I cannot truly express how much Jaclyn and her team (Valerie and Kylie) truly and positively impacted my wedding planning and day of coordination. I hired Dream Creations Event Planning only a few months before my wedding for the day of coordination. Jaclyn assigned Valerie and her assistant Kylie for my wedding. Jaclyn communicated with me often leading up to a walk through of my wedding reception venue with both Jaclyn and Valerie to make sure everything was in place (AND when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING). Jaclyn and Valerie made sure I covered everything at the reception venue to make sure it all goes as planned. Their organization, positivity, and overseeing all the vendors helped relieved me for my wedding day so I could truly enjoy it. Jaclyn provided a timeline of my wedding day to all my vendors that helped us keep on track throughout the day. Valerie truly went above and beyond to help during my wedding day. I did not have to worry as I had total confidence that everything was going to go as planned (AND IT DID!) Jaclyn and Valerie were rockstars when helping me get through the bumps and headaches with my reception venue coordinators (they were nothing like Jaclyn and Valerie). After the wedding, Valerie helped me figure out a problem with hotel. Dream Creations Event Planning staff goes above and beyond to make sure your event is amazing and stress free. You WILL regret not hiring them for your next event!

Jaclyn did a phenomenal job at turning our wedding vision and dream into reality! We are beyond thankful for her. It may sound cheesy, but we genuinely could not have had the incredibly beautiful and stress-free wedding that we had without her. She took care of literally everything, and made sure all the little details were thought of. Our entire day went perfectly! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional wedding planner!

Jaclyn and her team were awesome to work with. Jaclyn was funny yet professional, her response times were always quick if I had any questions or concerns, she listened to my ideas and was supportive of them while also sharing her guidance gained through much experience. Valerie helped me to feel calm and confident on the big day. Jaclyn went above and beyond through the whole process, thinking of things I would not have thought of on my own, and being a proactive go between between myself and other vendors. Jaclyn is the absolute best!!! Our day was wonderful thanks to her! Jaclyn was prompt with communication and spent several hours on the phone with us. She not only wanted to help with our vision for our dream day but get to know us as a couple which was very special to us. She used her expertise and experiences to guide us as we needed! We had a challenging venue but Jaclyn and her team made sure everything was flawless. She took calls from us on her own vacation which shows her commitment to her clients! Jaclyn and her staff are the absolute best! Looking back over the wedding she is one thing I absolutely could not have done without! I cannot recommend her enough. She went above and beyond. Jaclyn and her team (Valerie and KP) are very professional, organized, and personable that I would recommend for any couple getting married. We originally hired Jaclyn to help us plan an out-of-state wedding due to us being unfamiliar with the area. Jaclyn created spreadsheets and organized meetings with vendors that she had confidence in. When problems arose with vendors, Jaclyn was able to handle the conflicts well. Valerie and KP were present for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day. They provided us with a detailed schedule to follow along to ensure we were on time. Both Valerie and KP were very accommodating to the bridal party making sure we were well hydrated and fed throughout the day. They would often do rounds/checks and provided a detailed list if items broke, etc. that we would need to alert other vendors. I could not recommend Dream Creations enough!

I cannot recommend Jaclyn enough! We got married this NYE and let me tell you, she is absolutely amazing at what she does. Throughout the entire planning process she made sure all of our questions were answered quickly and with such patience and care. Our original wedding plans were very non traditional and she worked with us tirelessly to make sure our day was exactly as we imagined. 3 days before our wedding, our original venue canceled on us. Jaclyn being the miracle worker that she is, we were able to find a new (and better!) venue within 8 hours of the cancellation. Honestly, our wedding day happened because of her and for that we are eternally grateful to her!! Our wedding day was beautiful. Thank you, Jaclyn!!

Jaclyn was by far the best decision I made when it came to my wedding. Most people do not want to pay for a wedding planner but I HIGHLY recommend it. She made my vendor list and wedding planning so much easier and my wedding day would not have gone as smooth as it did without her and her colleagues. She is a tremendous worker and is great at what she does. Wedding planning is definitely her calling. She is one of the nicest people I have worked with and became friends with. She puts your mind at ease and truly gets to know each one of her clients on a personal basis. I highly highly recommend her services to any bride that is getting married no matter how big or small their wedding may be.

Dream Creations Event planning is top notch! Jaclyn is a true professional and will make your once in a lifetime day truly that, once in a lifetime. Jaclyn is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, thinking ahead of things most people would never consider. She creates masterful timelines and offers access to unbelievably helpful software such as AllSeated. She will work with you in the months ahead of your event to ensure all vendors are booked and details are taken care of. On the day of your wedding, she wears almost every hat there is. Ensuring vendors are where they need to be, all final details ( such as linens) are just so, and that your wedding day moves as expected while never feeling rushed. I can't recommend her services enough. While weddings are expensive, this is the most important investment you can make. Enjoy your day, as you won't get a do-over. Dream Creations offers several packages, but I recommend the total planning package. This helps ensure your get your dream team of vendors and takes even more stress away from you and your soon to be spouse. Thank you Jaclyn for making our day absolutely perfect!!!!

Jaclyn was such a big part of our day. We were able to off load a lot of the stress we were feeling to her and she was happy to do it! She was there for us the entire month helping to organize vendors and just give us overall guidance. I’m really not sure how we would have survived the day without her!

