Downingtown Country Club by Ron Jaworski Weddings was an amazing venue for our wedding reception. The venue itself was beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were so courteous.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at DCC. Terri was a wealth of knowledge and was so easy to work with from the moment we met. She was organized, communicative, and calm throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is beautifully maintained, which made for some gorgeous photos, and our guests really enjoyed using the outdoor patio during cocktail hour. The food displays were beautiful, and our guests have been raving about how good everything was. Heather was our day of coordinator, and she could not have been more wonderful. She made sure we had water, got a chance to eat, brought us drinks when we wanted them, etc. - I wanted for nothing the entire time we were there!

Amazing wedding venue! They have so much to offer and a great staff to work with! Every one of our guests raved about the food and the atmosphere after our wedding. I would 100% recommend Downingtown Country Club to anyone I know who is getting married! Terri is amazing and is there to help you every step of the way!

Downingtown was a joy to work with from start to end. Their team of experts were communicative and made us feel both celebrated and understood the whole way through! I was definitely a bit of a Type A bride, with really specific lists and requests. They never once made me feel nuts or like they didn't know or couldn't do what I was asking for. Our actual wedding day was BEAUTIFUL and we received SO many compliments on the venue, food, etc. Their package is also amazing! It includes a ton! I couldn't recommend this venue and these people more!

Our entire wedding experience at Downingtown Country Club has been nothing short of amazing. Our first interactions 2 years ago when we first booked really set the tone for the whole experience. Terri was so informative throughout our first tour and the venue is beautiful and really sells itself. Very spacious cocktail hour room, covered patio, and large ballroom. Terri and her team made planning the reception at Downingtown a breeze. Accommodating our requests, going above and beyond to make our day the best. The actual wedding day itself was perfect. We had our ceremony off site, so we were able to use the Bridal Suite in the morning. The bridal suite was stocked with snacks and champagne which set the tone for the day! Terri, Kristina, and Heather helped us out throughout the day. Kristina helped us before the reception with setting up all the décor, holding our umbrella for outside photos, and getting us water between photos! Heather was our day of concierge and went above and beyond. We never had an empty drink, she made sure we had enough food during our private cocktail hour and helped us out throughout the entire reception with photos, getting us dessert, and helping us pack up after! Truly cannot express how great Heather was. Everyone raved about the food and how tasty it was. Steaks were cooked perfectly, and everyone loved the chicken! Its amazing how much you get when you book with Downingtown. Not only do you get a hard-working, supportive team but you also get SO MUCH FOOD. So many Hors D'oeuvres and a whole CHOCOLATE ROOM. Our guest raved about the food. Downingtown Country Club is an incredible venue for any event, and we will definitely be having more events here in the future. We were thrilled with Downingtown Country Club, it was perfect for the size of our wedding (around 100 people), we felt it was reasonably priced, and Terri and Kristina were fantastic from the first time we visited the venue all the way through the wedding day. Always kind, professional, and helpful. If liking the people working there, and the look of the venue itself, wasn't enough, the food was amazing! We both liked almost everything we tried at the food tasting a few months before the wedding, and it felt like every single person who was at our wedding couldn't stop raving about the food, how good everything was, and how many options there were. Our personal favorites were the chocolate room and the late night fry bar! We couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding here, 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone!

This is the perfect wedding venue! From our initial meeting in 2021, to our wedding a few weeks ago, Downingtown Country Club went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Terri greeted us with champagne and showed us the gorgeous venue, with a sprawling golf course, huge reception room, and beautiful outdoor wedding area. We were shocked by how affordable the venue was, especially because we weren't sure when we wanted to get married during our tour. We ultimately decided on a New Year's Eve brunch, and it was exquisite! The venue was gorgeously decorated for Christmas, so we didn't need many additional decorations (highly recommend getting married around the holidays for this reason too!). The venue crew set up all of our decorations for us the night before so we could see what it looked like and make any adjustments. I really loved that DCC only books one wedding per day, so we didn't have to worry about timing everything with another wedding and vendors. The reception room is spacious and the newly added hardwood floors are perfect for dancing! We had a live band for music, and there was plenty of space for them and more than half of our wedding guests to dance (in total, there were about 125 guests there). The tables weren't cramped next to each other, and our guests had room to breathe and move at their tables. Accessibility was a huge factor for us when choosing our venue, as we had numerous people attending that needed accessible options. They were able to access the venue from the ground floor, and there was an elevator inside to move them between the reception, restrooms, and other areas. The food was superb! We felt that the menu was very extensive and gave us lots of options for those with allergies/food needs. The chocolate room was the biggest highlight! A room full of delicious chocolates and confections - need I say more?! Additionally, our wedding cake was included in the cost of the package, which I'd never heard of! All in all, you cannot go wrong choosing this venue. Terri, Amber, and the entire team works so hard to give you a worry-free day. We truly had the most perfect wedding thanks to everyone here!

