Drink Inc. Full Service Bartending

Honestly, Drink Inc was a dream to work with. They were so great and quick with communication. They have extremely fair prices, especially because we did an outside the box wedding (brunch style). We had them serve Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s, and Beer. They were so kind and great with service. We just appreciated all the work they did to build the bar that matched our vision. I would highly recommend them.

Drink inc was by far the worst vendor we worked with for our wedding. First of all, we aren’t local, but they told us that we had to make our final payment in person at their office (which was described as being near the produce section in a grocery store). I tried to make an appointment, but they said we could come anytime during business hours. To my dismay, when I arrived no one from Drink Inc was in, and some ladies said that they just take down credit card numbers for Mike, and they don’t accept other forms of payment—leaving me with an insecure feeling of leaving my credit card number on a scrap of paper on a desk in a grocery store and subject to a 3% service charge on the several thousand dollar bill since they wouldn’t accept a check. We also got the premium bar package and requested specific types of alcohol which we were told weren’t a problem, but they weren’t present on our wedding day. They also wouldn’t provide us with a wine list, so we simply had to say what general types of wine we wanted, which of course were cheap with screw top caps rather than corks and tasted terrible. We knew about the no shots rule in the contract, but little did we know, they also wouldn’t make proper cocktails, like an old fashioned, because per the bartender, there is not an adequate mixer in cocktails. Finally, we pre-paid the tip and specifically said that we didn’t want tip jars out at our wedding, which they placed out despite our request. Overall, drink inc did not meet our expectations by a long shot and left us quite disappointed.

Drink Inc was a pleasure to work with for our wedding a couple of weeks ago at the Barn at Wagon Wheel Farm. I knew we were in good hands from the initial correspondence with them! They responded very timely to all emails and provided detailed information. We opted to bring our own alcohol and just hired bartenders and had them provide cups, napkins, ice and all drink accessories. The bartenders were so friendly and fun to work with! Our guests enjoyed talking with them. They provided great service to everyone throughout the entire night. I would definitely work with Drink Inc again and highly recommend their services!
