My wife and I had an amazing experience with Downingtown Country Club hosting our wedding. We met with Kerry Connors and from our initial meeting to the day of, she was nothing short of spectacular. From helping my wife decide on colors to helping me pick hors d'oeuvres, Kerry was accommodating, patient and helped take a lot of the stress away from planning our special day. Kerry answered all of our questions and responded quickly to the many follow up questions we had as the day approached. Kerry made sure our bridal party was organized and on schedule the day of and even made sure that our photographer had a vegetarian entree that I requested the day of! Everything was on time and in place like she told us it would be! Kerry made sure our wedding day was as special as we both hoped it would be. I would recommend Kerry and Downingtown Country Club to anyone looking to have a stress-free, elegant and all around amazing wedding!

Last year before setting a date for our wedding we began looking at venues in the greater Philadelphia Area, the majority of them being country clubs but a few other types of venues as well. We looked at over 12-15 venues before choosing the Downingtown Country Club. Nowhere other than the Downingtown Country Club (DCC) will you find quality of service, affordability, and most importantly a beautiful and well cared for venue. Another factor that made Downingtown Country Club stand out among other venues in the area was the staff’s professionalism and promptness to respond to any and all questions. Throughout the wedding planning process I worked with Kerry Connors, who is anything short of incredible at her job. She truly went above and beyond catering to any requests I had. I was planning my wedding out of state, which definitely makes the planning process all the more hectic, but Kerry was extremely accommodating making sure to promptly answer all questions and concerns and provided support and reassurance along the way. The menu and food at DCC was another one of many reasons we decided to go with this venue- our deepest compliments to Chef Brad who did an outstanding job on the food at our wedding, we receive compliments time and time again on the quality, presentation, and deliciousness of the food throughout and well after our reception. Another aspect that made me confident that I wanted to go with DCC was their all-encompassing services; we were able to have our ceremony and reception all in one location which eliminated the need for our guests to concern themselves with transportation from one location to another, the bridal and grooms suite on-site which allowed for myself and our bridal party to get ready directly before the ceremony took place which meant not having to worry about getting my makeup and hair done earlier in the morning and the potential for it to wear off later in the day, and the packages offered at DCC included our own custom cake and floral services from our choice of three outstanding local bakeries/ florist, which meant that we could rest easy knowing that DCC worked directly with other trusted vendors to make the some of the most significant parts of the planning process (deciding on cake flavors, design, floral center pieces and types of flowers) straightforward and painless. DCC also offered a preferred list of vendors (photographers, DJ, and such), which helped me to simplify the search and vetting process of outside vendors. On the day of our wedding we had a personal attendant who was there to accommodate us in any ways we needed as well as making sure everything went according to plan and we were on schedule (something that is very difficult to do when you are a bride and get caught up talking with family and friends). Travis and I cannot thank the staff at DCC for their support and dedication to ensure that everything was perfect and just as we envisioned on our wedding day!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Downingtown Country Club on 5/19/18 and to say they did an amazing job would be a complete understatement. To be honest, DCC wasn't the top of our list for reception venues. After a visit to another venue that left us disappointed, we went to DCC to check it out. From the moment we walked through the doors and met Kerry and Joe, we were sold. Kerry is the most down-to-earth and caring person and Joe is just the same. They whole-heartedly cared about us and helping us make our special day exactly how we wanted it. Kerry was with us each step of the way (even through her maternity leave!!). Joe was always there to help us out or to walk us through whatever questions we had. Kerry was so flexible with meeting dates and times and would meet with us whenever we needed, no matter how late in the evening. On the day of, Kerry was by my side, making sure each and every detail was perfect and making sure all of me and my girls needs were met while we were getting ready. I cannot express the gratitude my husband and I have for everyone at DCC. They are a top notch group of people that genuinely care about you and your special day. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks! Heck, if we could do it all again, they would be my first choice for sure!

I got married at Downingtown Country Club in July and it was absolutely perfect! Kerry was so helpful through the entire wedding planning process and was there for every step during the planning and any questions. She was always there when I needed her. The rest of the staff was super helpful throughout the entire day! The venue was beautiful and everything that I asked for they made come true. It was magical and perfect and I'm so happy with Downingtown!

I just wanted to Thank Kerry Collins for the amazing job she did in making my wedding reception a truly once in a life time memory. From the first meeting to the day of the wedding Kerry was always there to answer all my questions, and there were many, to getting the dance floor size right for our first dance, to the food, thecroom layout, etc. She had an assistant with us all day helping us with getting ready for pictures,and guiding the photographer to the best locations, to hopping in the limo to the church and back to the Downingtown CC for more pictures, to the cocktail hour ,dinner and dancing. Everything was just amazing and perfect. My guests are still talking about how much fun and beautiful the wedding reception was. I would not hesitate to do it all over again with Kerry. I felt pampered all day and the service and attention to detail was superb!

I am so happy I went with the Downingtown country club. Kerry and he whole wedding/event staff team made my day more perfect than I could have every imagined. I planned everything very early and when it got close the little things were piling up. I met with Kerry multiple times to confirm things and she mad everything so easy. On the day she was here all day setting things up making sure everything was In order. I don’t know that my wedding day would have been the same without her help and coordination!

