ing process, as well as on wedding day, and her associate coordinators were reflections of the same energy.
We had a wedding with a higher guest count, almost 200 people. Despite this, the day went by with ease, and left us feeling happy and relaxed at the end of the night. Kendra was clear with us from the start what to expect in terms of our multiple meetings with her and the role that she would play on wedding day. She managed the things that no bride, groom, or family should have to manage on such an important day. She took on everything from managing decor, vendors, packing up, flow of ceremony, and taking care of small mishaps. With any large scale event, there are bound to be small complications (for us, our seating chart was incorrect! My fault, not any vendors). Kendra stomped out these fires with ease, and without us even knowing. We heard from multiple members of our wedding party, family, and guests, that our coordinator did an amazing job, and we couldn't agree more.
Wedding planning is a confusing and overwhelming process, but Kendra helped us to identify next steps, delegate tasks to herself and to us, and make our wedding day the best day ever! The software she utilizes was also a huge help. It helped to manage our RSVPs, seating chart, comprehensive to-do list, and general FAQs for wedding planning (what to pack, how much to tip, how much alcohol to buy).

Kendra was fantastic. She was with us for every step of planning. From multiple in-person venue tours to virtual meetings with vendors, Kendra attended every single one and provided all of the guidance we needed to plan our perfect day.
By the time wedding day came around in 2024, we felt very well prepared! And Kendra was there as well, telling us and our wedding party where to be, and helping us stick to our timeline that she put together for us. Our evening went off without a hitch!

I was highly concerned about handing over the reins of something I'd worked so hard on, especially being that is was a destination event and I was unfamiliar with the area, but Kendra was the absolute perfect match. Chiming in with great ideas and advice to help tweak our plans, and helping keep us on schedule throughout the planning and execution. Kendra was incredible- from helping us organize our thoughts, to keeping us on schedule, to reassuring us and working with our vision, to managing conversations with some not-so-responsive vendors, to running the day and making sure things happened the way they needed to. Kendra went above and beyond every step of the way, and her calming energy was very appreciated, both leading up to and on the day of the wedding. All of our people who helped us with setup agreed with us that Kendra did a fantastic job. Our guests commented on how everything flowed so well and the whole wedding felt so connected. rocess was too big for Kendra and I always knew she was doing everything in her power to smooth out any bumps in the road. She kept us on top of our deadlines and within our budget with our regular meetings and was always available and responsive in between meetings. The online platform that she uses conveniently housed all of our wedding details and she kept it updated.
Our wedding day itself was a dream come true! We had rain but still didn't miss a beat. Kendra handled all of the colorful personalities of our 20+ person wedding party with grace and everyone is still raving about how beautiful the day was 1 month later.

She has extra supplies from previous weddings she is willing to loan. On the day of the wedding, Kendra spent time with us at the bridal party and husband wife photos, demonstrating that she focuses on the bride and groom. She was attentive to the schedule change and made sure we (bride and groom) had enough to eat and drink upon arriving. She even dressed in the color theme.
