From the wonderful crew at the front desk to the bar/restaurant, our wedding banquet, our brunch, and through our extended stay after we said “ I do”, each were why we will stay again at this hotel and utilize them for another party!

ful, is in a convenient location near many restaurants, and was affordable for our guests! Staff were extremely responsive throughout the planning process, and everything turned out great! They were extremely helpful and offered recommendations when needed (such as when we had to move the breakfast to a different location within the hotel due to the number of anticipated guests). They were able to make sure our guests got the welcome favors we prepared when they checked into the hotel. The bartenders were all great as well! The food at the breakfast was delicious, and they were able to accommodate various food allergies. We were incredibly happy with everything, and our guests had a wonderful experience at the hotel celebrating our wedding that weekend! And of course – the cookies when you check in are always a plus! 😊

After the deadline, and month of the wedding, Caitlyn allowed us to add on more rooms for the agreed upon price. She is a saint. Absolutely knowledgeable in her field, kind, polite, and organized. She even discussed our options with us for an after party, but with a room block of 55 rooms, there wasnt a great space that could accommodate our group late night, but we were given referrals to Thirsty Moose for after our rehearsal and Murphy's Taproom after our wedding (both of which I highly recommend if staying at this hotel). Caitlyn is just hands down the best to work with and she made the entire pre-wedding process so easy, offering our guests a discounted rate. We absolutely would stay there again and overall our service was fantastic. Unfortunately I cannot give quality of service 5 stars because our welcome bags were not handed out to every guest in our room block as requested. After calling and expressing some concerns over this during the rehearsal dinner, it seemed to improve. When my husband and I checked it, it took a long time, and our price for the bridal suite and then wedding night suite was not what was agreed upon in advance. Eventually this was corrected and we paid what we were supposed to, but we feel that this could have been more organized. With that said, the customer service was amazing and a hotel staff member made it up to us by bringing our luggage to our room and folding up the pull out bed we had originally requested, top notch service. Given that this hotel has gone through countless major recent changes to become what it is now (absolutely gorgeous modern updated clean rooms with countless amenities and a great gym which I absolutely did use on my wedding morning), which included computer system changes, I know this process will only get better and more efficient. If you are looking to have your guests stay in the lively city of Manchester with many options for after party locations right on Elm Street, then I highly suggest working with Caitlyn and her team at the DoublTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown.

. myself, my fiance and my parents drove down for our meeting for touring the facility and waited for her...she never showed. She was left numerous voicemail's my the front desk. We waited 20 minutes after our appointment time and left. She called me about 2 hours later apologizing because she was planning another event. I don't know if she is just overworked or not very good at multitasking but i thought you should know before booking here.

rk with. She walked us through everything, starting with the first visit and ending a few days before when we dropped everything off. Their packages make everything very easy, especially budgeting, since the per person fee includes tax and gratuity (something we didn't see anywhere else). On the day of, Patrit the banquet manager made sure everything went off without a hitch. The food was excellent, and they accommodated all of our needs and requests. I highly recommend the wedding suite - we stayed there the night before and the night of, and it is huge, a perfect place to hang out and get ready. The Spa Within, the spa inside the hotel, also went out of their to accommodate us for manicures and pedicures; they worked us in even though we didn't have a prior appointment. We could not have asked for a more perfect day! I would recommend the Radisson Manchester to anyone looking for a reception venue.

n the Sales office and really helped me through the entire planning process. I ended up going with the Sapphire Package that they offered and it made planning that much easier. It included the Limo, cake, centerpieces, 4 course meal, and a complimentary hotel room for my husband and I the night of our wedding. All I had to do was contact each vendor to choose what I wanted! The food was fabulous. We offered a Filet Mignon and the Baked Scrod and while both were great, most of my guests ordered the Filet and told us it was the best they had ever had! They were accommodating with our choices and if there wasn't anything we liked on the menu they would have come up with something else! They were okay with offering kids meals, vegan meals, and were great about my cousin's peanut allergy! No complaints! We had an amazing time all night and Gail and her staff really made that possible! Gail was quick to respond to my emails and helped me with all of the last minute details that can really drive a bride crazy! She even made sure to help me rent the type of chairs that I wanted! Plus the hotel room we had that night was so nice and comfortable! Perfect after an exhausting day! Thanks Radisson! I'll be back!

eddings ( we had 100), the currier room is a the perfect size to have an intimate reception that is a blast!!!!!!

rs. She catered to our every need and made the whole wedding planning process easy. Everyone loved the food at our wedding! We created a custom menu with Gail, complete with mashed potato bar (we got millions of compliments on this!), carving stations of beef and ham and two choice salads. The armory room is large to start with, but we made it into two stations to make it seem more intimate. The crew did an amazing job putting all my decorations where I wanted them, and I am so happy with all the results. Thank you so much to Gail and everyone at the Radisson. My wedding was truly memorable and I am so happy we went with the Radisson!
