Hiring Danielle was the best decision we made for our wedding. Even though we had a venue coordinator, we felt a wedding planner was needed with so many details and moving parts and boy were we right! Danielle coordinated seamlessly with the venue coordinator to maximize all the venue had to offer. She held our hands through the entire process with her organization, responsiveness, and gentle pushing where necessary. She was patient with us when we had questions or needed to talk through ideas. On the wedding day, we were able to enjoy every moment without worrying about any details, trusting Danielle and her team were handling everything. I even thought to myself on multiple occasions “I have no idea where XYZ goes, but Danielle has it covered so I’m not worried.” Wedding planning can be an emotional rollercoaster, but we will certainly cherish the memories of planning our big day thanks to Danielle’s help. I'm super belated in writing this review, but here it is! Danielle provided partial planning services for me and my partner for our wedding last year. I was NOT a bride who enjoyed wedding planning, and to say that I was stressed out about planning such a large event was an understatement. Danielle helped my partner and I through our toughest planning moments and was receptive and patient with us in the months leading up to our big day. But the true magic of Danielle and her team was on our wedding day itself. The whole day was a dream and it wouldn't have been possible without Danielle behind the scenes making sure everything was *just* right. We had a somewhat non-traditional wedding, and Danielle executed our vision so flawlessly. She took care of EVERY detail on the day-of, allowing my partner and I to truly enjoy ourselves and be present in the moment. She thinks of every detail and has a back up plan for every back up plan. She helped us with planning, booking vendors, and day of coordination. Our big day was stress free with Danielle at the helm and she flawlessly handled all the curveballs as they came up. We sadly had a loss in our family a few weeks before our wedding and Danielle was able to keep our plans moving while we were MIA, work with our vendors, and provided such care and compassion along the way. Danielle was absolutely fantastic in planning our wedding. We were back and forth on whether or not to hire a wedding planner, but within minutes of speaking with Danielle we knew we had to have her. Danielle is everything you want, everything you need, and then some! My husband and I always felt in such good hands with her in our corner and constantly commented to each other during the planning process how thankful we were to have her and how we couldn’t imagine how we would be doing all of this planning and coordinating without her. This is her niche! She was born to do this and she knocks it out of the park. Danielle is the absolute best! My husband and I are so grateful to Danielle for all of her hard work making our wedding day so perfect and we still talk about how she was the best investment. My wedding was last night, and this morning after saying goodbye to all our guests, the first thing I knew I had to do was leave a review for Danielle and her team. I could not have gotten through the months of planning without her, and on the day of my wedding, I didn’t have to solve a single problem—anything that came up, Danielle was on it! Our guests said ours was the smoothest wedding they had ever attended, and it is absolutely all due to Danielle’s meticulous planning. Her team was amazing as well; they anticipated what I would need before I even had to ask and were always there to help. I cannot recommend DPNAK Events enough.
Impressive is an understatement. Danielle’s exceptional attention to detail, organization, and coordination abilities combined with demonstrated industry experience and expertise are all worth it on their own merits to hire her immediately to lead your coordination team. But perhaps what sticks with us the most is that because of these qualities and because we had so much confidence in Danielle, we went into our wedding weekend at ease and completely present. As I told Danielle, it is impossible for me to say “thank you” enough times. Similarly, it is impossible to include all of the reasons Danielle is worth hiring in a review. My attempt to summarize is as follows: every cent you pay to DPNAK pays for itself tenfold, and makes every cent you spend on your event otherwise worthwhile. She is brilliant, wildly experienced, and I don’t doubt she is one of the best planners in the world. I know that Harry Potter isn’t real (despite our mutual love for it) but I do have to wonder if Danielle doesn’t possess some actual magical powers.
Also, I started working with DPNAK in 2019 and spent a large % of my budget on her services due to several years of planning and multiple covid postponements. I don’t regret it for a second, it was the best investment we could have made.