All of the staff at Downingtown Country Club, especially Terri and Kristina, were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Our wedding day turned out to be everything we wanted and some, all thanks to them. Our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was, and how everything was setup so beautifully. We would highly recommend this venue for your wedding or any other event. The venue was great, Terri and her staff were awesome and accommodating in every way possible. The food was great, everyone was happy with the entrees. For the cost of Downingtown, we believe it is the best bang for your buck wedding venue in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Highly recommend!

My husband and I got married at Downingtown Country Club on 10/20/23. The whole experience was amazing! Terri and her team were the absolute best! They made the planning process super easy and made our wedding day run smooth and completely stress free. We got so many compliments from family and friends on how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was. I can’t recommend this venue enough!

For Terri/Kristie: Where do we even begin!? Terri was amazing from the moment we met in 2021 leading up to our wedding in October 2023! She was so informative, always there for any questions/concerns we may have had and always made us feel like the most important couple! She’s extraordinary at her job which made our wedding day run so smoothly! I didn’t have anything to worry about the day which I loved! I was assigned a day of concierge named Kristie who helped me with anything I needed, she drove the golf cart for us to our photo spots, kept me calm before my first look and made me feel at ease with everything going on that day. She also stayed with us up until we left the venue and gathered all our things we might have left behind! Her and Terri kept our drinks full, they brought us our dinners and made sure we were doing okay the whole night. They both made our day perfect! Thank you so much! ~ The Sheaffer’s The Venue: From the moment we talked with Terri and she gave us a tour we knew this was where we wanted our wedding. We looked at a couple of other venues before coming to Downingtown Country Club and none of them compared. The atmosphere, the staff and the surroundings were just a few of the reasons why we loved this place so much. We loved that there was a backup plan in case of rain, but thankfully we didn’t need! Their food is phenomenal and their chocolate room is to die for, I wish we could have another wedding just to come here again and do it all over, we will definitely recommend the venue to anyone we know who is getting married!

Terri and the entire team at DCC were fantastic and truly brought our vision to life. We wanted to find a venue that we could trust and take a lot of day-of work off our place, and were so happy that DCC was the perfect fit. Terri was amazing throughout our entire process, always willing and able to ask questions, and our day went off without a hitch. I cannot recommend them enough. Honestly, it was the chocolate indulgence room that sold me but the entire venue was fantastic on our day. On our day, we had some rain in the forecast, and they were patient and kind as we made our difficult decision (to have it outside)!! My husband and I, recently got Married at Downingtown Country Club, and they were amazing throughout the entire process. Terri and her team are wonderful! You can look at a million different venues as we did and you find what is best for you, your budget, your style and your vibe, and when we walked in to Downingtown and saw all they had to offer it was a perfect fit for us. We got married on the beautiful September 1st, 2023 and it simply was our best day ever! Working with Terry and her amazing staff to make our day exactly what we wanted was seamless and they all molded around exactly what we wanted! It was the best experience and they made everything run a smooth as ever! That day we got thousands of compliments and we continue to~ on the beautiful location, the good food&drinks (taco bar, delicious dinner, chocolate indulgence room everyones favorite) and most of all a GREAT time had by all! Our day was filled with amazing family, friends, and the people who have made a difference in our life, and we are so happy that we shared that a Downingtown country club. I think one of the biggest and Amazing things for us was seeing our vision come to life with our bridal party of 35, having our ceremony outside and then the reception room, making it exactly what we wanted filled with disco balls and fun. Every single one of our guests enjoyed themselves, and I know that it was the perfect fit for us to have our day at Downingtown. We just had the most amazing wedding at Downingtown this weekend! We loved this venue from the first time we saw it and booked it asap. Terri was amazing at helping us plan and was easily reachable for any of my million questions. Terri, Kristi, Christine and the whole team made the entire day run smoothly. Food was delicious! All our guests LOVED the chocolate room! Could not have asked for a better venue, thank you so much for making our day perfect!

I cannot sing the praises of DCC enough!!! We got married last Saturday and everything was perfect. From the time we took a tour about a year and a half ago to our wedding last week, Terri was available to answer any questions and help us with any little thing that popped up. We live about 2 hours from the venue, but she was very willing to work with us regarding planning meetings, tastings and other little things along the way! On the day of the event, Terri helped everything run super smooth. She made sure everything was where it needed to be, along with everyone knew what to do. Along with Terri, Kristi was AMAZINGLY helpful on that day. She drove us with our photographer around on the golf cart, made sure everyone was in the right place and assisted guests with where to go when they arrived early for the ceremony. She helped me take my veil off after the ceremony and really did just about anything we needed!! So many of our friends have told us that this is one of the best weddings they've ever been to and I largely attribute that to everyone and everything at the country club! Not only is it all beautiful, but it's well organized, the food is AMAZING and the chocolate room is such a fun experience for dessert! If you're looking for somewhere to have your wedding, look no further than the DCC and ask for Terri/Kristi to help you out!!!

