all of our guests. The food was delicious. When we got to our room we were surprised to find it decorated with rose petals, such a nice touch!

Our recent wedding at the DoubleTree was outstanding! The staff was exceptional and very helpful. I still crave that amazing chicken dish from that night, so the food was on point! I hosted the rehearsal dinner for my son and bride at the Doubletree. The venue was decorated perfectly, the food was excellent and service could not have been better. For the price it was exceptional. Going through the process to book the venue was made very easy by the employees. No changes were to hard or a problem. The employees made it a night to remember and was very much appreciated.

Great rooms and affordable rates for the room block. When issues arose, the staff was quick to fix any issues and very timely in email responses. Also, very professional. Great place to stay!

DoubleTree was amazing! Our guests enjoyed their stay and loved the delicious cookies! Leah Keeth was so friendly and she was very helpful with setting up the block and tracking our guests.

The Doubletree staff is top notch! They are so helpful, accommodating, and eager to make every event a success! My guests raved about the food and how good it was! Alicia was THE BEST!! She has a calm and confident presence that allowed me, as the bride, to be calm and confident that everything would turn out great! Rick, who assisted in catering on the night before the wedding and the day of the wedding, was very helpful. He set out all the center pieces and when things weren't originally set up the way I had requested, he worked hard with me to make the adjustments with a very positive attitude! I could not say enough great things about the people at the Doubletree! You will not be disappointed if you have your wedding here!

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at Gracie's resteraunt in July. We also had many guests book rooms at the hotel and we stayed in a suite the night of our wedding. We were extremely impressed with Leah and Alicia in the sales office! They were so friendly and professional! We loved that our rehearsal dinner was completely private and the waitstaff/bartenders were great. We didn't have to rent the space-- we just paid for all the food and alcohol. I thought it was affordable, but still upscale. I would highly recommend working with the DoubleTree!

The DoubleTree Hotel really gave myself, my parents, my wedding party and most of all, my guests a true "Wow" Factor from start to finish. Once I booked with Leah and Alicia, I knew they would take great care of my wedding guests. Leah was so accommodating and anticipated all my needs so I didn't not have to worry at all (which is nice during the wedding stress). Alicia took care of our brunch and I didn't have to worry about anything! I have to give a huge THANK YOU to the front desk team, all of our guests were RAVING about how nice they all were, especially Kristy and Ian. We had over 70 hotel bags to hand out and they were so kind to let us take up their front desk area and to hand them all out to our guests for us. In addition to having all of our wedding guests stay at the Doubletree, my now husband and I hosted a brunch the morning after our wedding and the banquets team executed it flawlessly. The food was fantastic and it was great to be able to mingle with our guests before they left town. The entire banquet staff, Cara, Marissa, Sonny, Chef and everyone else are top notch and their service is second to none! I would even recommend having your wedding here! THANK YOU to the entire DoubleTree team, you were a huge part of our wedding and so happy we chose your hotel for our room block and brunch.

Working with the staff was a delight! When planning anything related to a wedding the occasion is greatly affected by those a part of the whole process. The planning and anticipating the event influences the overall enjoyment of the actual wedding day and weekend. Your staff contributed to our wedding and family memories. Thank you! Leah and Alisa were thorough and trustworthy - although there was a minor mishap with the welcome bags for our guests. I appreciated the way the team worked together. It was obvious that they respected each other. And they had nothing but praise for the management. Again, working within this kind of atmosphere/ environment enhances the whole experience.