Kerry was amazing during the entire planning process. The day of our wedding she made sure everything was perfect down to the very last detail. People are still talking about what a great job they did and how good the food was at our wedding. I would recommend Downingtown Country Club to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding.

The staff at Downingtown Country Club is AWESOME! They are all so nice, so helpful, and made our day completely stress free and perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue, the food, the staff, etc. I'm so thankful that we picked this venue and this team! Specifically Christina and Leighann were so helpful!

I don’t even know where to begin with the Downingtown Country Club. First of all, the most obvious thing is its beautiful location and grounds. It makes for such a perfect setting for a wedding, both inside and outside. Christina and Kerry were wonderful to work with throughout our entire engagement and leading up to the wedding. They answered any question we had at any point and always made us feel comfortable and calm. They were also so accommodating with any crazy idea or decoration I had in my head throughout the whole process and set it all up exactly how I wanted it. For our wedding on September 8th, things got a little hectic on my end, but only because the weather was uncooperative – no two weather reports were the same that morning, one calling for rain during the ceremony and another for nothing until later in the evening. Two hours before the scheduled ceremony time, Christina asked me to make the final decision, and we moved the ceremony inside and the entire staff worked miracles to get the entire thing set-up in such a short time. And I really mean that it looked like they pulled every single person who was working at the country club that day to make sure it was perfect before the first guest arrived. My personal attendant Downingtown provided, Leigh Ann, was just beyond amazing. I didn’t have a chance to want anything because she had it for me before I even realized I needed it, including food, drinks, and more. She went around with us for the pictures to make sure my dress looked perfect in every shot, and even got down on her hands and knees to wash some of the mud that had gotten on my dress while doing the outside photos. I really can’t express my gratitude for everything she did for myself, my now-husband, my wedding party, and even my parents. The food at Downingtown was spectacular, and all my guests raved about it (and continue to two weeks later). The entire atmosphere and the wedding itself was just perfect. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. If we had the option to re-do our wedding, I would pass because there is nothing I would change about it. Downingtown Country Club is, to put it simply, a WONDERFUL and PERFECT place to have a wedding.

We loved having our wedding here in August. Everyone we worked with (mainly Christina) were so accommodating and made the planning process very easy. Our wedding day went off without any flaws and everyone seemed to have a great time. Not to mention our day of assistant Leigh Ann was amazing and never let us lift a finger for anything!!

Best venue for any occasion. Had our wedding there. Everything was perfectly executed, every detail well thought out. Christina McHugh was our wedding planner and she was friendly, thorough, and very creative. She was a delight to work with. All the staff members were friendly to the guests and very attentive. Highly recommend the Downingtown Country Club.

My husband and I knew right away that Downingtown Country Club was going to be the venue were we would celebrate our marriage. We visited probably about 12 venues prior to going to Downingtown and when I saw the look on my husbands face when we visited I knew it was going to be the one. From the moment that we met Kerry, the wedding coordinator, we were instantly captivated and decided to have our wedding at the country club. Kerry and her team worked with us to make sure it met our budget criteria. Not only that, Kerry gave me the time to sit down with her and work out all the kinks I was not able to figure out on my own. She was simply fantastic through the entire process! The day of our wedding Kerry and her team were prepared for our arrival and made sure everything went super smooth. It allowed for my husband and I not to worry about a thing. Our guests raved about the FOOD and the wonderful atmosphere that was created. The grounds also allowed for us to take wonderful pictures with out photographers! I would highly recommend Downingtown Country club to any newly engaged couple to make sure you check it out!

It was a pleasure working with Kerry and Sharon. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone to work with either of them at Downingtown Country Club. All the planning and details up to the wedding were handled perfectly and I couldn't ask for a better wedding vendor coordinator. Everything turned out perfect. During the reception I was left in good hands. Madison was fantastic. She was on top of everything and very professional. The rest of the staff that night was amazing and the did a fantastic job. The food was delicious. I have only heard compliments about all the food for the chef. People are still talking about the mash potato martini bar. Downingtown Country Club really knows how to put on a wedding and I would highly recommend them for any event. I would give them more stars if I could.

The staff and management are nothing short of EXCELLENT. We were sold immediately on this venue after meeting with Kerry. Her knowledge, expertise and kindness drew us in immediately as well as her and her management’s willingness to work with our every need. Sharon, our day of coordinator, was with us every single step of the way. We had some major last minute changes to or wedding and she jumped to the rescue immediately to make those changes as seamless as possible. Thank you to all of the staff, especially Joe the manager. I’ve never seen a more dedicated GM. We will be lifelong customers of Downingtown CC because of their kindness and generosity.

I would like to thank everyone at The Downingtown Country Club for making my son and daughter-in-law's wedding a day they will never forget. Sharon, who helped them execute their dream from day one, was wonderful! To Joe, John and Chef Brad, it was a fantastic day. Everything went so smoothly. All my friends, family, etc. are still talking about the delicious food, and the venue was absolutely beautiful! Thank you again so much for helping make their dream come true.