Terri is amazing! From the initial phone consultation and throughout the planning process, she was a big factor in us choosing DCC. Her initial tour made us fall in love with the venue. What is included in the wedding package is extremely reasonable for the price. DCC truly made the day all about us. From our concierge who took us on the golf cart for photos and got us drinks/kept us on track, to the food itself (which is delicious), our day was perfect. We had a lot of dietary restrictions that were followed perfectly. Staff had great service, venue was clean and beautiful, and food was amazing. Especially with the new floors in the ballroom! The open bar was flowing all night and all of our decorations were put up exactly as we had asked. We highly recommend DCC as your wedding venue!

Downingtown Country Club was an incredible venue. Terri, Kristina and the rest of the staff were super helpful, professional, and kind from the time we booked this as our wedding venue all the way through the actual day of our wedding. Whenever we had any questions, they were always super responsive, and also were super flexible in scheduling things such as the tasting. For set-up, all we had to do was drop all of our signage, table numbers, etc. off at the venue when we went there for rehearsal and then they set up everything on the morning of our wedding. They also collected everything for us after the reception and allowed us to just pick it up late the next morning. We felt so taken care of and like we could just enjoy our day/night. The venue itself is beautiful with lots of flowers, especially since our wedding was in the summer. Kristina was extremely helpful with holding golfers while we were taking pictures with our bridal party, and her and Terri both made sure everyone knew where they were walking, standing, the order of both, etc. for the ceremony so it went really smoothly. We also had one of our best friends from college officiate our wedding and it was the first one he had ever done, but Terri was wonderful with easing his nerves and giving him all the confidence he needed to do such an incredible job on our big day. The cocktail hour and ceremony were both inside, but the set-up was still so gorgeous. They have an outdoor patio area that is open during the cocktail hour that our guests love. The food was delicious and we had so many people complimenting how good it was during and after the wedding. The staff did a wonderful job helping us keep up with our timeline of events for the ceremony so that we could get to all the dancing and fun on time. They also were quick to clean up any drinks or glasses that dropped or spilled keeping everyone safe to dance the night away. We cannot say enough good things about Downingtown Country Club along with Terri, Kristina and the rest of the staff. We truly couldn't have had a better experience at DCC for our wedding on 6/9/23. Terri is the absolute BEST. From the moment we inquired about a tour (a year and a half ago!) until our wedding day, she was kind, accommodating and detail oriented. She is so well versed in the wedding world and was able to help us make informed decisions. Her communication is excellent and she thoroughly answered every question we had. Kristi was FABULOUS the day of and was consistently checking in with us to ensure we were okay. She was SO kind and helpful!! Truly everything (even things we didn't think of) were covered and done- from the water station at our outdoor ceremony to picture locations on the golf cart. The drinks and food were amazing. Both the outdoor ceremony space and reception space were absolutely stunning. DCC took our vision and made it even better than we pictured it. They made wedding planning as stress free as possible and we cannot recommend them enough. We would choose DCC a thousand times over as our wedding venue! If you don’t book with Downingtown, you will HIGHLY regret it!!! I had my wedding there 6/3/23. From the moment we met Terri on our tour, we knew this was the place for us. As a same sex couple, she immediately made us feel comfortable. She was open about the flaws in the system, but honest and willing to adjust, change, adapt, and make things work for me and my wife. This was a huge difference from some places who tried to force us into a box we just don’t fit in. Immediately, we fell in LOVE with the bridal suite (which is absolutely gorgeous), the billiards room, the ceremony pergola with the waterfall, the beautiful ballroom and patio, and of course, THE CHOCOLATE ROOM. But truthfully, the best thing we learned is that the people running your venue can literally make or break your day. Terri was our superhero !! Throughout the entire process from tours to tastings to detail meetings, Terri was sweet, inviting, and happy to do anything that would make us happy! We also had our rehearsal dinner there - run by Kristi and went so smoothly. We had our dinner right after and our server Sadie was incredibly sweet, attentive, and kind to all our guests. She managed to serve 25 people quickly and the food was incredible!! (And affordable - which is super important when you’re paying for a wedding haha). On the day of our wedding, we were greeted by Becca, who was incredibly kind and patient. She helped set up literally ALL of our tens of thousands of boxes of decorations, and staff with her were working tirelessly. Oh.. AND! She helped me meet RON JAWORSKI HIMSELF!! Then of course comes Terri - even in the midst of some family things, she made us top priority. She was running around making sure everything was absolutely perfect for our day. Flash forward, our florist forgot to decorate our arch and Terri, in about 5 super fast minutes, comes out with another floral arrangement, runs around pulling our colored flowers, and creates a beautiful arch out of thin air. She literally saved the day! And of course, Kristi. Whatever they are paying this girl, it should probably be doubled. Kristi was like our silent hero. She left us alone when we needed it, but LITERALLY the second I needed something, I would turn around and there was Kristi, ready to make it happen. She helped me shoo off the super early guests (she makes a great but not very scary bouncer), she bustled BOTH of our super complex dresses in lightning speed cause nobody from our guests could figure it out, she kept us calm and reassured even when we were running behind on time, oh and she makes a pretty great golf cart driver for our picture time!! I actually don’t think I could sing her praises any more or this review would be a novel. In summary, Downingtown feels like home. In the most scary day of your life, you are surrounded by a beautiful but not intimidating venue, unbelievably kind humans, and the best staff you could find. (By the way, they turned over tables and reset the cocktail space like LIGHTNING. It was impressive to watch). Like I said, if you don’t pick Downingtown, I think you will highly regret that decision. It was the best choice we could have ever made. Our guests sung the praises of the food, the drinks, and the entire location. PS- pick the crab cakes. You won’t be sorry!

