Staff were extremely responsive throughout the planning process, and everything turned out great! They were extremely helpful and offered recommendations when needed (such as when we had to move the breakfast to a different location within the hotel due to the number of anticipated guests). They were able to make sure our guests got the welcome favors we prepared when they checked into the hotel. The bartenders were all great as well! The food at the breakfast was delicious, and they were able to accommodate various food allergies. We were incredibly happy with everything, and our guests had a wonderful experience at the hotel celebrating our wedding that weekend! And of course – the cookies when you check in are always a plus! 😊

ERY responsive, answered all of my emails promptly and even took photos of my bridal suite so I could gauge the space. Like any guest list, you have a few stragglers or room add-ons. After the deadline, and month of the wedding, Caitlyn allowed us to add on more rooms for the agreed upon price. She is a saint. Absolutely knowledgeable in her field, kind, polite, and organized. She even discussed our options with us for an after party, but with a room block of 55 rooms, there wasnt a great space that could accommodate our group late night, but we were given referrals to Thirsty Moose for after our rehearsal and Murphy's Taproom after our wedding (both of which I highly recommend if staying at this hotel). Caitlyn is just hands down the best to work with and she made the entire pre-wedding process so easy, offering our guests a discounted rate. We absolutely would stay there again and overall our service was fantastic. Unfortunately I cannot give quality of service 5 stars because our welcome bags were not handed out to every guest in our room block as requested. After calling and expressing some concerns over this during the rehearsal dinner, it seemed to improve. When my husband and I checked it, it took a long time, and our price for the bridal suite and then wedding night suite was not what was agreed upon in advance. Eventually this was corrected and we paid what we were supposed to, but we feel that this could have been more organized. With that said, the customer service was amazing and a hotel staff member made it up to us by bringing our luggage to our room and folding up the pull out bed we had originally requested, top notch service. Given that this hotel has gone through countless major recent changes to become what it is now (absolutely gorgeous modern updated clean rooms with countless amenities and a great gym which I absolutely did use on my wedding morning), which included computer system changes, I know this process will only get better and more efficient. If you are looking to have your guests stay in the lively city of Manchester with many options for after party locations right on Elm Street, then I highly suggest working with Caitlyn and her team at the DoublTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown.

nt it after I had called back days later) and on the day itself.. myself, my fiance and my parents drove down for our meeting for touring the facility and waited for her...she never showed. She was left numerous voicemail's my the front desk. We waited 20 minutes after our appointment time and left. She called me about 2 hours later apologizing because she was planning another event. I don't know if she is just overworked or not very good at multitasking but i thought you should know before booking here.
