Dream Day Digital is the perfect vendor to make your wedding exactly what you want. Carl was professional and personable, he took all of our calls and arranged everything we needed for our Wedding. From Photography, Video, Photobooth, DJ and lighting Carl made sure we had everything. Lana our photographer took beautiful pictures that my husband and I will treasure for every. Emmanuel did a great job capturing the whole wedding and editing the video. Bruce our DJ was fun and did a great job organizing the playlist for the entire event. There also very affordable. So I booked the package that included the dj, photobooth, photographer, and videographer. I booked it with Carl too btw. The photographer and dj (bill) were absolutely amazing. Bill helped me with choosing songs for the reception and ceremony because my brain was fried after all the wedding plan and he was just such a ppl person! My photographer (not sure of her name) but she was amazing captured all the angles and the off guards and she was on time! Which is huge! Now when I booked these services I filled out lengthy paperwork stating the time, the place, and the physical location of my venue. The videographer was 2 hours late and because of that he didn’t get ANY getting ready footage which really upset me but I got my partial refund so hey whatever. Same thing with the Photo Booth I’m the bride so I’m barely around my phone I get a text from the Photo Booth attendant saying he can’t find location even though I filled out lengthy paperwork! They were late as well! The biggest issue I faced was the editing of the video. I chose dream day digital because I looked at the sample videos on their site and was like they do a really good job. My video for my wedding literally had to go through 5 edits which prolonged the time for my video even longer. Also an issue is I had to reach out for both my video and pictures, I felt they should’ve been sent after they were done without me having to inquire for them and getting them a little after the time frame that I was told. I met Carl at the I Said Yes Florida wedding expo. At first we decided against getting a photobooth but after a while we opted to go for it and were actually so excited to have one and use it as part of our guest book. Well, I guess you really get what you pay for. I got a number of quotes but decided to go with Carl because he was friendly, seemed professional, and was significantly cheaper than all the other vendors I spoke with. I will note that our reception venue did change 2 weeks before the event. However, the time frame for the event, NEVER changed. We arrived at our reception venue at 2:15 and the photobooth was supposed to arrive and be set up by 2 pm. I immediately noticed and noted that I needed to call after our entrance. As any bride knows, you get caught up in talking with people and bouncing around very easily. I looked at the clock and noticed suddenly it was 4 pm and our event ended in 1 hour and still no photobooth. Finally, I stepped outside to give him a call. I asked where they were and he said that they thought the event started at 6 pm.... FOUR HOURS after they were supposed to arrive for the THREE HOUR reservation and one hour after our event would even end. He said they were almost there to set up so I asked if we would be refunded for the missing time since the time never changed and he said oh yes of course. Well, how long will it take for you to set up? One hour. Okay well our even will be over by then so you might as well turn around and just refund me all of the money, I will say they were polite and immediately refunded all of the money, but that doesn't change the fact that they messed this up so epically and now we lost out on this experience and piece of our wedding. Of all the things that could go wrong, I'm grateful it was this but seriously, go find a more professional and organized vendor.