My son and daughter in law had their wedding/reception here on May 27, 2023. It was an amazing event. This is a top notch place. The food, staff & sight was off the charts. Highly recommend!! All the guests agree as well. Thank you for making their day beautiful!!!

Our wedding reception was absolutely beautiful and very well-organized. Everybody gave us compliments, loved the food, ambiance and the attention they got. Terri and her team at the Downingtown Country Club did such a wonderful job and it was a delight to work with them during the entire preparation process. They take care of everything, allowing you to truly enjoy your celebration with family and friends.

The Ron Jaworski Downingtown Country Club is a wonderful venue with an amazing staff that helped us so much throughout the ever changing process from 2020 until 2022. Food was varied and delicious, the staff stepped up when last-minute issues from other vendors occurred, and the evening played out without issues.

When I say 5-star service, I mean it. Everyone at the Downingtown Country Club was so helpful and accommodated all of our request. They guided us through the preparations and executed every detail on our wedding day. We would definitely consider Downingtown Country Club for any other event we're having in the future.

I cannot begin to express how wonderful our wedding day was at Downingtown Country Club! The whole planning process was seamless and easy. With every last minute change I had, they easily made it happen with no questions which truly helped my nerves leading up to the big day. The only 2 small complaints that I have was I felt communication the day of was not the best. My photographers were told that they were going to be setting up chairs for the ceremony so we could no longer continue taking pictures near the stones and waterfall, but then, the staff did not set them up for another 25 minutes which lead to messing up my timeline a bit and not getting all the pictures I wanted. Also, while watching our wedding ceremony video, during our vows, someone was taking out the trash and you could glass bottles hitting the trash can for about 15-20 seconds, which was not very professional. All in all, my husband and I loved our wedding day and our guests still talk about the beautiful venue and amazing food/ drinks. Thank you Downingtown Country Club!

Sean and I had the best wedding at Downingtown Country Club! Our experience leading up to our special day was also great too. Terri and her staff captured every detail and were always super friendly and accommodating. On the day of, everything was even better than what we envisioned! The ceremony and reception area was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Our guests have been raving about the delicious food and the great time they had. Terri, Kristina, and the staff made sure we(bride and groom) were happy the entire day. We also loved being able to use the bridal suite and the billiard lounge to get ready prior to the ceremony. Very convenient having everything in one place. Definitely book your wedding and events here!

I can't express how wonderful my wedding day was. The planning process with Terri felt very easy, which was such a relief for a bride planning her whole wedding herself. She always answered any questions I had, and Christina was amazing as well. The only complaints I have is that there was no mint for my signature drink (mojito). The country club forgot about my rehearsal dinner the night before (I did panic), but Terri and her team were able to easily accommodate my bridal party and immediate family. At the end of the day, my guests could not stop talking about how much fun they had and how beautiful the venue was!

Downingtown Country Club far exceeded our expectations for our wedding. We wanted to find a local venue that was all-inclusive. The planning process was incredibly smooth and working with Terri was a dream! She was quick and detailed with communication and was so helpful during the planning process. We booked the venue not only for it including so much, but because of how beautiful it is. We don't have our photos back yet, but I am positive they will turn out wonderful thanks to the beautiful backdrop of the country club. Terri really helped to bring our vision to life and made sure our wedding day was special. I am so happy that on the day of the wedding we had nothing to worry about since we had the knowledge that Terri and her team were there to make the day come to life. Kristi was with us throughout the day as our personal wedding concierge. She made sure we had anything we needed, escorted us around the golf course for photos, and made sure the day was seamless. We had many compliments from friends and family about the venue and they said their experience as wedding guests was also extremely positive. So happy with our choice to get married at Downingtown!

We had an amazing experience having our wedding at Downingtown Country Club! Terri was extremely helpful to have as our wedding coordinator throughout the whole process. Kristina was our wedding concierge during the wedding day and she was always there to answer any questions and help things go smoothly! The one complaint I have is during the reception, nobody informed the DJ that the chocolate indulgence room was open, so this was never announced and not all guests were aware of the additional desserts (including the bride and groom!). Besides this, all went smoothly and overall a great experience!

After touring this venue and seeing the grounds and scenery I knew this was my venue! I wanted somewhere where I could have the ceremony outside with nice scenery in the same place as the reception and this was that place! It was easy working with Bridget in the beginning but then it switched to Terri midway through and she was a pleasure to work with. She understood everything I wanted and brought it to life. My husband is super picky and wanted a burger and fries for his meal and that is what he got on our wedding day. I wish I could relive this day over and over again. I did not eat much because I just did not have an appetite that day but everyone said how good the food was! I highly recommend Downingtown for anyones wedding!

