Owner and lead coordinator Tracey Cox established Dragonfly Healer Consulting over two decades ago. With countless milestone events under her belt, she decided to combine her event planning skills with a more holistic approach. Tracey became a licensed Reiki practitioner in 2018 while also studying the areas of energy healing, breathwork, and healing crystals. When she’s not coordinating weddings, Tracey enjoys camping trips, immersing herself in nature, and spending time with her three beautiful children.
The Dragonfly Healer Consulting team offers a range of services to ensure each moment of your day flows perfectly into the next. They begin the experience with a complimentary consultation to discuss your preferences and tastes, customizing their services to best suit your event. Tracey will follow up with four pre-wedding meetings once you have selected from the list of full, partial, and day-of coordination packages on offer. Each wedding package also includes a free health consultation and a choice of either a one-hour Reiki session or two 30-minute treatments. Tracey's event planning services are comprehensive and feature budget management, vendor management, and bartending services, with marketing and health coaching also available.

We were very pleased and highly recommend Tracy. We hired Tracy for the day of coordinator service. From the time we hired her, we received communications via text, emails, phone, & zoom. She provided multiple spreadsheets that helped me, keep everything organized. Offered rentals, bartending services, and ideas that was a huge help. We just moved to a rural area, have no family in the state, and was doing a lot ourselves. She not only helped the day of the wedding but arrived the day before, helped set up, created the timeline, made sure all the venders were on time and doing their job, and helped clean up. She handled everything during our wedding. So, my fiance and I were able to enjoy the entire day with family and friends. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her services for anyone who wants to enjoy their wedding as it should be!
Tracey was outstanding! I pretty much had all the planning done but spending the money to have her there for the weekend was well spent! I didnt have to lift a finger on wedding day because she made sure everyone was where they needed to be. She coordinated the vendors and was in constant communication with me and my fiance through the entire process. She created timelines for everyone and even had some items available to rent that were cheaper than buying or renting them ourselves. She even offered services to clean up the ceremony and reception areas the day after so I didnt have to worry about doing that! Thanks Tracey for everything!
Just say NO! We hired Tracey since we were doing a rural wedding and we needed someone with local contacts to help us secure other vendors. In the beginning Tracey seemed very friendly and open to finding us vendors who fit our needs (vegan/vegetarian diet and also catering in a cabin style private venue for a microwedding). While we understood there were some challenges involved, we were hopeful that Tracey would be proactive in working with us and atleast putting in the effort during the first couple of months of working with her. Not only was she not communicative, we just kept getting excuses for the lack of progress, to the extent that 6 weeks prior to the wedding not only did we not have any of the major vendors like catering, cake, rentals, decoration, etc. (the others we had already found on our own), but we weren't even close to getting any names/lists from her. And then, she just stopped communicating with us (no conversation or even an attempt to let us know). Needless to say, we had to scramble to find all the other vendors at the last minute and thanks to these other amazing vendors and their connections, we were able to have a great wedding. I am just shocked by Tracey's utter lack of professionalism - my perception was that the wedding planner was there to ease the process for the couple; we had the opposite experience in that the biggest headache for us was the wedding planner. Not only did she ghost us halfway through the process, for the deposit we put down she barely put in any effort!
We would not have gotten married in October if it wasn't for all the hard work that Tracey put in!!! Absolutely amazing!!! Anytime I had concerns or questions, she was quick to answer and ease my mind.
She was there on the day of to help with timing and expectations. It was an absolute beautiful day and it would not have been as amazing if it wasn't for her!!!
Hiring Tracey as a wedding planner for my daughters wedding was an excellent decision. Tracey was dependable, knowledgeable and thorough. She kept us on track with a timeline that made sense, her spreadsheets were very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone needing assistance planning a wedding.
Without Tracey, we wouldn’t have had so many elements that make a wedding a wedding.
I chose Tracey as my wedding planner with high hopes despite no current reviews. Unfortunately, her lack of reviews should have been an indicator of her skills as a planner.
Tracey lacked communication not only with myself but with my vendors. Several times when I reached out with questions or concerns, she notified me of her personal problems and things she was dealing with personally while failing to address my questions and concerns. She was late to meetings, and it took several emails or texts to reach her at times.
Leading up to my wedding, I was not impressed with her services. 2 days before my wedding, a vendor came to place our tent and was unable to do so at our venue due to size complications, he brought three tents in hopes of making one work, but none did. He notified us that he had tried several times to visit the venue and measure for the correct size, but Tracey had told him no. 2 days before the wedding, we had to change venues, which added a lot of stress to the weekend.
When she arrived the day before my wedding, she pulled me from a family event to deal with a problem that could have been easily solved, and she complained about multiple other weddings she had booked the same weekend. This was frustrating; as I was empathetic about these other weddings, my wedding was my current concern.
On the day of my wedding, I had multiple family members, guests, and vendors verbalize concerns as Tracey failed to assert herself and take charge of her defined role. She called me at 6 AM the morning of my wedding to ask questions but showed up at the venue late. She stood in the background and watched the setup and wedding take place. It was so concerning that my maid of honor placed a close family friend in charge to get the final touches complete the morning of and asked Tracey to step back. Overall, this created so much more stress for the day's events and was just an unfortunate experience. Tracey came to our rehearsal dinner, ate our food, never spoke a word to our bridal party or family, attended our wedding, stood in the background watching the course of events, didn't say one word to me on my wedding day, then took leftovers home after the wedding. She didn't take charge, and I was just really disappointed.
Lastly, a word of caution: after meeting with my vendors before and after my wedding, there was talk they would no longer do business with Tracey due to their poor experience and lack of communication. This may limit the vendors for future weddings and business if choosing to work with Tracey as a wedding planner.
