Had my wedding here and it was the best experience! Lily was amazing in helping us pull off our wedding in just 4 months! No detail was overlooked, she went above and beyond to make the day magical. I trust her implicitly. Can’t wait to book another event with her someday!

We had the best time at our wedding at the DoubleTree. I was given one of the suites to have as my getting ready room and I was so amazed. The room was huge, had a kitchen with a full refrigerator. All the staff was truly amazing and I can’t rave enough about our coordinator Lily. She really is an amazing worker and was so helpful with everything. We even had our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant Speakers Corner. The food was amazing and the manager Heather was so helpful and made everything so easy with such a large group of us. I can’t wait to go back in the future!

The venue was excellent, clean and very responsive. Lily was fantastic at helping us set up and execute our wedding. Food was great and service was better. Little drink cart and custom cocktails was a great touch.

Double Tree by Hilton was such a great experience! They were so professional and easy to talk with! Our wedding coordinator Lily was nothing short of amazing! Our wedding reception was absolutely wonderful and beautiful thanks to the help of Lily Leblanc and her amazing team! Lily did not miss a beat when it came to planning our wedding. She communicated with us every step of the way and ensured every detail was to our liking. Lily and her team were professional, organized, and kind during this process. I felt at ease that our special day was in the hands of the competent staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Nashua!

My stepson and his fiancé, got married on April 15th while he was home on military leave from the Army. He had only told his father and I about a month prior to the date of what their plans were while they were home in New Hampshire on leave. With my stepson being in Georgia, his fiancé living in Iowa, and coupled with the short timeline... to say that we were scrambling at the last minute to pull together the wedding was an understatement. I first contacted the DoubleTree about 3 weeks prior to the event and spoke with Lily LeBlanc. She was so wonderful, kind and excited to help us plan our special event. Lily worked really hard (and in my opinion, MAGIC) to put together a menu that fit into our modest budget that we had available for the wedding. I met with her in person to view the Hunt Club and go over all of the decoration details and menu choices. I absolutely loved her sweet and enthusiastic personality during our meeting. She collaborated with us on some great ideas for our shy couple of the hour. Lily really was so instrumental in helping to make my stepson's wedding day absolutely perfect in every way! I also had the pleasure of working with Fawna the day before and day of my stepson's wedding. Fawna came down to the Hunt Club and introduced herself and let us know that she was there for anything that we needed while setting up. We did call upon her a few times that night while setting up for the wedding about a few minor wrinkles that took place. She responded in a very quick manner and did everything in her power to make the corrections needed. Fawna was also very instrumental in helping with the finishing touches that helped to make my stepson and daughter-in-law's day absolutely perfect. She and her fellow server the day of the wedding were so kind and friendly to all of our guests. The food was absolutely amazing and got rave reviews from all of our wedding guests. The portions were very impressive and the taste and presentation of the meals were also spot on! We had such a wonderful experience with the DoubleTree and will highly recommend the hotel to all of our family and friends looking to host events.

DoubleTree and it's staff was great and helped make our special day amazing. Lily Leblanc in particular was amazing. She was very helpful and attentive in the planning and executing of our special day. Our day would not have been as amazing without her.

Highly recommend!! Lily and the entire staff are amazing. The wedding packages are an amazing deal and then vendors are so great since they know the drill!! Couldn’t have imagined a better venue and entire experience. Our NYEs wedding was magical and the hotel made sure every detail was accounted for. Separate space for the ceremony and reception and having all our guests stay at the hotel made for a seamless night!! Can’t thank the team enough and recommend the venue!!

The wedding package offered here was so amazing & the coordinator Lily is seriously just the best! She went above and beyond to make our day perfect & she was so sweet and responsive to every last one of my questions/calls/emails. I feel like we got away with something here because it was all just too good to be true. If you’re looking for a one stop shop for your big day you have to check this location out!! Carlee was amazing!! She did everything like we wanted. Room was beautifully set up, everything went smoothly. Very budget friendly. A lot of things were included in our package and it was fantastic! Food is absolutelly delicious! Highly reccomend!

Carlee made planning our wedding here easy! We had to switch venues due to COVID, which was quite devastating to start all over again. The ballrooms were very spacious, and they offered a different area for each stage of the wedding, which meant there was no shuffling of guests to change a cocktail set up to dinner or any other switching. Carlee was very responsive, and the rest of the staff was very helpful and attentive to anything we needed. We even got a second dinner packed up and delivered to our room, because its true, it goes so fast you don't get a chance to really eat! They worked closely with the photographer and DJ to ensure they had everything they needed. The staff, especially Carlee, really made the night special and easy.

Our search for a wedding venue was fraught with instances of our preferred date not being available, or the venue not being really what we were looking for. Just as we were about to change our date and reduce our criteria, we found out about the Doubletree Hotel in Nashua, and we are so glad we did. The variety of space options they offered for both ceremony and reception was impressive for a single venue. They even gave us the option of booking the entire top floor and using the lobby space on that floor for our ceremony and after party (which we ended up choosing). During the planning phase Carlee, the Catering Sales Manager, was incredibly helpful. She worked with our wedding planner to answer all of the numerous questions we had, even going so far as allowing us to visit the hotel multiple times to take measurements for decoration, and even show our families the ceremony and reception spaces ahead of time. Over the weekend of our wedding, all of the Doubletree team members were incredibly helpful. Carlee and Marybeth (the Food and Beverage Director) coordinated with our wedding planner and our other vendors to help make sure everything was how we wanted it. The attendants during cocktail hour and our reception were wonderful and very attentive to us and our guests. Special thanks to Kim, Matt, Linda, and Alyssa! The front desk personnel were great as well, answering all of our questions, especially the day before and the day after as we were hauling all of our decor and wardrobe items in and out. With the amazing help and support of the team at the Doubletree Hotel in Nashua, our wedding was a wonderful and memorable experience.

This venue far surpassed all of my expectations for the big day. The wedding coordinator, catering manager, and general manager, were incredibly accommodating towards all of our needs. The food selections we made were easily prepared by the venue and the food was outstanding, we're still receiving compliments even months after the wedding! The fact that they didn't charge us an extra fee to have an outdoor wedding really stood out. We chose an indoor ceremony (because fall weather in New England is, of course, unpredictable) and were blown away by the decor and atmosphere of all of the different spaces available to us. We went with a theme of simple elegance, and DoubleTree totally nailed it. They worked with our vendors for flowers, photography, cake, seat covers and DJ with no issues. If you're looking for a venue that will go above and beyond for you and your guests, this is the place for you.