My husband and I absolutely loved having our reception at Downingtown Country Club. We worked with both Kerry (who went on maternity leave) and Sharon during our planning process. When my husband and I started looking at wedding venues, we knew we wanted the process to be easy. Of all the places we looked at Downingtown Country Club was by far the most accommodating. Kerry Connors made us feel at ease from the beginning, worked with us closely throughout the entire process and when she had to transfer some of the oversight to Sharon Hegney, the transition was seamless. Both were an absolute delight to work with, addressing every detail, calming me when I was getting a little overwhelmed and making sure that I laughed throughout the planning. Our wedding on 8/12/17, was hands down the best day of our lives. The details were perfect, the food was incredible and the staff didn't miss a beat. Our guests all raved about the food and the amount of it! The reception room design and tablescapes were beautiful. We highly recommend this venue to all. We couldn't have asked for a better day, coordinator, venue, and food!

My wedding was great! Sharon and Kerry did a fantastic job. So did the staff and chef! Food and drink were awesome and everything exceeded my expectations!

We had our wedding at Downingtown Country Club on 9/15/17, and we are extremely happy that we picked this venue for our special day. We worked with Kerry and Sharon, the wedding coordinators at DCC, and they were wonderful from start to finish, especially during those moments when I would ask them a ton of questions :) They didn't mind at all, and were very happy to listen and answer every single one of them. When we booked DCC, they were working on some updates to the ballroom and outdoor ceremony area. The updates look fantastic, and it has more of a modern look to it. They were very open with us about all of the updates and painted a picture in our minds of how everything would look. They seemed really excited about the updates, which made us feel even better about booking without everything being finished. Everything on the day of the wedding went very smoothly. We got so many compliments from our guests on many things about the venue: how beautiful it was, how delicious all of the food was, how awesome the bartenders were, etc. They really took care of the wedding party and the guests. And the chocolate room!! That was a big hit :) We entrusted the folks at DCC with figuring out where our decorations should go. The bride and groom definitely have the option to tell them where they want everything to be, but I didn't want to think about it at that point (I was just ready to get married). I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! They made everything look so elegant, and it all looked absolutely perfect. And Sharon had some great ideas and solutions to any issues I was facing (i.e. a round table wasn't big enough to fit all of the wedding party and significant others, and she suggested a King's table instead of trying to split the party between 2 rounds). There were only a couple of little things that I can really nit-pick about: The bridal suite and the ballroom felt on the warmer side. They had the AC in the ballroom as low as it could go, so it was definitely due to the number of guests we had. And all of our guests were up on the dance floor all night, so that probably added to it. At the end of the night, there was a TON of cake left. The groom and I had mentioned that we were running back to the hotel to get changed and then would be back to pick up decorations and any leftover food. When we got back to the venue about 30 minutes later, they had thrown out all of the cake, which I was really bummed about because I hadn't gotten a chance to have any at the reception (besides the one bite when we cut the cake). They reached out to us afterward and told us that they were sincerely sorry for this and that they were ordering us a small cake from our vendor to enjoy. Definitely super impressed and appreciative of this kind gesture! Overall, our experience with Downingtown Country Club was excellent. We are extremely happy with our choice :) We absolutely recommend them for your wedding!!

Kerry and Sharon were both amazing to work with!!! Kerry made choosing Downingtown as our venue an easy decision. She was always so helpful and responsive to all of my crazy questions. When Sharon began working, the transition was so simple! They both always made sure that questions were answered and they had everything that we needed for the big day. ... although not that you need much since the venue and ceremony area are gorgeous! :) I would recommend Downingtown to anyone!

SHARON IS MY LIFE SAVOR!!!! No words for how my dream day went exactly as planned, and that is all thanks to the Downingtown Country Club. Sharon (and Kerry) were absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough. Beyond patient and very attentive to details. My wedding day would not have been the same without them. I will forever be grateful for the hard work that they put in to make my day special. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET MARRIED! I had a wedding of about 120 guests and the venue was absolutely perfect. So elegant, everyone loved it! Thank you again for everything <3

We just got married here at DCC last weekend, and wow!!! DCC is the best venue you could ever ask for. Kerry Connors and Sharon Hegney are the best at their job. They are there for you throughout the entire process. If you have any questions, they are willing to answer immediately. The food, drinks and ballroom were simply amazing!! So many compliments. My husband and I wanted to have our own Disney fairytale wedding and DCC was willing to let our dreams come true. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. If you are looking for a venue, definitely consider DCC!

Downingtown Country Club went above and beyond to make our wedding day as magical as can be! The staff was amazing and accommodated our every need! It was truly the best day of our lives!

Downingtown Country Club was the perfect venue for our August 5th wedding reception! We began talking with Kerry Connors, the wedding coordinator, in August of 2016, and booked the venue within a few weeks. Before we met Kerry, we were starting to despair of finding a venue in our budget! With Kerry and the Downingtown Country Club, simply saying “they were willing to work within our budget,” fails to fully capture the flexibility and generosity we felt we were shown. We had a strict budget, and she created a package, including an open bar, at a very affordable rate for us. (We even got to include an ice cream sundae bar and a gourmet mac and cheese station that was a hit with many of our guests!) DCC was by far the most affordable and flexible venue when compared to similar country-club/all-inclusive venues in the area. Additionally, after we received RSVP’s for a headcount slightly below our original guaranteed minimum, Kerry worked hard to make sure we still were fairly treated! On the evening of the reception, Kerry was present to welcome us, even though she was 8 months pregnant at the time! Sharon, the other wedding coordinator, stayed for the course of the entire evening and was fantastic. She helped the DJ keep the evening moving, and had the whole order of the evening covered, even when we asked her if we could extend the event by a half hour. The space itself is gorgeous! They’ve updated the curtains, and the bar area, since we had originally booked with them. The decorations were exactly how I had pictured them, and the space was the perfect size for our 165 guests. We loved the choices of all the linen colors and chair covers, loved the house centerpieces so much that we decided to use them at our reception. My husband and I made our rounds during dinner to say hello to our guests, and many of them had positive comments about the food and the overall atmosphere! Thank you to everyone at the Downingtown Country Club for helping us have such a beautiful celebration!