Working with Danielle was undoubtedly the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. Because of Danielle, we were able to truly enjoy and completely soak in our wedding day. From our first meeting with her, we knew that we needed Danielle’s expertise and incredible attention to detail to pull off our outdoor wedding. Throughout our two year planning process (including a postponement that Danielle seamlessly navigated us through), she kept us organized and on schedule, helped us navigate choosing and working with all of our vendors (of which there were many) and, most importantly, was always one step ahead and thinking through all potential footfalls. But above all, Danielle is simply a pleasure to work with. We loved getting to know her, exchanging emails and having her with us throughout the day. Danielle’s wealth of knowledge was invaluable. Her years in the industry have allowed her to compile a very long and comprehensive list of wedding pros. She was easily able to recommend vendors that matched our styles, meshed with our personalities, and were within our budget. Not only were all of our vendors incredibly talented, but they understood the importance of time management, communication, and teamwork. We would not have found such great wedding pros without her help.
Danielle’s experience also allowed her to pose questions to our venues and wedding pros that we would have never thought of. And she was able to address any potential logistical concerns before they ever became an issue. No stone was left unturned.
Danielle is passionate, organized, thorough, and detail-oriented. She was always ready to share thoughtful advice on navigating tough familial situations or her expertise on creating a special guest experience. She always had quick, detailed, and helpful responses to all of our many questions. Danielle was also prepared for any and all wedding day mishaps, including when my wedding dress bustle broke and my sister’s dress strap ripped. We were sewn together and back on the dance floor in no time at all!

During our wedding planning (and especially the few weeks leading up to the wedding), we kept saying to each other that Danielle was the best investment we made for our wedding day. Not only did she keep us organized and have great recommendations, but she was very supportive throughout the whole process. I literally don’t know what I would have done with her (and her amazing day-of timeline that my mom still won’t stop talking about). By the time we got around to the wedding day, I was not worried about anything and felt complete trust that Danielle had it covered if anything unexpected came up.
Where do I even begin?! A little less than 9 years ago Danielle was the wedding planner for my sister’s wedding. Right after I got engaged, I looked Danielle up to find that she was now doing most of her work in the Bucks County area, but I decided to reach out anyway. Danielle agreed to take Tom and me on as clients and I could not be more grateful. Danielle is truly made for what she does. She is smart, professional, organized, fun, and knows the industry well. She gave me recommendations throughout the entire process and I ended up with an incredible team surrounding me and one hell of a wedding. She helped us stay organized and on track the entire time and thought of things that never would have crossed my mind. The day of the wedding I was truly able to sit back, relax, and have an amazing time. I would invest in Danielle and her team 100xs over. She is a true asset and a wonderful person!!
Danielle was simply the best wedding planner we could have asked for. We went into the planning process knowing nothing and Danielle was an amazing resource with great recommendations on all the many vendors we needed. She had wonderful ideas about the flow of the evening and various things we could work in to make the event itself better than we could have imagined (and this especially came in handy since there were so many unique things we had to think about with a covid wedding). She was incredibly organized and kept us on track with the hundreds of different elements that go into planning - and this was true even before we had to move our wedding twice due to the pandemic (original date was May 2020) and split it into a very small wedding in Sept 2020 and a larger reception-only even in October 2021. I honestly don't know what we could have done these reschedulings without Danielle. And lastly, Danielle is extremely kind and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend Danielle and DPNAK EVents to anyone having a wedding!
No other way to slice it, Danielle and DPNAK Events is simply the best. We were amazed at what Danielle and her team was able to do for us -- Danielle is extremely organized, thorough, and comprehensive. She put us at complete ease throughout the entire wedding planning process!! As we navigated wedding planning during the COVID-era, Danielle stuck by our side for 2+ years and a multitude of date changes, vendor switches, and myriad other potential stumbling blocks. Our wedding day was exactly what we wanted. And that's because of Danielle and her team. Danielle worked thoughtfully with us from day one -- taking time to get to really know us as individuals and as a couple. She kept us organized, sending monthly reminders and tasks, small check-ins with clear and concise to do lists.