Jaclyn and her team were absolutely FABULOUS! I truly could not recommend them enough. They are incredibly friendly and fun. Every little detail was taken care of the day of the wedding (and in the days leading up to it!) From pinning boutonnières to lighting hundreds of candles to placing last minute decor… we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Hiring Jaclyn as our day-of coordinator was the BEST decision we made.

I am so happy that we decided to hire a coordinator for our wedding day. I am even more thankful that it was Jaclyn! She felt like a friend from the first time we spoke. She was super professional and kind. She always had an opinion when I needed one but never pushed. She was organized and prompt. I can’t thank Jaclyn enough for her help with our wedding! I didn’t realize how many details went into the planning process and I truly would have been lost without her! While planning my wedding, I was working Monday through Friday 9am-530pm and Jaclyn made many calls and arrangements the week leading up to my wedding and that assistance was invaluable. Jaclyn is the most organized person I have ever met and a true professional. She excels at what she does and I can’t imagine my wedding day without her❤️

Jaclyn felt like more like a best friend than a coordinator through the chaotic planning during a pandemic; she is so genuine and kind. Even during my 2959 frantic text messages and phone calls, I always felt reassured, refocused, and excited about my big day. She makes things happen smoothly, carefully, and efficiently! Once she was on site Friday for rehearsal, the stress melted away and I knew my day would be executed perfectly! I could not or would not imagine my day with out her and her sister Kristen, and neither should you!!

Jaclyn is an amazing wedding planner! We hooked up with her and literally planned an entire rescheduled covid wedding date in under 3 months to make a most magical day happen for our daughters wedding day at Fernstone Retreat. She gave every detail immediate attention and gave suggestions as to how to accomplish tasks and contacts for those slots that needed filled in a quick timely fashion. We could not have pulled it off without her and she came day of with an assistant (Kristen) to aid in all the last minute and timely details to make the day absolutely perfect and memorable. We are greatly indebted to her for her help and kind assistance at such a stressful but joyful time in our lives especially this year...! Jaclyn - Who knew that when you first agreed to be our wedding planner that not only a pandemic would happen - but you would be faced with organizing a wedding in a venue that was being renovated. There are really not words to describe how your efforts were the key to making my daughter's wedding a wonderful event! Your help in rescheduling all of the vendors after the postponement was invaluable. When the florist we hired decided in the month before the wedding to close her business, you were right on that and provided someone who was better than our first choice and even saved money for us. If not for you, and your persistence the day before and the day of the wedding, I am sure the venue would not have been so beautiful. I can only say that anyone who is thinking of hiring a wedding planner - should talk to you first! We had a perfect wedding on July 7. Jaclyn Pheasant from Dream Creations Event Planning was my mini me on the day of the event and she was absolutely amazing. My daughter lives in NC, so much of the detail of the event fell to me because of the distance. I wanted to enjoy the day of the wedding and not have to worry about anything and Jaclyn made it happen. I was impressed by her professionalism, energy, attention to detail, all the prewedding work with us and all the vendors, and particularly her organizational skills. I am a perfectionist and I know one when I see one and Jaclyn met ALL my expectations. She was sensitive to family dynamics and took a personal interest in my daughter Denise and her husband Sergio. I would highly recommend her and really couldn't have pulled this off without her. If you are looking for a wedding planner, I would look no further. We hired Jaclyn Pheasant from Dream Creations Event Planning for Day of Coordinator at my daughter’s wedding. She was awesome. First we met several times prior to the wedding to get the details and plans in place. She helped bring up ideas and suggestions to help make a perfect plan. She did a lot more than just day of services. She went with us to tour the venue and help develop plans. She even went with us to a dress fitting to help learn how to bustle the train on the dress. Which was reassuring to know more people would know how to get it hooked up. The week before the wedding she called all the vendors. She was an integral part in dealing with an unprofessional business who decided to not follow through on their contract the last minute. Jaclyn was on the phone all day making things right. Having her on our team was very helpful since we were so busy with last minute wedding details. At the rehearsal Jacyln helped guide everyone where to stand. How to walk in. What to do. She marked their places and got everything perfect. As an experienced professional she was able to lay this out perfectly. We all got a play by play itinerary for the day so everyone was on same page. On the day of the wedding Jaclyn and her assistant were there all day. Working with vendors. Coordinating everything. Passing out corsages and helping set up tables and appetizers. Working with the dj to coordinate everything. Then making sure my daughter’s train was all smoothed out and flowing before walking down the aisle. There was even little details like pack of tissues left on my chair. She helped make sure the cards were secured so we didn’t have to worry about them. When the rain started during appetizers, Jaclyn and her assistant moved everything to under the tent and developed contingencies. Even having a box of white umbrellas for the guests to use to be escorted to the tent. We would not have been able to do all that and take pictures. It was such a good feeling to know our guests were being taken care of when we were occupied with wedding things. If you are thinking “do I really need a day of coordinator”? Well from my experience it was worth every penny and more. She helped take off much stress so we could just enjoy the special day . I spoke with her many times via phone or text or in person. She was very personable and caring about making this wedding special. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend who I could count on. She takes pride in her work and she does a great job.