Downingtown Country Club was everything we could have asked for of a venue and more! Kerry and Sharon were amazing as they helped guide us through the planning process and on the day of our wedding, were amazing and they made sure everything fell into place. The food, was incredible, Chef Jon and his staff prepared all of our favorite foods, and our guests are still raving about the meal and appetizers today. The entire staff was dedicated to ensuring that we had the absolute best day possible, as well as our guests, and that is exactly what we had! If we had to do it all over again, we would pick Downingtown and its amazing staff in a heartbeat!

My husband and I are so happy that we had our wedding reception at Downingtown Country Club. Kerry, the wedding coordinator there, was phenomenal to work with. She was very receptive to our ideas and budget and worked so hard during the planning process and day of to make our reception exactly how we wanted it! The whole evening ran smoothly and we had such a good time! Everyone at the country club really provided an incredible experience for us and our guests! The food was amazing and there were so many options to choose from! The club itself is very beautiful, both inside and out! We have gorgeous pictures on the grounds. I would highly recommend Downingtown Country Club!

My husband and I looked at no fewer than ten venues for our June wedding. When we came to Downingtown, we were greeted by the actual coordinator, not a sales person. Kerry Connors immediately made us feel comfortable. She is extremely organized and took care of details I didn't even think about. We had an outdoor ceremony, which was beautiful. We had a eucalyptus sway draped across the pergola, but honestly the ceremony would have been beautiful with absolutely zero decorations. They had also recently completed renovations to the ballroom, which made the reception area seem brighter and more open. The whole day went smoothly, the food was INCREDIBLE (multiple people said it was one of the best steaks they had ever eaten, not just at a wedding), the service was fast and organized. I would recommend Downingtown Country Club to anyone. While we were able to have our ceremony outdoors, there is also plenty of room inside for an indoor ceremony if needed or desired. Beautiful photo locations as well, and golf carts were provided for us, the photographer, and the videographer.

The Downingtown Country Club provided us with a beautiful evening due to the coordination of all its staff. From carrying my four-year old son around the golf course for pictures because he had blisters on his feet to making sure every need myself (bride) and the groom had, DCC was on the ball. We initially booked due to the wonderful service and personality of the club manager, Joe Dillon, who actually wound up officianting the wedding because we enjoyed his personality. We were very impressed with the staff from the golf club to the wedding coordination. We had a wonderful night! I feel like a wedding with three kids under seven and in scorching heat was chaotic enough, but DCC helped reduce the craziness so we could enjoy the night. Everyone commented on the beautiful wedding location and reception. Just a side note: Sharon was amazing the day of helping with anything and everything!!

Kerry, Sharon, Chef Brad, Jon, Paul and ALL the staff made our wedding day better than we ever could have imagined! Kerry and Sharon made the planning process so smooth, and they were so helpful and accommodating along the way! Always good at communicating too. We loved everything about our wedding day, and we can't thank you enough for making it all so perfect!

She never said no to our ideas, even the weird ones, and she helped make them even better than we imagined. She even lent us some of her own vintage books to use with our book theme. Choosing Downingtown Country Club took away a lot of planning stress. We loved that they have a large bridal suite AND a groom locker room, so getting ready was very easy for the whole wedding party. We went with their preferred vendors and loved them all. The food, space, and atmosphere were all so perfect.

Downingtown Country Club was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding reception! Their coordinator Kerry Connors is absolutely amazing at her job. From our very first meeting with her down to the last hours of the reception she made sure we were taken care of. Even last minute changes to the guest list the day of didn't phase her or her team. The decorations made our reception look like a fairy tale and the food was amazing. I've received many compliments since! I would definitely recommend DCC for a stress free wedding day dream.

Our experience at DCC was absolutely wonderful! The staff was so attentive, 0rganized, and responsive to anything we wanted and made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. We had our wedding at Downingtown Country Club in October, and could not have hoped for better results! Kerry Connors helped us through every step of the process from our very first meeting up until the day of the wedding. The level of organization, attention to detail, and willingness to be flexible with what I wanted was so far beyond what I ever expected. The new ceremony area at DCC is laid out so beautifully and the backdrop of scenery behind the pergola makes for breathtaking pictures. The entire staff at the country club checked in with us continuously throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure that everything was going exactly the way we wanted it to. John Gruss, banquet manager, also went above and beyond to make our day perfect. I am so glad we chose Downingtown Country Club as our wedding venue, and would be glad to recommend it as a top choice to any couple that is searching for a venue

The recently completed renovations at the Downingtown CC were spectacular. The outdoor ceremony area in particular was well done and made for some nice photographs. Kerry was exceptional, well organized, and helped us through the entire process. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly, and it did!