She responds to emails thoroughly and quickly. With us, she was honest with feedback but committed to executing our vision. We were married at Bok in South Philly in August. Our ceremony was on the roof, and the reception in the gym. Throughout the day, we worked with nine different vendors. Danielle was on top of all of it. She had been emailing (and sometimes calling) each vendor with reminders and timelines, ensuring each party knew exactly where to be and when to be there. The day of the wedding felt smooth. Danielle was the first to arrive and the last to leave the venue. She worked incredibly hard all day, always moving, thinking ahead. On top of that, she was fun, quick witted, and calm, too. She put us at ease with a joke or a laugh.

Most people would think rescheduling twice would be a nightmare, but with Danielle it felt like all we had to do was pick a date (then another) and she made sure everything was handled. Where to begin? We just had our wedding 3 weeks ago (October 19th, 2019) in Bethlehem, PA and started working with Danielle over a year and a half ago. Through the entire process (even on nights and weekends and very early mornings when she says she may not respond as quickly as usual) Danielle waved her magic wand and created the most organized, magical and stunning wedding for us. My husband (first time typing that) and I could not have asked for a more perfect powerhouse of a human to have worked with. Our venue was entirely bare bones and is typically a space this isn't used for wedding receptions, with no kitchen space and barely even a point of contact to help us even book the space. Danielle dove right in when we realized that there would be an enormous amount of coordination and planning that would need to be done to pull off our dream wedding at this very shabby venue. We really wanted to make the space our own and Danielle suggested so many different things that we never would have thought of while still allowing us to let our creativity and our own ideas and style shine. Danielle's meticulous attention to detail and passion for weddings is so extremely apparent through every aspect of her work. Any issue that popped up (and there were quite a few small hiccups along the way) Danielle had a solution for, some of which I didn't even know about until after the wedding. Danielle is literally the absolute BEST of the BEST! We truly could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her. She is worth every penny and more. My friends, family and I all just adore her and are SO sad to not be planning with her now that the wedding is over. Danielle is 100% the planner of the year/decade/century, she is fabulous in every single way. We had begun the wedding process and realized in the 2 months (maybe even less) before the wedding that we were missing the "glue" of our wedding. Danielle got immediately started on analyzing all of our previously made plans/bookings & amazing pulled everything together to guide us through our "gaps" and what needed attention. She caught the most tedious (yet crucial) details in our wedding day AND rehearsal day details!! We were truly so impressed with her attention to detail while being SO SO pleasant to work with. Danielle helped my wife and I plan our wedding which we threw on a piece of family owned property in Bucks County, PA. It is impossible to overstate how helpful Danielle was in the process. She worked closely with us starting from very early on to make sure we were on track with essentials such as catering, rentals, etc. She knew the best vendors in the area including, but not limited to, our DJ, rental companies, florists, transportation (we chose to rent a bus for our guests) and more. Danielle is amazing and everything you could hope for in a wedding coordinator/planner. Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, creative, and an all-around lovely person. Last May 2018 my daughter became engaged. I always knew she wanted a wedding in the Poconos where she grew up every summer. So, I contacted several of my friends there who had had a wedding in the same place to learn from their experiences. Everyone of them recommended I hire Danielle Pasternak as a wedding planner. Not only is she extremely organized and detail oriented and perfect for the job, she had the previous experience of our unique community with its outside church grove setting and reception location. She knew all the ins and outs. On top of that she had worked with all our vendors that we hired for the wedding. They worked seamlessly together. What I liked best was that Danielle responded to questions and issues almost immediately. It was as if I were her only concern - she seemed to drop everything to take care of us.
My daughter was relieved to know we had Danielle to rely on throughout the year and leading up to those last few weeks of daily decisions with a daily to do list. Danielle really kept us on track with her amazing "Aisle Planner" website. And on the wedding day I felt like a 'guest at our daughters wedding' - we could simply relax and enjoy our guests, the beautiful setting, and most importantly, our daughter's happiness.

