DTS provided transportation services for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. In the lead-up to the events, we coordinated with Bill. He was very respectful, professional, and res...
ponsive. On the event days, the drivers showed up early and prepared. They were patient, respectful, and got us everywhere we needed to go on time.
The only negatives we experienced were with the vehicles themselves. For the rehearsal dinner, we rented a limo. The appearance was nice; however, the A/C did not work, and it was very hot inside. It was also raining that day, and the roof of the limo was leaking consistently.
On the wedding day, we rented a large passenger bus. Again, the appearance was nice; however, the radio and Bluetooth were not working, so we couldn’t have any music playing. There was also no lighting inside the bus.
Overall, the customer service and communication warrant five stars; however, the vehicle fleet brings this down to a four-plus rating. We would use DTS again in the future.
We used DTS shuttle services for our guests staying at our hotel block to get to and from the venue throughout the evening. WOW did they make our lives so easy! I had a phone call ...
with Jean right after I submitted our initial inquiry and she answered all of my questions and made the process very smooth. We had a 56 passenger bus and stayed at a hotel 10 minutes away from the venue. We had 8 hours of service and it was the perfect amount of time to ensure guests arrived prior to the ceremony and to get the bridal party and family home after our 6 hour wedding once all the venue was cleaned and packed away. Our driver was so kind and we had aboslutely no issues. Highly recommend!!!
We used DTS this past weekend for my daughter's wedding. We rented two buses from them. Their communication was excellent. I was kept informed though email and text the status o...
f the buses. The buses were there early and ready to go when we needed them. The buses were clean and comfortable. Both our bus drivers, Larry and Alexandria, were wonderful and fun. The bridal party and our guests had nothing but nice things to say.
Not going to lie, when I booked them last summer they had good ratings and when I saw the bad ratings recently, I was very worried. All that worry was for nothing! I would hire them again in the future.
Worst customer service experience ever. Late to everything, driver no where to be found, driver never answered his cell phone when he was missing or at the wrong location.
I would give them negative stars if I could! Absolutely horrible experience with DTS transportation. We used them for our wedding and they were a massive cause for me being 40 minu...
tes late for my own wedding as the bride. They were iffy with their communication over email during the planning process, but wrote that off because of their high reviews. I emailed, called and left them extremely detailed timelines for the day. The driver completely disregarded the timeline, and did not reach out to me or my planner when things got slightly off track. Instead, he sat in a parking lot 20 minutes away from where he was supposed to be as me and my bridesmaids stood outside waiting for him. We eventually called him and he was rude and abrasive. Once he finally arrived, he raised his voice and was extremely rude and unprofessional with me as the bride. I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy. Caused a huge ripple in my wedding day, and was so unprofessional, my wedding venue is refusing to use their services moving forward.
Horrible service. Will never use again!
This shuttle service was provided to us through our contract with the hotel. I think the process, from the beginning, was very confusing. We had difficulty tracking the number of...
room nights that contributed to the shuttle (not DTS’ fault, but very complex) because people booked outside of the block or with points, which didn’t contribute. For this reason, I would not recommend using this service, but tracking guests another way and renting shuttle independently. Once I did my own count, I needed to increase the time and size of the vehicle, at a cost, of course. Instead of 1 vehicle the company sent 2 to accommodate our numbers, but one took it upon herself to leave early, leaving us very short on transportation at the end of the night. People unsafely stood or sat on laps and others took a Lyft. I reached out to the company a few days later and explained my concerns. While it quickly became clear that the driver was at fault, it took 2 weeks and 4 phone calls to come to a mediocre solution. While Tajhi and Juan tried to be helpful, the company never called back as promised. After nearly 2 weeks, I called and was sent to LaFonda, who was rude and tried to convince me that the only money DTS was paid for the vehicle was what I paid. When I questioned that they had a contract with the hotel which couldn’t possibly be free, she told me “The contract with the hotel is none of your business.” At that point, I asked her to speak to her supervisor and she told me Mary (owner) would call. Mary was lovely and apologetic, understood my concerns and agreed to compensation that still seemed low to me, but was better than what LaFonda offered. She also encouraged me to use them again and offered a percentage off. Overall, it seemed like too little too late and I don’t anticipate using their services in the future.
We highly recommend hiring DTS for your wedding and/or event transportation needs! We hired them to shuttle our wedding party (total of 16 people) to pictures, our chapel and then ...
back to the reception space. It was a great value and the DTS staff was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process.
We had a great experience using DTS Transportation. They were very responsive by email and gave us a good price. Our driver was very friendly and he arrived on time. Highly Recomme...