Kerry did a great Job. Everything went perfectly.. I will suggest Downingtown to my children once they decide to get married.

We recently got married on September 24, 2016 and had a fabulous experience working with Kerry and the rest of the staff at Downingtown Country Club. Kerry was on top of everything and I was assured the entire time that everything would go smoothly. The day of our wedding was everything I had imagined and we cannot thank Kerry and DCCC enough!!

I honestly wish I could give Kerry and the entire staff at DCC a 10 out of 5 rating. They were absolutely amazing and gave my husband and I the best night of our lives!! We visited several places before choosing Downingtown and always felt like a number. From the first time we walked in, we both knew DCC was where we wanted to get married and every interaction afterwards solidified that feeling. Not only were we so much more than a number at DCC, they treated us like family. Kerry made us feel like king and queen every time we walked into the building - you would never be able to tell that she had so many other weddings to think about before ours! The entire staff goes above and beyond in everything they do. As for the day of, the food was delicious, served hot and on time. Guests went out of their way to tell us the food was perfect. Kerry helped us to create a timeline before the wedding and was there throughout the whole thing to make sure we stuck to it. It was a very stress free day for my husband and I. DCC took care of everything. We can't thank them enough for a night that will never be forgotten. I have no idea what our wedding would have turned out to be if it weren't for Kerry and DCC. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We DEFINITELY had our Dream Wedding! Everything was perfect! First of all, let me just say Kerry Connors and the staff were beyond amazing! I don't know what I would do without Kerry! They went above and beyond to deliver all the details of our wedding! Kerry was just so helpful. Every time we met up I left feeling so much better about the wedding and how everything was going. Their new outside ceremony area is GORGEOUS! All of the pictures look amazing! Our photographers were amazed of all the places they can take pictures from! It's been a few months since married and we still have guests telling us how much fun they had. The food was delicious, didn't hear one complaint from any of the guests! Again, huge thanks to Kerry for being amazing!

Beautiful Venue and Outstanding Service! Kerry Connors did an outstanding job planning and managing our daughter's wedding reception. Her professionalism and the individual and collective efforts of the entire DCC event staff -- before, during and even after the reception -- made this special day a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience.

I truly have nothing but good things to say about this venue. And I would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a stress free, beautiful wedding. I booked the venue in February of 2015, shortly before it came under new ownership. I loved it then but ever since new ownership came in it has gotten even better! The ceremony space has been updated to include a pergola and a waterfall. It's gorgeous and has just that little extra touch that's perfect for the ceremony. My wedding coordinator was Kerry Connors and, honestly, she is a wedding angel! Kerry took copious notes to ensure that everything and anything I had asked for she remembered. She remembered things even I forgot! Like any bride, I got stressed out a few times leading up to the wedding but after any meeting with Kerry, I was instantly much calmer. She worked with me to really create the perfect day. The day of the wedding was a blur. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate as it should have! It was cold and rainy even though the wedding was April 29. It has always been a dream for me to have my wedding outside, and Kerry knew this. So she did everything in her power for the wedding to remain outside. The rain held off and we were able to get married outside!! I also, unfortunately, came down with a stomach virus the day of the wedding. Needless to say, I was not feeling up to par at all. Kerry was quick to assist me. She even offered to run out herself and get medicine. Every single staff member I came into contact with was nothing but kind, professional, and accommodating. Not only is Kerry professional and absolutely amazing at her job (I would say the best in the business), but she is a real sweetheart, too. My grandmother died leading up to the wedding which, as the date got closer, made things very emotional. She was quick to offer a hug and a kind word. Honestly, if you want a stress free wedding this is the place to book! I would recommend this venue over and over!

Words cannot describe how thankful and appreciative I am to have worked with Kerry and all the team at the Downingtown country club. She is not only a true professional, but she is also so sweet and caring and really paid attention to every little detail to make sure our special day was flawless. My parents, my husband and myself are so impressed by Kerry and the staff. We have been raving about them to everyone who complimented the reception. Everyone had a wonderful time and I owe it all to them. I'm going to miss Kerry so much now that wedding planning is over. She just has such a wonderful and warm personality. We loved working with Kerry from Downingtown Country Club! She listened to our wedding desires and made it happen adding the twinkle lights and making sure the southern style dinner was delicious. She was professional, polite and fun. The venue just went under some beautiful renovations and the ceremony area was beautiful!

I could not have dreamed of a more perfect place to have my ceremony and reception. This is not because of the updated changes and beautiful site but mainly because of Kerry Connors and her staff. Kerry truly helped us every step of the way from helping us with hotel bookings to assistance with how we wanted our ceremony to go to even wardrobe fixes for me the bride the day of the wedding. She and the entire staff go out of their way to make you feel special and to make sure your day goes just like you have always dreamed of. I looked at many venues and every wedding coordinator would rush through showing me the space and send me on my way. When I met Kerry she had this amazing energy and the first thing she asked me was how I pictured my wedding day to be. I was speechless! No one else had taken the time to ask me anything like this. I knew right then that this would be our venue where we start our marriage. Kerry didn't stop there. Every meeting she showed how excited she was for our wedding and how she could make it the best day. Kerry took the time to get know myself and my husband Mike. Every time I was unsure of a decision or wanted to change something she was extremely accommodating and made sure every detail was perfect. Downingtown Country Club was the prefect place for our wedding! From beginning to end, everything was prefect! One of the top reasons we went with Downingtown was for their wedding coordinator, Kerry Connors! She is by far a brides dream come true in every aspect. She is there with all the answers during the planning and stressful times had during the planning. She takes the stress right off your shoulders and makes it great! I couldn't have asked for a harder working person to help make my day as perfect as it was! Along with Kerry, is her staff during the event. They were there waiting on us (the bride and groom) hand and foot! The food is still being talked about from our guests! I can't praise Kerry and Downingtown enough for what they did for my husband and I! Check this place out, you won't regret it!

