I am sure you will agree that the ceremony location was absolutely beautiful and much better than the gazebo option that I originally selected. I am grateful that you took your time to go out to Sawmill Creek and look at the ceremony venue options and then recommend the shoreside Willow tree instead of the gazebo. Everyone I talked to after the ceremony commented on what a beautiful site we chose! Additionally, your creativity was appreciated with your suggestions that enhanced our event, such as rose petals along the aisle at the ceremony and the popcorn bar at the reception. You also came up with resources that saved me money, such as the table centerpieces and bubble machine you lent me, the free generator for music, and purchasing the hanging baskets for the ceremony. All added super nice touches to our event. Thank you also for accepting all the additional wedding items I ordered at your office so I didn't have to cart them on the plane from Denver to Cleveland! It was so comforting several days before and the day of the wedding knowing that you would take care of anything that might arise and handle it, so I could relax and enjoy the day! Your assistant and yourself proved your worth the day of the wedding, and I was actually able to have fun and enjoy the day with my son and his partner. Both Ian and Ryan were thrilled how smoothly everything went and how beautiful the entire day was. Even when my friend had a health issue at the reception, you came to her aide and worked with the event staff to get an ambulance called quickly. Once that was over, you were quick to get the reception back on track so that we all could enjoy the rest of the evening and celebrate Ian and Ryan's marriage. I can't thank you enough Kimberly for everything you did to make my son's wedding a wonderful memory for all of us! You are a such pleasure to work with and very good at what you do. Kim’s no nonsense style and deep knowledge of all things wedding was incredibly useful and served to ease the weight of planning! She made sure we had all the details covered, including running an efficient rehearsal, determining tip amounts, and having everything we needed ready for the Big Day. Having Kim and her team on site the day of was invaluable! She and her team handled the vendors, decorating, and logistics of the day (including troubleshooting a few issues the day of). I was completely overwhelmed emotionally to say the least. After having just one conversation with Ms. Mack, I knew I had to have her because from the very beginning she made things better. Things that I was stressing over that seemed so big, she had solutions that seemed to come so easily. As brides, we tend to over think everything and stress ourselves out unnecessarily but I’m not sure where I’d be without Ms. Mack and her team. She literally thinks about everything. Every little detail about my special day, she made it important to her. She never made me feel like I was just another bride. She never made me feel like I was bothering her, no matter how early or how late, no matter how many times she had to answer the same questions. She always made me feel like I was priority one. Even on the big day, things do come up and she stayed calm no matter how frantic I was, she stayed so calm that it indirectly made me calm. She undoubtedly saved my wedding on many occasions. She is simply amazing, and I can’t say it enough. I spoke and met with them multiple times before the wedding. They always respond,-no waiting games (ain't nobody got time for that!), they're professional, and always a delight to work with. Even working together from 80+ miles away I always felt that they were right here with me making sure I was on top of my game and reminding me to have a great time from the planning process to the end of our reception. We cannot say enough great things about them and our guests absolutely loved them too! We are beyond grateful for finding this company and hiring them as our Day of Coordinator. These folks are truly worth every penny! Do yourself a favor and contact them!

My daughter's wedding went off without a hitch even though there were many hitches along the way, like there was no place for the DJ in the hall. Kimberly creatively placed the DJ in a doorway between two rooms and turned the smaller room into a lounge. You would have never known it wasn't planned that way.