The rehearsal room & dinner was a lovely experience. Very comfortable atmosphere. The food was scrumptious!! There was always a staff member available for anything needed. The next day was never-ending joy including cocktail hour in the lounge that the staff made sure supplied great appetizers & drinks. The area was easy to flow through & visit with guests..never felt crowded or stuffy. Then on to the reception room which was just breathtaking when you walked in! The staff were lined up waiting to welcome the guests & help any way needed. The food was not only beautiful on the plates but delicious!! The room held the DJ & dance floor effortlessly...Everyone felt very comfortable to get up and shake a leg or just sit close by & watch the festivities!! I am so glad that I reserved a wedding block at the Doubletree in Springfield. It is a gorgeous hotel & has a Houlihans attached to it. On our wedding day, my husband, his groomsman and friends were able to watch football the morning of & go to their hotel room to change when it was time. It also provided an easy place for us to gather when our friends were arriving. The hotels rooms are extremely nice. I reserved one of the suites to get ready in with my bridesmaids & there was plenty of room. The staff at the Doubletree went above and beyond to help us during the planning stages. They provided weekly updates as to how full our wedding block was & even gave us a free night in the wedding suite after we filled our wedding block. Also, we provided welcome gifts in each one of our guests room. The Doubletree staff was incredibly nice to help us with this.

We made our wedding weekend reservations with Double Tree because we knew the hotel would be wonderful and Houlihan's would be convenient for meeting with our guests. They set aside a block of rooms for us with a reservation website and touched base with me several times. The night of our event, our room was decorated with rose petals, champagne and chocolates. It was a wonderful weekend.

I was so impressed by the level of service and customer service from the Doubletree as a whole! Every person from beginning to the end was so courteous, prompt and personable. The room was also very nice, and a good size. I was completely surprised and touched at the lovely rose petal decoration, chocolate covered strawberries, and champagne that was left for us returning from our reception! How thoughtful! We also got so many compliments on the food that was catered, the portion was extremely generous and was so good! Not only that, Gracie's food quality and service were wonderful, I honestly can't say enough good things about every person we encountered at the hotel.

I have to say from the second I decided to use the DoubleTree for my wedding rehearsal dinner, reception, and guest rooms I knew that I had nothing to worry about! The service provided by each and every member of the staff at the DoubleTree could not have been better. Leah and Amanda provided awesome service for my guest room block management so that I did not have to call and even ask them how rooms were picking up they were on top of every detail and called or e-mailed me before the thought even crossed my mind. The catering and banquet staff were the best that I have ever seen going above and beyond for every request that myself or our families had. It gave me real peace of mind to totally enjoy our wedding day knowing that I did not have a single detail to worry about from food to decorations that the DoubleTree staff had everything under control.Nicole, Cara, Rick, Kelly, Marissa, and the rest of the staff were so professional and on top of things I literally could not have asked them for more. I can not end this review without talking about the food though. Our families were so blown away by every single detail that the chef's at the DoubleTree paid attention to. We had a lot of different food aspects going on from Hors D'Oeuvres, to the rehearsal dinner, to more Hors D'Oeuvres, to the reception dinner itself and we had a pretty tough group to please, however, every single person that we talked to that evening had nothing but AMAZING things to say about all of the food. So from the bottom of our hearts- THANK YOU DOUBLETREE! You made this day the most perfect and special day and we will never forget it!

We used the DoubleTree for our guest accommodations and rehearsal dinner site. They helped make our weekend stress free. The food for our rehearsal was delicious! We had a nice private room at Gracies inside the hotel. I wish I would have just my entire reception at the DoubleTree because they were just that great!

My now husband and I hosted our wedding reception at the Double Tree by Hilton and their level of quality, service, professionalism, and attention to detail was exceptional! The entire planning processes was easy and simple and my calls/emails were were returned promptly. They executed every last detail from menu, set-up, service and and clean up leaving me care free on the big day! And when it was all said and done we were under budget!!

I can't say enough about how helpful and wonderful the Double Tree staff was. Everyone there went above and beyond to make the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception perfect!! The Sales team was extremely helpful and kind! It was the most perfect day ever!! Everyone there was professional and helpful. I wish I had the words to say how easy they made everything and how much I enjoyed working with them! They offered 5 star quality and I am very impressed!

The staff at Hilton-Doubletree in Springfield made my dream day perfect. They were there for each and every one of my questions and needs. Helped tremendously with everything. My guests loved the staff, location, and services! I would definitely recommend using them for any wedding/reception!