The downingtown CC and the day of coordinator there absolutely made our day the best it could be!! Kerry Connors is an angel and is soo fun much to plan a wedding with. My husband and I were married on June 27, 2015. When Brian and I first looked at Downingtown Country Club, we were looking for a venue that had a comfortable, elegant feel that could accommodate two large families and lots of friends. We liked the setup from the start, and the space was very inviting and warm. But the best part of our first visit and overall experience, was by far, Kerry Connors. She absolutely sold us on DCC and delivered on everything she promised. Kerry is very accommodating, friendly, and organized. She answered all of our (many) questions from start to finish and was always happy to help with a bright smile on her face! Kerry made sure every detail was perfect on our wedding day--the candy bar, selfie station, decorations, table set up, linens, and lighting. The place was transformed! Brian and I felt taken care of, and we are so appreciative of all the hard work Kerry put in to make our wedding day perfect. In addition, the serving staff was super friendly and courteous to all our guests during cocktail hour, dinner, and while everyone was busy dancing. We heard from a number of our guests, how impressed they were with the friendliness of the staff at DCC as well as the filet and crab cakes....delicious!! The food was plated beautifully, and everything was brought out hot and on time. When the reception was over, the staff were so thorough and careful with all of our things, and wrapped them up neatly in boxes. They even helped us put everything in our cars to take home. Lastly, Joe, the manager, could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. Every time my husband and I visited DCC, he would greet us with a smile and treated us like we were the most important couple in the world. We truly had a great experience at Downingtown Country Club and I am so thrilled that our wedding day turned out so perfectly! Thank you DCC for such a great memory!

I first found out about Downingtown Country Club at a Bridal Fair near by and knew immediately this was where I wanted my wedding. The moment I met Kerry Connors at the fair I knew I wanted to work with her. She was so nice and caring and extremely friendly. Throughout the whole planning process Kerry made everything extremely easy and stress free. She knew exactly what to say and do to help keep me relaxed. I cannot recommend enough to have a wedding or any other event at Downingtown Country Club. We had our wedding there August 16th, 2015 and could not be happier with our decision to have it there. The price was very reasonable for everything that is included. The staff at Downingtown Country Club were very welcoming and very helpful. We had the pleasure of working with Kerry Connors. Kerry was a huge help with every single detail regarding our wedding. She made sure every thing was perfect. Kerry was amazing to work with. It was like working with a very good friend. We were able to talk to her about everything and she was always there to help. It helped a lot to have Kerry there as she helped put us to ease with the whole situation. She was able to help my wife relax and worry a little bit less as we got closer to the date. The wedding itself was spectacular. Everything from the rehearsal, the pictures before hand, the ceremony, and the reception were perfect. Even a few months later we still have people talking about how impressed they were with everything at Downingtown Country Club. The outdoor ceremony was extremely beautiful and turned out great and was very comfortable for all of our guests. I would highly recommend Downingtown Country Club to everyone looking for a wedding venue!

My daughter was married at the Downingtown Country Club on October 24th, 2015. We booked this venue a year ago to be sure we didn't miss out. I knew my daughter would make DCC her choice after reviewing other venues. No other wedding coordinator came close to Kerry Connors! She always made my daughter feel like she was the only bride she was working with. After the first meeting, we felt like we had been friends for years. She never made us feel rushed during our meetings, never showed any sign of worry or stress. I truly do not know how she does it. Every email or phone call was answered the same day, we never had to wait. I was a nervous 'Mother of the Bride', and Kerry knew just what to say or do to calm the nerves. When she told us the club had new ownership and would be going through renovations, I was nervous. She assured me they would not interfere with my daughter's big day at all. Again she was absolutely correct. The wedding day was absolutely beautiful! Kerry and all of her staff made sure we had everything we may have needed. The bridal maids were able to enjoy the bridal suite in plenty of time before the ceremony. The men enjoyed their time over on the 'men's side'. The ceremony went like clock work, as Kerry said it would. The cocktail hour was awesome! Some butler hor dourves as well as others, a pasta station, and drinks were flowing. The staff were always walking around to be sure everything was ok. The Bridal Party had their own private cocktail party in the bridal suite..they love it! They were able to enjoy some time together before the reception began. The dinner was beyond delicious! Every guest said their sirloin and stuffed flounder were excellent and large portions. The bar tenders made sure the drinks were flowing. (never want your guests waiting for a beverage). Kerry kept everything on the time schedule we had discussed, it went like clock work. We had nothing to worry about at all. The staff had all of the gifts, cake, and other items packed up when it was over. Sean was also a life saver! Thank you so much Sean for helping with our shuttle!! Our guests said the DCC was the best wedding they had attended. Kerry, we can not Thank You enough for everything you did to make our daughter's wedding perfect! You are one amazing lady and an awesome wedding coordinator! Hope to see you when we visit the DCC. If anyone is considering the DCC for their wedding venue, please don't wait to book with Kerry!