Our wedding at Downingtown Country Club was an absolute dream come true! Terri and Amber were amazing to work with and made planning stress free and fun. I have been to a ton of weddings in this area and DCC is by far the best in food, atmosphere and service; I cannot say enough good things about this venue!

Downingtown was the perfect venue from start to finish. The staff is amazing and accommodating. The food was incredible and the venue itself was stunning. Between the beautiful ceremony space, the flowers in the garden, and waterfall to the beautiful historic building in the background gave our day an elevated and timeless feel. I cannot recommend booking with Downingtown enough. They helped coordinate with all our venders and truly are the reason our day was so memorable.

The entire team at Downingtown was truly a joy to work with for our wedding. From start to finish they were so attentive and helpful. When originally looking for venues I was looking for smaller venues with lots of big fairy tale gardens. I came across Downingtown Country Club and my now husband insisted we had to see it. I was very hesitant because it was a golf course and that didn't interest me, but he convinced me by saying that the grounds would be kept immaculate which also meant no bugs. From the moment we set foot in the venue we knew that it was going to be our venue. Everyone there is so kind and informative. We started out working with Bridget and she was wonderful. Terri ended up taking over the position (Bridget still works there, just not as the coordinator) and the transition was seamless. Terri was super flexible in working with our schedules for our tasting/appointments, and always reassured us about any of our anxieties/concerns. She worked with us to make sure our ceremony/reception were customized entirely to what WE wanted and that the packets were just guidelines to work from. She gave us tips of things to/not to do from her experience. We had a signature cocktail, which is a cocktail I had at another restaurant and love, but also had sentiment to me (I know that sounds weird to say about a drink), and the bartenders perfected it.. it was actually better than the other one. All of the food was great, too. One of our appetizers during our cocktail hour was the stuffed mushrooms. I was very skeptical because my mom makes the best stuffed mushrooms and Downingtown's were just as good as the ones my mom made. The coconut shrimp was also amazing, which I'm very picky about. Terri did a rehearsal with us the night before our wedding and relieved any anxieties I was having. The next morning when we arrived at the venue to begin getting ready Amber was there to help my bridesmaids and me with anything we needed. I could go on and on about every little detail that perfected our day. So many people have told us that it was the best wedding they've been to and how much fun it was. Thank you SO much to everyone at Downingtown who made our day the best day ever.

I do not have enough great things to say about Downingtown Country Club! From the moment we walked into the door for our tour until the very end of our wedding reception, Terri, Amber, and the rest of the staff were so incredibly nice, accommodating, and friendly! Terri was our main point of contact for all planning, and she was so responsive to emails and very helpful! Amber was also so helpful, especially on our wedding day! Our day-of assistant, Izzy, was the nicest and was always making sure I was taken care of, along with my entire bridal party. The venue was BEAUTIFUL! It was very nicely landscaped and very tidy at our ceremony site. Everything was set up perfectly and way early! Thankfully the weather cooperated that day, but all of our chairs were set up at the ceremony site way early. Inside at our reception, it was very clean and so beautiful! Our wait staff were so friendly and bartenders were fast and also so friendly! The bathrooms were clean as well. The bridal suite was very well equipped with drinks and snacks, and it was a great location to hang out before pictures and the ceremony. It was very clean and organized for us. The food at our reception was just as good as our tasting! Not a single guest had any complaints about the food and drinks, they were all raving about how delicious the dinner was. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Downingtown Country Club! They made the wedding planning process so easy and as stress-free as possible from start to finish!

Downingtown country club was absolutely amazing!! Terri and Amber were great and keeping in contact and answering any questions we had. They helped tremendously with the planning process. On the day of our wedding, they made sure everything was exactly as I pictured it. It was the perfect day and could not have happened without their help! The food was incredible (all of our guests are still talking about it). Their pricing is super reasonable and affordable especially considering the cost of weddings now a days. This venue is so wonderful. We had to push our wedding back two years because of Covid and they worked with us every step of the way. Highly professional and super friendly. Everyone talked about how food the food was. Cannot recommend enough!

DCC was a great experience for our wedding. They were accommodating to our culture specific dinner items, weather changes, and my many questions lol. They helped us stay in line with our day of timeline and moved things along so we could fit everything in. The team at Downingtown Country Club is extremely attentive and generous to ensure that you have the best day/event. They take care of every detail and provide connections to amazing vendors to make the process even easier. Beyond the wonderful partnership with the staff, the setting and food were highly complimented by our guests. Our only suggestion, if you want the gardening to be in full bloom for an outside ceremony, is to hold your wedding between May-Oct.