I HIGHLY recommend Danielle as a wedding planner. While my mom and I are both organized women, we were no match for my wedding two weeks ago. We hired Danielle quickly after getting engaged and immediately, she was an amazing resource. We weren't even considering hiring a wedding planner until 5 family friends told us, "you have to hire Danielle!" With that kind of referral base, you know she's something special. From referring vendors, to keeping us on track with monthly "to-dos", I went into my wedding completely calm and confident. Even after my brother broke my bustle, Danielle was right there with a safety pin ready to get me back on the dance floor. After 10 years in the business, you can trust her to anticipate any little hiccup. From planning to execution, she's the best!
I can not put into words how important Danielle was to our wedding process. Danielle also coordinated my sister’s wedding at the same location where we got married. She was so crucial that we literally picked our wedding date based on Danielle’s availability. Truly. I had the engagement ring on my finger for less than hour before my sister told me “I already emailed Danielle asking what her September looks like!” Danielle is just THAT important/amazing.
The process leading up the wedding was great. Danielle was obviously very familiar with our wedding location and our family, so everything was effortless. I really appreciated that she understood that I didn’t want my wedding to feel like a “copy / paste” of my sister’s and she was really great about tossing around ideas to keep things unique and special to my husband and me. Danielle is quick to respond to emails and always is quick to communicate if she has something where she will be slow to respond (i.e.: another wedding lol). Our final detail meeting was when things really started to come together. She was so prepared and easily navigated the family relationships / logistics.
A couple of things about Danielle the day of the wedding: 1. She is a total boss! She is all about GSD (getting shit done) and not letting you know of anything going wrong. If something went wrong that day, I had no clue and it was not my problem to worry about it. 2. At the rehearsal, she commands the room and makes sure every minute of the rehearsal is productive. Let’s be honest - wrangling those boys to pay attention is a job in and of itself! 3. There is no one like Danielle when it comes to efficiency. One example (of many): Family photo time can be a mess - no one is paying attention, your Dad is wandering around doing who knows what. Well, not with Danielle. Once you provide the list of photos you want she puts them in this super nifty list and makes it so efficient and easy and is there manning the whole thing. “Okay, sister out, brother in” etc. I mean it is silly efficient. 4. She keeps you on track / accountable - At our final detail meeting I told her I wanted full family photos and she said at the final detail meeting “now day of when you’re going to just want to go to the cocktail hour, do you need me to remind you that you want these?” And sure enough, the day of I was like “let's skip it!” And she had to be like “Liza, we agreed these are important!” And thank goodness she did. 5. She lets you enjoy your day! I had utter faith the entire day that no matter the problem, Danielle had it under control. I did not fret once about anything and that alone is worth every penny. I was able to spend the entire day relaxed and happy because I knew she had my back. 6. She is so calm, cool, collected (and it rubs off on you!) 10 minutes before I walked down the aisle my dress broke. Like the whole hook and eye fell off, broke. Yeesh. I was trying to not freak out and Danielle kept me calm. Then after the ceremony we snuck away and she sewed me into my dress. I don’t think I would have kept so calm if it weren’t for her. Her being so calm, helped me feel calm. Thank you, Danielle!
Go do yourself a favor and book Danielle! Don’t just take my advice - read all these reviews!! She is amazing and we can all attest to it. Our wedding days were all infinitely better because of her and her team. Let her do that for you too!
Wow. There aren't enough words to describe how key Danielle was to our wedding. In the months leaving up to the big day, Danielle was an amazing sounding board for questions, ideas, 1am worries that I wrote in novel form from Gmail (oy...) and everything else you could imagine. First and foremost... her response time. It's like she's a wizard. My novel-esque gmails were answered in less than an hour 99% of time (I say 99% because the remaining 1% was from when I sent an email at like,2am and she responded first thing in the morning, before the sun was even up... still insanely impressive). Our final detail meeting a few weeks before the wedding left me feeling confident and ready for the big day, and if anything went wrong that day, I wither didn't know about it or knew Danielle and her team had it under control (and of course, they did). All of our guests continue to comment on how smooth everything went, and my bridesmaids were so impressed with her toolbox of planning skills. oh! And the pocket schedules... so so so amazing and helpful. Everyone knew where they had to be and what was going on at what time. it was such a lifesaver. Danielle was such a lifesaver. She was easily one of the best investments we made for our wedding and if you're on the fence... just call her, get her on your team, and you don't have to worry anymore. Seriously. She's got it under control, all of it. There is nothing she can't handle! Thank you so much, Danielle! We loved working with you so much!