We got married on 8-15-15 at the Downingtown Country Club. We had both our ceremony and reception. Everything was beautiful and even more perfect than we ever imaged. From the day I booked until the day we got married everything went as smooth as possible. They have the best wedding coordinator Kerry Conners! Thank goodness for her and her team. She helped me plan the entire day from start to finish, and was even there during our ceremony and reception. I can not thank her enough, always professional, kind, and can always accommodated to make our day the one we dreamed of! The venue was set up exactly as we had planned, the food was perfect, and the staff were beyond excellent.

I have so many nice things to say about Downingtown Country Club, I'm not sure where to start! We hosted our wedding reception with 240 guests at DCC a month ago and we are still smiling ear to ear about the awesome experience we had. From the time we booked our wedding there in Sept 2014, we met several times with the Wedding Coordinator, Kerry Connors, and she really helped make the whole process so easy, seamless and enjoyable. Kerry's attention to detail and DCC's willingness to be flexible with the setup we wanted was so amazing, it really allowed us to have as much fun with is as we could. Over the 11 months it took to plan our wedding, I think we (my Mom and I, ha!) changed our mind about little things about four dozen times - but all along Kerry continuously helped us review our options and put our minds at ease. Once the actual wedding day came around, the food and drinks served were so delicious! For cocktail hour we opted for crabcakes and mini tacos, plus all the passed hors d'oeuvres. Then for dinner we served strip steak, almond crusted tilapia, and vegetable timbale as our options - everyone loved their meals! Late night, we added cheesesteaks and soft pretzels - every single thing was delicious! Kerry and Courtney helped keep our timeline in order because I wanted everyone to have ample time on the dance floor, which is exactly what happened thanks to them. Our wedding day was exactly what we wanted and I have Kerry and the DCC team to thank for so much of that!!

Most spectacular day! My daughter and Son-in- Law’s wedding reception was a blast! Downingtown Country Club was amazing. Our wedding coordinator “extraordinaire” Kerry, left no stone unturned. She was with us from the moment we booked the country club, a year ago, until the very last song of the evening was played at the reception. Kerry catered to my daughters every wish, her special touches and suggestions were on point! She made sure every single little detail was covered. The staff and bartenders were friendly and attentive to all 240 of our guest. From the cocktail hour (best crab cake slider station ever) , good meal (special meal request were not a problem) through to the “Tailgate Party” at the end of the evening, every detail was covered! Did I mention the fabulous Liquor/coffee station?! Plenty of room to dance on their brand new dance floor! Outside space was beautiful overlooking the golf course. Our guest had a fabulous time! The staff at Downingtown Country club did a fantastic job for my daughters wedding.They did a great job carrying out our vision for her day. From the very first meeting Kerry was friendly and organized. Thinking of all the small details. Courtney(catering manager) and Rob (bartender) all were great to work with. They were constantly making sure we were taken care of. We had a small emergency during the reception and the staff handled it discreetly and professionalism. The very first time my wife and I visited DCC, we knew we found the right venue. Kerry’s attitude and commitment to what she does, had my wife feeling as if she had found a long lost sister. While there are quite a few accolades I could use to describe Kerry and the staff at DCC, this is a short list of the ones that jump out at me: Pleasant: We were blown away by the level of enthusiasm Kerry has for what she does. This happy energy was present at each and every interaction we had with her. To be honest, I had expected that we would at least catch her at the wrong time, at least once. Let’s face it, that job comes with a tremendous amount of detail and responsibility, enough of which, would stress anyone out. That never happened! If Kerry was being pulled in four different directions by multiple brides, we would never had known it. That is the mark of a true professional. Dedicated: Kerry and the rest of the staff were committed to making sure that this day and all the associated build up, were everything it was supposed to be. From the wait-staff, bartenders, hosts, and the GM , “Joe”, we were constantly being checked on and noted that our guests were receiving a similar degree of attention as well. We had top notch service every step of the way. Accommodating: Whether we had a question or concern, Kerry and the staff were always available to address and resolve any angst. The change of ownership and the hiring of a new executive chef, just two months before our date, caused a little anxiety. However, we had Kerry. Kerry talked us through the process and was open and up front about the transition. She and the staff even scheduled a second tasting, which turned out to be even better than our first. This was also when we met the G.M., Joe, for the first time. Like Kerry, Joe was the consummate professional, and wanted to make absolutely certain, that the food and presentation, were just how we envisioned it. This is not something that they had to do, but they did, and we walked away feeling once again, that we had picked the right venue. This brings me to another point. My wife and I have been to over a dozen weddings in the past couple of years. Out of all of those weddings, there might have been one, where we remember how good the food was, because it was really that exceptional. We can now say that ours is the second. It has been almost two months since our reception, and we are still hearing guests rave about the food. Prompt: I would challenge any one to find a Wedding Planner more timely than Kerry. Regardless of whether my wife reached out via telephone, by E-mail, or text message, she never had to wait for a reply. Again, that prompt attention made us feel like we were the only wedding she was responsible for. Sincere: Kerry mentioned to my wife during our first visit that she and my wife were going to become best friends. Personally, I thought this was just lip service and part of her sales pitch. I was wrong. Every single detail that she or Joe offered, sold, and talked about, was delivered as promised. Not only did they come through on their recommendations for vendors, but everyone did their job with a smile. In summary, you will not find a more dedicated, professional staff, who make you feel like the most important couple in the world. Our wedding reception was worth every penny and we can't wait to plan another event there.