My husband and I loved working with Downingtown! Our day went so smoothly and perfect! Everyone was fantastic to work with, were quick to respond to emails/calls, and were there for us every step of the way. She was amazing with the breakdown of the wedding event process and setting up our tasting! The wedding was moved at the end of Summer to 2021 and Bridget made this the easiest, least stressful process! Her emails were sincere and presented us with all the options possible. Our wedding was very Fall/Halloween detailed, and Terri was an absolute angel with every email and meeting. She worked with our vision and made the special day come to life! Amber is the best day of right hand man, anyone could ask for- she was right there at any given moment. We took pictures around the golf course and Amber guided us to the perfect picture locations! If you have a bustle issue... not to worry Terri & Amber are there to help! I would not ask for a better team to ensure your day is absolutely perfect!

BEST DAY, BEST VENUE. We got married on New Years Eve 2021. We started our wedding planning early in 2020, and we postponed to 2021 due to the thorn in everyone’s side. Covid. Terri was introduced to us during the summer of 2021 and she is excellent. We cannot rave about her enough. Along with Terri, we also had the assistance of Amber who is also wonderful. The last few weeks were pretty hectic with the holidays and the constant threat of Covid, but Terri provided such great assistance and even reassurance that our day would be absolutely perfect and it was. The day of the wedding my bridesmaids, the moms and I took over the whole top floor where the bridal suite is located. There’s a fridge up there already loaded with drinks and we of course brought some extra snacks and champagne. We had plenty of space between the 9 of us and the 4 members of the hair and make-up team. The boys were on the other side of the venue getting ready and they had access to the billiard room, which provides a nice photo op as well. The DCC kept their Christmas decorations up which provided a nice backdrop for photos and it just felt cozy and wintery, which was a look I was personally going for. Amber drove me to our first look in a golf cart and she continued to drive us and the photographer around the course as we took pictures. I really appreciated that, less wear and tear on my dress and feet. Our ceremony was inside and everyone fit comfortably. We had quite a large wedding ( almost 200 guests) and no one felt like they were overcrowded with people. The area that holds cocktail hour looks small and narrow, but there was plenty of room to move around everyone. We had 2-3 bars for our cocktail hour and the food for cocktail hour and dinner was delish. There are so many great options to choose from as well, I don’t think you could go wrong with anything. We had fireworks at our wedding too, we viewed them from the back of the patio! It was from an outside vendor, but they also coordinated with DCC to make sure all went as planned. The day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly. We’re so happy we chose DCC to hold our wedding, it checked every box for our needs and our wants. From Terri to the waitstaff everyone was amazing. I wish we could relive it again. We will definitely return to the Seven Tap Tavern as well and reminisce about our most perfect day! Let me preface this review by saying I was the worst, out-of-town bride. I am very go-with-the-flow and wasn't too stressed out with the planning process. Amber and Terri are two angels on Earth. They need raises. I started a new job during the process of wedding planning, and they made sure I was up to date with all of my "wedding homework". They were able to get our tasting squeezed in on a weekend we were in the area (we live 3 hours away). They made sure we had our vendors in line and had suggestions for vendors if we needed them (which we did). Part of our wedding party was able to make the rehearsal due to travel, but Terri and Amber made it work. They were so attentive on our wedding day. The champagne was flowing all morning while the girls got ready. I'm scared to even ask the guys how their "getting ready" process went, but I know they had fun, too. We were a rowdy crew. It was FREEZING while we took our formal photos before the ceremony and Amber made sure to bring me some much-needed adult beverages to keep my nerves down (and to keep me warmed up). This angel took the coat off her literal back to warm me up. We were greeted with champagne post-ceremony with our bridal party and parents to have a "we did it" moment before cocktail hour. These fabulous ladies made sure we ate and always had a drink in our hand/at our table. We've had SO many positive reviews of the food. Some say it was the best wedding food they've ever had. We had SO much fun. I want to do it again. I don't intend on having another wedding, but if I did, I would choose DCC. Thank you DCC for the most magical night of our lives <3

Wow, just wow. Everything was AMAZING! Terri, Amber and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible! I couldn’t of asked for a better day! It was raining but Terri had plan B ready to go! She was always there for my husband and I whenever we had questions. Both Terri and Amber were very attentive! And the food….THE FOOD WAS TO DIE FOR! The entire day was so magical and I cannot thank everyone at the Country Club enough!

Terri was always available through email and promptly responded with any questions we had. She did a great job of making sure everything ran smoothly before, and day of. Unfortunately, it rained during our ceremony. Terri was constantly checking the whether prior and it was very helpful that she had multiple options of what we could do if the rain ended up coming through (which it did). Even with the rain and pushing our ceremony inside with guests already at their tables, I truly had the most perfect day. All of our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food tasted! Thank you, Downingtown Country Club for giving us our perfect day we will remember forever!

Our wedding at Downingtown Country Club was everything we had ever hoped and dreamed it would be! We booked the venue in 2019 for 2020, but the venue worked with us to move the wedding to 2021 and it was absolutely worth the wait! Every single detail was though of and done for us. The bridal suit with champagne and snacks was perfect for getting ready. The grounds of the course are so beautiful and made for some gorgeous photos. Our family and friends have not stopped telling us about how much fun they had at our reception and how great cocktail hour was. Every person working there made sure our day was perfect, and it truly was.

