xtremely friendly, approachable, and helpful! She answered all of my emails and phone calls within a day, and she was totally organized and professional.
The food was AMAZING, and my husband and I got to eat because their service was so fast at our reception!
The day before the wedding, my mom and I brought our table settings, and April and her entire crew set up everything for us. The night of the reception, they took everything down and boxed it up for us after it was over.

She takes time to get to know the bride and groom and makes sure every detail is tended to. Our wedding was gorgeous and a lot of fun thanks to the DoubleTree.

Several aspects of my wedding were DIY and was able to set-up/drop-off things in advance and the staff placed it out for me on the day of the wedding.
The food was amazing. I would say the food at the tasting was good but for the actual event it was fabulous.
The staff is so professional and courteous. They remind me of servers at 5 star restaurants. The bar staff was even able to do mixologist quality signature cocktails with herbs and muddled cucumber.
April is the glue that holds the magic together.
At the last minute (literally the day before) our flowers fell completely through and I didn’t even have a bouquet. April waved her magic wand and by the next day she had coordinated through a preferred vendor the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen (better than what we originally had planned).
She elevates the double tree weddings from hotel events to the best day of your life. My family adores her and we just can’t thank her enough for everything!

ell as were willing to work with my budget. April the wedding coordinator for the venue was awesome. I am not the best planner and she made my life so easy! The place is gorgeous and the food was amazing! Loved our cook he was so nice and everyone loved the food. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because they planned an easter event in the same hall we were using that day and it was just cutting it to close. They didn't let my DJ in as well as my family could not set up until everyone was out. So it was rush time for an hour and we were disappointed because some of out stuff didn't get out cause it was forgotten or just not enough time. Its a new place so there a little quirks that need to be worked out but the place was beautiful, food amazing and they really do work with you. Loved it even with the quirks :)