Words cannot do justice to how amazing Danielle is! I found her via her Put a Ring On It Podcast. After listening to her show and learning her approach to weddings, I realized no local coordinator I interviewed even came close to matching her energy, expertise and passion. Luckily, she was willing to travel to NYC! Hiring her was the best decision I made! Her lists and questionnaires enabled me to download my entire wedding vision into her brain. In the last month leading up to the wedding, she knew more about my wedding than I did. At some point, I kind of forgot I was planning a wedding because Danielle was running things for me. I actually found out about Danielle before I got engaged when I came across her Put A Ring On It Podcast with Daniel Moyer one day on Instagram. It was great timing as my husband and I had just started discussing engagement and wedding planning. Her podcast gave us such great insight into so many topics that we felt informed and prepared to plan. We knew we had to hire her and it was honestly the best decision we made during the planning process. Danielle was amazing from the very first Skype call to the secure hand off of the card box to my parents. She is so knowledgable, professional and warm and you just want to be around her. We signed on for Day of Coordination services because of our budget constraints and she was worth EVERY PENNY. Even though I am super type A and felt very organized, she still blew us away the minute our services started with 2 months to go. All of our stress literally melted away. Her "worksheets" helped us centralize all our vendor information and make sure all the items big and small were addressed. She had this magical way of literally sniffing out all the to dos I kept putting off / avoiding and helped me work through them effortlessly. Not only does Danielle work well on her own, she easily integrated into the rest of our dream team, even vendors she had never met before. Having Danielle on hand for our final venue walk through was incredible and you could just tell she was in her element and thriving. It was fun to watch! Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives because we got to live in the moment and be showered with love without a care in the world. Danielle and her team were just incredible. They all made us feel so special while also making the impossible seem easy like untangling our just married sign in a wind storm or reading my mind for last minute decor decisions. We would choose to hire Danielle over and over again.
If I could buy Danielle an actual star and deliver it to her I would. She was the radiating bit of sanity and clarity during the hectic months leading up to my wedding. After two years of being engaged, my now husband and I decided it would be a good idea to plan a wedding with approx 200 guests in four months. We had a number of complicated family dynamics to balance out as well as guests traveling in from all over the world. A week after I started the planning process I was in tears and told my fiancé we need someone to help us get through this or I wasn’t going to make it to the wedding day. Without Danielle by my side I do not think our wedding would have come together.
Danielle is like some kind of magic fairy… she answers emails and texts in a matter of minutes at any hour of the day. Some days I would probably send her 20 emails and she got back to them all in record time. Her being available to help find vendors and make coordination decisions in advance of the wedding was SO key and SO helpful…Because she was part of the planning process from step one, I knew that Danielle would be there to make sure everything ran smoothly. She helped me get priorities in place and kept me moving along in the planning process when I started to slack off. In our planning meetings she made sure every little detail was laid out to our expectations (which I really appreciated because I’m a little OCD). Our ceremony space had some slightly complicated logistics and she came out to walk the space with us multiple times (including in the rain) to make sure we had it right.
On the day of the wedding literally everything we needed done she helped take care of. Things will go wrong, but she made sure the day continued without a hitch. Here’s a short list of the things she magically made happen on the day of 1. I needed a copy of my vows printed. I was expecting just an 8x10 paper, but she printed it on lovely card stock. She also redesigned and made the reserved seating signs I needed. 2. It was extremely hot so we had to move our family portraits inside and she helped wrangle/coordinate the photos so that we got through the long list of shots in no time 3. The straps on my dress started to stretch and my dress was falling down. She found a sewing kit so we could do an emergency stitch. She also got my complicated bustle up in no time. 4. This is my favorite…When I was changing into my second dress towards the end of the night I got to my hotel room and realized I didn’t have the key. I texted Danielle and before I could even walk back to the elevator to meet her she was literally running around the corner of the hallway with the key in hand.