We had our wedding back in early October and can absolutely say it was the best day of our lives thanks to Downingtown Country Club, specifically Terri and Amber. The best decision we made when planning our wedding was choosing this venue. If you have the opportunity to book your wedding with Downingtown, do it. I was completely clueless going into this planning process and Terri guided us every step of the way. Amber and Terri were absolutely wonderful the day of the wedding and made sure we had everything and anything we possibly needed. I am still hearing compliments from our guests about the food and how beautiful the venue itself is. With that said, my husband and I highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the future.

Downingtown Country Club was absolutely wonderful to work with. We booked them in 2019 prior to COVID and we had numerous ideas how our wedding would look. All throughout 2020 and beginning of 2021, DCC made sure that whatever happened they would make our wedding what we wanted. All the wedding coordinators we worked with were patient, kind, and attentive to details. On the day of our actual wedding, we could not have asked for a better experience. Although it rained and our ceremony was inside, they planned for both indoor and outdoor and made us feel supported and prepared for any experience. We truly are so grateful for everything they did for us and we would HIGHLY recommend them as venue!! Everyone at our wedding loved the food, the atmosphere, and the location itself!! The food was amazing! 10/10 recommend them to anyone!! We could not imagine our wedding anywhere else.

Downingtown Country Club was AMAZING!!!! Terri was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and she guided me in ways I wouldn't have even thought of. I truly had the BEST day of my life and Amber left no stone unturned throughout the day. I was truly impressed by how attentive, on-the-ball, sweet, and patient she was (My wedding party was large and might have been a little difficult to handle). The entire day ran so much more smooth than I could have ever imagined or planned for. I'm so so happy I had my wedding at DCC. It truly is a beautiful venue and everyone still mentions how much they loved their meal. I had searched high and low for a good wedding venue, and I'm so happy that I can say I successfully found it.

We just had our reception here last weekend (Sept 18) and I cannot say enough about this ENTIRE staff. From the whole beginning process to the final walk out, Terri and Amber are an AMAZING team! We were there as early as 8:00 am and didn’t leave until about 10:30 and I’m speechless! Don’t hesitate and reach out to schedule your tour!!!

Our wedding and reception at Downingtown Country Club was amazing! During the planning process, Bridget and Amber were always so accommodating with any questions and concerns I had, especially with regulations for covid changing weekly. During the wedding day, they were always right there to accommodate anything our bridal party needed. The space itself was beautiful and they went above and beyond to make our guests feel safe. The food was delicious and so many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they've been to, and we didn't hear one complaint! Highly recommend DCC for your wedding!

We used Downingtown Country Club for our wedding ceremony and reception. In the almost two years we had this venue booked we had 3 different contact people which made us nervous but we couldn't be happier with Amber. She went above and beyond and was unbelievably helpful the day of. All of the staff we had encountered were beyond helpful and flexible with all of our ideas. All of our guests raved about the food and how beautiful everything was. We would 10000% recommend this venue!

Downingtown country club was an absolutely amazing venue for our wedding. We originally worked with Bridgette and then switched to Terri, and both of them were so very helpful during the planning process. Amber and Terri handled any and everything the day of our wedding to make it the smoothest day possible. They were seriously wonderful and helped us with everything including those little details that sometimes you forget about! Amber even helped us during pictures by suggesting spots on the golf course or holding my bouquet. We knew we obviously loved the looks of this venue when we booked it, but even the food at our wedding was amazing. A lot of our guests were telling us how good the food was which you don’t always hear at a wedding! The venue and staff at Downingtown were truly amazing and we would highly recommend them if you are looking for a venue!!

The team was so easy to work with and made the process of changing dates a breeze! Bridget, Terri and Amber were so easy to work with and made all of our dreams come true for our wedding! Terri was amazing in the planning process and Amber was always close on the day of the our wedding to get my husband and I anything we may have wanted. The food was delicious and the Chocolate Room was a favorite of our guests! The grounds at the country club are STUNNING and we loved that we were able to travel around the golf course to get our pictures done. Highly recommend this amazing venue!

