give our guests a great experience with some comfort food. We had our tasting and were a fan of the Cornish game hen (my aunt is still sad there wasn't the rosemary cream sauce leftover) and the braised beef. For the sides, we chose rainbow carrots (which guests wiped out they were so good!) and a salad with mashed potatoes. We loved the mac and cheese so much that we asked Dream to create it into a shooter style for our guests to go with the appetizers for cocktail hour. Our guests loved the food and we still got compliments on how well it was all put together. We were served a private dinner at our venue and the food was hot and delicious. The staff kept the venue clean and bussed tables as the night went on. They worked with the coordinator to break it down. We held our reception at our church parish hall. The following day, the church was hosting a fellowship brunch after Sunday service and the ladies that went to help set up and cook found the kitchen cleaner than they had ever seen it. Dream didn't cook on site but used the counters, fridge, and prep area and yet took the time to clean it better than they found it! Florals - turned out beautiful they met with us a few times to run through colors and options. Florals were not my biggest vision - I just knew I wanted them to flow. The altarpiece was a little off-color-wise compared to my bouquet - but looked beautiful. Sergio set up on-site and had a few hurdles to jump through with the church liaison so I won't reduce my review because of that. The bouquet was so beautiful I cried when I saw it. My bridesmaids had a ribbon tied around theirs that coordinated with the groomsmen's accent colors. They really listened to that and worked with what florals were in season. I didn't want my flowers dyed to match. We received a lot of compliments on the flowers as well. I asked Dream to include some willow and pheasant feathers which gave a whimsical vibe and really added some unique texture to our tables. Dream handled my family heirlooms for our wedding well. Sergio even took the time to help me with my mom's bouquet from the 80s that had wax flowers and pearl beads to give it a refresh for my bridal portraits. The colors turned out lovely in the photos and looked so real! On the day of our wedding, my mom shared that she would be bringing my dad's boutonniere from their wedding that had matching pearl beads to incorporate into his boutonniere for my wedding. He created the boutonniere on site for him and it turned out lovely and was a special detail included on our wedding day. Overall I would hire them again for any event. Pricing was fair and competitive, and policies were also reasonable with regard to leftovers, serving of vendor meals, and cake. They really worked within our budget and came up with options and were open to ideas to help bring our vision to life. They visited our church and venue for a walk-through before our big day and really got to understand the space and were excited to share some cool visions and ideas with us. Even doing a table mock-up with the linens (which they handled and I'm so grateful for!). I can't say enough good things about this team and really can't wait to have another party so I can hire them and eat some amazing food!

Our family and friends could not stop complementing on how delicious the food was but also the professionalism the staff radiated. They were so attentive to our guest from the youngest child to the oldest grandmother. They also took such care in preparing special plates for our guests with dietary issues. We cannot wait to use their services for any future events my family has in the future.

bartending service was, um, less than impressive and refused to cut orange slices for cocktails, Dream Events did it free of charge. When we had guests who unexpectedly brought a child we hadn't included in our count, they included a free kids meal. They also accommodated several specific food restrictions for our guests and had a very clear process so everyone knew where and how to get their food safely. And above all, the food was delicious AND affordable! We did a BBQ spread and got nothing but compliments. We highly recommend them!

ially one for only 75 guests. Fortunately, our preconceptions could not have been more wrong. From the start, Lisa and Caesar greeted us with warm smiles and plenty of food. They were the only caterer we met with that served us everything we requested (three appetizers, two entrees, five sides, and three desserts). After eating, Caesar sat with us for over an hour to discuss the catering process. His knowledge of the industry was evident. We told him our budget and our dietary restrictions (pescatarian) and he came up with all sorts of useful ideas. Signature drinks instead of a full bar? Sure. A pasta dish with mushrooms that would please even the staunchest carnivore? Sounds great. Not once did it feel like we were being upsold or deceived. It was clear that we had found our caterer. In the following months, we contacted Dream at least once a week with questions. They always responded within one business day. If we needed to change our menu or guest count, Dream explained exactly what the cost impact would be (if any) and sent us a revised quote. Special requests were always clearly noted to avoid surprises. They even invited us back for a second tasting at no charge. It felt like we were in total control the whole way. In the end, Dream provided catering, tableware, and bartending services for our wedding. Our guests raved about their delicious food and professional service. Many compared the experience to a “New York wedding,” which is high praise from my family. If you’re planning a wedding in the greater Austin area, we can’t recommend Dream Events highly enough. They will make you feel like a priority and ensure that your special day runs as smoothly as possible.

We booked Dream Events as our caterer, florist, bartending & décor rentals - truly a one stop shop and they delivered on every. single. aspect. They were so helpful & responsive throughout the planning process (which got a little cray with 2020 throwing a curve ball), but they constantly assured us of any updates/guidelines we needed to know about and were so flexible and accommodating to changes we wanted on our proposal throughout planning. The food was so delicious (we still have friends & family reaching out commenting on the food!), the bartenders & servers were AMAZING, so much fun & charismatic & sweet and the florals were breathtaking. I was so impressed and overjoyed seeing the final product and cannot recommend Dream Events enough. If you are looking for a dependable caterer/bartending/florals/rentals vendor you will find that in Dream Events. Not to mention Caesar is truly just a precious gem to work with!! We’ve had so many guests tell us how great the food was, using the daring quote of “the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding” this included our vegetarian meals that we needed. I would pass on my recommendation to any friends getting married or just in need of a caterer