On top of all this Danielle has such a fun energy and was really great to be around. The day after the wedding I literally said to myself, “Wait now I don’t have to message Danielle every day…that’s so sad!”
After my wedding, a few of my bridesmaids were in other weddings and they commented on how well planned my wedding was, which ended up making their experience of being in the wedding party much better. I told them it was all because of Danielle and her help.
If you’re planning a wedding you should hire Danielle. Really, its worth it and having help makes all the difference on your wedding day. There are just so many things going on and it will fly by in an instant. Having someone there to run the show means you can be present and be apart of your wedding.
6 months out from our wedding date, we were sitting in an IHop after work exhausted and making an endless lists. We realized we couldn't do this thing on our own and needed help! We found Danielle and she ended up being our savior! Danielle was amazing to work with throughout our whole planning process. I honestly can't even begin to explain how amazing Danielle was to work with. I originally never thought I would want a wedding coordinator, and thought I could do everything myself since I'm pretty organized and manage projects at work. After thinking about it more I realized I didn't want to do everything myself. Enter Danielle. As soon as I hired her I knew everything would be smooth and done right. The value of that alone was worth every penny. Then as we got closer to the wedding and she took care of all the communications with my vendors, the timeline and basically every other teeny tiny detail I never would have thought of on my own, she was worth every penny even MORE. Even before my wedding I would practically shout from the rooftops how much I loved my coordinator and how her help before the actual wedding day was the best money I spent.
Flash forward to the wedding day. Not only did she show up early (because she thinks of everything and wanted to avoid any potential traffic), but she was friendly, funny, and just an awesome person to be around. Her assistant was equally great! Weddings cost a lot of money so of course you don't want anything to go wrong, but with Danielle there was zero stress or thought about that possibility. I KNEW she would nail it and take care of everything, because she's magic. She was there at every step of the day, and I know that things would not have been as smooth and perfect if she hadn't been there. My family and friends also loved her and were incredibly impressed. She's truly the most organized person I have ever met (on top of just being an awesome human being), and I honestly don't think I could have hired anyone better to help us on our wedding day!

Danielle @DPNAK is literally a LIFESAVER! My husband and I were the first ones on both sides of the family to get married. Leaving everyone a bit clueless as to what was a "must do" and what was a "never do"! From our initial meeting with Danielle to the day AFTER our wedding she was always checking in and making sure we were doing everything appropriately with our timeline! Spend one hour chatting with Danielle about the things she does and you will change your mind as quickly as I did. From the moment we met Danielle, there was absolutely nothing left for us to stress about. Never once during the time Danielle became part of my daughter’s wedding did we question her suggestions or her communications with the many vendors involved in an outdoor/barn wedding. I would recommend working with Danielle to ANYONE who is planning a wedding! Danielle helped me plan my PA wedding in 4 months, while I was living in DC. She was incredible. I’m a huge detail-person myself, but she completely had me beat!! She saw every single detail we were possibly overlooking and tactfully brought them to our attention. Her spreadsheets, organizational software, recommended “questions for vendors” lists and more were life-savers. Often times I would come to a decision-point in planning when I would be stumped regarding a) the etiquette and b) how this decision would be linked to and affect other areas of the day. She knew exactly how to give me the various scenarios so I could make a well-informed decision. Her three packages of planning allow for personal preference for how much or how little she gets involved along the way. Danielle worked superbly with both myself as the bride, and also with my mom, when were both involved in separate, or sometimes overlapping, areas of the planning process. Not only that, she’s got a great sense of humor and helped me keep a good attitude when stress levels started to run high. Danielle recommended many vendors to me and I ended up using them with complete happiness. I loved my wedding day and I’d plan it with Danielle all over again!