I may be biased but our wedding was the BEST wedding I’ve ever attended! :) It was so stress free, dreamy, beautiful and fun! I have so many positive words to say about the venue, I could go on for days but I can’t leave that long of a review here (lol). Wedding planning came easy after we booked our venue, because they made it that way. I searched and called over 2 dozen vendors in the tri-county area and didn’t schedule showings based off the fact I’d have to sell my kidney on the black market to afford a decent wedding. I eventually came across DCC and it was our 2nd venue we toured. We were immediately impressed with the staff, grounds and it fit within our budget. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and DCC was incredibly understanding and made it easy for us to do with no issues - as if we never had to change the date to begin with. They kept us up to date with all the changes and requirements that were mandated to help us make an informed decision on how we wanted to proceed with our wedding. You really do get a lot of bang for your buck here when you factor in all the things that typically get missed during initial wedding planning (linens, center pieces, candles, sign stands, cake, etc.), which are all included in the cost! They have a lovely bridal suite for the ladies to get ready in with complementary light snacks and mimosas. The men had a room to get ready in and enjoy some rounds of pool on the other side of the building to keep the bride/groom separate from seeing each other. We dealt with many of the staff members since day 1 and all of them were incredible; a very seamless transition. They made our day very EASY and stress free. Terri and Amber were awesome to work with day of and Bridget was also very accommodating. Amber was attentive and took care of my MOH’s daughter while we were getting pictures, etc. Terri was such a pleasure to meet and work with day of (I never met her prior as I moved out of state when we postponed our wedding). The food was AMAZING. I never had wedding food taste this good. Heck, even some restaurant food doesn’t taste this good. I had the macaroni and cheese bar with 5 Hors d'oeuvres - all were awesome! For dinner, we had the Chicken Saltimbocca (very flavorful and JUICY) and Filet Mignon, which was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth like butter. ALL of my guests are still raving about how awesome the food was and honestly, I am too. There was plenty of champagne and the chocolate indulgence room was an extra added bonus to enjoy with our cake and it was a hit (and included with the cost!). They have a large ceremony area beside a beautiful waterfall and a large pergola to decorate with sheer fabric and flowers if you desire (we had a local florist do this); but it’s just as beautiful as is. We were able to have a live, 5 piece dueling piano band, photo booth and an awesome sparkler send off to end the night. The grounds are beautiful filled with many, colorful flowers, luscious green grass, and beautiful buildings as a back drop to capture the most beautiful pictures you could ever dream of. I would, without a doubt, 110%+ recommend DCC for your wedding ceremony and reception venue. Food is amazing, grounds are beautiful, and the staff will most certainly go above and beyond to make your planning and wedding day a breeze. Thank you DCC for your exceptional service and I wish many years of great success.

This is an amazing venue! The location on a gold course is stunning! There is a bridal suite and a grooms lounge (complete with pool table). We had our ceremony outside under the pergola next to a small stream and surrounded by beautiful flowers. We followed that by a wonderful cocktail hour with amazing food which our guests raved about. The dinner was fantastic and the chocolate indulgence dessert room was amazing! There is outdoor space as well as the inside area and our guests used all of it! Our wedding coordinators were with us every step of the way which made everything flow smoothly. I highly recommend this venue for anyone in the area looking for a fantastic wedding experience.

Downingtown Country Club and their staff were amazing!! We booked Downingtown as a venue before the pandemic started. They worked with us the whole time and kept us informed about everything and how they were handling weddings according to state guidelines. Bridget was super responsive to emails and phone calls. The days leading up to the wedding Bridget and Kerry were wonderful especially with having to make last minute changes due to weather. The day of the wedding couldn't have gone any smoother! Bridget, Kerry and Amber all went above and beyond! I would 100% book Downingtown again!

WOW! They were so amazing throughout the whole process of my wedding. My husband and I were supposed to get married April 2020 but then had to reschedule five times. Each time they were so easy and awesome to work with. We started of with Kerry then had Bridget. The day of we worked with Terri, Amber, and Sadie! Let me tell you, you would have never known we switched people over because they made it so easy and stress free. The food was so good. We had a pasta station and 8 different butlered hors d'Oeuvre at cocktail hour. We did the signature salad with Steak and Chicken Marsala for dinner. Then had our cake and cupcakes, a whole bunch of yummy chocolate treats and ice cream for dessert. Then we had a fry and cheesesteak station to end the night. It was all so amazing. It started to rain really hard 40 minutes before our ceremony (which was supposed to be outside) and Terri and the team VERY quickly were able to move it inside and we STILL started on time!! I highly recommend Downingtown for your wedding!!

We just celebrated our wedding here yesterday and it was the best experience we could have ever hoped for. A lot of credit for that going to this venue and all the staff that work here. The grounds are stunning,, so many picture opportunities both inside and outside.. Bridget was such a joy to work with, and she is a big reason why the planning process was so stress free and easy. During these uncertain times Bridget did everything in her power to work with us to help us have a wedding we could only dream about. The day of, we met Amber who was like our right hand women for the day and she was an angel! The food was beyond amazing, we had the buffet style and all our guest raved about was how amazing the food was, so thank you to the chef! Every last one of their staff helped us make this night a night to remember. They were all so helpful in every way possible and they all did a great job making sure we were all safe.

Our wedding day was so special because of our venue, Downingtown Country Club. Throughout all of COVID and quarantine, we were kept up to date with new procedures and ended up having our wedding completely outside which was perfect. The tent and lighting was beautiful, the pergola area (and the surrounding landscaping) was beautiful, the cocktail hour felt special in the country clubs back patio; just the whole layout of this place is the best! The bridal suites are really nice and we so enjoyed getting ready and finding some quiet time in these spaces. The food is also amazing and we heard rave reviews all night!