The wedding staff was fantastic, the waiters were great the whole night. The cash bar was extremely expensive, but the bar tenders were quick and friendly. The food wasn't that great, kind of bland. The banquet hall needs a lot of decorations.

My husband and I knew that once we visited DTC it was a perfect fit. There's only one wedding hosted at a time so numerous people you don't know aren't running around. The scenery is beautiful (flowers, the golf green, the buildings)- which made it perfect for pictures and ambiance. But most importantly, the wedding coordinator, Kerry Connors is outstanding. She anticipates your needs, listens to what is important to you, is extremely responsive and very organized and in general- a fun and sweet person to do business with. I knew our biggest day would go flawlessly with her in charge!

My coordinator, Kerry was wonderful. The Banquet manager, John was patient and well versed. The venue is gorgeous inside and out and their staff was diligent. They allowed me to bring a ton of decorations and set them up beautifully. My outdoor ceremony was delightful. A few minor details were overlooked, but overall it was everything I had hoped it would be.

Absolutely loved what they did for me as far as decorations go. The place didn't even look the same, but it was absolutely beautiful! They helped me with everything I asked and were very accomidating!

Sharon was amazing to work with. She was always so quick to respond to emails and answer every question I had. During the wedding, Jeff and Jenn were so helpful and made the whole evening such a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Downingtown Country club to anyone getting married. The food was great and the servers and bartenders were fantastic.

This venue is amazing! Sharon, Jen and Jeff are incredible. Sharon, the wedding coordinator, is so attentive. My ceremony was the week of Hurricane Sandy, so I was a nervous wreck! She called me to keep me updated regarding the status of electric/ storm damage( none!) and she was prompt at returning emails. This country club is an a maxing value. They could easily charge a lot more for what they offer. I cannot say enough good things!

I cannot say enough nice things about the Downingtown Country club. Sharon, Jeff and Jenn were fabulous to work with throughout the entire process. Before the wedding Sharon met with my many many times to finalize everything, taste the meals, and just chit chat. She was wonderful getting back to my thousands of questions I would email her as well. The night of the wedding, all three were there and making sure everyone had what they needed, especially myself, groom and my parents. The food was amazing, the service was amazing, hands down it was the best wedding I have ever been to. I know it was my wedding but some brides have been known to say what they would change if they could do it again. Well I wouldn't change a thing. Not one but most of my guests commented on how good the dinner was and how beautiful the room looked. The professionalism of everyone that worked my wedding was amazing. I highly recommend having your wedding at the country club. You will have a beautiful wedding.

I want to say nothing but great things about this venue. The coordinator Sharon is awesome and very friendly and receptive to what I planned for our wedding reception. I absolutely enjoyed working with the Downingtown Country Club, particularly Sharon and Kelly. Sharon took me through the planning process with ease and Kelly made sure the day went off without a hitch. The ceremony was planned to be in their garden; a thunderstorm changed that 30 minutes before the wedding. They moved everything inside to the ballroom in a matter of minutes and it was beautiful. The food was delicious and served in a timely fashion. They were also in charge of setting up our candy buffet and made sure it looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Downingtown Country Club!

Thank you Thank you Thank you! They really went above and beyond for us. As Hurricane Irene made a visit on our big day, roads were closing and things were looking dark, the staff at the country club made me feel like everything was perfect for our big day. All I had wanted was an outdoor ceremony, and although that was not possible they were able to make things look beautiful inside. Guests complimented everything from the food to the service to the beautiful location. They dealt with the unfortunate weather with grace and we turned the reception into a hurricane party with hurricanes being the featured drink of the evening. They also did a great job working with the other outside vendors who also said it was a great place to work with. Also big thanks to Jeff who was also great! I would recommend this venue to any bride looking for a stress free wonderful experience that is also a great value!

I loved the intimate garden space! I had a nice reception area with an outside and inside bar and a separate cocktail hour space. It was great for photos also in the beautiful golf course.

I was so glad to have my wedding reception here. Sharon was very accomidating and she always worked with us to make sure that our night would be perfect. I was worried when my guest list was slashed in half (53 people including children), but it was no problem. Sharon came up with other options for us to work with. The food was delicious! All the guests raved about what a wonderful time they had. I would go here again in a heart beat if I had to do it over again.

Everything about our service at DCC was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Sharon (the wedding planner) was on par with ever minor and changing detail. She took the time to make us feel like honored guests every time we walked into the facility. Jeff (Sharon's assistant) was also wonderful. He gave us a private golf cart ride with our photographer prior to our wedding day to show us good places to take photos and even met with my maid of honor prior to the wedding to help figure our the AV details for a slideshow she had created for us. Our guests RAVED about the service and kindness of all of the staff. We wouldn't have changed the venue for anything! They took the stress out of a very stressful time!!
