Worst customer service experience ever. Late to everything, driver no where to be found, driver never answered his cell phone when he was missing or at the wrong location.

I would give them negative stars if I could! Absolutely horrible experience with DTS transportation. We used them for our wedding and they were a massive cause for me being 40 minutes late for my own wedding as the bride. They were iffy with their communication over email during the planning process, but wrote that off because of their high reviews. I emailed, called and left them extremely detailed timelines for the day. The driver completely disregarded the timeline, and did not reach out to me or my planner when things got slightly off track. Instead, he sat in a parking lot 20 minutes away from where he was supposed to be as me and my bridesmaids stood outside waiting for him. We eventually called him and he was rude and abrasive. Once he finally arrived, he raised his voice and was extremely rude and unprofessional with me as the bride. I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy. Caused a huge ripple in my wedding day, and was so unprofessional, my wedding venue is refusing to use their services moving forward.

Horrible service. Will never use again!

This shuttle service was provided to us through our contract with the hotel. I think the process, from the beginning, was very confusing. We had difficulty tracking the number of room nights that contributed to the shuttle (not DTS’ fault, but very complex) because people booked outside of the block or with points, which didn’t contribute. For this reason, I would not recommend using this service, but tracking guests another way and renting shuttle independently. Once I did my own count, I needed to increase the time and size of the vehicle, at a cost, of course. Instead of 1 vehicle the company sent 2 to accommodate our numbers, but one took it upon herself to leave early, leaving us very short on transportation at the end of the night. People unsafely stood or sat on laps and others took a Lyft. I reached out to the company a few days later and explained my concerns. While it quickly became clear that the driver was at fault, it took 2 weeks and 4 phone calls to come to a mediocre solution. While Tajhi and Juan tried to be helpful, the company never called back as promised. After nearly 2 weeks, I called and was sent to LaFonda, who was rude and tried to convince me that the only money DTS was paid for the vehicle was what I paid. When I questioned that they had a contract with the hotel which couldn’t possibly be free, she told me “The contract with the hotel is none of your business.” At that point, I asked her to speak to her supervisor and she told me Mary (owner) would call. Mary was lovely and apologetic, understood my concerns and agreed to compensation that still seemed low to me, but was better than what LaFonda offered. She also encouraged me to use them again and offered a percentage off. Overall, it seemed like too little too late and I don’t anticipate using their services in the future.
